It’s March 10th, 2024; Here’s an original piano song for you. It’s all about seeing the love of God through your child’s eyes. The protagonist’s story of seeing the world through the eyes of his baby girl. She’s rolled away the stone from his heart and he’ll never be alone while viewing the world through her eyes. It’s a familiar story for many who served their country.
I can relate (a tiny bit)
Here’s the sixty-ninth new music post for 2024, as I consistently shine a light on my loving Richard’s original songs each day this year. I can relate a bit from having my esoteric (otherworldly) experiences with my less-than-a-day-old sister, Christina, whom I wrote about in Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection –available on Kindle Unlimited, Kindle, and paperback.
Richard captured a loving story within the lyrics of My Baby’s Eyes, though. A true-to-life story. And one that I believe is playing out now for many people as they leave their children to fight in seemingly endless wars.

A new world through the eyes of children
The innocence and grand love can show each of us a new world if we’re willing to see the world through the eyes of a child. No color. No race. No creeds or ideologies. No competition. No judging. No war. That is until a child reaches a certain age and begins to display what they’ve been taught.
Speaking of seeing the world through another’s eyes, we love watching the Rambalac walking tour videos. He’s typically walking through the streets of Japan, strolling through parks, and by Shinto shrines. We love the cleanliness of the cities he visits, and how respectful the people are, to each other and to their environment. I’ve included a link to his YouTube channel in my updated vlogger list in the next section of this post.
Wouldn’t it be marvelous and truly a wonderful world (as Louis Armstrong sang about), if each person could fall awake in a Spiritual Awakening to the innocence we had when we were young (before we were programmed/conditioned)?

I’m always amazed when I am ready for more new information effortlessly flows to me! And I am so thankful for the ability and aptitude to continue learning. And Omniscience God’s spirit helps me question, discern, and integrate the information that comes to me.

It’s March 9th, 2024; Here’s a jazz original song for you with sax! It’s all about desire. This song is full of adjectives about the protagonist’s desire. And how they “rock his world.”
One of things we enjoyed so much about having our songs produced in Nashville, TN over the years was being able to hire and incorporate the sweet saxophone sounds from acclaimed horn player, John Heinrich. This original jazz song also had vocals done by our friend Bubba Hudson, and brilliantly mixed by Steven Cooper.
Blue eyes
Here’s the sixty-eighth new music post for 2024, as I consistently present my loving Richard’s original songs daily. He’s sure something! I may not have blond hair (anymore), but I have blue eyes, and so does he. Richard even featured an image of me in the video he crafted (from when we were in Ireland in 2019):
Sweet sax
I could listen to this (with John’s playing) all day. His style and expert skills draw me right into this song and add so much complexity and richness to it. And I’m not a ‘jazz person’ much at all! Ha! But I love and seek variety. I read in another blog this morning, that’s a sign of high intellect. Hmm. Perhaps!
As promised, here are a few photos from our outing yesterday at Silver Springs State Park Campground (whilst spending time with our family–Richard’s sister):
The sun did appear for a few hours, but mostly it was partly sunny. I’m in the black ‘Kindness’ top, my hubby Richard is in the purple ‘Sexasaurus’ t-shirt (sold here), Rose (Richard’s sister is in the purple top and skirt, and her husband Alan is in the green t-shirt. There are a couple of shots of the campground with trees and foliage (one is their spot the other is the campground host spot). The green box is for recycling.
And yes, I had some time yesterday to sit with memories of my dad (who knew so much about trees), who passed/crossed over to the Grand Beyond, five years ago on March 8th. I pondered how we mere humans always seem to mark the time of memorable dates (happy or sad) and why we do such things. I will tell you that I woke up with the words to a song I’ve never cared much for because I didn’t like James Taylor, but it’s a song most of us know–You’ve Got a Friend. When the words, “I always thought that I’d see you again” came to mind, I wept. I think Dad sent me that to help me ease through any remaining remnants of grief. Aww!
Teets or knobs
What kind of tree is this??? Overall it looked like a scrub oak tree, but 90% of it or more was covered in these teets or knobs (nobs?). I did a Google Image Search but still unsure (I think it’s a fungus). Let me know in the comments if you have an idea. Curiosity may have ‘killed the cat’ but it keeps our minds sharp! Ha!

I could write a whole book on how I discovered I’m an empath interested in the metaphysical connectedness of ALL to ease sadness and loneliness, but would anyone want to know? Because who am I? If I were famous some might be interested in that but mostly no one cares. And I’ve already explained a bit of how I discovered I am an empath in both my books, Take It Upon Yourself to Live a Wholly Vibrant Life (still in process of getting the second edition out to Amazon), and in Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection. How did I get here?
In short, I can tell you I’ve always known there was something riding on the airwaves that got me from quiet, insecure, and overly sensitive only child to where I am today–a woman ready to grab the mic and talk unashamedly about my life and the hell I’ve gone through to get to this awakened (not woke) state I Am currently living. I’ll talk on any stage without jitters. I’ll talk without a script. I don’t know how to get speaking engagements though–that seems to be a full-time job in and of itself (booking those events).
Here’s a short list of events that I feel opened me to the metaphysical:
Listened to my dad talking on the CB radio when I was very young
Dad telling me about “talking skip” with people all over the world on his radio in the middle of the night
Dreaming dreams
Having my mom vividly explain her dreams to me
Loving listening to the FM radio upon waking up in the mornings
Experiencing a seance with Catholic friends where “it got real”
Playing haunted house with my best friend
Playing in an old cemetery next door to the house I grew up in until 6th grade
Playing on the tracks with my first friend Joey and other neighborhood children
As an adult, experiencing hypnotherapy, past life regressions, and “visitations” from my mom and others from the Grand Beyond (Other Side)
How this can ease sad and lonely feelings
I have been working on getting the revamp of Integrated Spiral done– and rebranding it as, Integrating the Spirals because it’s more important than ever for such a time as this. And because I know more sad and lonely people than ever before. (Let me know if you’re interested in taking my Integrating the Spirals course.)
As an empath I simply want to help ease suffering. I help some by showing them how to meditate so they can understand the value of Detachment. And so they can learn the value of tilling their inner soil with their breath. And to provide peace and calm. And to Connect them with their spirit, higher selves, Omniscience God, and receive personal guidance.
Meditation provides those things and so much more. And many great and wise people meditate. I did a study many years ago on how many celebrities and authors meditate on a daily basis and it was astounding how many do practice meditation and claim not to go a day without it!
And it seems to fit (me anyway) because I am always repeating cycles, learning lessons, and breaking patterns–or attempting to break the patterns/cycles. And the bad guy did win every once in a while as Billy Preston sang in the song.
We often repeat patterns in our life several times before we learn the hidden meaning–the lesson. I use the term, Parts Integration because we’re always bringing information IN, integrating some, balancing, and releasing what we can’t use at the time. We’re doing the best we can with the information we understand at the time. We’re dancing either IN or OUT of rhythm with nature and the universe. I am letting the music move me around. Perhaps that’s Destiny.
We receive multitudes of incoming information
I think we must let go of some of the stuff we take in on a day-to-day basis, as we receive so much! We receive multitudes of disparate information, sh*t from all sides, on any given day. There’s no way we can consciously process it ALL. Right? So, we dump quite a bit but does some of it get stuck in our subconscious?
Never alone
Now, that I’ve been volunteering as an email correspondent for Dr. Raymond Moody (of Life After Life) and reading the multiple stories of Near Death Experiences (NDEs) and Shared Death Experiences (SDEs) that people from every walk of life and culture have written in about what they’ve experienced, I cannot believe we’re alone in the universe.
Those stories alongside my own experiences and encounters have grown my faith in the subject of “aloneness” to a great extent. While I don’t consider myself a medium or psychic, I am clairsentient and FEEL a clear Yes and No in my body when I ask specific questions, when having a conversation with someone, watching an intense movie, or listening to songs. It’s a sensation I’ve talked about many times before in this blog so I won’t belabor it here. Release what doesn’t serve
Having gone through the stuff I’ve lived through and having sat through many therapy sessions and times of self-reflection and meditation has given me a certain set of skills that allow me to offer others assistance.
Some of the best things I learned was to write down my experience and then write it again, removing all emotion. To talk stuff out, even with only me (my Self), and use Tapping to release the emotions from my body. And finally to release what doesn’t serve you; let it go and be the “I Am” at this moment–utterly grateful, happily and blissfully–incomplete. Namaste.

That’s usually the song we sing at the end of every Reiki circle. So that’s why (I said what I said before) about last week when Victoria played the song “You are so beautiful” (it really struck a different chord with me). Tonight, I asked her who sang that. Whose version of that song was that? And she said, Jordan–a man. It’s a gentleman singing it but she said you wouldn’t know, would you? And I said no, I was thinking it was Christina Aguilera. Or, Adele singing that song. I just knew it was a person I hadn’t heard before. I could not place the voice. And no, I have not heard of the gentleman named Jordan Smith.
I tell you every Tuesday night Reiki is just a new experience. It feels like I know part of that’s because we have new folks that come sometimes the same people don’t come every week or every circle. And we won’t be back now for two more weeks. We’re now moving to a new schedule of every week. We’ll meet on the first Tuesday of every month and the third Tuesday of every month. So all right, well, and again, I’ll post the link to meet up so that you have that if you’re anywhere in the St Pete Bradenton Sarasota area of Florida, or within a reasonable drive. I know sometimes five miles through Bradenton, Sarasota, and Palmetto can take a lot of time. It just depends on traffic. (Not that I am complaining as we love to see new people moving to Florida.) We are grateful.
More people moving to Florida
I am so grateful for more people moving to Florida because that’s just more people to connect with, exchange and share ideas with, and learn from. Victoria gave me a beautiful blessing tonight and implanted a thought in my head about starting a new business and having clients so and while most of you know that I did run a program a couple of years ago during the ‘demic times I had put together something called, Integrated Spiral but now I’m renaming and rebranding it, Integrating the Spirals because it’s more than one spiral.
Going round in spiral circles to learn lessons
We often go round and round the circle until we learn our lessons and break patterns. We have to repeat certain things in our life It seems like several times before we get them. So that’s part of where this comes from, as well as integrating because we’re always balancing. We’re dancing with nature and the universe and you know, the religious upbringing that we don’t always agree with 100% of the time, I don’t think I’ve talked with anyone who subscribes to us a particular religion or a specific church or faith that agrees with 100% It’s just like politics. You pick the people that you like, based on usually at least some of the topics of the issues of the day, right that you’re on their side. But you may not agree with 100% of who that person is and how they behaved things. They say stuff they tweet, you know.
We often have our issues with politics and religion and don’t agree with everything they believe in
So we all have our issues and we have our issues with different people, different religions, different issues. Yeah, I mean, it could be anything right? It could be the country you live in the state you live in the city you live in. I mean, it seems like there’s no perfect fit. It’s not like we’re Goldilocks, or we might be Goldilocks, and we run around trying on different things. But that’s why I tend not to use the word perfect or perfection because I really don’t believe in it. I don’t think that would be a utopia and this world. This earth is not meant to be a utopia. This is a school where we all have an opportunity to learn. Unless we’re a captive, you know, we have an opportunity to learn, and even a captive.
I’ve often thought what’s the worst thing that could ever happen to me in my life? And people have asked that question, you know, icebreakers and stuff like that and I always go to being held captive or in bondage or tortured that kind of thing. Because, obviously, a person in that situation and I pray for those every single day you know, that’s, that’s always like a mission like a bottom line prayer. I’m gonna say every single day that I’m alive and I’m free because I value freedom so much. I’m always praying for the releasing of the hostages releasing of those in bondage releasing of those that have been kidnapped and you know, that kind of thing. I just have a heart for anybody that’s trapped and I know exactly where that comes from because my mother for many years felt trapped. So that was something that she worked on in her life, you know, was released that and for her, the end anyway, of her life was Alzheimer’s. So she just let go of her mind. And she wasn’t trapped anymore, right? Because she didn’t have the mindset around being trapped. Um, but anyway, I know that was a spiral thought.
I value FREEDOM
I value freedom (and choice) above every other value I have. Every other virtue I can think of, because I’ve already come to terms with the truth and lies, and I see those as the yin and yang, the black and the white, the right side of the coin, the left side of the coin, you know, everything is truth, if you turn it round enough times and you change your perspective on it, and that’s why in Integrating the Spirals I have classes where I teach little tips, tricks, tactics if you will, strategies for doing that and it can really help you, at least mentally and logically, think through some issues and be able to release a lot of tension,release a lot of aggravation, and release a lot of judgment. And in fact, you won’t even judge it anymore once you work these processes and especially if you practice them. Releases come as we with the mirror ball.
As we work with the mirror ball there’s a specific process I take folks through on how to work with it to look at a situation from many different perspectives. And in the end, it’s really cool, but I won’t give it away here. And then one of the other tools we work with is a kaleidoscope and I’ve been starting to hear some people mention kaleidoscopes in their work and in their programs just in the last couple of years.
Putting it in the zeitgeist
So I definitely think it’s in the zeitgeist. I think a tool we played with as a child, we put it down. Most never picked it up again. I never did until my eldest granddaughter asked me when she was very young for a kaleidoscope. I had forgotten all about it too. But now I’m using it in the sessions that I have with Integrating the Spirals. And I’ve got to tell you that it’s so profound and powerful this work because we all have some sort of like at the bottom of all of our fears and phobias and anxieties and distrust and doubts and negative self-talk and all of that is always like this feeling of unworthiness or being broken.
When you work with the kaleidoscope, you realize that all of these broken pieces, and I’m giving you a nugget here from the sessions, that’s one of the realizations that you have all those broken pieces are what you’re able to use and different ways to look through that kaleidoscope and see different patterns and some of the neat things that you may perceive and take away from that work is that we’re play if you will, is the fact that there’s always a different pattern. And none of those patterns are wrong because art is always imperfect. There’s no perfection in art. Another thing that my eldest granddaughter taught me when she was about five I think. Yeah. And again, it just confirmed and validated for me why I didn’t use the word perfection.
No Perfection in Art
I’ve never used that and have never been hung up on it. But I know a lot of people who have and so working with the Kaleidoscope and the mirror ball and some of the other tools that I have one of which is communing with trees as well. Getting getting you back to nature even if you’re divorced from nature, and you hate nature. You know there’s still a way to work with nature and commune with the trees. Of course, I developed this after we got back from Ireland in 2019. So I have a lot of tools at my disposal and now with Reiki and completing my master’s and Reiki this April. I do feel that I have a lot to offer. And I don’t know if it will replace my current daily income. But I know that it’s something that my heart it’s my heart’s desires to really help people. If possible, we can at least release some of the items and issues that we keep repeating in our lives and you know, hopefully, these tools, tips, tricks, techniques, and strategies. These classes will help you release and let go of some of those. I don’t think we ever get out. You know, having accomplished it all. Abraham Hicks says, you know, we’re always happily incomplete. We’ll never get it done. And that is supposed to help us release some of this efforting and some of this feeling as well, we have to get everything done on our task list before we leave the earth. Abraham just says that’s not going to happen–getting it all done. So if you can just work on one today–great! Just release that, let it go and be the “I am” in this moment, utterly grateful, happily and blissfully–incomplete. Namaste.

A quick note as I was shopping just now at the grocery store, Publix for those you know it. They were playing music on the overhead speaker system, PA system. And a song came on by Cher. It was Believe. It’s an old song older and I immediately thought, “Do you believe in life after life or life after death”? If you would rather listen instead of read, play the audio:
I’ve been working with Dr. Raymond Moody volunteering as one of his email correspondents. Life after Life was the book he wrote years ago. He brought to the awareness of the masses, something a phrase he coined, which was a near-death experience (NDE). His book Life After Life figures prominently in my life right now because I use it in a lot of my research to answer his correspondence when people write to him.
The song comes on and I’m thinking yeah, yeah, right now I am. I believe in life after love. I believe in life after life, life after death. I thought, how porous of me! And the longer I stood there pondering the word porous. Porous – poor us, right?
Rich or Poor?
But, on the way to the store I had been thinking, we’re ALL rich. What if we could just make out a mantra every day to say to ourselves, I am so rich in experience. I am so rich in love. I’m so rich because I have my relationship with my family, my friends, the clean air I’m breathing and access to a car, that kind of thing, right?
So I stood there in the checkout line contemplating that word porous. And I thought that would be the best. I had a Drew Barrymore moment I guess and I got all excited. I almost wanted to break out into dance, you know? Right there in a Publix grocery store!! Ha! I just saw myself as Drew Barrymore going–that’s it! That’s our podcast name. Porous – Poor us! I thought I like the word Infuse too. It sort of meant the same thing but it didn’t quite have the ring to it that porous has.
A sponge
As an empath. I believe that I’m porous as a sponge. .I’ve said it even in job interviews! I’m porous. I soak in a lot of information from a lot of different perspectives and subject matter and when I go to events, I love that because I bring in–just soak in information from all sides, all angles, all different cultures, races, creeds, religions, all of it!
Soak up from Omniscience
Of course, as my spirituality has matured into the omniscience that it has, where everything is omniscient, everything living is omniscient with life. So nature is omniscient. God is omniscient. You know, it’s all beating with us breathing with us being with us, feeding us information and information out. We’re just part of this network in this cycle. It’s all cyclical.
Yin and Yang
It’s all you know, growing and shrinking. We’re expanding and we’re shrinking at the same time. You know, the one I’ve talked about before many times in Yang, you take the yin and yang, you blow it up like a balloon or a ball and you squeeze one side. It appears to get smaller, but the other side just gets bigger. And the circle everything contained in that circle stays the same. It’s like my friend Nikki says, Balance is tricky because balance can be 50/50, 60/40 or 8020. If you imagine that yoke the yin and yang as I started to say yoga ball. While we don’t have to go that big, maybe we do you know, maybe the ball is the earth right? And so, metaphorically speaking, you squeeze one side the other pops out bigger, but eventually squeezes to release the tension. So now, things can be more in harmony and work closer to 50/50.
Right now our country seems like it’s the USA anyway, seems like we’re at this 50/50 point. And our Republican-Democrat, pro-anti-Trump, pro-anti-Biden administration, you know, that sort of these conversations, even if you just break it down into conversations about specific topics pro-choice, pro-life, pro-immigration, pro, no borders, you know, pro-guns, pro knives, I mean, you know, pick your poison people you know, evil lies in men’s hearts.
If people want to hurt somebody they’re gonna find a way to do it whether they have a gun or not. Though, yes I’ve heard the argument of course that a gun make it easier, and a sword can be pretty easy to–if it’s sharp enough and you know how to use it. If you know how to wield the sword, so to speak, but not to go off on a tangent. No spiral thoughts today. Just wanted to get that out there.
Connects to previous conversation about ‘Strong Enough’
[Verse 2] What am I supposed to do Sit around and wait for you? Well, I can’t do that And there’s no turning back I need time to move on I need love to feel strong ‘Cause I’ve had time to think it through And maybe I’m too good for you, oh
Am I strong enough? She thinks she’s strong enough to get through it. But she also seems to be questioning if a man is strong enough. I don’t know. How do you interpret that?
Porous – Poor us?

I had quite a spiritual experience. So Reiki tonight was so exciting because there was another Sheila there and I love her already. Just her energy. You know, it was just amazing. She’s originally from Brooklyn, New York. And you know, that has nothing to do with it. Right? (I’d spent time working there in 2000). It’s spirit all the way (guiding this) and I’ll explain why.
So we always have almost a little Meet and Greet at the beginning of each evening. That’s how we can learn about each other just a little bit, introduce ourselves. And we talk about a particular topic tonight.
Topic: What does Reiki mean to you?
It was What does Reiki mean to you? So to each person when we introduced ourselves, we talked a little bit about what Reiki means to us what we think it is, how we interpret it, if we feel anything either, while we’re giving or receiving Reiki, and so forth.
Then we have a little break and people can snack, go to the restroom, whatever. And then we go into meditation. And we have meditation and Reiki and Victoria our Reiki master walks us through a meditation those of us who are giving Reiki have a process that we go through and then we work on the person now during the break, the people who are receiving Reiki have to pick a practitioner, they will because practitioners don’t want to like force themselves on people. So that’s, that’s how it goes.
Alright, so that said, Sheila picked me to work on her. And that was beautiful. You know, I was like, great. And so as I’m working on her. I’m picking up a little bit more feeling like every time I practice Reiki and every time I give Reiki to a person this distance Reiki I feel a little bit more or I feel different things sometimes I’m feeling in my body which I figure because I’m an empath, right like I feel God bumps for sure. Like strong usually write when I start so that to me, it’s signaling or letting me know you know that God’s Spirit is with me. Right and the Reiki is on, in other words, so that’s how I interpreted it anyway. And so that happens. And then I’m usually directed to do certain things with my hands above the person’s head and then I put my hands on their head. And so it’s like giving a blessing. And then on their shoulders and then go into the whole Reiki practice.
What I receive during Reiki
Sometimes I get a vision of something, or like a picture of something. It’s not like a movie. You know, it’s not like I’m watching a movie. It’ll be just like a flash of something or an outline of something, or an image of something. Almost like if you’re turning pages in a magazine just quickly, so I got a flash of a guardrail because Sheila had told me that she’s a mom, and she had her daughter. And as mothers, most of us mothers are enmeshed in our children’s lives, no matter how old they are.
I won’t go into her specific details. But to say that there there was an issue and so she’s kind of enmeshed in that issue with her daughter. And so, you know, through the filter of my lens, I see that as concern and worry. Yeah, just care overall, as we care about our children. And what’s happening in their lives. Um, so I just had that as the issue or the need, right? It’s just to kind of like help her. As I’m doing the Reiki just asking for the or setting the intention of asking the energies to just like kind of help her feel better, right? And just like, easy about it all and let it go, let it go. You know, that kind of thing. So what was coming to me with this flash of the guardrail was like, to let her know just be there when your daughter like when she starts to go off the edge of the road, kind of like the guardrail is there but the guardrail doesn’t completely stop the car. And the guardrail doesn’t like isn’t part of the cars, journey or drive past it. If you can get my analogy here, the guard, it’s not like you’re playing bumper cars with the guardrail, right? The guardrail is just there. The guard rails are there. It’s almost like it’s a safety device, you know, but it’s not interfering.
So that’s that was what I was getting was like this is the mother’s role now in the child, the grown adult child’s life, just be the guardrail, you know? But I didn’t go into all that with her. I just said a couple of words to her. After that, I didn’t want to like have her mind grab onto my words and then just take that I just wanted her to rely on the receiving of the Reiki, right? I’m not there to implant any thoughts or ideas in someone’s mind.
Here’s where it gets cool. So as I’m finishing up with Sheila, I am, I go to sit down after I’m complete. And as I go to sit down, I see. I looked down and I see that on her left wrist, she had it this just occurred to me it was a spiral you know, it’s one of those things like you carry your keys on. That’s a little bendy. A jumper is like a spiral springy thing, so I thought it was a bracelet actually, when I saw it on her until I began recording this. I’m realizing it was more of the springy rubber but I can’t even think how to describe it. It was a spiral. And it was been bendable and springy. And maybe it was plastic. I’m not sure. But at the time when I looked down, all I saw was a bracelet and it was blue and it was the exact color blue that I wrote blue eyes about for Christina (my sibling who lived less than a day). Spiral thought: I used to always say Christina was my unborn sibling but she was born she just lived less than a day (that’s all explained in the book Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection).
So as I sit down then of course I have this blue color in my mind, so to be scientific about it, you know there I was. I did see that and then I closed my eyes and I went right into meditation with Victoria for the rest of the meditation part of session. And as I’m meditating, I get what is just normal to get for me to see my field of vision turn blue with my eyes closed and it does its full dance. It’s almost like watching the smoke rise above the fire. That’s kind of what I get. And that tells me that Christina is with me. So I already knew she was with me. And now I’m seeing that, if you will a manifestation of it, just with my eyes closed, you know, a visual of her energy with me.
I don’t know if that lasted five or 10 minutes, but I was already really kind of caught up and just oh you know gratitude. Like I was just filled with immense gratitude. Thank you. Thank you. I did a few more things with my hands. I know I sent some emotional healing over to Sheila still sitting right next to me and to myself. You know just asking for Reiki energy just Yes, continue to work on us. And even though I’m done like physically standing behind/beside her and doing these actions, you know, just leave Reiki on and just continue to be. Our minds as mothers, you know, who have grown adult children.
The woo-woo part of the spiritual experience
So anyway, here’s where it gets, like whoo, whoo, I guess.
Victoria has never done this before. Out of all the sessions I’ve been to, she’s never put on a particular song, a different song. We always use the same song and we always sing. And we do um, and that. Okay, so tonight she didn’t do that she used a completely different song. It was a female voice. I do not know who the singer was usually I’m good with it. You can ask my husband. He’s always helped. If I hear a song, I haven’t heard that. 30 years. I’ll know who the singer is by their voice. I just have an ear for singers and voices. You know, like, I’ll know was Whitney Houston? It could have been when they used them but I never heard her sing the song. So the song was You are so beautiful. It could have even been Christina Aguilera because I know she’s saying it but I haven’t. I may have only heard her sing it once so you know, it could have been a different version of her singing maybe I didn’t recognize her voice. But typically I’m good with picking out who the singer is. I have no idea who was singing for us. But the closest I could imagine would be Whitney Houston or Christina Aguilera. But, you know, I give it up for whoever it was because she did an amazing job and sang beautifully. And so as I’m hearing the song though, the imagery comes to me that Christina is singing this to me. And it’s my sister’s voice and maybe that’s why I don’t know who the real singer was right? But it was my sister’s voice Christina’s voice singing it to me singing the song to me. You’re everything I hoped for. Do you know? And I mean just every piece of the lyrics.
It goes deeper
It just kept going deeper and deeper in me and I’m crying now reliving this it was 10 minutes ago, but I was crying like tears. I was bawling. But I mean, I was like tears started streaming from my eyes. And I was like, I don’t want this to end because it was so loving, you know, and then before the song ended, I was singing it to Christina. So I was telling her I was looking at the blue. I was seeing her blue energy dancing behind my closed eyes. And I was singing a song back to her. Then it was the two of us singing it to our mom and dad and me realizing I’m always saying my mom, my dad, my sister. Well, our, and I don’t think I’ve ever done that before. I’ll have to look in the book. Did I even ever write it that way in the book, our mom and our dad, you know what I mean? So when we were announcing it to them, you’re you were so beautiful. You are so beautiful to me. And we were singing that to each of our parents whom we picked. But as I tell in the book, she chose not to come. She chose to go back, you know, and we all have this conscious choice.
Frequency
So during the healing session, one of the flashes that I had. I’m not saying I’m good enough to know if it was for Sheila or me right? But, yeah, one of the flashes that I had was that this issue of choice and of fear, too, and that fear. We just that’s just a word. Okay. But what that is, is a frequency. Right. And so everything that happens to us in spirit, and of course as in Christina’s case, in my sibling’s case, she was a fetus you know, an egg and sperm and fetus and baby, right? So, in those months of developing in our mother’s womb, see, again, I started saying my mother, our mother’s womb. So she was picking up all of the frequencies around her. If you can imagine, you know, when you swim in the water, how sound you know, if somebody calls your name, and you’re not underwater, you hear it one way but if they call your name while you’re underneath the water, you hear something that you hear differently, right? So imagine that baby in the womb picking up all these frequencies. So when she told me this was years ago, I remember it like it was yesterday.
Fear
So while I was in the hypnosis session with Patricia McGivern, and, and while I was meeting Christina, she was telling me because it was like, Why didn’t you come you know, why didn’t you call I loved you. I know I loved you. I was a baby too. I was less than two years old. At that time when she was born and subsequently died. But you know that my mom and dad like my mom so sad that she lost Christina and that, you know, they loved her and they wanted her she was so wanted, you know, why would she choose not to come? Because she said no, I chose not to. Well, then it was the issue of fear. I won’t give it all away because of the book but suffice it to say it wasn’t so she let me know tonight it wasn’t that she used the word fear and maybe not even in the same like definition as we would understand that term now. But we’re all looking at life through our lens through our perception of everything that we’ve lived. And so each step of the way in our lives, and that we wouldn’t have gone wouldn’t have had that obstacle or taken that step. We wouldn’t have been faced with certain challenges in our lives if it wasn’t for a reason. And so, part of that is that we are navigating this like a sea of frequencies. And so she was just in her baby state, navigating the sea of frequencies and fell off to her, you know, and so, she gave me the word fear, you know, all those years ago, but it wasn’t like a fear like Boo. It wasn’t like fear. Like, you know, you’re running from the bad man or you know, whatever, right? It wasn’t like any kind of like scary horror, fear, it was fear. She used the word fear, just to let me know it was the different frequency of energy, and that’s what felt after her.
Babies can make choices
And so she’s a baby. And she made that choice. She made that distinction in that decision. So she was discerning even as the spirit in this baby’s body like in that space of liquid you know that the baby’s in. So, I mean, it’s all very deep. But then again, it’s simple too so it’s sort of complex, but convoluted. But I think that every time I’m in meditation, she gives me a little bit more. It’s just she’s helping me step by step to understand how it’s not complex and complicated. It’s just that I don’t have an understanding that she has, you know because she’s seeing the broader, much broader universal picture of everything from her perspective, versus mine.
Limited perspective
I’m in a limited, I have a limited view of things and limited perception, even though of course, I’m always working to expand my consciousness and educate myself and look at life from myriad and multiple perspectives and that’s why I love teaching, the things that I do share the kaleidoscope and the mirror ball and all the different tools and tips and techniques that I use when I have sessions with people because yes, there’s it’s just nobody has all the answers. It’s just because we’re we are a fractal of omniscience, looking at life through a very limited lens, even if we have many, many, many years of experience and education, and all different kinds of degrees. and whatnot. Alright, I’ll leave it there for now. Happily, incomplete.

So, just what is all the interest in conspiracy theories?
Why can’t governments and authoritarian agencies be up front and open about things that affect us ALL?
Transparency cures conspiracy
I’ve told people for years that if the “powers that be” would just be more transparent in their dealings, there would be no need for conspiracy theories, indeed they would not exist.
But people are smart. People who are deep thinkers will always be peeking in the shadows, poking around, and probing for answers, especially when certain things, “don’t add up.”
Compartmentalization
The military, the government, corporate entities, churches, ALL organized institutions compartmentalize. Why?
It is often said, “The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing” in regard to these organizations. And that is all due to compartmentalization.
Shhh…
Think about all those levels of government clearances. Why is there a need for multiple different levels of clearance? There are many levels—even levels above Top Secret.
Do you want to know a secret?
It seems everybody wants to know a secret. The Beatles even had a top-selling song about a secret. And of course there was a mega hit book and movie called, The Secret.
People love secrets
What’s the fascination with secrets? What is so attractive about keeping and figuring out secrets? Why is it human nature to want to hold some kind of knowledge over others’ heads? Power? Control? Ego? Ugh!
If there were no secrets, there would be no conspiracies!
Is transparency or secrecy a pillar of Freedom?
