My daughter and granddaughter had an art class at the studio where my daughter works, and made these beautiful Halloween scenes out of fused glass. I knew at least a few of you would like them (Dawn and Linda!). Ha! I have not been sketching this week, as I’ve been trying to learn CapCut for making my Instagram/TikTok/Facebook/YouTube mobility videos to promote the Moves Method. I have been using Edits, and I’ve pretty much mastered it now. Thus, I thought I’d drive myself crazy by learning another new video editing too. Ugh! LOL

Deep dive on UFOs

Dr. Greer’s Unacknowledged: An Expose of the World’s Greatest Secret, “We’re not alone. We never were.” speaks to the attempts of the emerging planetary culture to recover lost Indigenous knowledge. According to Greer (2006) in addressing the topic of universal peace, “We are in a cosmic moment. Humans today—albeit in classified programs—have the means to travel among the stars. So, we must evolve from a human oriented spirituality to genuine universal spirituality”

Multiverse in our DNA?
My friend Teri Young shared this the other day on Facebook, and I just had to share it with you ALL! Read, and think on it. Let me know your thoughts.

Moves Method
NEWS! One of my Moves Method short videos hit over 4,000 views the other day!
A recent mobility video of mine–showing the corn maze we went to the other day, where I walked 2,000 steps! https://youtube.com/shorts/tEuHpvrnonQ?si=1DQ7VZr5de4fk0pZ
I got through the corn maze just fine and didn’t even get winded! My son-in-law and daughter (both were still recuperating from a bug, he actually had pneumonia!) and the three of us completed the maze in 20 minutes–even with turning around a couple times! The three granddaughters went on their own and it took them 35 minutes longer to get out of the maze! Kids! I thought they’d beat us out. Nope!
Now, I don’t know how much weight I’ve lost, but I’m feeling so much better! I’m down almost 3 inches in my waist circumference now, so maybe I’ve released 20 pounds? I know all my clothes are looser than they were last year!
Get in on this deal, while it lasts and join me in the Moves Method. It’s super supportive mobility training group full of people over 40, 50, 60, and even 70 years of age! I love this post Shelia! I’m watching the X-Files recently so it fits!
I’m sorry I’ve been absent…our Saint Bernard had 8 puppies back in May….our lives haven’t been the same since…we gave all of them but 2 good homes…

No worries about being absent here, Max. I’ve not been good about keeping up with comments. So, we’re even! The puppies sure sound delightful! Been years since I’ve been through that.

Good post, Sheila and you showed up the younger generation by beating them through the maze. Love the Halloween drawings.

What a wonderfully packed update! 😊 The fused-glass Halloween scenes are beautiful—your daughter and granddaughter have clearly inherited a wonderful creative spirit. 🎃🧡
And I had to smile at your CapCut adventure. As someone who loves sketching, painting, writing and experimenting with new creative forms, I completely understand the feeling of thinking, “Why not learn one more thing and drive myself crazy?” 😂 But that curiosity is also what keeps us young.

Ah, yes, Mr. Verma. I finally gave up on CapCut (for now), and continuing to master an app called, Edits. I am having fun with these now. At least more fun than when I started! I agree with you that my daughter and granddaughter are very creative. Thank you so much for your lovely comment.

Wow, Sheila. So much ‘good stuff’ in one package in this post! 1st, I LOVE the fused glass (as you knew I would.). What fun it would be to try it. I’ve bookmarked this post so that I can check out all the good links to things I don’t want to miss. Thank you!

Sorry for my late reply, Linda. Yes, I’ve enjoyed fused glass classes, though cutting the glass pieces makes me a bit anxious. We do wear safety glasses, and everyone keeps lids on their drinks, but it still makes me nervous. Thus, I didn’t go to the class they did (when they made these scenes). I don’t mind if there is a low turnout in the class, but that class was sold out. More people, more noise. Maybe one day I will have hearing aids like you and can turn off the noise! Ha! Glad you liked this post my friend.
