Considering how the spirit may reside in or out of the body (science has yet to prove where consciousness resides), yet connected to one’s presence, God, Omniscience, and so forth, this category may include those, with a focus on the spirit portion of one’s BEing. This also includes: Omniscience, Omnipresence, Omnipotence. LIMITLESS, Ever-Living, Filling-ALL-Space Creator God. Source Energy. Love.
Here are a few excerpts from the talk I gave about my new book, We Are All Connected: The How and The Why. An analytical mind searches for answers (link below), to the Unity church business group last week:
Excerpt 1: I began speaking about how Andy Lutts (this group’s leader/organizer) and I met through his wife, Jen Carey when we both participated in a Breakthrough Performance (music therapy group) in Florida, 8 years ago (Link to that blog article at the end). I introduce the book and read the title, as well as my warning about how the text in the paperback version of We Are All Connected has been printed from the Amazon print shops. I am continuing to work on reformatting the paperback in hopes to improve the print quality. I then get into the metaphysical experience I had that led me to write the book. I mention knowledge I picked up even from when I was a child and my dad ran a C.B. radio business and “talked skip.” I mention my time at Radio Shack (my resume) and how I came to be such an intense researcher and writer. There’s a lot of information here in a 15 minute clip! I think you’ll really enjoy it!
Excerpt 2: Andy posed a question to me of which chapter in the book I like the most or might want to write/speak more about. And like children, each chapter in the book is like my baby and hard to choose one. I get into God, the afterlife, and then something amazing happened! I said something I’ve never said before about being a bubble of water! And why I find it difficult to converse deeply with an atheist (though I have an atheist cousin).
Excerpt 3: Answering the question about why I wrote the book and who I was writing the book for (to answer the question of why and how We Are All Connection), and the thread that runs through the entire book–our interconnectedness. I spoke about the clairsentience, GodBumps, I experience; I spoke about the metaphysical book, Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection. And the holistic health book, Have Yourself a Wholly Vibrant Life: Reversing Asthma and Other Chronic Illness Naturally. I love what came out about water and how water can smooth rocks. Be like water. I also explain a bit about Integrating the Spirals and how it helps us get a different view/perspective on people and things to judge less.
NOTE: The Zoom call with a Unity church business group was recorded, but not public.

Spirit often shows up not as a dramatic apparition, but as subtle, everyday “glitches” in life that we rush past or rationalize away. Most people aren’t very aware that these moments can be spirit speaking in the only language it has: the language of energy, sensation, memory, and symbol.
When the World Pretends to Be Normal
We live in a world trained to explain everything with wires, drafts, bad memories, and coincidence. That’s not wrong—but it’s also not the whole story. Spirit doesn’t always need to be seen to be present. It often works through the small, strange things that make us pause for a second and then move on.
Below are the ways spirit shows itself to people without them knowing, based on your list and what many mediums, sensitives, and ordinary people report across cultures.
Screen capture: A daily quote re: “being watched.” –Tut.com
1. Electricity, Lights, and Electronics That “Act Up”
One of the most common but overlooked signs is disturbance in the electrical realm:
Lights flicker or go on/off at odd moments.
Electronics die suddenly, chargers stop working, or devices malfunction in ways that don’t match normal wear.
Radios, TVs, or phones change channels, volume, or playlists without anyone touching them.
Batteries drain unusually fast, or devices restart on their own.
Why this matters: Spirit is often described as energy-based, and electricity is the closest physical equivalent to that frequency. Many traditions and modern paranormal accounts suggest spirits can “pull” or “push” on electrical systems to make their presence known. It’s not always malicious; it can be a gentle nudge, like a tap on the shoulder made of current. This happened to my friend Alison and I after she bought a new car and we both got in at the same time. She said it only happened when any other high vibrational person entered the car and at no other time. The car wasn’t malfunctioning. It was simply aligning with the energies of the occupants.
2. Temperature Shifts and Sensations of Air
Sudden temperature changes are another classic, quiet signal:
A cold pocket of air in a warm room, or a warm spot in a cold hallway.
A rush of wind with no window open, especially when you’re alone.
In nature: a sudden pocket of warm water in a cold lake, or a strange warmth in an otherwise chilly environment. This happened to me while swimming with our granddaughters on our recent camping vacation to Maine.
A feeling of warm air wrapping around you while you’re grieving, even if no one is there.
These “cold spots” or “warm hugs” are reported so often in haunted-house accounts and mediumship that they’re considered a baseline sign of a presence. Spirit may not be able to hold a hand, but it can move air and change temperature.
3. Dreams That Feel Like Visits
Dreams are one of the most direct channels spirit uses, especially when we’re not consciously aware:
Vivid, “too real” dreams after a loved one has died—sometimes they speak, sometimes they simply are there. This is what happened when I felt I was visited by my mother after she passed in 2017. I wrote about the experience in Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection.
Dreams where you feel physically touched, held, or guided.
Repeating dreams of a place or person that carry emotional weight long after you wake.
Many people dismiss these as “just dreams,” but sensitives often describe them as visitations: the dreamer’s mind is quiet enough for spirit to slip through more clearly. The dream may not announce itself as “this is a spirit,” but the feeling afterward—comfort, clarity, a sense of being loved—is the message.
4. Songs That Arrange Themselves
Music is a powerful carrier of memory and emotion, and spirit often uses it:
A song comes on the radio at the exact moment it means something to you—right after a thought, a memory, or a loss.
A song you haven’t heard for decades appears on TV or radio, especially one tied to a deceased person.
You arrive somewhere and a favorite song of a loved one is playing in the background, even if no one seems to have chosen it.
You wake in the morning with a song in your head that you haven’t heard in years, but it’s deeply meaningful. This used to happen to me quite often after my dad passed in 2019.
These aren’t always coincidences. Song can be a gentle way for spirit to say, “I’m here,” or “Remember this,” or “I loved you when this was our thing.”
5. Animals That Linger or Behave Oddly
Animals are often more sensitive to unseen presence than we are:
A bird, butterfly, or insect stays near you longer than usual, or seems to “choose” you.
A murder of crows appears out of nowhere, making noise as if to draw your attention.
A pet stares intently at an empty corner, barks at nothing, or refuses to go into a certain room.
Animals don’t rationalize the way we do and they interpret different bandwidths or frequencies than we do. If your dog suddenly acts alarmed in a specific spot, or a cat keeps staring at something you can’t see, that can be a quiet signal that something is present.
6. Thoughts That Don’t Feel Like Yours
Sometimes spirit speaks through the mind itself:
A thought you’ve never had before drops in, clear and specific.
Thoughts that pop in that you know are not your own—different tone, different vocabulary. You weren’t trying to figure anything out.
Hearing your deceased loved one’s voice in your head, saying something they would say.
A sudden “knowing” that reminds you of something your loved one enjoyed or that was meaningful to them.
This can feel like intuition, but it’s often more structured than normal intuition: a sentence, a memory, a phrase that lands with emotional weight. Many people later realize these thoughts were messages, not just random brain noise. This is what I believe happened to (for) me when I heard the deep male voice in the middle of the night say the phrase, We Are All Connected.
7. The Feeling of Being Watched or Not Alone
Even when no one is there, you can feel:
A presence next to you, like someone standing just out of sight.
An unsettling quiet awareness that you’re not alone.
A feeling of being watched, especially at night or in solitary moments.
This isn’t always scary. Sometimes it’s neutral or even comforting—a sense that someone is guarding, watching over, or simply near. Spirit often uses this sensation to create a moment of awareness, a pause where you might notice something else: a scent, a sound, a shift in mood.
8. Scent Without a Source
Olfactory signs are especially intimate, because smells tie directly to memory:
The scent of a loved one’s perfume, pipe smoke, coffee, or a specific food appears when no one is there and no one has been. When I smell cigarette smoke, I know it’s either my cousin Greg or his brother, Josh. Both passed within about a year of each other.
A fragrance that matches a person or place from your past, but has no physical source in the room.
These “odor miracles” are reported in church settings, homes, and hospitals worldwide. They’re often described as a gentle greeting: “I remember this,” or “I’m here with you.”
9. Extra Ways Spirit Can Show Up
Beyond the eight items previously listed, there are other subtle signs many people overlook:
Objects moving or appearing/disappearing: Keys, jewelry, or small items shift positions, vanish, or reappear in odd places. Native Americans attribute these occurrences to the “trickster.”
Clocks stopping or resetting: Digital clocks flicker, stop at the same time, or analog clocks seem to pause. Many people look at a clock to check the time and notice it’s 11:11, 1:11, 4:44, or such. These are often called, angel numbers. When we observe these we acknowledge the angels and say, “Angels all around you.”
Symbols: You’re guided to a particular charm, crystal, or pendant–either via a friend, or it catches your eye. It’s meant for you and is a wink from the Universe, or gift from a loved one who has passed. This is how I was guided to the Irish triple spiral of Newgrange that I wear on my mother’s gold chain. I never take it off.
Emotional shifts: A sudden wave of calm, grief, love, or peace that has no clear trigger.
Touch sensations: A brush on the arm, a gentle pressure, or a hand on the shoulder when alone. I’ve written previously many times of the GodBumps sensation I feel. It most often occurs when I in deep conversation with someone or listening to meaningful music or watching a profound movie. I believe they are my “yes” answer to whatever is going on or being said.
These are all ways spirit can say, “I’m here,” without needing to be seen.
Why We Don’t Notice
Most of us aren’t taught to look for spirit in the small things. We’re taught to:
Question everything.
Assume coincidence;
Believe or accept only what can be measured.
But spirit doesn’t need to be proven to be real. It just needs to be noticed. The more you pay attention to the quiet signs—the flicker, the cold spot, the song, the scent—you begin to recognize a pattern: we are not as alone as it sometimes feels.
How to Start Listening
If you’d like to become more aware:
Pause at the strange small things. When something odd happens, don’t immediately dismiss it. Ask: “What if this is a message?”
Keep a simple journal. Note date, time, what happened, and your feeling. Patterns often appear over weeks.
Talk to spirit gently. You can say, “If you’re here, show me in a small way,” and then notice what follows.
Trust your feelings. The emotional tone after an event—comfort, love, peace—is often the real message, not the event itself.
Spirit doesn’t always shout. It whispers in flickering lights, sudden warmth, songs that arrive at the right time, and thoughts that don’t feel like yours. When we learn to listen, we may find that the unseen world has been speaking to us all along, quietly, patiently, and kindly.
Remember: God is love. A love much more vast and profound than any of us have eyes to see or ears to hear, yet. Wait.
Amen. Namaste. OM

I want to start by sincerely offering my gratitude to Gina Virginia Casella for inviting me to speak at her Dragon Dreamers Summer Daze conference on June 13th, 2026.
It’s not often that I get the opportunity to do a presentation or give a talk on a subject I love so much, the profound mysteries of the Universe/unknown (or what I call Omniscience God). Because I see myself as a bridge between heaven and earth or science and spirituality, and a child of the ever-living, ever-present, Energy that Connects All, Limitless God, Creator of All There Is, Life Force, Source, etc. etc. I can say that speaking on topics that expand our consciousness lights me up the most! And that’s what I did on June 13th, and several times since (with Julia AnchorHaven and Michael Kopf).
Now, I don’t always use the term, God, while speaking or presenting, and I heard post-conference that may have been triggering to one or more listeners. Nor do I always specifically name Christ Jesus as my Lord. Perhaps I will in future talks (in full transparency), not to “people please,” but to offer people an “out” as it is never my intention to be divisive.
I have been continuing to learn and grow mySelf and my soul, meet people where they are, and not everyone is ready to fully hear what I have to say–which is why I write. And when I see things like this, it inspires me to ponder, and then post what I’m sharing and you’re reading right here and NOW:
Screen capture of Laura Eisenhower’s recent Facebook post.Screen capture of my comment back to Laura (it also caught a partial comment from someone else, apologies to that person for displaying her name–though that is a public forum).
I chose to participate in Gina’s conference, as well as appear on other podcasts (that most Christians would find challenging) because I feel many are still searching; if anyone is being led by the Holy Spirit to find Christ Jesus through me, I want to ensure they know I’m a believer–I never want to “deny the power thereof.” I always want to be open to the divine mysteries of Omniscience God.
Speaking of not denying God’s power, I always want to put Faith and Trust in our ever-living Source, Creator, before anything man-made. And I mean in a practical way, such as trusting God before making decisions, trusting God for mental and physical healing (above medical interventions), insurance, or anything else designed to give me “peace of mind.” My peace comes from God, not from anything else. God is bigger than anything that could ever divide us. And that’s because each of us have the fractal mark of God within us. God isn’t merely an old man in the sky waiting to punish us when we miss the mark.
God is love. A love much more vast and profound than any of us have eyes to see or ears to hear, yet. Wait.
Amen. Namaste. OM

I had the thrill of appearing Live on Michael Kopf’s YouTube channel podcast yesterday! Michael and I met through Gina Virginia Casella and the Summer Daze conference. I immediately felt Michael and I shared a connection during that conference, whether it was on a lost sibling connection (I’d even asked his birth year during that conference, but he’s too young to have been one of my mom’s lost babies). Or perhaps, we’re connected on a soul level. Not sure. I think you’ll really enjoy watching us figure out some things. Curiously, one of the people watching Live noticed and commented that Michael and I share similar facial features!

Here’s some information on the house I spoke of at the beginning of our discussion where my friends bullied/dared me to go knock on the door because an supposedly old witch lived there and they just wanted to see my reaction. Well, now… that old house, Henderson Hall, is a historic site that we can TOUR! https://www.greaterparkersburg.com/henderson-hall/
I also spoke about my unborn lost siblings and referred back to this previous blog article:

I’m excited to share the second video book review I’ve done, though granted, I feel I could do a better job with these. This one uses a combination of video (I’m talking while turning pages, but I couldn’t see the page very well with the phone in the way). And it finishes up with a VoiceOver of me speaking in general about specific pages. I tried to keep it short, but it still came in at around 14 minutes.
Take a look/listen and see what you think. I’m open to suggestions and advice on how to do this better. I was also limited on time this week as I’ve been rehearsing my keynote speech for Saturday’s conference.

Dragon Dreamers Conference
The Dragon Dreamers Summer Daze all-day Saturday conference is about to begin! I’m excited to speak on the topic of Interconnectedness and my new book, We Are All Connected: The How and The Why! I realize not everyone wants to shell out $40 Canadian to hear me speak, but it’s not only ME, there are other speakers who will be presenting and you’re sure to be impressed with them–at least with some of them! I’ve listened to each of them speak in other interviews with Julia Anchor Haven and with Gina Virginia Casella and I learned a lot! I am looking forward to learning more from each of them on Saturday.

I would simply love to put this phrase on a t-shirt, “Let me woo you”! Ha! I thought, especially for those of you who bought my paperback and didn’t get all of the images, I thought I’d pull some of the best images together and post them here. I am also continuing to work on creating new graphics for marketing my new book, We Are All Connected: The How and The Why. Thus, I’ll leave all of the words (over 600 pages) in the book and simply make this post image heavy.

So many times I see people comment on Facebook or other social media, “I’m sorry for your loss” after someone dies. That phrase has always rung hollow to me. I am sure many people just don’t know what to say, and want to express their condolences. But it’s not really true. It would be more true to say, I’m sorry for the grief you’re experiencing (or will experience). I’m sorry that you may experience loneliness, sadness, emptiness, or such. I’m sorry that we always experience the loss of the routine we had with the person (or the pet).
Think of it this way, when your dog dies, you’ll have those periods of time throughout your days when you used to play with them, walk them, feed them, etc. and after they are gone, you suddenly find yourself trying to fill that space of time! That’s what loss feels like. And sometimes we experience emotional turmoil too, like mad that the person left us, and then we feel guilty for feeling that way! There’s such a range of emotions that a person can feel after someone “crosses over” to the Other Side.
Thus, maybe it would be more honest for me to say, “I’m not as sorry for your loss as I am sorry for the many phases of grief you will experience. And I hope you will reach out to me, even if you just want someone to lend an ear and keep your thoughts confidential.”
I told John I love these poems, and if I was remiss, he knows it now. Often beautiful poems help us say things we might otherwise struggle to find the words to express our feelings. My mission is to help people know they are never truly alone. And that mission is near and dear to my heart. Thinking of that, this poem hits me in the feels as well: https://therealistjuggernaut.com/2024/04/12/echoes-in-the-dark/
Why?
I lost an aunt and a husband of a dear family friend to suicide.
Then fast forward many years, I struggled with a dark night of the soul and the spirit of suicide tempted me to take my own life too! Prayer brought me out of it.
As most in my circle know, we lost David Wilcock to the Other Side several days ago, purportedly from taking his own life. While that seems unfathomable to many of us, only David knew what he was personally experiencing in his life. I share this link to honor the man, and soul he was while on this planet in this lifetime: https://www.youtube.com/live/VbXvRyKeWp8?si=dOnA8Zv_ijOGaHHb
I will also continue to ask for prayers and loving vibes to be sent along to our author friend and blogger pal, Michael in the UK (https://peacefulrampage.wordpress.com) for his family too.
I know how suddenly death can impact each of our lives. I also know there’s something vast on the Other Side. Not only because of the visitations I’ve had from my sister, Christina, and from my beautiful mother after she crossed over to the Grand Beyond. But also, because I was awakened in the middle of the night with a strong male voice telling me (twice!) the words, We Are All Connected. The subject of my 5th book.

When we live a life affirming of our CONNECTION it affords us the luxury of thought whereby we can more easily Connect to each other, as well as commune on a higher level! At least, that’s the high vibrational thought I am affirming today. Woo-hoo!
And what better way to commune with another than to exert some semblance of Self Control over our own thoughts and words!
Thus, I want to explore the concept of Self Control.
I have an uncle that always pauses before he speaks. He’s always done that. Once I realized he was silently saying an internal prayer first (praying with every breath), it made sense. I believe he’s always inviting the Holy Spirit to be with him (or speak through him), as he talks with others.
I saw a meme recently that said we could develop self discipline by being more mindful over when and what we eat/drink. That’s when I remembered that observing our thoughts (like my uncle does) and working up to being fully conscious and checking in with every breath, is even better to reign ourselves in (self discipline/self control).
Think about how much Self Control you impose on your thoughts, words, and actions for a few days and let me know in the comments, if this is something you actively DO (or not).

Sometimes many of us feel unheard. And us writers feel unread! But recently, a fellow blogger of mine brought up an issue regarding “dreams” and where they may come from. To quote Gray Summers, “…dreams do surface in short term memory. Hence they are difficult to keep a hold of. Also, lack of certain vitamins or minerals can bring on strong dream experiences.” We chat via comments and agree that dreams form in the subconscious.
Confirming this about dreams forming in the subconscious, Google says, “….visual or conceptual experiences during sleep, likely originating from the subconscious mind processing daily sensory inputs, memories, and suppressed emotions. They function to consolidate memories, process emotions, and bridge subconscious fears with conscious thoughts. These dreams can serve as emotional regulation, helping to manage stress and avoid over-fitting to daily data.”
Now, I write a LOT about dreams, as you know from the book I wrote, Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection. That book was based on this story medicine and previous article, https://sheilamurrey.net/2017/04/26/that-little-blue-dot/
I continue to find the synchronicities with the new soul tribe I’m meeting via one of my Dr. Bruce Lipton group friends, Gina Virginia Casella. The Imaginal Cells group, that’s the name Bruce and his nephew Alex like to call us–those of us who gather with Bruce on his monthly Zoom calls have been getting to know each other during the last 4 years that I’ve been a member. It seems we’re of a special kind of ilk. We actually reach out and friend each other on platforms, like WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram, etc. to stay in touch throughout the month. We’ve lost some members (to the Other Side) from within the Imaginal Cells group, because “that’s the circle of life” and thus, we try to scoop up as much time together as possible since we know we’ve built a very strong fabric that one day may form a beautiful tapestry!
The tribe is gathering
The collective with Gina Virginia Casella is gathering. She calls the tribe, Dragon Dreamers. I’ve mentioned a few posts back that I’ve already recorded one interview for Gina’s podcast and YouTube channel, but as well, I will be presenting a keynote speech on June 13th on Gina’s channel.
Gina did a YouTube Live today that I watched and commented on, which in direct Observer Effect fashion, she mentioned me by name and even popped my comment up on the screen! Haha! Yay! Here’s the link to see it, (and Gina’s focus was on the full moon): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_RdzoFkdmw

p.s. I’m still reading Russell Brand’s new book (How to become a Christian in 7 Days), on Kindle. It’s sooo good! And please continue sending prayers and loving vibes to our author friend and blogger pal, Michael in the UK (https://peacefulrampage.wordpress.com) for his family as his half sister recovers.

About us
My husband is an award-winning illustrator, plus he’s a seasoned guitarist, bass player, and songwriter (with over 1,000 original songs). You can view some of his artwork and listen to many of his songs at: https://www.youtube.com/user/richardmurrey
As we continue along the metaphysical path, that takes us from the knotted center of the spiral onwards and adding space as we go, to the outer bands. This becomes the snail’s path too, the longer we’re on this path. Eventually, we look back to see how far we’ve come and observe the spiral! Thus, you glimpse what I’m talking about when I say, “Integrating the Spirals.” Ha!
When we integrate too fast, or begin to jog along the spiral snail’s path… we can hurt ourselves (as I did in January when I went from dancing to two songs–6 to 7 minutes of movement–to three songs! Ten minutes of dancing was simply too much for me! After all, I’d only been dancing daily for six months. What the heck was I thinking?
I am such a heady person. An analyst. A writer. Philosopher. Intellectual. And I sit a LOT! While my heart wants to love, I can still get stuck from time to time. I talk with folks on Zoom often and type every day, and forget to show my SELF care and love, as I might someone else (like my husband (who lives with me), son (who lives far away), and daughter, granddaughters, and son-in-law who all live next door)!
Doctoring
Thankfully, I had a chiropractor near that I could go see and try to get my body back online (and dance again). But for whatever reason, and though he was doing an aWEsOMe job on my neck, back, and such, I found that my shoulder would feel better, but then I’d have lower back sciatica! Ugh! And then I found this issue with a tendon in my foot (or so I’d thought). After a few more chiropractic sessions, I felt like I needed additional help with the foot.
I looked up “naturopaths near me,” because this is how I practice holism. (Smiling. Just kidding. Well, sort of.) and found my new doctor! I say that because I made an appointment and saw Dr. Paterson yesterday. Wow! He totally impressed me as he did quite a bit of myofascial release and positional release on my L5 spinal area, left knee, and left foot! Here’s his info page that describes some of that along with his story: https://centredownehealth.com/dr-brian-paterson/
Mixing it up
Hubby and I have been watching each of the Harry Potter movies on HBO. (No, we don’t subscribe to HBO, but the family does for a few months a year and we get an account through them.) So, I’ve never read the books, nor seen any of these before. So, now, I’m getting to watch all the child actors age a year or more every night as we view a new film. We’re up to about film #6 at this point. Wow! I can see why kids became so enraptured by these stories! How creative and imaginative is J.K. Rowling!?! Amazing!
Yesterday and today I had the JOY of meeting and talking with Gina Virginia Casella. We recorded a podcast conversation yesterday, so I’ll have a link from that to share here with you soon, as well as a gemstone reading (Gina’s own discovery – and you can see more here: https://buymeacoffee.com/ginavirginiacasella/) to uncover if/where I had any issues going on (and I do!) in, through, or around me.
Using metaphors, Gina offers ideas and then it’s up to me to know or feel how they may apply to my life currently. I’m sure a reading like that might change daily as our lives move on. It’s a bit like receiving a tarot reading.
Oh, and speaking of tarot, in my book club I learned that another participant has written a book, so I ordered it! Laurie Watts-Amato wrote a book to help us read our own tarot cards. It’s on Amazon and is called, Tarot Insights – and here’s the link: https://amzn.to/4vMdYsj
Lastly, for my Christian readers, I watched a couple of dynamite videos that I think you will LOVE!
I’ve followed Russell Brand for YEARS. I used to love his Under the Skin podcast and YouTube channel interviews and comedic take on the news. I know he’s evolved now, and while I questioned at first, why he chose Catholicism when he accepted Christ Jesus, I knew he would eventually let us in on his story and he has. Thus, I bought Russell Brand’s new book (How to become a Christian in 7 Days), on Kindle, and I’m reading a bit of it each night before I fall asleep. It’s been fantastic so far, AND bonus with it, I’m learning some new words! And yes, Russell tells us as we read along what those words mean, which is GREAT! Here are the links: https://youtu.be/ISETUBf6aoo?si=zEoRKY1z61BdGfPs
I know I’ve given you several links already, but as I only found out this morning and had this post in draft prior, let me add one more. David Wilcock has purportedly taken his own life. While many of us who have watched David for YEARS (mostly on Gaia TV), it’s hard to believe–we know these things can happen to anyone. Circumstances in life, body pain, or foul play can happen anytime, anywhere. I’m sharing this video to honor and respect the sensitive man, the parapsychology teacher, and the astounding researcher David was: https://www.youtube.com/live/VbXvRyKeWp8?si=dOnA8Zv_ijOGaHHb Blessings to David’s friends and family at this sad time.
If you’re still here, I’d ask for prayers and loving vibes to be sent along to our author friend and blogger pal, Michael in the UK (https://peacefulrampage.wordpress.com) for his family too.

As I wrote in my book, Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection, chapters 6 and 11, I present information regarding connecting points and sacred lessons when I meet a person who has blue eyes. The whole book actually explains the first steps I took along a metaphysical path, but for those who haven’t read it, I’ll jump to the part that most influences my daily life.
The “blue eyes” thing guides me on a near daily basis because of the metaphysical experience I had while in the deeply relaxed state of hypnosis. Though I’d went for a hypnosis session as a birthday gift to myself with a goal of releasing excess weight on my body, I got a whole lot more out of it, including an introduction to my “less than day-old sister,” Christina, whom I’d been searching for my whole life–up to that point in time. (I’m an only child out of the six pregnancies my mom had.)
Long after that hypnotherapy session, the words Christina gave me, return to me when I’m talking with or listening to a blue-eyed person–especially on any deep subjects or profound wisdom. She’d told me she would speak to me through such people, and because she said that, I definitely perk up and listen more intently to blue-eyed persons, though of course, I listen to people who possess other eye colors too.
There are a few people who I’ve began following recently (with blue eyes) who stand out though, and one of those is Mikki Willis.
What I get out of online groups
Most recently, in a Mikki Willis group called, Decoding the Narrative, I met a lady named, Zen. And I’m writing this because, as you may have guessed, Zen also has blue eyes!
Our latest call was of an interview/conversation between Mikki and Zen Cryar DeBrucke and her idea of an Internal Guidance System, with many of us participating adding in the chat about our own physical sensations like tightness, tingling, breath shifts, or relaxation as we reflected on what Zen was explaining (“closed” versus “open” states). The conversation connected around the discussion to spiritual discernment, pattern interrupts, EFT, Abraham-Hicks, compassion, truth, and the importance of stillness, journaling, and choosing love over fear.
Several people shared personal stories and insights about intuition, faith, and guidance, including comparisons to the Holy Ghost, gut feelings, and the need to quiet the mind to hear inner wisdom. Others discussed broader themes like propaganda, division in society, truth, and the value of having another person help balance one’s perspective.
The conversation also included practical follow-up details: Zen Cryar DeBrucke was identified by name, her website and podcast links were shared, and participants exchanged greetings from many locations around the world.
I’m interested to know if any of her podcasts resonate with you! I was trying to listen to her, Life happens in a Spiral, episode 3 today, but it kept showing me a message that the episode was not on SoundCloud. Maybe some of you can check and see if you can hear her podcast episodes. I sent a message to her via her website form, so we’ll see what the issue is. As I really would like to promote her podcasts! (I clicked on a few more and got the same error message.)
In my Dr. Bruce Lipton online group, I met another soulie sister, she doesn’t have blue eyes (at least I don’t think she does), but I align with her on many topics and she does a podcast on YouTube and has invited me to participate on it! I’m stoked! So, stay tuned and I’ll be writing more about that soon. Her name is Gina Virginia Casella and you can find her on YouTube at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nzxa74uBP0k&list=PLVFj1n_d5fHweqjufWJIS4y2Ph3DZgDSo&index=9 and Bruce’s nephew, Alex Lipton has also been a presenter on Gina’s show and here’s a link to his lively and very informative episode: https://youtu.be/Ki1Zulz13n0?si=oK-CbwIijkYzRGzK
Lastly, for my science minded readers, I just read this (else it would have been in my new book) from the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) and it focuses on the science of this beautiful living universe of which, we are all a part: https://noetic.org/blog/unitive-science-of-a-living-universe/

In my new book,We Are All Connected: The How and The Why we take a look at a profound mystery—how could I have heard words spoken in the middle of the night when everyone was asleep: “We are all connected.” But also, it seems as mystical that people can read other’s minds. And we know that is true because of government programs like MK Ultra. We also know that thoughts, or at least brain waves (brain activity) can be read OUTSIDE of a human skull. A magnetoencephalograph proves it.
Yes, as I wrote in my book, I am fascinated by the magnetoencephalograph, ever since first hearing of it from Dr. Bruce Lipton on one of our monthly zoom calls.
I asked Perplexity.ai “Tell me more about the convergence of science between the magnetoencephelograph and reading human thoughts” and here’s what I found out:
The convergence is real, but it is still decoding brain signals, not literally reading thoughts in a mind-to-mind sense. MEG helps because it measures brain activity with millisecond timing, and recent AI methods are using those signals to reconstruct words, sentences, or the gist of a person’s experience with increasing accuracy.
What MEG contributes
MEG, or magnetoencephalography, records tiny magnetic fields produced by neural activity outside the head, which makes it useful for studying fast language and cognition processes. Its biggest advantage in thought-decoding research is temporal precision: it can track how representations unfold moment by moment, even if it is less spatially exact than fMRI.
How “thought reading” works
In practice, researchers train machine-learning models on a person’s brain data while that person listens, reads, types, or imagines language. The model then learns statistical links between brain patterns and intended words, visual concepts, or sentence structure, which lets it reconstruct a likely text or meaning output.
Where the convergence is strongest
The strongest overlap between MEG and thought-decoding is in language, inner speech, reading, and visual imagery. Recent work reports that MEG can support decoding of sentences typed by participants and that brain activity contains dynamic language codes that help separate letters, syllables, and words over time.
Limits and cautions
This is not general-purpose mind reading. The systems are usually personalized, work best when the participant cooperates, and depend on training data from the same person or task; they also still make errors and do not capture private thoughts reliably outside controlled experiments.
Why it matters
The scientific convergence is between neuroscience, signal processing, and AI. That combination could eventually help people with paralysis, ALS, or speech loss communicate, while also raising serious privacy questions about neural data and consent.
A simple way to think about it is this: MEG is like a very fast microphone for brain timing, and AI is the translator trying to infer the words behind the signal. The microphone is impressive, but the translation is still probabilistic, not omniscient.

It’s not all Woo anymore!
If you get what I’m suggesting in this blog post and even understand what a magnetoencephalograph does, even just a bit—you’re already in alignment with quantum physics. Yes, indeed, we already live in a world of modern research that proves we live within a vast, vibrating field of frequencies and forces that tie galaxies together and shape every cell in your body. What ancient mystics called oneness, scientists now describe as entanglement and coherence. I’m simply here to bring this message out to the forefront.
Everything is Spiritual
My exploration is not only scientific—it’s deeply personal. I believe we can reclaim our sovereignty and cultivate self‑love, along with love for others, when we strengthen and open our hearts and minds for authentic connection.
If you’re into scientists and authors such as Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, Joe Dispenza, Neale Donald Walsch, Nassim Haramein, Donna Eden, Barbara Brennan, Raymond Moody, or William Peters, you’ll find (like I have) that the “woo” quickly becomes “wow” when you dig deep.
Look at it this way, the “woo” is simply shorthand for wonder. The wonder of realizing that our thoughts matter. That fear, bias, and self‑doubt can cloud our inner mirror. And that when we polish that mirror of Self—when we love ourselves enough to shine—we add clarity and brilliance to the collective diamond that is humanity. It really isn’t any wonder that the first song my husband and I wrote (while we were dating long distance over twenty years ago) is called, Wonderin’. (See the video of us performing it live on the home page of this blog site.)
I invite you to read my new book
If you’ve ever felt something stir inside you at the sight of a starry sky, or sensed a connection you couldn’t explain, then you’ve already touched the essence of “We are all connected.”
Ask yourself: How woo‑woo are you willing to be if it helps you remember that you’re never alone, always part of one breathing, beating universe?
Because maybe woo‑woo isn’t fringe—it’s the invitation for us to wonderagain.
