I would simply love to put this phrase on a t-shirt, “Let me woo you”! Ha! I thought, especially for those of you who bought my paperback and didn’t get all of the images, I thought I’d pull some of the best images together and post them here. I am also continuing to work on creating new graphics for marketing my new book, We Are All Connected: The How and The Why. Thus, I’ll leave all of the words (over 600 pages) in the book and simply make this post image heavy.

So many times I see people comment on Facebook or other social media, “I’m sorry for your loss” after someone dies. That phrase has always rung hollow to me. I am sure many people just don’t know what to say, and want to express their condolences. But it’s not really true. It would be more true to say, I’m sorry for the grief you’re experiencing (or will experience). I’m sorry that you may experience loneliness, sadness, emptiness, or such. I’m sorry that we always experience the loss of the routine we had with the person (or the pet).
Think of it this way, when your dog dies, you’ll have those periods of time throughout your days when you used to play with them, walk them, feed them, etc. and after they are gone, you suddenly find yourself trying to fill that space of time! That’s what loss feels like. And sometimes we experience emotional turmoil too, like mad that the person left us, and then we feel guilty for feeling that way! There’s such a range of emotions that a person can feel after someone “crosses over” to the Other Side.
Thus, maybe it would be more honest for me to say, “I’m not as sorry for your loss as I am sorry for the many phases of grief you will experience. And I hope you will reach out to me, even if you just want someone to lend an ear and keep your thoughts confidential.”
I told John I love these poems, and if I was remiss, he knows it now. Often beautiful poems help us say things we might otherwise struggle to find the words to express our feelings. My mission is to help people know they are never truly alone. And that mission is near and dear to my heart. Thinking of that, this poem hits me in the feels as well: https://therealistjuggernaut.com/2024/04/12/echoes-in-the-dark/
Why?
I lost an aunt and a husband of a dear family friend to suicide.
Then fast forward many years, I struggled with a dark night of the soul and the spirit of suicide tempted me to take my own life too! Prayer brought me out of it.
As most in my circle know, we lost David Wilcock to the Other Side several days ago, purportedly from taking his own life. While that seems unfathomable to many of us, only David knew what he was personally experiencing in his life. I share this link to honor the man, and soul he was while on this planet in this lifetime: https://www.youtube.com/live/VbXvRyKeWp8?si=dOnA8Zv_ijOGaHHb
I will also continue to ask for prayers and loving vibes to be sent along to our author friend and blogger pal, Michael in the UK (https://peacefulrampage.wordpress.com) for his family too.
I know how suddenly death can impact each of our lives. I also know there’s something vast on the Other Side. Not only because of the visitations I’ve had from my sister, Christina, and from my beautiful mother after she crossed over to the Grand Beyond. But also, because I was awakened in the middle of the night with a strong male voice telling me (twice!) the words, We Are All Connected. The subject of my 5th book.

I’m continuing to play and sketch per my soulie sister type friend, Linda Lewis from Arkansas, who now lives in Thailand–she’s a lifelong artist. And we connect on many levels. So, I’m sharing two sketches I did, following her painted sketches as models.
See Linda’s painted sketches on her blog at: https://creativeartworksblog.com – Each of her blog articles that I used as a model are included below the images:
Per my husband’s suggestion, I used dual-tip brush markers to fine line some details and color in the darker portions. I began the sketch and colored in using oil pastels, so I changed up my process a bit. I think it worked better. Linda suggested I sketch with a pencil and use an eraser as needed. I may do that soon, as I goofed on the second sketch and had I drawn it with a pencil first, for sure I would have fixed that elbow! Ha! But I’m not aiming for Perfection, so there’s that.

Happy Spring! We’re enjoying one of our first 60+ degree days here in New England (New Hampshire, USA). And it’s been sunny too! We had some warm days before this but then they were rainy days. Ugh.
Classes
I did a two-day online class with Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi this week on AI. I learned a couple things but mostly, it was a waste of time. I did a lot of chatting during the presentations though (they streamed it with canned applause, which I don’t like), but when they got to the sales spiel, I turned it off. I went to try the first thing “animate this” on Google Gemini and it wanted to charge me $3.99 a month (for the first two months, then it would cost $7.99). No. There’s too many AI apps to choose from for me to pay anything of them–and hubby pays for ChatGPT so if I really need something that badly, he’ll use that to create it for me. I just wanted to test what I’d learned and wanted to animate my book cover to see what it would do. I wasn’t going to pay Google (of all companies) to test the new prompt. Ugh.
I then also took a five-day online class with Dr. Sue Mortimer. She sort of does what I do in Integrating the Spirals, and so it was neat to get a new fresh take on the whole breath work thing. And she is an excellent presenter. I simply have my hands into too many things to sign-up and pay for anything right now. Thus, I took these free classes to sort of see how I align with them. I liked Dr. Sue, but I am sitting with a couple of things she said as I wouldn’t present “the soul” the same way she does. And that’s okay. Just different. Dr. Sue has great things to say to us, heady people. And as you know, and as many of you are too, when one is an analyst, writer, researcher, philosopher, and/or intellectual, we sit a LOT! And she did a good job of explaining how we need to bring our breath INTO our bodies (using central channel breathing). Again, her presentations were worthwhile. I’m thankful for the ripples she puts out into our world!
As for Tony Robbins though, I’m thankful he feeds so many people. But I think he’s off my radar now. I put some opinion on Facebook. I don’t know if I should post it here. But let’s just say, bottom line, he’s a trans-humanist. And I am NOT. I do not want nano bots injected into my body. He’s for that. You may wonder why he brought that kind of thing up while talking with a worldwide audience of something like 800k people, yeah, when it was an AI class. I wondered that too. It didn’t leave me with a good feeling. Sorry, Tony!
Health update
I’m done with the chiropractor, at least for now. The naturopathic doctor has helped me immensely just from ONE visit! I really must leave Dr. Paterson a Googe review because I am still amazed at how much better I feel, again, after just my first visit. I go back to him in a little over a week. He did something called myofascial and positional release (I think). At least I know he did myofascial release and then I looked up the last two words. He’s also a DOM, Doctor of Oriental Medicine, and I’d thought he might use acupuncture on my left foot, but no, at least not yet. He was much more gentle than the chiropractor too, so there’s that. It’s almost like he must work on people who have rheumatoid arthritis or fibromyalgia or such and can do so much good, even using a gentle approach.
I have movement in my two toes (big toe and second toe), though the inner portion/side of each is still numb–but there’s no pain–on the left foot now (I estimate about 40% improvement), and the sciatica pain has reduced about 75%! Plus, I ran out of nerve tonic and I noticed I don’t have nerve pain from the shoulder situation anymore. YAY! I plan on resuming dancing soon, maybe even, (gasp!), tomorrow!
In Progress
I’m also in the process of putting together a keynote speech for new friend, Gina Virginia Casella’s upcoming conference. I’m thrilled to do it and it’s been fun thinking of ways to explain Interconnectedness along with introducing my new book.
The podcast conversation we recorded the other day should be Live soon–I’ll keep you all posted. And I enjoyed the gemstone reading Gina gave me. You can see examples of how she does those, as well as find the last conference recordings at: https://buymeacoffee.com/ginavirginiacasella/
We finished the 8 Harry Potter movies and I’m drafting a review of these with a great title that just dropped into my head last night. I should have it out tomorrow.
As I said, I have my hands in a lot of things right now. Ha! Apologies as always for my lateness in responding to your comments. I do love reading your comments though!
I’m still reading Russell’s book and others, the new Tarot book came in and I’ve already been taking a look at it.
And let’s continue sending prayers and loving vibes to our author friend and blogger pal, Michael and his family in the UK (https://peacefulrampage.wordpress.com), as his half sister is recuperating from an incident and she lives far from him. I sure know that feeling when we lived so far from my daughter during that time in 2022 when my husband had a stroke. Distance makes things harder when there’s serious injury or illness within a family.
Integrating the Spirals – JIGGLE WIGGLE
In my YouTube channel, I encourage those “over 50” to:
Open to lifelong learning (observe, gently question, and loosen up pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’)
Become more aware of our thoughts and emotions to encourage more ease
Loosen up and move our bodies (we’re stuck in our heads also due to our “Programming” and physically unhealthy)
And become strong and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, and body.

As I wrote in my book, Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection, chapters 6 and 11, I present information regarding connecting points and sacred lessons when I meet a person who has blue eyes. The whole book actually explains the first steps I took along a metaphysical path, but for those who haven’t read it, I’ll jump to the part that most influences my daily life.
The “blue eyes” thing guides me on a near daily basis because of the metaphysical experience I had while in the deeply relaxed state of hypnosis. Though I’d went for a hypnosis session as a birthday gift to myself with a goal of releasing excess weight on my body, I got a whole lot more out of it, including an introduction to my “less than day-old sister,” Christina, whom I’d been searching for my whole life–up to that point in time. (I’m an only child out of the six pregnancies my mom had.)
Long after that hypnotherapy session, the words Christina gave me, return to me when I’m talking with or listening to a blue-eyed person–especially on any deep subjects or profound wisdom. She’d told me she would speak to me through such people, and because she said that, I definitely perk up and listen more intently to blue-eyed persons, though of course, I listen to people who possess other eye colors too.
There are a few people who I’ve began following recently (with blue eyes) who stand out though, and one of those is Mikki Willis.
What I get out of online groups
Most recently, in a Mikki Willis group called, Decoding the Narrative, I met a lady named, Zen. And I’m writing this because, as you may have guessed, Zen also has blue eyes!
Our latest call was of an interview/conversation between Mikki and Zen Cryar DeBrucke and her idea of an Internal Guidance System, with many of us participating adding in the chat about our own physical sensations like tightness, tingling, breath shifts, or relaxation as we reflected on what Zen was explaining (“closed” versus “open” states). The conversation connected around the discussion to spiritual discernment, pattern interrupts, EFT, Abraham-Hicks, compassion, truth, and the importance of stillness, journaling, and choosing love over fear.
Several people shared personal stories and insights about intuition, faith, and guidance, including comparisons to the Holy Ghost, gut feelings, and the need to quiet the mind to hear inner wisdom. Others discussed broader themes like propaganda, division in society, truth, and the value of having another person help balance one’s perspective.
The conversation also included practical follow-up details: Zen Cryar DeBrucke was identified by name, her website and podcast links were shared, and participants exchanged greetings from many locations around the world.
I’m interested to know if any of her podcasts resonate with you! I was trying to listen to her, Life happens in a Spiral, episode 3 today, but it kept showing me a message that the episode was not on SoundCloud. Maybe some of you can check and see if you can hear her podcast episodes. I sent a message to her via her website form, so we’ll see what the issue is. As I really would like to promote her podcasts! (I clicked on a few more and got the same error message.)
In my Dr. Bruce Lipton online group, I met another soulie sister, she doesn’t have blue eyes (at least I don’t think she does), but I align with her on many topics and she does a podcast on YouTube and has invited me to participate on it! I’m stoked! So, stay tuned and I’ll be writing more about that soon. Her name is Gina Virginia Casella and you can find her on YouTube at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nzxa74uBP0k&list=PLVFj1n_d5fHweqjufWJIS4y2Ph3DZgDSo&index=9 and Bruce’s nephew, Alex Lipton has also been a presenter on Gina’s show and here’s a link to his lively and very informative episode: https://youtu.be/Ki1Zulz13n0?si=oK-CbwIijkYzRGzK
Lastly, for my science minded readers, I just read this (else it would have been in my new book) from the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) and it focuses on the science of this beautiful living universe of which, we are all a part: https://noetic.org/blog/unitive-science-of-a-living-universe/

In my new book,We Are All Connected: The How and The Why we take a look at a profound mystery—how could I have heard words spoken in the middle of the night when everyone was asleep: “We are all connected.” But also, it seems as mystical that people can read other’s minds. And we know that is true because of government programs like MK Ultra. We also know that thoughts, or at least brain waves (brain activity) can be read OUTSIDE of a human skull. A magnetoencephalograph proves it.
Yes, as I wrote in my book, I am fascinated by the magnetoencephalograph, ever since first hearing of it from Dr. Bruce Lipton on one of our monthly zoom calls.
I asked Perplexity.ai “Tell me more about the convergence of science between the magnetoencephelograph and reading human thoughts” and here’s what I found out:
The convergence is real, but it is still decoding brain signals, not literally reading thoughts in a mind-to-mind sense. MEG helps because it measures brain activity with millisecond timing, and recent AI methods are using those signals to reconstruct words, sentences, or the gist of a person’s experience with increasing accuracy.
What MEG contributes
MEG, or magnetoencephalography, records tiny magnetic fields produced by neural activity outside the head, which makes it useful for studying fast language and cognition processes. Its biggest advantage in thought-decoding research is temporal precision: it can track how representations unfold moment by moment, even if it is less spatially exact than fMRI.
How “thought reading” works
In practice, researchers train machine-learning models on a person’s brain data while that person listens, reads, types, or imagines language. The model then learns statistical links between brain patterns and intended words, visual concepts, or sentence structure, which lets it reconstruct a likely text or meaning output.
Where the convergence is strongest
The strongest overlap between MEG and thought-decoding is in language, inner speech, reading, and visual imagery. Recent work reports that MEG can support decoding of sentences typed by participants and that brain activity contains dynamic language codes that help separate letters, syllables, and words over time.
Limits and cautions
This is not general-purpose mind reading. The systems are usually personalized, work best when the participant cooperates, and depend on training data from the same person or task; they also still make errors and do not capture private thoughts reliably outside controlled experiments.
Why it matters
The scientific convergence is between neuroscience, signal processing, and AI. That combination could eventually help people with paralysis, ALS, or speech loss communicate, while also raising serious privacy questions about neural data and consent.
A simple way to think about it is this: MEG is like a very fast microphone for brain timing, and AI is the translator trying to infer the words behind the signal. The microphone is impressive, but the translation is still probabilistic, not omniscient.
Meme: I am Infinite Awareness; a Fractal of Omniscience. And so are YOU. We Are All Connected. –Sheila Murrey
It’s not all Woo anymore!
If you get what I’m suggesting in this blog post and even understand what a magnetoencephalograph does, even just a bit—you’re already in alignment with quantum physics. Yes, indeed, we already live in a world of modern research that proves we live within a vast, vibrating field of frequencies and forces that tie galaxies together and shape every cell in your body. What ancient mystics called oneness, scientists now describe as entanglement and coherence. I’m simply here to bring this message out to the forefront.
Everything is Spiritual
My exploration is not only scientific—it’s deeply personal. I believe we can reclaim our sovereignty and cultivate self‑love, along with love for others, when we strengthen and open our hearts and minds for authentic connection.
If you’re into scientists and authors such as Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, Joe Dispenza, Neale Donald Walsch, Nassim Haramein, Donna Eden, Barbara Brennan, Raymond Moody, or William Peters, you’ll find (like I have) that the “woo” quickly becomes “wow” when you dig deep.
Look at it this way, the “woo” is simply shorthand for wonder. The wonder of realizing that our thoughts matter. That fear, bias, and self‑doubt can cloud our inner mirror. And that when we polish that mirror of Self—when we love ourselves enough to shine—we add clarity and brilliance to the collective diamond that is humanity. It really isn’t any wonder that the first song my husband and I wrote (while we were dating long distance over twenty years ago) is called, Wonderin’. (See the video of us performing it live on the home page of this blog site.)
I invite you to read my new book
If you’ve ever felt something stir inside you at the sight of a starry sky, or sensed a connection you couldn’t explain, then you’ve already touched the essence of “We are all connected.”
Ask yourself: How woo‑woo are you willing to be if it helps you remember that you’re never alone, always part of one breathing, beating universe?
Because maybe woo‑woo isn’t fringe—it’s the invitation for us to wonderagain.
Yours in consciousness-expansion as we evolve and revolve during our mystical awakening. All while doing-my-egoless-best, to take you on a limitless, spiraling thought ride to better health, through doing more with ease, to help us sustain the JOY in our lives! (With lots of Gratitude throughout.)

So, though the title of this post is different than my previous, https://sheilamurrey.net/2026/04/13/a-cure-to-loneliness-a-new-purpose/, but it follows along the same snails path in that it seeks to explain where I’m at in this particular point in time, as per my church affiliation and spiritual philosophy (which includes my recent (2025) return to accepting the living Christ Jesus into my heart).
Robyn Openshaw, (thank you for asking) I’m technically still a member of the Reorganized church, which I talk about in the blog. (I’d sent Robyn my previous blog post, referred to and linked in the preceding paragraph, but she couldn’t open the link.) I don’t practice it though since it changed to Community of Christ. My uncle is a pastor of a branch that meets in a person’s home of the Remnant Church. Yes, it’s another faction, and took its doctrine from the original, with a prophet president of direct lineage to Smith.
I don’t follow the trends of LDS nor do I know about Michelle Stone. (I’ve since looked her up and apparently she’s been recently shut down by the LDS for speaking a bit too openly on her podcast.)
The blog article (same preceding link) details how one of the Remnant bishops teach apologetics. I’m comparing his teachings with what I learned from Wes Huff last year.
My spiritual philosophy
I follow and teach the snails path, which came to me since visiting Newgrange and Knowth in Ireland (twice) in 2019. No more dogma for me. Simply based on a knowing that expands gradually of Omniscience God, and observing the fractals of nature and musing about life’s mysteries. Acknowledging that the unseen exists. That every time we deprogram ourselves from one box, we find we’re in another. But the snails path of a never ending spiral prompts us onward. Curiously, I am walking the path with Christ Jesus again though, after getting burned by most of the “love and light” crowd (who are more judgmental and negative than the Christians I have known my whole life; Christians who never left my side while I ventured into New Age stuff). God is still good, all the time. ❤️🙏🤗
What Robyn asked me
When I’d written that reply to Robyn, I had thought I was answering a private Messenger message. Since it was shared to her Facebook page, I’ll won’t share it (I was going to), but I haven’t asked her permission so I will paraphrase,
“I can’t click the link you sent. Did you start a remnant LDS church or belong to one? I know the name of the Reorganized church changed. I want nothing to do with the origin church. Have you seen the trend among the LDS to deny that the leader practiced polygamy? I think some people need to belong to a church.”
Now, I didn’t rebut Robyn’s statement about Joseph Smith, Jr. and any ties of his to polygamy, but the origin church did not practice polygamy. Polygamy started after Brigham Young took a group of LDS members west. This is recorded in the Reorganized now, Community of Christ church history. Even Perplexity.ai had this to say,
“The Community of Christ, formerly the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, has historically denied that Joseph Smith, Jr. practiced polygamy, and it has taught that plural marriage was introduced later by Brigham Young and others. The historical record tied to that tradition therefore does mention the issue, but mainly as a point of disagreement and denial rather than as an affirmation of Smith’s polygamy.
Over time, some Community of Christ materials and related scholarship have acknowledged that the wider historical evidence supports Joseph Smith’s involvement in plural marriage, even though the church’s older official stance was rejection of that claim.”
Now, that last paragraph came from a site called, The Joseph Smith Papers: https://www.josephsmithpapers.org/intro/introduction-to-journals-volume-2 And in those papers I found this reference, which I presume is what Robyn is referring to, “Several later documents suggest that several women who were already married to other men were, like Marinda Hyde , married or sealed to Joseph Smith. Available evidence indicates that some of these apparent polygynous/polyandrous marriages took place during the years covered by this journal. At least three of the women reportedly involved in these marriages—Patty Bartlett Sessions , Ruth Vose Sayers, and Sylvia Porter Lyon —are mentioned in the journal, though in contexts very much removed from plural marriage. Even fewer sources are extant for these complex relationships than are available for Smith’s marriages to unmarried women, and Smith’s revelations are silent on them. Having surveyed the available sources, historian Richard L. Bushman concludes that these polyandrous marriages—and perhaps other plural marriages of Joseph Smith—were primarily a means of binding other families to his for the spiritual benefit and mutual salvation of all involved.”
Now, if my mother had known it was true that Joseph Smith, Jr. had been married to more than one wife, I believe mom would have left the church. This opens another rabbit hole for me to pursue, but one that I tend to doubt I will find an answer for until I reach the Grand Beyond. Thus my next post will answer another question that has come to me on the cult that Jack Parsons, the rocket maker, belonged to in the years leading up to his death. It will focus on his connection with L.Ron Hubbard too and the beginnings of NASA. So, hang on to your seats!
Now, do you see why I’m never sad or lonely? Who has time! I’ve got more rabbit holes to peruse than (to quote my mom) “Carter’s got liver pills”! Ha!

“How woo‑woo are you?” It’s a question that tends to make people smile, cringe, or lean in. Some wear the label proudly—crystals, moon charts, and oracle decks in hand—while others back away, insisting they stick only to “the facts.” But what if the line between science and spirituality isn’t as sharp as we think?
That’s where We Are All Connected: The How and The Why steps in. The book began with a midnight mystery—two words spoken aloud in an empty house: “We are all connected.” Those words sparked a twenty‑year quest into what that message truly means, from the cosmos to the human heart.
So, how woo‑woo are you really? Let’s find out.
Meme: I am Infinite Awareness; a Fractal of Omniscience. And so are YOU. We Are All Connected. –Sheila Murrey
Woo‑Woo Meets Physics
If you believe everything is energy, congratulations—you’re already in alignment with quantum physics. Modern research shows that we live within a vast, vibrating field of frequencies and forces that tie galaxies together and shape every cell in your body. What ancient mystics called oneness, scientists now describe as entanglement and coherence.
The “woo‑woo” mindset simply asks: If the entire universe is interconnected, what does that say about us? Every emotion, thought, and choice ripples outward through those unseen fields. In We Are All Connected, Sheila Murrey weaves together cosmology, biology, and noetic science to show that the human experience is both physical and profoundly energetic.
The Spiritual Side of Everyday Life
Murrey’s journey is not just scientific—it’s deeply personal. Healing codependency and reclaiming sovereignty became essential steps toward realizing that love and boundaries aren’t opposites. They’re two sides of the same coin. When we cultivate self‑love, we strengthen the heartspace that allows authentic connection.
This isn’t about escaping the human experience—it’s about fully inhabiting it. Meditation, hypnosis, and those uncanny synchronicities that show up when we least expect them aren’t fluff; they’re invitations to notice how life itself keeps proving that we’re part of something greater.
From Woo to Wow
Whether you’re drawn to Bruce Lipton’s biology, Nassim Haramein’s unified field theories, or Raymond Moody’s research on near‑death experiences, you’ll find that the “woo” quickly becomes “wow” once you trace it far enough. Modern technology, ancestry, sociology, and psychology all reveal invisible networks that link us to each other and to Omniscience itself.
So maybe “woo‑woo” is just shorthand for wonder. The wonder of realizing that our thoughts matter. That fear, bias, and self‑doubt can cloud our inner mirror. And that when we polish that mirror of Self—when we love ourselves enough to shine—we add clarity and brilliance to the collective diamond that is humanity.
The Invitation
If you’ve ever felt something stir inside you at the sight of a starry sky, or sensed a connection you couldn’t explain, then you’ve already touched the essence of “We are all connected.”
Ask yourself: How woo‑woo are you willing to be if it helps you remember that you’re never alone, always part of one breathing, beating universe?
Because maybe woo‑woo isn’t the fringe—it’s the bridge.

Do you know that’s what we’re doing here? Uncovering our souls? I mean, we do it in art and music. And in our blog writing and book writing. When I wrote in my book, Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection and on this blog about feeling the GodBumps, that’s what it is! It’s the uncovering of my soul. It’s an alignment thing, I’m sure.
Here’s the three books I’m currently reading, actually, I am reading four, but the fourth is not a spiritual book and I’ll be doing a review on it in a separate post when I’ve finished it. But these three do align and challenge me in all the right and cool ways! I’m learning so much, uncovering my soul, and it feels like I’m amping my spirituality up a big notch–no ego in this when I say that either. I’m humbled throughout this process. Speaking of humbling…
Three spiritual books I’m reading currently, The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, After Jesus Before Christianity, and Jesus Calling (a daily devotional) –Sheila Murrey
I pictured the books along with my daily journal that I write scriptures in to sing them back to myself, God, and Richard (when he’s in the room). I’m about a third of the way through all three books, and the Tibetan book is the one I’m studying with my Theosophy book club, so we get to discuss a lot of it–and that’s really cool.
Taking a bit of my own medicine
This morning I got a message from one of my Facebook friends, fellow blogger and book reader, who let me know that her new printed version of my new book was still not right. Ugh! Frustrated, I went back into Scrivener, checked it and made a couple of changes and attempted to upload it. But Kindle Direct Publishing would NOT accept it. And the twenty errors did NOT make sense to me. One was a font issue and the font it named was not a font I’ve EVER used, and there was no way for me to find it within Scrivener (that I know of). I was about ready to delete all twenty items, but one was the entire Table of Contents. I did end up deleting the ToC and adding it again, just to be sure. After about five uploads and the Previewer would NOT let me APPROVE it (the Approve button would not light up/activate for me to click), I reached out in a chat with KDP.
During the chat, my darling husband came downstairs and interrupted me wanting to go outside for a walk. Now, it’s 40 degrees out, but sunny and I had promised him that as long as it wasn’t snowing or raining, we’d walk. No matter how cold it is, though it is supposed to be 55 degrees this afternoon. I tried to get him to wait until this afternoon but he fussed (I do tease him that after his stroke, he’s my toddler), but alas, in my head I thought, “Just go for the walk, Sheila.” So, that’s what I did. Though I was over my eyeballs frustrated with Amazon. Okay?
We had a lovely walk, and when I came back in the house and opened the laptop up, I looked at the Amazon KDP screen again and noticed something that made me realize KDP had NOT actually uploaded my final document upload. So, I did the upload again and crossed my fingers. I went to the restroom and when I came back, TADA! The upload worked AND that Approve button lit up! So, I approved the upload and it accepted it! I hope to God this is the last time I ever have to touch Amazon KDP!
So, I had typed quite a bit of this former few paragraphs into a comment to a friend on her blog and no kidding, it wouldn’t take it! It showed me a message that my comment would not be posted. I think it was because I had to login again but in that moment, I couldn’t even process how much the Universe was showing me that when I’m aggravated it’s just simply not going to respond to me! Ha!
I took a break and came back and have now rekeyed it all into THIS post. We’ll see if WordPress will save it, or allow me to publish it. LOL
I’ve got a few new book ads out too, so if you’re following my YouTube channel or any of my other socials you’ll see them. Check out the book too, if you’re at all interested. Or pick up a copy for a woo-woo type friend. I would really appreciate it.

As I wrote in my book, Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection I wrote about how I had a visitation (I say, ‘visitation’ because it was more than a nighttime dream) about my mom and how she and I shared in a conversation after she passed away/crossed over to the Other Side of The Veil. I know it was real and that it was special, because so far, I’ve not experienced any other visitations like that! Yes, I had the surreal shared death experience within 24 hours of my dad’s passing/crossing over, but it was completely different and much shorter of an experience than the visitation I had with my mom.
And while at the time, I wasn’t so dogmatic in my religious views, I still had some and these experiences were mind-blowing and definitely reshaped my view of God, expanding it for sure! This is why I can say my multifaceted spirituality is like practicing a “religion without the need for training wheels.”
I’m a follower of IONS the Institute of Noetic Science, and of Shared Crossings. I have learned from sessions with IONS and with Shared Crossings that each of these encounters are often different. And while some share similarities, such as traveling down a tunnel towards a light source, in every other aspect they differ. That’s what makes the science so difficult, yet so thrilling and fascinating too!
The latest class from IONS was all about imagination. And yes, there are differences between imagination and creativity. They also discussed ways we can cultivate our imagination, and explained aphantasia and how some people who cannot visualize can dream because the visuals are held in the subconscious (which is what is working during dreamtime). It was a fascinating class/lecture and one I’d love everyone to see!
Here’s a few tidbits from the class lecture, Unlocking the Science of Imagination to Transform How You Think, Feel, and Live by Cassandra Vieten.

I’m very excited to peruse this database from IONS of all the many cases of reported Spontaneous Remission! I have heard of many incidents of spontaneous remission by people I’ve either known personally or whom friends have known, so I think this database will lend credence to its existence as a real phenomenon.
My takeaway
I’ve always believed the “truth lies somewhere between.” And after pursuing a rigorous degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University back in the 1990s, I can tell you that there are different schools of thought on myriad subjects. And this is certainly one of them. The metaphysics and psychic phenomena surrounding spirituality and religious belief is one of the deepest rabbit holes we can explore. And one that I believe I’ll continue exploring for the rest of my life!

My husband asked me why I even watched The Lazarus Initiative’s Symposium 55, and I think it’s because I am always open to new information and then, if something from the conversation sparks my curiosity, I dig deeper. And that’s exactly what happened when I listened to Dave Emery and Sacha Stone’s conversation.
So, like I wrote yesterday, I decided to dive into the question, “What are the 14 books that were omitted from the Bible?” and here’s what I found (with the help of Perplexity.ai):
The 14 books commonly referred to as the Apocrypha were removed from the Protestant Bible, primarily in the 19th century, though they were separated by Martin Luther in the 16th century. These books—which appeared in the 1611 King James Bible—were excluded because they were not in the Hebrew Bible and were deemed less authoritative than canonical texts.
The 14 books are:
1 Esdras
2 Esdras
Tobit
Judith
Rest of Esther (Additions to Esther)
Wisdom of Solomon
Ecclesiasticus (Sirach)
Baruch and the Epistle of Jeremiah
Song of the Three Holy Children (Additions to Daniel)
Story of Susanna (Additions to Daniel)
Bel and the Dragon (Additions to Daniel)
Prayer of Manasseh
1 Maccabees
2 Maccabees
Why They Were Removed
Protestant Reformation: Reformers like Martin Luther preferred to follow the Hebrew canon of the Old Testament for the Protestant Bible, considering the Apocrypha as useful for reading but not for establishing doctrine.
Theological Differences: Several books contained doctrines that Protestant reformers disagreed with, such as purgatory, prayers for the dead, and salvation by works (e.g., in Maccabees and Tobit).
Language and Authority: These books were primarily found in the Greek Septuagint rather than the Hebrew scriptures, leading to questions about their divine inspiraCurrent StatusThese books are still considered part of the biblical canon by the Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, and Oriental Orthodox churches, deuterocanonical books. They are generally omitted from Protestant Bibles today, though they were included in the original 1611 King James Bible as a separate section.
What’s in those 14 books?
The “14 missing books” are the Apocrypha (or Deuterocanonicals): Greek‑Jewish writings that were included in the 1611 King James Bible and in the early Christian Old Testament (Septuagint), but which most Protestant churches later removed to the side or omitted altogether. Eastern‑rite Christians (Catholic, Orthodox, etc.) still count many of these as fully canonical Scripture.
Here’s the 14 books/additions with a brief summary of each:
1. 1 Esdras
A Greek reworking of parts of 2 Chronicles, Ezra, and Nehemiah, with extra material and a different order. It focuses on the return from exile and the issue of intermarriage with foreign women, framed as a test of faithfulness.
2. 2 Esdras (4 Ezra)
A Jewish apocalypse written after the destruction of the Second Temple (c. late 1st century CE). A visionary “Ezra” asks God why the righteous suffer and why Israel has been so grievously punished; the book stresses God’s patience and final judgment, and it includes visions of the end‑time and the Messiah.
3. Tobit
A pious Israelite, Tobit, living in exile in Nineveh, turns blind. His son, Tobias, journeys with a disguised angel (Raphael) to recover money and marries Sarah, who has been plagued by a demon. Tobias drives the demon away and later cures his father’s blindness, blending family piety, angelic guidance, and healing.
4. Judith
A courageous Jewish widow, Judith, enters the camp of Holofernes, an Assyrian general besieging her people. She seduces and plies him with wine, then beheads him while he is drunk, causing the enemy army to collapse and saving Jerusalem. The book is a powerful story of faith, resistance, and female heroism.
5. Additions to Esther (Rest of Esther)
These are six Greek insertions into the Book of Esther that add prayers, visions, and explicit references to God. They turn the Hebrew Esther’s largely “hidden‑name‑of‑God” story into a more overtly religious narrative of fasting, divine deliverance, and Jewish unity.
6. Wisdom of Solomon (Wisdom)
A philosophical “wisdom” book,” written in the persona of Solomon. It contrasts the wise, righteous person who seeks God’s wisdom with the foolish, wicked person who pursues pleasure and power. It also touches on immortality, judgment, and divine justice, and became influential in later Christian theology.
7. Ecclesiasticus (Sirach / Ben Sira)
A large collection of traditional Jewish wisdom, modeled on Proverbs. It covers practical advice on honoring parents, friendship, speech, humility, work, and piety, and includes a famous hymn praising famous Israelites. It feels like a very “rabbinic‑style” instruction manual.
8. Baruch (with the Epistle of Jeremiah)
Baruch is presented as the secretary of the prophet Jeremiah, writing from Babylon to exiled Jews. It contains lament, confession of sin, and hope for restoration, and then includes a short letter (often called the Epistle of Jeremiah) that sharply mocks idol worship and false gods.
9. Song of the Three Holy Children (Prayer of Azariah and Song of the Three Jews)
This is an addition to Daniel 3, inserted into the fiery‑furnace scene. It includes a prayer of Azariah (Abed‑nego) while in the fire and a long hymn of praise by the three young men, expanding the motif of unbroken worship in suffering.
10. Story of Susanna (Susanna and the Elders)
Also an addition to Daniel (often Dan 13), it tells of a virtuous Jewish woman, Susanna, falsely accused of adultery by two corrupt elders. The young prophet Daniel shames the elders by exposing their contradictory testimony, sparing Susanna’s life and condemning the elders. It’s a suspenseful courtroom drama about justice and integrity.
11. Bel and the Dragon
Another Daniel‑addition (often Dan 14), where Daniel exposes the fraud behind a Babylonian idol, Bel, by showing the priests steal the nightly offerings. He then kills a “dragon”‑idol by giving it a poisonous concoction, demonstrating that pagan gods are ritual theater, not real deities.
12. Prayer of Manasseh
A short penitential prayer attributed to King Manasseh of Judah, who according to 2 Kings was one of the most wicked kings. The prayer portrays a king who, after suffering for his sins, deeply repents and begs God for mercy, emphasizing grace and forgiveness.
13. 1 Maccabees
A historical narrative of the Maccabean Revolt (2nd century BCE) against the Seleucid king Antiochus IV Epiphanes, who tried to force Hellenization and outlaw Jewish practices. It celebrates the family of Judas Maccabeus, their military victories, and the rededication of the Jerusalem Temple (the origin of Hanukkah).
14. 2 Maccabees
A more theologically oriented and selective retelling of part of the same revolt, focusing on martyrdom, the resurrection of the dead, and the efficacy of prayers for the dead. It emphasizes that God rewards faithfulness beyond death and that Jewish resistance is ultimately under divine protection.
Why many were “removed” from Protestant Bibles
They were written mostly in Greek, not Hebrew, and were not in the Jewish (Masoretic) canon, so Reformers like Luther treated them as useful but not doctrinally authoritative.
Several books promote ideas that later Protestant theology resisted, such as prayers for the dead, purgatory‑like concepts, and strong emphasis on merit and works, especially in Maccabees and Tobit.
If you’re like me, at least a couple of these books look interesting and I will be reading them in the future. Which ones stand out for you?
I simply feel each of us can connect with Omniscience God, without the need for the Programming of dogmas. We can be our own priest, shaman, and so on. In a way, yes, that makes each of us sovereign. But I don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater. As a sovereign, I can choose (and each of us ultimately do choose), which path we’ll walk and if we’ll go it alone, or with a teacher or master. And in that way, I choose Jesus. He’s helped me more than I’ll ever know!
Meme: Omniscience God is EVERYWHERE… We Are All Connected. –Sheila Murrey
While I research things such as this, I always stay aware that “I am enveloped by Omniscience.” And this way, I don’t get sucked downward in a rabbit hole spiral or lose my faith. Been there, done that! I always laugh to myself when something comes back around that I’ve already pursued to some degree and found not to be true. I don’t push against it anymore or call it out because everyone learns and grows in their own way. And if there is any truth to be found in something, the information will keep coming up (like a weed), and others will bring that truth forward. Or that truth just may not be for me, and that’s okay too!

Yes, the title drew me in too. I feel we’ve been deceived many times, not only by our politicians, but by the powers that be, belief systems, books, creeds, dogmas and perhaps, gasp, even unseen forces.
From watching The Lazarus Initiative’s Symposium 55, I really dug into The Last Deception: The Collapse Of The Abrahamic Spell conversation between Sacha Stone and special guest, Dave Emery. Those of you who ordered and/or are currently reading my new book, may have already noticed I pull several quotes from guests, and Sacha as well, from my time watching/listening to the interviews and conversations within the most recent symposiums on The Lazarus Initiative. I’m a Bronze level member of the group.
This talk is billed as “a forensic examination of inherited belief structures and how they continue to shape power, geopolitics, and collective psychology.” And it turns out that is a good way to describe it.
Dave opens by presenting some astonishing and albeit, controversial information and lays out a case for why we seem to do things without thinking, or things that we later wonder “why did I do that”? And that is because we’re being vicariously lived through (by angelic or fallen ones), who created a language matrix within us so we’d live out of our heads and not our hearts. It’s deep discussion that I feel I would need to listen to many times, along with reading Dave’s book, Beyond the Biblical and Into The Universe of You, to dare understand. But if this interests you, you may want to join the Lazarus Initiative and do the same. I have several other books to read first though, so I may return to this in a year or so. I will say, it interests me though it may also be misleading me or taking me off the snail’s path to veer into further mysteries! In other words, I may simply not be up to the task!
During the talk Dave said, (and I quote but also cut some out for brevity’s sake), “Christianity was taken over effectively around 325 AD, exploding very quickly into the minds and hearts of men and women throughout the mediterranean. Once the Romans became involved (think Constantine about 313 AD), it was clear to the controllers/elites trying to control the geosocial pattern and behaviors of humanity, that if they weren’t careful, Christianity could begin to action things of Melchizedek; I Am codes, sacred codes by which we were to live. The Cathars were becoming important and were totally into the sacred codes. There was a great need not just to control the narrative through the Bible that was carefully vetted and organized through the 325 AD Council of Nicea and a great need to sideline humanity from the sacredness of the Christos. As a result, it’s curious that Abraham, the instigator of the Christian one God religion, Jehovah, should suddenly, also miraculously through a servant girl, Hagar, and her son called, Ishmael, manifest a competing religion. Originally, it didn’t compete but very quickly it did. And that became (now he quoted Sacha, an excellent mechanism for ‘divide and conquer’). That would set one group of angelic humans against another. And that would spread across the world and completely control and reinforce the matrix code to ‘do as you are told’, with rules and regulations. Very little of this has actually changed (laws and orders); but some are waking up. Most continue to follow the code religiously (pun intended).”
Dave Emery’s writing on religion appears to argue that biblical faith has profoundly shaped Western history, but that human history and identity extend far beyond a strictly biblical framework. His work presents religion as part of a larger story of hidden, ancient, and often overlooked cultural forces, rather than as the whole explanation for civilization. And yes, I found myself disagreeing with Dave on a few points within his talk with Sacha Stone. But since I agree that we should “do away with dogma” in general, I do believe the person of Christ Jesus walked the earth 2,000 years ago and performed every miracle as recorded in the New Testament. I know some of you will agree with me and some will vehemently disagree. This post is mostly for those who disagree, which is why I titled it “Exploring The Last Deception.” I attempt to keep an open mind though, as that’s what I teach/share in Integrating the Spirals.
Dave’s main ideas
Dave treats the Bible as historically influential in law, finance, morality, and cultural development, especially in Western societies.
He questions why the Bible has had such a central role and uses that question as a starting point for broader historical inquiry.
He argues that the real human story is “way more ancient” than a book about religion or God, suggesting that religion is only one layer of a much larger narrative.
His language implies skepticism toward inherited religious explanations and a desire to move “beyond the biblical” toward deeper or forgotten origins.
Comparatively speaking
Dave’s writing seems exploratory, mystical, and revisionist rather than devotional or doctrinal. It is less about defending a tradition and more about reinterpreting religious history as part of a hidden framework of human development.
While I agree that the Bible has influenced our laws, financially, morally, and culturally I’m not sure that’s a bad thing. Unless of course, we do not want to be beholden to a “rule of law” and want to be sovereign individuals. But then, as sovereign individuals, who holds us accountable? Who guides our morality? And who punishes those evil doers, such as the murderers, rapists, pedofiles, etc.?
I’ll add this for your consideration, it’s part of what I’ve learned from the little pamphlet by E. Raymond Capt, “Abrahamic Covenant” that states, “Going back to the establishment of the first colonies, we find that in 1606, King James I of England, who issued the first Charter, began with these words: “We greatly commending, and graciously accepting of, their desires for the furtherance of so noble a work, which may be the providence of Almighty God, hereafter tend to the glory of His Divine Majesty, in propagating the Christian religion to such people as yet live in darkness and miserable ignorance of the true knowledge and worship of God.” And subsequent Charters in 1609 and 1611 contain the same religious reference. Pilgrim fathers who risked their lives and limbs to cross the sea did so “for the glory of God and advancement of the Christian faith.”
Now, Dave’s points seem to say that our Christian faith, and those of these early American pilgrims had been overtaken or hijacked by ethereal parties for their own intended purposes, as so to deceive us from the true Light of Christ. And perhaps that could be true, but to what end I ask? What might their goal be?
Continuing a bit more from Capt’s pamphlet, “In 1620, the Pilgrims, in their tiny boat the Mayflower, crossed the broad Atlantic to accomplish the noble words expressed in their now famous compact: “Having undertaken for the glory of God, and the advancement of the Christian faith, and the honor of king and country, a voyage to plant the first colony in the northern parts of Virginia.”
Spiral thought: A lot seemed to be going on in the early 1600s! Consider this: The Apocrypha (14 books of the Bible) were removed from the Protestant Bible, primarily in the 19th century, though they were separated by Martin Luther in the 16th century. These books—which appeared in the 1611 King James Bible—were excluded because they were not in the Hebrew Bible and were deemed less authoritative than canonical texts. Curious, like I am, about what these 14 books were and what’s in them? Stay tuned for my next post!
The Last Deception in one sentence
Emery’s writing on religion reframes the Bible as an important historical force, but not the final explanation for human history, which he believes is much older, broader, and more mysterious.
The main thesis of The Last Deception is that the Bible predicts a final, end-times deception in which Satan counterfeits God’s work and leads people away from truth before Christ’s return. And I find that interesting since Dave told Sacha that he didn’t believe in a specific person named, Christ Jesus. Unless in his book he’s referring to the return of the Christ Consciousness (and while I allow room for that, it seems illogical to me to believe in THAT yet not believe in the son of Almighty God in the personage of a man named, Christ Jesus (remember, ‘Christ’ is a title).
The piece frames this deception as more than ordinary false teaching: it is a climactic spiritual delusion tied to the “lawless one,” the restraining of evil, and the role of Satan in the last days. It presents the coming deception as a counterfeit of divine indwelling and a warning that people can be persuaded into accepting falsehood as truth.
Dave’s central message seems to be: the end of history will feature a powerful, spiritually dangerous lie, and believers need to recognize it before it takes hold. Thus, The Lazarus Initiative’s Symposium 55, held my attention through the discussion of The Last Deception: The Collapse Of The Abrahamic Spell between Sacha Stone and special guest, Dave Emery. But I will need to sit with the information for a while, and get through some other books before I delve further.
Perhaps, I am content on this Good Friday, in my current knowledge and belief system, guided by my forefathers who crossed the vast Atlantic, and the steadfastness of our American founding fathers who framed our Constitution. If only the people who now hold the power of our government would align with that and work within its framework, not against it.
While we may have been, and may continue to be deceived by our politicians, so-called leaders within the Epstein class, the powers that be, belief systems, books, creeds, dogmas and even unseen forces, one truth remains clear (at least to me), Omniscience God always prevails. May you all be blessed this Easter by remembering that our Lord, Christ Jesus of Nazareth is an eternal living being and loves each of us more than we can currently comprehend.
I’m encouraging those “over 50” to open to lifelong learning (observe, gently question, and loosen up their pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’), become more aware of their thoughts and emotions to encourage more ease, loosen up and move their bodies (too many are stuck in their heads and physically unhealthy), become strong, and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, body. And to question EVERYTHING!

Yes, my husband has always said I’d never be able to unalive myself because I would never be able to finish my suic*de note, alas, here I am AGAIN with an announcement involving this PAPERBACK book! LOL! I had to update my 5th book, We Are All Connected: The How and The Why. An analytical mind searches for answers because one of my most dedicated readers, Brenda F. (who wrote a beautiful review on Amazon for my Blue Eyes book), and who had waited patiently for Amazon to get the paperback made available, since it was supposed to Go Live on March 18th, but didn’t. You see, she got the first copy of We Are All Connected in paperback and then because the text was a bit blurry, couldn’t read it! She and I were both devastated!
Thus, I knew what I had to do. I had to go back into Scrivener and change the fonts on the original manuscript, (several times actually) so I could ensure the final page count was at least close to the original 629 pages so I wouldn’t have to pay to have the cover redone! And believe me, I gave Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing a piece of my mind about that! It’s not easy to update a manuscript and know what the final page count would be until it’s uploaded again–and that’s a whole process too!
Now, I’m thrilled to say the updated paperback is AVAILABLE on Amazon! Woo-hoo doesn’t begin to cover it either! And because Brenda helped me improve the paperback, I’m sending her a signed copy for FREE! That’s just how I am. I’m so happy that she told me there was an issue, as my daughter had told me she also thought the typeface was blurry, but we had thought that was because we were looking at proof copies. I seriously thought it was an issue with the printing service! Ugh. No, it was my choice of fonts. Now, it’s in Times New Roman 16 point size, and I expanding the line spacing as well. I actually thought it would expand the number of pages, so I removed some images. So, if you bought the eBook, you’ll actually see more images than will appear in the paperback. There’s a plus for you. I have no plans to update the eBook, yet. I can do it pretty easily, but I’m torn. I liked all the original images I’d included. I’m waiting to see how the eBook sells. If people like it, I’m going to leave it as is. I have a few readers actually listening to it on their phones! Apparently, there’s a setting on phones that reads eBooks to you–I didn’t know that! (Why do people do Audible books then? I don’t know. Enlighten me!)
I worked near night and day for three days to get the formatting changed. It wasn’t just so simple as changing it in one place and having Scrivener update it all the way through–though that does work beautifully if one doesn’t do what I did, and setup different styles! Ugh! It seems every time I write a book I make some silly mistake and cost myself time. And that’s exactly what happened!
So, if you’d like to help me out and order a paperback copy, I’d really appreciate it! I know it may not be your cup of tea, but I’m willing to bet you that you know that certain someone in your circle who would love to receive a copy as a GIFT! And it would mean the world to me if this book sells well. Not just for the money, but as a wink that all my work has not been in vain. Plus, I’d simply love for more people to know what I now know. I learned so much during the research of this book!
Front cover of my new book, We Are All Connected: The How and The Why. An analytical mind searches for answers. Here’s the link to the paperback.
FYI: I recently rebranded JIGGLE BUTT to JIGGLE WIGGLE per one of my followers comment! And hope to be dancing again soon. Yes, I’m still recovering from a pinched nerve in my shoulder (sub scapula), sciatica, and a foot issue–which may be related to the sciatica!
I’m now encouraging those “over 50” to open to lifelong learning (observe, gently question, and loosen up their pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’), become more aware of their thoughts and emotions to encourage more ease, loosen up and move their bodies (too many are stuck in their heads and physically unhealthy), become strong, and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, body. And to question EVERYTHING!
