Future humans take note: 5 critical things to watch

The Holy Bible says “Fear not” or some equivalent of that idea between 300-365 times, depending on the translation. And as well, “I am with you.” So, I give you this, not out of fear, but out of acknowledgment that I consider us ALL brothers and sisters. And I desire that you rise above the “programming” should you so choose, study and research the following. For there are those in power who attempt to control us, and I want you to take note of some important indicators to watch and increase your awareness, and perhaps even, prepare.

It may be a good time to know a “prepper.” I know you’ve made fun of your prepper friends before, but even if you don’t want to prep, it may be wise and it may ease any fear you already have, to make a plan.

We all know knowledge brings Power and great power comes great responsibility. The 1% know a lot they’re not going to share. I’m not in the 1%, but I read a lot, watch movies, and analyze.

Thus, here are the 5 things I think are of great importance for you to watch for (stay Aware of) in the coming weeks, months, and years–if it all lasts that long, not to be all doom and gloom, but it all hinges on Movement/Staying Put and Money/Resources.

  • You can’t control the prices of commodities or their availability: water, gas/fuel, perishables, and it should go without saying but I’ll add it anyway for those so “programmed,” paper products such as toilet paper. Rising fuel costs may hamper travel and shipment of goods.
  • You can’t work at certain companies (yes, already) without having the certain vaccine (I’m sure I don’t have to name them). Look at the job listings, many companies say you must comply with their vaccine policy. Keep watch on what social programs (aka food stamps, social security checks, and more) get tied to a vaccine policy. This may limit your income.
  • Watch what’s going on with Money. Do you notice what the large financial institutions and insurance companies are doing? Will they cover (pay or reimburse you) for your loved ones funeral expenses? Will your family receive your life insurance if you die of something they deem you could have prevented by taking a vaccine? What’s the deal with crypto currencies? Why is the US dollar losing its value? (Internet search “US dollar losing value”, “Central banks”, and Forex). You can’t borrow money on credit, buy a house, or even get a bank account without a good credit score and that’s been a topic (who controls the major credit bureaus) that I’ve been talking about with friends and family for YEARS. Watch what the credit bureaus are doing.
  • You can’t do whatever you want on your own land. We all know about imminent domain, property taxes, Home Owner Association and deed restrictions, and city/county ordinances. Just because you buy something, doesn’t mean you actually “own” it and can do whatever you like. You can’t just dig anywhere to bury a 55 gallon drum or bury a body. Even if you don’t add public utilities to your land, you must pay taxes and adhere to various ordinances.
  • In regard to Movement, (and circling back to fuel prices) one is now becoming very limited on where they can go. What countries are allowing you in or out? Where can you enter without some kind of documentation? Some friends have told us they couldn’t enter a restaurant in a city without showing some sort of medical “proof.” Another friend can’t sell their house because they can’t buy another with skyrocketing housing prices (in Florida USA). I say, stay put in the home you’ve been paying for all these years and never got to spend as much time in, as you were always leaving it to “go to work.” But some feel they need to travel. Then the question becomes, what price will you pay to travel, even up to and including sacrificing yourSelf to an injection? I said not to the Zika virus vaccine when I had the opportunity to hike through the jungle in Mexico a few years back to see a particular ruin that was important to me. Everyone has to draw the line somewhere for themselves.

Obviously, if you’ve reached my blog site, you know above all else I teach (and preach) personal responsibility and choice. So, if you are able (not hospitalized or otherwise institutionalized) you have the supreme choice over what is and is NOT injected into your body. I didn’t add injections to the list because of all the debate that exists on that topic. But it stands to reason that the only real control you have over anything is what you allow to be put into your body.

I know it can seem fairly bleak. I didn’t intend to go too far down the rabbit hole. But I wanted to put something out to offer the flip side of all the programming that’s been going on. I’m just one educated person who pays attention. And if I can see through the narrative, maybe you can too.

Open letter to Matt Monarch

In response to Matt Monarch’s email letter, both in case he may read this, or for any others who have been on a similar healing journey:

I don’t know Matt Monarch or what all he has been through, number one. No one does.

However, I have healed the body my spirit and soul is living in and owe a debt to Matt’s ex-wife, Angela Stokes-Monarch from the profound level of health I’ve experienced since 2008 after reading her books, Raw Reform: Revealing the Physical Changes and Going Raw For Weight Loss: An Introduction for Overeaters (which, I just read again the other day)!

I’ve been a big fan of The Raw Food World since 2008, and before Matt and Angela had their beautiful children. I followed Angela’s social media posts and videos all through her first pregnancy in fact. And I grieved when Matt and Angela went through their “conscious uncoupling.” As I felt they were so in love.

So, yes, as a fan and follower, I’ve felt this young couple were family to me, especially when I didn’t feel well, or was in an emotionally down place (while my own grown children were both experiencing tumultuous relationships).

So, I give the following from my open heart. And it is what I would say to Matt (or anyone in a similar situation who feels they’ve tried “everything” or “enough” natural health remedies and not found their healing or been let down by other well-meaning healers, experts, or guru types):

When I was six years of age, I too (like Matt), was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. I don’t know if it was labeled a “disease” back then, but nonetheless, and whether or not it really is a “disease” or simply a state of being at “dis-ease” in the body, as Louise Hay has written about (and I’m sure Matt’s well aware of Louise, since her books are usually in the same category as Gerson’s wheatgrass therapy).

Natural healing methods, as my readers know, can encompass a vast range of things, from what we eat and drink (and what we don’t, as in fasting), to Energy Medicine, like Donna Eden’s work, Acupuncture, and more (and includes Energy Psychology one of my favorite modalities), meditation, prayer (always with hands together to “Connect the circuits” and Active Faith), as well as, ice baths, saunas, structured water, and the Biology of Belief (as Bruce Lipton teaches—I am currently in his Community online for $7 a month).

In a nutshell, it’s everything we think (become aware of, acknowledge, let go of), feel (or don’t feel), include in our environment and Energy field, and even some past stuff that’s still in our morphogenic field (which could include past life stuff, stuff from our ancestors, stuff from people we’ve let into our lives for any certain amount of time, etc.) and yes, some of that seems woo-woo and wacky, but I am on a path of learning to receive more knowledge of ALL of this.

Matt said he “saw blood coming out” and perhaps that was a shocking symptom to experience! I had debilitating PAIN when I had ulcerative colitis as a kid. And I’ve met adults who told me there was no cure for this–these were folks steeped in Pharma. But, I was healed!

My uncle is a pastor of a church. And he was fairly young then, when I was 6, as we’re only about 13 years apart. But my mom called him, after taking me to the emergency room and my having to undergo an excruciating exam (which later on, by the way, felt like rape–I was a kid and only knew I was even in worse pain and torture during the exam than the colitis had been causing)!

Our church believed in “laying on of hands.” And when my uncle and other elders from our church came to visit me at our home, they anointed my head with blessed oil and very gently laid their hands on my head and shoulders. They said an audible prayer, but I wasn’t really listening as I was just in too much pain.

After they left, I slept all through the night. I am sure my mom continued praying for me as she was so devout in her beliefs and I was her only child. I know she had to be agonizing seeing me in so much pain, especially after what she’d heard outside the ER curtain–as they had made her step out in order to examine me, and THAT is something that as a parent and grandparent now, I would NEVER allow!

Matt wrote in his email that he’s tried dry fasting, juicing, and took advice from several raw food gurus. He tried a variety of diets and nothing healed the condition.

When Matt wrote that he had an “innocent young trusting mind” that’s exactly when I knew I needed to write this response. I believe Matt’s healing is in that very center of his being where the innocence and trust lives still. Not crushing our Ego (as we all have an Ego for a reason), but finding a way to gently acknowledge it for its usefulness and conversely tell it is it not the ruler of us, can gracefully set us FREE!

I love that Matt acknowledges his Ego in all of this. All of his attempts at healing naturally.

I have said in the past that, “I would try it ALL.”

Now, I question that.

I will add a list of all the treatments, methods, and modalities that I know of, some I have tried and others I’ve not, for various ills, ailments, and such in the course of my 60 years on the planet. Must we BELIEVE in them for them to work? That’s an ongoing mystery to me and why I love the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Gregg Braden, and Bruce Lipton, among others.

I am sooo glad the vitamin C drip helped Matt. I am also so thankful that Matt and Angela saw an Alternative doctor (and that doctor had a shot of cortisone to inject in Matt to restart his heart.  

Aloe, Slippery Elm Bark, blended in home-made apple sauce and not eating nuts and seeds, and not consuming dairy (as it’s mucus forming), I would think would be a gentle diet. Maybe not healing, but gentle. And unless we’re an enlightened yogi who can control all bodily functions as we meditate under a Bodhi tree, we will continue to eat something.

I have been through so much shit in my life and all the 12-step groups, meditations, yoga postures, and attending church doesn’t help much if one doesn’t integrate (at least some) of what you learned from these things INTO your life (another good reason to join my Integrated Spiral DE-Program sessions). But as I say on my home page of SheilaMurrey.net, “it’s ALL your choice. Everyday.”

I’ve tried Jordan Rubin’s products too (after meeting him at a church event in person years ago). I love eating that way, but it didn’t “cure me” of whatever I had going on in this body, at that time. And it didn’t seem sustainable to me. I never did buy into the Medical Medium guy because by the time he showed up in my awareness, I was way beyond him (at least as far as I can see) in my own spiritual practice–NOT that I am better than anyone! (It’s just for me, he didn’t seem to offer anything enlightening.)

I haven’t tried a hyperbaric chamber but it sure sounds like Matt gave it the old college try too, and yeah, if I felt worse from something like that, I’d stop too!

The fish Matt’s eating currently, sounds good, but I’d ditch the eggs and dairy, again as the dairy is mucus forming (from all I’ve learned and experienced) and eggs are high on the list of allergy foods–foods that when eaten, stimulate the body’s allergen response alerts. Eggs were one of the first foods I had to give up for a month or more back in 2000 when I was trying to get to the root of my weight issues and a doctor there had thought I was allergic. They’re also on the list of JJ Virgin or someone like her) list of top 7 or 10 foods that people are allergic to. I know how hard it is to scrape cooked egg off a plate, and I know our insides are different, warm, wet, and we have stomach acid, but they just don’t pass my sanity test, though I agree they are a perfectly balanced food and if I had access to no other food, I’d eat them before eating an animal.

Matt mentioned one MLM company supplement, Sun Rider, which I have never heard of, but my husband and I have been consuming 4-8 ounces of ASEA for 3+ years in good health (though I can’t swear to it being a cure all or anything, I am still detoxing and clearing the body I inhabit of mold and mycotoxins, so there’s that).

He also mentioned Homeopathy Drops and I don’t know if that refers to NES Health or not, but after reading X and that was after feeling better within HOURS of taking Infoceuticals (and for the small cost of these), I wouldn’t knock a gift horse in the mouth and refuse to try those–they’re really very gentle and have worked TWICE now for me to release certain issues from the body I live in.

I do understand what a disease is, though Matt’s use of the word “plagued” (more than once in his email) has me curious if he understands what the Biology of Belief is. I wouldn’t use that word in reference to anything going on with the body–as all the cells of this body I live in and love and use everyday IS LISTENING. 

FYI: Here’s a previous post I wrote several years ago about beliefs (changing one’s mindset, learning about the various belief systems, and “overthinking”, have been a fairly consistent themes in my life).

Look up stem cells. Research about the environment or medium that a cell is in and why it’s important. The cell culture medium actually shapes the cell! The same stem cells grow into different organs of the body depending upon the environment they’re placed in, which I find extremely fascinating!

I do acknowledge that pharmaceutical medicine an offer fast relief–sometimes. But heal? I’ve never known a pharmaceutical medicine to heal anything. It seems he still has the issue, so I question the word, “heal.” Not arguing. Just curious.  

I’m not 100% raw, nor am I on any kind of band wagon here–unless it might be that I question big Pharma and won’t play into their game since the 5 asthma and allergy medications I’d been on for years only made the asthma I had from age 6 to my 40s worse!!! We can walk with a crutch too, but that never strengthens a weak leg!

I wouldn’t blame the almond butter, but maybe the seeds (as seeds are notorious for irritating the colon), and I still love Matt, Angela, and their children and look forward to all the continued good vibes they’ll ALL put out into the world for the rest of their lives.

In closing, no, I don’t think Matt Monarch is failing the “raw food movement” by utilizing western medicine (Big Pharma) or that there’s anything “wrong” with going to a doctor or hospital. He wrote that he’s undergone a 9 year battle and tried many natural remedies and alternative therapies. Matt, those may very well have extended your life! I’m glad the doctors helped Matt find a solution. And everyone should have a health team of professionals on their side for guidance and advice (that’s what I advocate for and teach in my book, Take It Upon Yourself to Live a Wholly Vibrant Life!). I’m so thankful Matt writes that he’s a changed man and that he’s grateful! I believe Everything Resolves to Gratitude. I am happy Matt continues to share from his huge heart (he doesn’t owe any of us an explanation)! I am so grateful Matt graciously offers what worked and didn’t work for him (as each of us are unique in our circumstances). I am grateful that Matt offers us ALL hope to find whatever solution and path that ultimately serves our highest and best. Namaste brother. OM

UPDATE: I sent this letter to Matt via his team email with The Raw Food World. The response I received was simply, Thank you. I know he gets hundreds of suggestions, per what he tells us in his weekly email updates (these go out to thousands of people via his mail list, I’m sure). And that made me think, if I were dealing with such an issue, how would I respond to hundreds of well-wishers? I may not even make such a diagnosis public. So, on a psychological level–it’s interesting. Are we silently asking for help by sharing our health stories? If we truly are ALL walking each other home (by living this life), it seems that may be the case.

When was the last time you felt GREAT?

I woke up one morning with this question in my mind, “When was the last time I felt GREAT?”

Have you ever asked yourself that question???

Almost immediately after asking myself this question, I answered myself “When I was eating raw food”!

Thus, I looked up Dan McDonald, The Life Regenerator on my email (as I have followed him for YEARS, even though I’d quit eating 100% raw in 2008).

I bought an hour personal consult with Dan and his team was so responsive! Within a couple of days, I was on the phone with him and he was just as real (honest-to-God authentic and humble human being), as I’d always thought he might be (from feeling like I knew him from his MANY enlightening YouTube videos)!

I recorded the call on my laptop, so I could listen over and over to keep myself motivated and encouraged. (And yes, I have needed to listen to our conversation again after a couple of weeks.)

I’d received an email from Dan (before our call – from his mass email list) about eating nothing but citrus fruits! I’d never thought of that before, nor had I ever eating strictly one type of foods. Even when I was a raw vegan for one year, I’d eaten quite a variety of raw fruits and vegetables.

So, a couple of days before our phone consult, I began eating several varieties of citrus fruit, and drinking lemon and lime infused water. And by the time we talked, I was really ready to HEAR and embody Dan’s advice.

I decided to commit to eating this way for the month of March 2022 or longer. I committed to being really AWARE of how I feel before, during, and after eating. I began taking it “one day at a time.” And so far, so good!

To date, I have released 10 pounds in 2 weeks and feel GREAT!

Now, the weight loss has subsided a bit and I have incorporated celery and avocados into my daily diet, for dinner. I had felt I just needed a bit more fiber and fat to help move stuff through my body. And a couple times I did have romaine lettuce, basmati rice and saag spinach paneer for dinner too.

For me, right now, this is of value. And I’ll continue to adjust daily as needed. But this way of eating has brought a lot of LIGHT into my body, as Dan said it would. And I feel it!

Update: I see the Ego in the salad (like Dan said too). And come on! Back to the citrus. Maybe fruitarian IS in my future. Hmmm

Happy Sheela Na Gig Day!

Ah, today! It’s Sheela Na Gig Day! Yes, a day that celebrates the Celtic icon/goddess, Sheela, statues of which can be found all over the UK, but mostly in Ireland.

There are various legends and stories surrounding the Sheela and what she represents, but one thing that intrigues me is the one about pregnant women. It is said that if a woman in labor focuses on a picture of a Sheela Na Gig her labor pains ease! Talk about the mind-body Connection!

I learned–of my namesake story–about the Sheela Na Gig, on our trip back to Newgrange for Winter Solstice 2019, from our beautiful bus driver Edel (link to her tours here).

What do YOU do when you get aggravated?

I can tell you what I used to do when I got aggravated. And how I have lightened up. But I am really interested to hear what YOU do when someone annoys you or something aggravates you.

When something or someone disturbs you, do you:

  • Rant (like I still do sometimes)?
  • Yell?
  • Grumble?
  • Confide in someone you trust—even if you know it may raise their blood pressure?
  • Throw things?
  • Punch a pillow?
  • Throw up your hands (or a particular finger)? I have learned NOT to do that while driving.

If I am working, I’ll get up and walk around the house. (Yes, I did that when we lived in our RV too.) Or I would go outside and walk or stand barefoot in the sand.

Do you shift you body in some way?

How do you release the excess Energy that becoming aggravated stirs up?

I used to cry, but I conquered that several years ago.

Oneness. It’s not just loving what we like.

On my quest to embrace Oneness (including what I don’t like, i.e. being scammed, hearing loud people or traffic noise, people who act like jerks and worse), I am conscious that when I feel “aggravation” that’s my initial sense that I may be about to react and judge someone or situation.

I do my best to pause, take a deep breath, acknowledge my feelings, and edit my response—but it’s all a work in progress. Sometimes the situation triggers old wounds and traumas and I just have to exit—sometimes abruptly.

And while I dislike labels, I am releasing and forgiving myself for the THOUGHT when I am tempted to label someone or something. I still observe the action. But allowing anything external to me to “steal my joy” may be something I will have to work on the rest of my life.

Are we all a “work in progress”?

I am always attempting to do better. I see myself transforming—and pat myself on the back when I respond in the way my best and highest self would like. (A self love and approval kind of thing.)

First use of Otter: Shout out to Queen-Kimmie and Shawn7 of The BOSS Effect podcast, Cheryl Guidry, CBD, Alzheimer’s, Dance of Energy, and Omniscience

This is a shout out to Otter. The app is transcribing this while I’m talking and driving, and it looks like it’s working. So that’s good because I wasn’t sure because of where the phone was sitting in the car. I edited later and added image and URL links. Well, hello everybody. My name is Sheila Murrey. And if you’re reading this, you’re already aware of who I am and the name of my blogs: The Wholly Integrated Self and Being Wholly Vibrant (where I encourage everyone to Take it upon yourself to live a wholly vibrant life). That’s Murrey with an EY. ❤️🦋🌀🎼 And I’ve picked up that little tip to sing it out from my friends and podcasters, Queen-Kimmie Tyson (she sings her name out as Kimmie with an IE). Shout out to her husband Shawn7 too–I like to hear him sing also, but he’s a rapper. And I don’t listen to rap quite as much as I do other styles of music. I love your voice too Shawn7, and your easy going style. So what I would like to talk about today is podcasting. I have been listening to Queen-Kimmie and Shawn7s podcast on my drive to and now, from Miami today, which is about four hours down from where we live in Bradenton, Florida. I’ve had time today to listen to many of their podcast episodes and pick up valuable information. Queen-Kimmie and Shawn7s podcast is called, The BOSS Effect. B O S S stands for bold, outspoken, soulful storytelling. You can find their podcast on whatever podcast player you use. I highly recommend you check out several or all of their episodes because they’re so fun. They’re so authentic. They ask great questions of the folks they interview. On most episodes they play a fun $10k game with guests which really lets you know a little bit more about how the guest speaker does their internal processing. I’ve loved listening to each of these because when a person is put on the spot and they’re asked how to spend $100 without borrowing any money from any friends using only a beater truck and their skills, to make $10k in 10 days for themselves. I mean that’s that’s the kind of question that really makes your brain work. You know, you don’t just sit and meditate necessarily and go into a sort of LaLa land mental state, all calm and restful, when trying to answer those kinds of questions, right? When you go to work on a question like that, your brain goes to work. And one of our mutual friends Cheryl Guidry (when they interviewed her), she talked about CBD–C as in Cat, B as boy, and D as in dog. CBD is a special oil or substance derived from hemp, which is a sister to marijuana but there’s no THC in hemp. So you if you do get any THC, it’s a very miniscule amount in this oil. But what this oil does, and I’m circling back to the brain because I do spiral thoughts (when your mind kind of goes in circles), getting to my point–when you want to improve your brain power (to answer a question like how you would earn $10,000 in 10 days. Well, your brain is like a machine. Thinking can be called machination, right? It’s machining to calculate and come up with strategize, devise all these things. So it’s not in a relaxed state. The CBD oil that I’m talking about helps improve brain cognition! Cheryl Guidry talked about CBD–find her company link here. And my daughter also sells CBD oil for a well-respected company: check it out here. When you take the CBD oil, over time, (I literally take only two or three drops of the CBD oil every day, or every other day), the benefits seem to build. I may forget to take it a day or two. It’s fine. I start taking it again. And it’s like my brain functions like a car with eight cylinders, and all eight cylinders are firing versus a car with eight cylinders in the engine and only six cylinders or maybe even four are firing. You know I wouldn’t get very far right and the car would run very smoothly if it was only running on half power. Or two thirds power. So my point is, if you have any issue in wanting to improve your brain, power or cognition, yes, reach out to Cheryl Guidry or click this link (compare the two brands) because CBD is life changing. I will say, the reason I first started to even explore taking CBD was because my mother had Alzheimer’s. The last probably 20 years of her life. It was very slow. It was a very slow decline but the last five years of her life, her quality of life diminished very quickly. And the last of those last five years my dad was her sole caregiver. So I looked for things that could help both of them–my dad as caregiver and also my mom–to help her get maybe 10 or 20% of her cognition back, but unfortunately I found CBD just weeks before she passed. I had just started taking it for myself and wanted to be the guinea pig to make sure it would be okay to give her because my mother was very sensitive. AB RH negative blood type made my mother very sensitive to everything–she wasn’t able to take penicillin, for instance. Just very sensitive to chemicals, and anything synthetic and toxins which we all know we were all exposed to toxins in one way or another everyday. Point is my grandmother had Alzheimer’s (or some form of dementia) when she passed away. That would have been my mother’s mother and my mother’s older sister. So with Alzheimer’s in my family that close, I really knew that I needed to amp up my approach to improving my brain power. I work in technology. So when they say just work a puzzle every day to maintain brain health, I do. I troubleshoot every day on the computer. So I’ve got that piece down. And I love MCT oil, which is a form of coconut oil. I love coconut so that’s not an issue for me, but not everybody loves coconut (and MCT sometimes still has a bit of coconut flavor). CBD gives you a quick, easy way to improve your brain. It’s not inexpensive, but doesn’t cost a lot when you only take a few drops a day. I’m not even taking a dropper full. Which, if I was it would probably last me 30 days or 60 days but I don’t take much, so it lasts me for literal months, probably six months per bottle. I spend maybe 50 to $75 on a bottle, so that gives you just some idea. Don’t quote me on CBD oil prices because it also depends on the strength that you buy. Maybe 500 milligram, 1000, milligram, 1500, milligram, that kind of thing. So I just take a very minimal milligram and a minimal dosage. And I can tell if I don’t take it for a couple of weeks. I’ll start walking into a room going Why did I walk in here? But by taking this every day, or like I said even every other day. I don’t have those moments. I don’t have the brain fog. I don’t have those senior moments, as they call them. So again, I love what I do as far as my job. And the last few years I’ve been really thankful to be supporting our US veterans, but when my project with the VA ended, I thought I was gonna be laid off. I started actually for my own business on the side. But you all know that. IntegratedSpiral.com Probably a couple years ago now, actually. But then COVID happened and I wasn’t laid off when I had initially been told I would which was great because I got to work for the last couple of years for the VA continuing to work on computers from home which is what I enjoy. And I get paid well I mean I went to school for this and have degrees as well as a 30 plus year career in technology. So it’s not something that I thumb my nose at or want to throw away to become an full-time entrepreneur. But there are things aside from tech aside from computers that I love, which would be my spiritual writing my spiritual mentoring. I’d love to meditate more. I love to talk with people and have real and authentic and down to earth conversations with people even when they disagree with me about who God is where God is what God is, because I don’t believe are in a human form that will ever understand. Anyway, we’ll never understand the mind of God but I love talking about it. I love putting my body into a space of learning and absorbing not only what others tell me, but what I hear myself say because it’s often nothing that I’ve thought of–it just drops into my mind. I don’t call myself a medium, channel or any such labels. The words simply F-L-O-W from Spirit through me. I then get the feeling of what we call, GodBumps. And there’s some other folks that I’ve connected with on Facebook talk about the sensation of GodBumps as well! They wrote a book about it. When you are drawn to nature as the basis of your religion not that we’re worshipping the created. We’re worshipping the Creator through what has been created not through books, necessarily, although we use books and scriptures as sacred text, but also sacred sites and things that are tangible that we can feel and touch see and smell and taste them have been here for 1000s of years. I mean, things that were written down have been mistranslated and I think we all know and understand that things can be lost in translation, the meaning of words can be lost. So we’re skewed skewed just enough that is a one word. Now if you take one Holy Bible scripture that has one word and that is so limiting and divisive that you can form other religions just by using that one word and that one word is only if you can do that with the power of one word, just imagine how powerful those written texts are. And if you get that one word wrong then how far off the path do you go? And does your life become and I don’t want to wake up in the grand beyond one day and go my complete the whole path that I was on was wrong. But you know what, in the worst case scenario even if that happened, God is still an entity and a force to create creative source of energy that we can barely grasp the concept of, and I believe that God or omniscience as I call it, God would totally take care of that because omniscience sees everything omniscience is the field the unified field that puts everything together that allows everything to be put together and created right so the energy creates and the energy is the foundation as well for all of the creation to sit and stand upon. That’s how I view it. And when I start talking about that subject, that’s what I want to spend the rest of my days on. After I retire from tech whenever that is, whether that’s this year or next year, or when I turned 62 or 65, I’ll coach. On the side, I do coach people or mentor, but I prefer to use the term facilitate because it’s really a facilitation. Remember John Travolta’s character in the movie, Phenomenon? Go back and watch the part where he does the energy dance with the spoon at the yard sale. You know Kreskin, years ago when I was a kid, Kreskin on TV used to bend spoons I think your yellers others, they would bend spoons. But John Travolta in Phenomenon takes a spoon with his finger (without touching it) and he makes the spoon kind of do a little circle or dance. And I said that’s it right there. It’s a dance of energy. We are all dancing with Source Energy every single day. Everything we think everything we say. We breathe in spirit. We breathe out a mixture of our soul, which is in our blood mixed with that air that we had breathe in. So we’re, we’re mixing spirit with soul in our body every time we breathe and we’re impacting other people’s lives. Every time we breathe every time we speak, whether we know it or not. So when we can glimpse that and have a tiny more bit of awareness, we become a little bit more responsible about what we’re reading, what we’re watching who we’re conversing with what we’re saying. Every and I know. I know. The phrase that may come to mind now is don’t sweat the small stuff, but it’s all small stuff. And I believe all the small stuff matters because we’re created from small stuff, molecules, atoms, the nucleus, the nuclei, the neuro peptides, the neutrinos, that’s that’s where I was going with that neutrinos are one of the smallest particles that physics that science has found. Physicists say that 10,000 neutrinos go through our bodies because our bodies are not solid. They’re soluble. Every second 10,000 neutrino particles every second bombard our bodies, and they go through our bodies. So can you imagine we’re kind of like this mushy collection of molecules that’s bound together by what? Blood bone? muscle tissue ligaments? Yeah. It’s really fascinating. When you think about we’re like this meat sack walking around. And our blood is formed from being a fetus in a mother and whomever she is or was and then her parents and their parents and their parents. And their parents. I mean, wait, life has continued on this planet anyway, as far as we know, from perhaps two people or more, you know, and then you are sitting here as a result of all these people that have come before you so when you hear people say we stand on Grand shoulders are great shoulders, to know what we know and to advance science tech and center that is so very true. We wouldn’t be here without our parents, their parents and so on and so forth. The Native Americans have a beautiful belief system that speaks to that. That’s many of them call it seven generations. So that’s where they get that little dishwashing liquid, you know, company that was formed, Seventh Generation, right because we want to take care to not overreach what we do on this planet so that seven generations from now (after us), people will still have things to enjoy, like we have to enjoy today. But listen, I’ve went on longer than I imagined that I would when I began this. And I really want to say that I appreciate you all for reading and for listening. And I am IN Joy. Lifestyle and sexual LABELS

Why should we care about anyone’s lifestyle choices?

Why should you care about whether my husband and I have sex or not? Or why should we care who sleeps with who? (Consent implied.)

Why are other people’s personal lifestyle choices any of our business? Why do we judge?

I get that you may care about my well-being because:

I am a human;

I’m a woman, mom, and grandmother;

I am kind;

I am an empath;

I am sensitive.

And that’s all well and good.

I care about you too! Because We Are All Connected.

We are each a bright shining fractal of Ever-Living, LIMITLESS Source Energy! Creation never ceases!

I am love-and-in my spirit and heart: I love unconditionally–that means without conditions, such as: I don’t care how much money you have or don’t have. I don’t care what ancestry you have, what skin tone, what ailments, what religion-or not, and certainly not what gender or sexual orientation you are-think you are or want to be!

Underneath the outer layer of our skin, we are all pink! Our blood is blue until exposed to oxygen and then, it’s red!

I think we care about each other because we are human. We are ALL human beings.

Why are other people’s personal lifestyle choices any of our business? Why do we judge?

Sex life – must it be out in the open?

There, I said it.

Where are my BISEXUAL friends?

Men, women, non-binaries?

Are you willing to speak up?

And why is it important to authentically speak our truth?

I don’t want to exclude ANYONE. I want to be known for Inclusivity.

Because We Are ALL Connected. Because I believe each of us matter. I believe each of our voices matter. ❤️🦋🌀〰️

And, yes, I want you to yell FIRE in a theater, IF it’s on freaking FIRE!

Speaking your truth is healing!

Family secrets

For many years of my life my mother didn’t trust my dad. She loved him dearly, but he had committed infidelities. She trusted me and told me when I was young of his indescretions. Probably not the best thing to do, but my mother was very close to me. For years, she called me her miracle child, her angel. And I don’t think she ever meant to turn me against my dad, but she needed someone she could trust and so, she confided in me.

Many years later, after her passing, my adult son, found pages and pages of her diary. And many of the things he read were disturbing.

He’d not heard all of the “bad” stories about my dad before and he was getting the uncut version from mom’s writing.

Since my son was very close to my dad, these revelations from the pages of mom’s diary threw my son into a tailspin, literally! (In fact, he had an accident one night after learning all that and it nearly killed him!)

In one letter my mom even accused my dad of “running around with men.”

I had seen a similar note she had written too, and she had used the word, “camp.” Since they did call their northern home “the camp” and since we all went camping, I didn’t think much of it, until I mentioned it to a gay friend. He asked me, “don’t you know why men use the word, “camp”? And I didn’t—though I had heard some references to certain movies being “camp,” like the Rocky Horror Picture Show, which was pretty gay.

Anyway, I will never know if my mom’s suspicions were founded on anything true or not, other than I know my dad was a lady’s man. And my whole point here is to ponder why I should care anyway.

When a friend of mine posted the following one day on Facebook, it brought up all these memories and I started taking down some notes on the subject:

I’ve been reflecting on the invisibility of our kind… LOL. It’s funny, but not funny. Sometimes it’s really damaging or just plain frustrating.
Are we now willing to admit it to it?
When maybe it’s been safer not to.
It’s been a long road for me to talk about it publicly. But then, how do we find and know each other?
For support, for connection, for community… It’s a unique and often lonely path seeking to be understood by our families, our culture, even our friends… even WITHIN Pride community.
Can we find better ways to be included?
To support one another. To be seen and heard.
How does being bisexual affect our relationships? Our choices? Our mental health?
How do we self-determine or craft our personal narrative outside the lines of “moderate” culture? How do we get better at articulating our truths in this world?… Thoughts?

I humbly applaud my friend for her transparency to share. I felt the courage and conviction of her words. Yet, I sat on several drafts of THIS post for YEARS.

No labels

I am all for NO LABELS!

I could care less what people do (or with whom) in the privacy of their homes, cars, RVs, motel rooms, tents, bathrooms, etc. and I don’t even mind public reasonable shows of affection (it doesn’t have to be vulgar—yes I know I am still judging). And between consenting adults, please. (My mind cannot abide with people taking advantage of children—see my previous post about that.)

Yes, I accept all for who they are. (But I don’t have to live with them.) I have had way too many experiences on different levels than to judge—more than I just did.

We were given a brain and free will though. We do NOT have to remain in abusive situations!

My adult kids and I have talked about this issue a ton of times, and I love our open communications about it all. (We have talked more since my son found mom’s diary pages.)

Neither of my kids judge others either, and as a parent, that’s something I am exceedingly happy about. (Because I feel it’s the one thing I did right as a parent)! 😉🥰❤️

But secrets can still be disturbing when they are revealed.

Putting all this out here, on my public blog? Well, it sort of feels like I am in that dream where you go to school naked!

It is far easier for me to tell you what Heaven (what I call the Grand Beyond) looks like than talk about sex here.

Knee-jerk reactions

You may recall a time (previous post is here), when a relative of mine read one of MY Facebook posts and decided to block me, and never speak to me again, because of something that “hurt her feelings.”

Thing is, our whole family seems to have a big issue with “taking everything PERSONALLY,” or “people pleasing.” Yep!

I meant no ill will towards her or anyone when I posted my message. And in particular she would have been the LAST person I would ever want to “hurt,” offend, because I had always placed her on the proverbial pedestal. I wanted to BE her when I was little. Hmm.

Better to feel good than be right

I have experienced the knee-jerk reactions (less and less now and of shorter duration), when someone in my immediate environment triggers me!

In one case, it’s been 2 years, and she didn’t even call or reach out to me when my dad died—supposedly her favorite brother). My aunt preaches “Compassion” too, so imagine my dismay. What to do?

From a distance, I have been choosing to “do” this for her. I send HER compassion (via distance), and wish her well. ❤️🦋🌀

A few days ago my daughter posted her Story on Facebook and I remembered this draft I had since August. Today, I finished this blog article after experiencing a knee-jerk reaction during work, and making a conscious choice to forgive and employ better feeling words.

I now, always ask myself (when I feel emotionally triggered), “when have I ever reacted this way?” It gives me space to breathe and react LESS, because I can quickly put myself in the other person’s shoes.

We practice methods during the Integrated Spiral™ program also, to build our resilience (a sort of mental “muscle memory”), so whenever we are emotionally triggered, we react less, and control or manage our emotions “in the moment.” Then, we can use our logical, analytical mind, instead of allowing our amygdala (flight or fight mind) to take over.

Incredibly, I wrote a draft of this post last August, (when I was on vacation and had some contemplative time).

Fast forward

I finished it today, because I had a knee-jerk reaction to something at work.

Everything worked out okay, with myself and my colleague learning more about each other. Plus, we figured out our need to offer our client mutual agreed upon information (we had to get “on the same page” first, before communicating with our customer). What did we do?

We both forgave ourselves and each other, by appreciating each other and how our intentions align. We found our integrity. It actually happened fairly easily after we took turns venting for a moment.

We just had to imagine our shared purpose. Our goal. And explain to each other our particular intentions. While treating each other with respect. And holding space for each other.

I wish everyone’s interactions could work out so smoothly when knee-jerk responses occur. I know it’s possible. Today was my proof.

Time it takes a human body to renew

I think, especially NOW, we could all use this list to focus on and renew our cells!

  • A human’s BLOOD PLATELETS are replaced every 10 days.
  • A human’s COLON is completely NEW every 2-3 days.
  • A human’s HEART MUSCLE cells are renewed 24/7.
  • A human’s JOINT & CARTILAGE cells are constantly renewing.
  • A human’s LIVER is 100% new every five months.
  • A human’s LUNGS are brand-new every 2-3 weeks.
  • A human’s RED BLOOD CELLS are ALL new every four months.
  • A human’s SKELETON and BONES renew themselves by 10% every year.

When you brush your teeth, focus on sending love and healing intentions to your teeth and gums, tongue, jaw bone, face, and so on.

Apply this knowledge to the rest of your body as you move, bathe, get a massage, do self acupressure, etc.

To Feldenkrais, Yoga and Pilates teachers: take a pic of your clients, body, waist, hands, feet, etc. and see what changes over time. Inform your clients to help encourage them to be consistent and keep coming back to you!!!

Patting myself on the back

My biggest takeaway from 2021, was to give myself a physical pat on the back for accomplishing sooo much—though I had multiple obstacles and challenges.

Think patting yourself on the back for your accomplishments is bad? That could be a limiting belief.

If you don’t pat yourself on the back, it’s doubtful that anyone else will.

Patting yourself on the back is NOT arrogant or egotistical! You work hard. You are studious. Resilient. And you’re flexible. Adaptable. Look yourself in the eyes (in a mirror) and SMILE!

My husband has this saying, “He who tooteth not his own horn, the same shall not be tooted”! Haha! What do you think of that?

Plan for success

I keep a variety of notes around me, from little sticky notes, to journals, to poster drawings of my spiral method, to notes and research on my laptop and in my iPhone.

Create success

To create my success, I set my sights on accomplishing the my top 5 goals by believing in myself, my brain and body, and in my voice. My daily practices include:

  • Gratitude Flow (IntegratedSpiral.com)
  • Meditation
  • Singing (to feel good)
  • Moving (to burn cortisol), Qigong / Yoga, Dancing
  • Acupressure
  • Doing Energy work: EFT Tapping, Eden Method, etc.
  • Writing

Dancing adds JOY into each day and helps me burn calories.

My Integrated Spiral™ Gratitude F-L-O-W keeps me grounded and in touch with my ancestors and relations in the Grand Beyond. Yes, We Are All Connected. 💙🦋🌀〰️

Meeting with Clubhouse groups (keeps my mindset UP).

Staying in touch with family and friends keeps me accountable (and strengthens my integrity.

Tracking my steps, weighing in, and measuring my body weekly, helps me stay focused on my health.

Posting something everyday on social media builds my following. I love sharing my perspective on reality in hopes that it uplifts others (and their businesses), though I acknowledge “shadow” too, because I believe in yin and yang, and balance. ☯️

I’ve been thrilled to sit in circle with Patti Stevens. And be a part of her Women’s Soul Journey group on Facebook. I met Patti on a yoga cruise in January of 2020, and had an instant soul Connection with her.

Robin runs her own business called, Quitting Culture and has been one of my cheerleaders throughout 2020 and 2021. She’s super confident and full of integrity! I highly recommend her if you’re just starting out in business.

As well, Marilen Crump runs the Phenomenal Female Business Network and has been running business masterminds groups for women for many years. I’m in a couple of her groups and I have actually partnered with fantastic entrepreneurs via these groups! My tip: When networking online (especially in Facebook groups), simply be your helpful self and you’ll attract your authentic tribe who wants to work with you. ❤️😉

Queen Kimmie Tyson is another one of my cheerleaders who runs a thriving business and podcast with her musical husband, Shawn7. Queen Kimmie got me into Clubhouse and I have made incredible friends with several through sharing unscripted there from the depths of my soul. My TOP 5 goals for 2021 were:

  1. Integration of my Spirit and Soul into ALL I am and do DAILY, to help me stay balanced and Connected
  2. Take Joy in running Integrated Spiral (a transformational, small group, self-coaching DE-program)
  3. Close open loops within the week and celebrate to reinforce that habit
  4. Market our music while promoting others (as I have been doing on N1M)
  5. Continue writing (metaphysical novel in progress), created a course on Communing with TREES, blogging, creating t-shirt designs and more, and generating ideas for a Vlog or podcast

Forward progress is continuing.

Gratitude on my mind

It’s not an official yoga asana (posture), but Gratitude is a part of each posture I perform when I do my Integrated Spiral™ Gratitude F-L-O-W (a combination of movements based on Qigong, Yoga, and Energy Medicine). As well, I am always grateful I can get into and hold the poses of the day in whatever manner I can.

My daily practice reminds me, that whether I’m on or off the mat, I intend to keep my awareness on Gratitude. And actually breathe and live IN Gratitude. Always. In ALL ways.

I’m always grateful for my breath, especially after naturally releasing asthma in 2005 and being able to kick 5 prescription medicines to the curb forever! (Details in my book, Take It Upon Yourself to Live a Wholly Vibrant Life!)

I also often consider how grateful I am that my mind and body work in unison. And that my mind is improving with age (though my mom, aunt, and grandmother had Alzheimer’s disease), because I love a challenge (and gleefully learn)!

I care for my heart and other organs by consciously directing healing thoughts to them many times throughout the day. I am a conscious creator! ❤️🦋🌀〰️

Everything Resolves to Gratitude.

I believe we are each enveloped by Omniscience, divine Love. And we can embrace the wisdom of ALL the masters (I have learned from several now who have passed and continue with several like Dr. Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, Nick Polizzi, plus the indispensable, Neale Donald Walsch), who are always near. Plus, my ancestors and relatives in the Grand Beyond and my Third Eye, who guide and support me psychically and spiritually every moment of my life. 💙🦋🌀〰️

Natural forces and Mother Gaia sustain my life and the lives of everyone. The least I can do is care for the Earth and be a good steward.

Detox and drainage

Possibilities to help detox and drain.


Earthing

Walk in the sand and gain electrons from the earth, (Jared Pollack’s work) movement increases our energy and vibrancy.

Light

Wake up half hour earlier and go outside and walk in the sun, even if it’s cloudy, barefoot when possible.

Getting bare skin on the earth, hydrating, and 20 minutes of sunshine everyday can do wonders for anyone’s health.

Movement

Exercise and contraction of the movement is good, but getting physical touch, and earth is so important.

Peptides, according to Dr. Jay Davidson purifies and benefits RNA/DNA. It can mimic intermittant fasting effects. This can support the heart.

Spiral Thought: What if the heart as a rhythm conductor, instead of a pump? We know the extraordinary benefits of heart-brain coherence!

What order do we want to drain and detox in?

We want to unclog the bottom of funnel first! So, make sure you’re pooping – ensure colon is ready for a detox.

Tauroursodeoxycholic acid (or TUDCA), is a natural bile fluid produced by the liver. But humans don’t make this. Yet interestingly, Black bears make a lot of TUDCA.

As a supplement, TUDCA could offer benefits to the brain, liver, nervous system, eye (retina), and more. Studies and research are ongoing, but more human trials are needed. TUDCA’s potential is exciting because of its neuro-supportive and liver bioavailability.

The liver and bile duct system (if that’s backed up) allow toxins to go into the blood stream. We want to keep these systems working well.

UPDATE 1/15/22:

I have completed Elena’s liver cleanse protocol too. It was more intense than I thought, because you fast (by drinking only water, fresh juices, and tea) for 3 days, and run to the restroom a lot! Thankfully, there’s no cramping or other ill effects! But let’s just say, coconut oil is needed after wiping because your rear gets sore. Ugh!

Now, I see why many prefer colonics! But I did lose 5 pounds, as this liver cleanse begins with a small intestine cleanse, then after the liver cleanse, completing with a digestive cleanse.
