My 5th book, We Are All Connected: The How and The Why. An analytical mind searches for answers is NOW AVAILABLE on Amazon! Woo-hoo!

We’re taking the WOO out of the box for sure with this one! This book has been more than 20 years in the making. If you feel drawn to big questions about how we’re all connected (science, spirituality, and real life), and are looking for the big and deep answers, this is IT! This book blends science, spirituality, and personal experience, and follows my analytical mind’s 20‑year journey for how—and why—we might truly be connected.

This book dives into quantum science, spirituality, and personal stories about connection. It explores questions like ā€œAre we really separate individuals, or fractals of one whole?ā€ and ā€œWhat does it mean to live as if connection is real?ā€ If that’s your kind of rabbit hole, I’d love for you to read it. I’m sooo excited!!!

Thanks to Lauren Scott (see her blog at: https://laurenscottdev.wordpress.com), Michael (80smetalman: https://80smetalman.wordpress.com and https://peacefulrampage.wordpress.com ), for motivating me and encourage me to keep writing, along with my first beta reader, Andy Lutts, who read and noted what he liked and what he wanted to read more of–he even printed out the manuscript, marked it up, and MAILED me the hundred of pages, for me to make the edits! Wow! Who does that?!? (And that’s why I gave Andy a shout out in the book)!

I’d sure appreciate if you’d check out, We Are All Connected: The How and The Why!

Integrating the Spirals – JIGGLE WIGGLE

I’ve rebranded JIGGLE BUTT to JIGGLE WIGGLE per one of my followers comment!

I’m now encouraging those ā€œover 50ā€ to open to lifelong learning (observe, gently question, and loosen up their pre-conceived beliefs, aka ā€˜Programming’), become more aware of their thoughts and emotions to encourage more ease, loosen up and move their bodies (too many are stuck in their heads and physically unhealthy), become strong, and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, body. And to question EVERYTHING!

    1. Thank you so much, Cindy! I’ll be going back through some of your older posts as I am considering doing a physical book tour. Depends upon gas prices, but we may be taking a drive to Kentucky. I’ve pulled a long list of book stores to stop at. I started with a local independent book store here in New Hampshire, but sadly, they didn’t want me or my book there since I publish on Amazon. I may run into that everywhere, I don’t know. I will check some Reddit threads and the Ingram site. I would love for my books to be picked up by a big publisher but that seems pie-in the sky.
