I’m excited to share the second video book review I’ve done, though granted, I feel I could do a better job with these. This one uses a combination of video (I’m talking while turning pages, but I couldn’t see the page very well with the phone in the way). And it finishes up with a VoiceOver of me speaking in general about specific pages. I tried to keep it short, but it still came in at around 14 minutes.
Take a look/listen and see what you think. I’m open to suggestions and advice on how to do this better. I was also limited on time this week as I’ve been rehearsing my keynote speech for Saturday’s conference.

Dragon Dreamers Conference
The Dragon Dreamers Summer Daze all-day Saturday conference is about to begin! I’m excited to speak on the topic of Interconnectedness and my new book, We Are All Connected: The How and The Why! I realize not everyone wants to shell out $40 Canadian to hear me speak, but it’s not only ME, there are other speakers who will be presenting and you’re sure to be impressed with them–at least with some of them! I’ve listened to each of them speak in other interviews with Julia Anchor Haven and with Gina Virginia Casella and I learned a lot! I am looking forward to learning more from each of them on Saturday.

I had such a grand time on Julia’s Anchor Haven Debrief podcast! I met Julia via Gina Virginia Casella (see end of this article for more regarding Gina’s Dragon Dreamers conference on June 13th). And I do hope some of you can join us all day on June 13th for that. Gina and everyone on the team, as well as us presenters have been working hard to ensure everyone will gain new insights and perspectives on a range of subjects, so I think it will be worth your time and $40 to watch/listen. I know I’m excited about it!
Not sure why it’s there twice, with one having 112 views as of today and the other having 41 views. The time is the same, so I believe the videos are the same, only the thumbnail is different. I’m including both links so choose whichever works for you.

New Movement – Vanja’s Moves Method
After prayer, I began seeing a LOT of video ads from a gal in Australia named, Vanja. Perhaps you’ve seen those ads too, where she squats, and hangs, does splits, and all kinds of things. She’s incredibly flexible and STRONG! Of course, she’s much younger than ME, but she says she’s taught people much older than me how to get their mobility back! Ha! I didn’t believe it at first, but after watching more and having a one hour discovery call (which I did NOT buy into their personalized training program).
I did spend $27 on Vanja’s “toolkit,” which is why they routed me to have that one hour discovery call, and that toolkit gives me the beginner movements to follow to see if I like how they train. If nothing else, I’m looking at this as a way to replace the Pilates class I used to go to when we lived in Florida. And other than buying one piece of equipment to hang on, I won’t have to make any other purchases. I’m building my belief in this because every day, I’m squatting more and for longer time (seconds still at this point), and I’ve lost an inch off my waist–in 5 DAYS! I don’t weigh myself, I measure. But when I get my blood labs done the end of June, I’m sure they will tell me how much I weigh. Ugh.
Here’s the first few video “shorts” of the training I’ve been doing:
I’m really getting to the point where I look forward to hanging and squatting as soon as I wake up in the mornings! Today is Day 13 of doing the Moves Method and as I told my naturopathic doctor yesterday, I’m a believer! I feel better overall and getting a bit of zest for life back! Ha! Oh, and he found the root cause of my numb toes issue yesterday… so I can continue working on the bottom of my left foot, doing a cross-fiber massage on it while holding my toes back with the other hand! I’d never held my toes back before while massaging my feet, so there’s that. Go figure!
Video book reviews
I’m almost done creating a new video book review, part 1 for the daily devotional I’ve been reading (that was a birthday gift from my bestie since 4th grade), Jesus Calling by Sarah Young. I have been getting a LOT out of it, though I am often several days behind in my reading and so the “daily” part of it has been the most challenging. This is definitely getting me into the habit of spending time with Christ Jesus every day… I believe that’s what the word, commitment is all about too! Spending the time.
Once that’s on my YouTube channel, I’ll start working on a video book review, part 1 on The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying by Sogyal Rinpoche that my Theosophy/Buddhist book club is reading and discussing. It’s DEEP and so rewarding! . Then, I’ll review Russell Brand’s new book, How to Become a Christian in Seven Days. Finally, I’ll circle back around to finish up the 2nd part of my review of Jennifer Carey’s book, Illuminating the Stories that Bind Us. The link to the part 1 video book review of it is: https://youtu.be/NtHNcOlCOMY?si=7ChQiP-m-6CXrKDM I’m almost finished with Jen’s book too, and will begin putting together a video review for it in July.
Unsolicited Radio is now on Rumble!
Our Unsolicited Radio channel is still rolling along, though I have had some ridiculous arguments with YouTube, so I’ve began adding all of our videos onto Rumble! I won’t muck and mire about YouTube, but I am NOT happy with THEM! I’ve been creating a new music show daily and adding it to YouTube and Rumble. Most premiere about 11am eastern time each day. I’m not including each link below, but here’s a few to get you started and you can check out the others on your own:
Follow me on Rumble via link at the very bottom of this article and yes, all four of these radio shows are now on Rumble. I’m working on 6 more crossover shows and a couple of pop music shows too! So very busy!
Couple sketches
As you know, I continue to use my friend, Linda Lewis’ sketches as models–follow Linda at: https://creativeartworksblog.com and this is not a sketch of hers but a picture of a piece of driftwood that I thought I might be able to sketch:
Driftwood face photo – original artist unknown but found on Linda’s Creative Artworks blog.My driftwood face sketch with markers and oil pastels on poster paper. –Sheila MurreyThis is a trinket dish I made from clay at the art studio and after it was fired once, I went back to paint it. I chose to antique it so that’s why you see more of the color in the crevices and lighter on the rest of the plate/bowl. I love how it turned out! –Sheila MurreyAnd this is a flower casting made from a clay imprint I made and then poured plaster into, to turn out this casting. Unfortunately, the plaster wasn’t measured properly, so the flowers didn’t come out the way we expected. The studio has offered I come back for another class gratis. I don’t know if I will. I simply filed down the rough spots on the flowers and painted it. I probably could have done a better job of painting it, but plaster soaks up a lot of paint. –Sheila Murrey
I’m working on one now that my daughter sketched and then painted on canvas at the art studio where she works. I’ll have it ready to show in a few days, but I am busy practicing my keynote speech for Saturday’s conference, so I may not post again for a week. You know how it goes!

Here’s the link where you can grab a copy of, We Are All Connected: The How and The Why. An analytical mind searches for answers. I’ve now sold several copies, even one to someone in Australia! So, I’ve made $40 from Amazon. I’m still working on reformatting the book though so hopefully the paperback version will print better. I’m still aggravated with how some people’s paperback copies had blurry print, even one told me the print looked like the printer had began running out of ink! Ugh. If that happens, get your money back from Amazon. I want you to have a readable copy!
Since hurting myself in January, I’ve been taking it slow like a snail on the dancing, and instead focusing on rehab exercises for strengthening the big muscle that runs from one’s back up/around the shoulder, the low back muscles that can cause sciatica pain, and the outer calf muscle in the leg that runs down and around the ankle and feeds he nerves of the toes! Thus, you’ll be seeing more Vanja Moves Method “short” videos on my channel before anymore dancing.
Currently, I’m challenging myself to use the $27 “toolkit” series of movements from Vanja for the next 4-8 weeks and take it from there. Our son-in-law just setup and put together my pull-up bar equipment I’d ordered from Walmart so I could do the hang movement properly. People were getting concerned that I was going to hurt myself more by trying to hang from the backside of a door, or from the edge of the 2nd story floor that runs above the stairwell. I know that’s hard to visualize and it was even harder to film. I have videos of all the ways I’d tried to hang around this 140-year old house. None of which were safe! So, I took it upon myself to buy a special apparatus for hanging. Hanging decompresses our backs! Who knew? Plus the granddaughters LOVE it! They want one for their room! LOL I told them they can come over any time and hang out with me. They are naturally very good at hanging and doing all kinds of gymnastics type moves on it and no one trained them! Ah, kids!
In my YouTube channel, I encourage those “over 50” to:
Open to lifelong learning (observe, gently question, and loosen up pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’)
Become more aware of our thoughts and emotions to encourage more ease
Loosen up and move our bodies (we’re stuck in our heads also due to our “Programming” and physically unhealthy)
And become strong and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, and body.
And to question EVERYTHING!
Here’s where you can access my YouTube channel videos: https://youtube.com/@spiralsister and I have been linking to Vanja too, in the description of my video shorts, in case you are interested in who I’m learning this stuff from re: mobility and movement to rehab my body.

Next, I picked up this sketch at our local sushi mart and have no idea who drew it. But I was drawn to it and so, I took a photo of it and sketched it at home. I will show the employees at the sushi place next time we go and see if they like my version.

Attended 2-Day Better Way Conference
I’ll simply say that this entire weekend I was immersed in the Better Way Conference via a virtual ticket. The conference was held in Rhode Island and I’d learned about it via Dr. Bruce Lipton (though he was not a presenter there). People I’ve followed for YEARS were involved and the incredible information learned, both from the speakers and insights that dropped into my mind while watching and listening will become a SERIES of blog articles, so stay tuned!
Holistic health information was shared, receipts proving studies and some of the former so-called conspiracy theories were brought front and center, and ways we can ALL work to find a better way through to resolve any health issues were discussed and debated. Shocker, NOT everyone agreed on EVERYTHING either. And that’s always true when it comes to health SCIENCE, but all ideas, perspectives, and philosophies were HONORED and RESPECTED and THAT’S why I LOVED this entire two-day conference and want to be more involved for the next ones… and there will be more as they are offering a FREE franchise!

Empaths are sponges and until we learn that we can either build boundaries to not absorb what we don’t want, yet, OR we come to know that EVERYTHING works FOR our good, either to grow us or glow us like a slow burn candle… well then, we may FEEL too much (too much emotions), or react inappropriately and turn others off. And when we turn others off, it may take us YEARS (if ever), to reestablish those relationships–whether friend or family, such as when adult children cut off their parents because their parents have come on too strong (even if the parents think they’re good intentioned). Ah!
I’ve been learning a lot while reading all three of the following books (at the same time, I rotate them on a daily basis, and study (not simply read) them. I’ll be doing video book reviews on each of them, per my notes in the margins, and already completed one (part 1) of this one by my friend, Jennifer Carey. Here’s the link to it: https://youtu.be/NtHNcOlCOMY?si=7ChQiP-m-6CXrKDM
As well, The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying by Sogyal Rinpoche, and Jesus Calling by Sarah Young. I’m also reading How to Become a Christian in Seven Days by Russell Brand. It’s enlightening and entertaining as well. I’m not sure I’ll do a video book review on it though–let me know if you’d be interested in seeing that. I’m reading it on my phone at night before I sleep, so I’ve not been taking notes. (I sometimes nearly laugh out loud though! I muffle myself because if I woke Richard up with my laughing HE would NOT be amused.)

Current happenings
I’ve been continuing to see my naturopathic doctor to resolve the toe issue, or should I say, toes plural issue, but that doesn’t sound right when I say it. And I tweaked my arm the other night when I went to our eldest granddaughter’s last choir/band concert of the school year! Ugh. Why didn’t I say NO to going? Why did I change seats TWICE at her boyfriend’s request? Apparently, my daughter was right when a day previous to this experience she told Richard that I (me) just cannot say, NO! Go figure. And then the Universe proved it to me. I don’t say NO nearly often enough! Lesson learned.
And here’s the update to a video I did two months ago, but I added screen titles to illuminate my lessons learned regarding these physical issues: https://youtu.be/DGpYUK4tqKA?si=9oTUpwsIEwhCTGi6
As well, I’ve been watching several of these Gina interview shows via her “Buy Me a Coffee” portal:
Now, we’ve got three more music radio livestream shows for you to watch/listen to, if you haven’t subscribed to our Unsolicited Radio channel already:
Richard is several shows ahead of me and I am working feverishly to get all the parts and pieces together in iMovie on my now, very overworked, MacBook Air, to livestream all of these shows. Sometimes my MacBook will spontaneously shut down and reboot in the middle of a livestream and the show ends abruptly! Not good when one is trying to launch a new YouTube channel and gain subscribers! But I suppose that’s a “first world country” kind of issue that no one really wants to hear about. I might have to buy a new laptop soon…
My last sketches
As you know, I continue to use my friend, Linda Lewis’ sketches as models–follow Linda at: X Yes, I continue to practice sketching. And yes, while I’m monitoring our livestreams of the radio show, that’s when I do my sketching. I can’t work on my laptop while the shows are live-streaming, so it makes sense. And I enjoy these. Richard also asked for one based on one of his artworks too, and he surprised me by using Photoshop to integrate my sketch INTO his art! Wow!
My “shrines” sketch, based on Linda Lewis’ sketch model. And after coloring my sketch with oil pastels and black marker. I did use my laptop to show this model from Linda as I worked on it over several days. I typically use my iPhone to view the model sketches. – See Linda’s blog article: https://creativeartworksblog.com/2026/05/07/thursday-5-7-2026/I’m very happy with this “shrine” sketch all colored in. Thanks so much to Linda for the original Thailand shrines sketch! See: https://creativeartworksblog.com/2026/05/07/thursday-5-7-2026/A Linda Lewis original sketch from her post: https://creativeartworksblog.com/2026/04/29/wednesday-4-29-2026/My copy or version of Linda’s cowgirl hat sketch. That white spot within the green thing is supposed to be her right hand. I know. I’m not good with hands. But I’m learning. I nearly didn’t leave room for her feet either! LOL I did enjoy trying to do this sketch though, and Linda always tells me that’s what is important.Richard gave me one of his wolf art prints and asked me to “draw it like a child would.” Well, THAT was easy. Ha! LOL! (because I do draw like a child!) This is what I gave him.Richard incorporated my wolf sketch INTO his wolf artwork! Ha! I think he’d had someone complain about his original wolf looking too much like their photographer’s work, so he removed the offending wolf, but I’m probably not supposed to talk about that story… so shhhhh! Haha!
Now, whew! How’s THAT for balancing perspectives?!?

So many times I see people comment on Facebook or other social media, “I’m sorry for your loss” after someone dies. That phrase has always rung hollow to me. I am sure many people just don’t know what to say, and want to express their condolences. But it’s not really true. It would be more true to say, I’m sorry for the grief you’re experiencing (or will experience). I’m sorry that you may experience loneliness, sadness, emptiness, or such. I’m sorry that we always experience the loss of the routine we had with the person (or the pet).
Think of it this way, when your dog dies, you’ll have those periods of time throughout your days when you used to play with them, walk them, feed them, etc. and after they are gone, you suddenly find yourself trying to fill that space of time! That’s what loss feels like. And sometimes we experience emotional turmoil too, like mad that the person left us, and then we feel guilty for feeling that way! There’s such a range of emotions that a person can feel after someone “crosses over” to the Other Side.
Thus, maybe it would be more honest for me to say, “I’m not as sorry for your loss as I am sorry for the many phases of grief you will experience. And I hope you will reach out to me, even if you just want someone to lend an ear and keep your thoughts confidential.”
I told John I love these poems, and if I was remiss, he knows it now. Often beautiful poems help us say things we might otherwise struggle to find the words to express our feelings. My mission is to help people know they are never truly alone. And that mission is near and dear to my heart. Thinking of that, this poem hits me in the feels as well: https://therealistjuggernaut.com/2024/04/12/echoes-in-the-dark/
Why?
I lost an aunt and a husband of a dear family friend to suicide.
Then fast forward many years, I struggled with a dark night of the soul and the spirit of suicide tempted me to take my own life too! Prayer brought me out of it.
As most in my circle know, we lost David Wilcock to the Other Side several days ago, purportedly from taking his own life. While that seems unfathomable to many of us, only David knew what he was personally experiencing in his life. I share this link to honor the man, and soul he was while on this planet in this lifetime: https://www.youtube.com/live/VbXvRyKeWp8?si=dOnA8Zv_ijOGaHHb
I will also continue to ask for prayers and loving vibes to be sent along to our author friend and blogger pal, Michael in the UK (https://peacefulrampage.wordpress.com) for his family too.
I know how suddenly death can impact each of our lives. I also know there’s something vast on the Other Side. Not only because of the visitations I’ve had from my sister, Christina, and from my beautiful mother after she crossed over to the Grand Beyond. But also, because I was awakened in the middle of the night with a strong male voice telling me (twice!) the words, We Are All Connected. The subject of my 5th book.

When we live a life affirming of our CONNECTION it affords us the luxury of thought whereby we can more easily Connect to each other, as well as commune on a higher level! At least, that’s the high vibrational thought I am affirming today. Woo-hoo!
And what better way to commune with another than to exert some semblance of Self Control over our own thoughts and words!
Thus, I want to explore the concept of Self Control.
I have an uncle that always pauses before he speaks. He’s always done that. Once I realized he was silently saying an internal prayer first (praying with every breath), it made sense. I believe he’s always inviting the Holy Spirit to be with him (or speak through him), as he talks with others.
I saw a meme recently that said we could develop self discipline by being more mindful over when and what we eat/drink. That’s when I remembered that observing our thoughts (like my uncle does) and working up to being fully conscious and checking in with every breath, is even better to reign ourselves in (self discipline/self control).
Think about how much Self Control you impose on your thoughts, words, and actions for a few days and let me know in the comments, if this is something you actively DO (or not).

In my new book,We Are All Connected: The How and The Why we take a look at a profound mystery—how could I have heard words spoken in the middle of the night when everyone was asleep: “We are all connected.” But also, it seems as mystical that people can read other’s minds. And we know that is true because of government programs like MK Ultra. We also know that thoughts, or at least brain waves (brain activity) can be read OUTSIDE of a human skull. A magnetoencephalograph proves it.
Yes, as I wrote in my book, I am fascinated by the magnetoencephalograph, ever since first hearing of it from Dr. Bruce Lipton on one of our monthly zoom calls.
I asked Perplexity.ai “Tell me more about the convergence of science between the magnetoencephelograph and reading human thoughts” and here’s what I found out:
The convergence is real, but it is still decoding brain signals, not literally reading thoughts in a mind-to-mind sense. MEG helps because it measures brain activity with millisecond timing, and recent AI methods are using those signals to reconstruct words, sentences, or the gist of a person’s experience with increasing accuracy.
What MEG contributes
MEG, or magnetoencephalography, records tiny magnetic fields produced by neural activity outside the head, which makes it useful for studying fast language and cognition processes. Its biggest advantage in thought-decoding research is temporal precision: it can track how representations unfold moment by moment, even if it is less spatially exact than fMRI.
How “thought reading” works
In practice, researchers train machine-learning models on a person’s brain data while that person listens, reads, types, or imagines language. The model then learns statistical links between brain patterns and intended words, visual concepts, or sentence structure, which lets it reconstruct a likely text or meaning output.
Where the convergence is strongest
The strongest overlap between MEG and thought-decoding is in language, inner speech, reading, and visual imagery. Recent work reports that MEG can support decoding of sentences typed by participants and that brain activity contains dynamic language codes that help separate letters, syllables, and words over time.
Limits and cautions
This is not general-purpose mind reading. The systems are usually personalized, work best when the participant cooperates, and depend on training data from the same person or task; they also still make errors and do not capture private thoughts reliably outside controlled experiments.
Why it matters
The scientific convergence is between neuroscience, signal processing, and AI. That combination could eventually help people with paralysis, ALS, or speech loss communicate, while also raising serious privacy questions about neural data and consent.
A simple way to think about it is this: MEG is like a very fast microphone for brain timing, and AI is the translator trying to infer the words behind the signal. The microphone is impressive, but the translation is still probabilistic, not omniscient.

It’s not all Woo anymore!
If you get what I’m suggesting in this blog post and even understand what a magnetoencephalograph does, even just a bit—you’re already in alignment with quantum physics. Yes, indeed, we already live in a world of modern research that proves we live within a vast, vibrating field of frequencies and forces that tie galaxies together and shape every cell in your body. What ancient mystics called oneness, scientists now describe as entanglement and coherence. I’m simply here to bring this message out to the forefront.
Everything is Spiritual
My exploration is not only scientific—it’s deeply personal. I believe we can reclaim our sovereignty and cultivate self‑love, along with love for others, when we strengthen and open our hearts and minds for authentic connection.
If you’re into scientists and authors such as Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, Joe Dispenza, Neale Donald Walsch, Nassim Haramein, Donna Eden, Barbara Brennan, Raymond Moody, or William Peters, you’ll find (like I have) that the “woo” quickly becomes “wow” when you dig deep.
Look at it this way, the “woo” is simply shorthand for wonder. The wonder of realizing that our thoughts matter. That fear, bias, and self‑doubt can cloud our inner mirror. And that when we polish that mirror of Self—when we love ourselves enough to shine—we add clarity and brilliance to the collective diamond that is humanity. It really isn’t any wonder that the first song my husband and I wrote (while we were dating long distance over twenty years ago) is called, Wonderin’. (See the video of us performing it live on the home page of this blog site.)
I invite you to read my new book
If you’ve ever felt something stir inside you at the sight of a starry sky, or sensed a connection you couldn’t explain, then you’ve already touched the essence of “We are all connected.”
Ask yourself: How woo‑woo are you willing to be if it helps you remember that you’re never alone, always part of one breathing, beating universe?
Because maybe woo‑woo isn’t fringe—it’s the invitation for us to wonderagain.
Yours in consciousness-expansion as we evolve and revolve during our mystical awakening. All while doing-my-egoless-best, to take you on a limitless, spiraling thought ride to better health, through doing more with ease, to help us sustain the JOY in our lives! (With lots of Gratitude throughout.)

A short title, but long article today because as I sat in meditation regarding the question of ‘loneliness’ a list began to come to me, and I wanted to get that down on virtual paper. As well, or maybe to begin with, I recalled a saying that a preacher of mine, back when I used to attend a interdenominational church, used to say, “Loneliness isn’t a lack of people, but a lack of purpose.” He may have been a fraud, but I’ve held onto that message as a truism for over thirty years.
I attended that interdenominational church for about two years in the early 1990s (during a time when I had questioned the religion I’d been raised in).
The man whom I had lived with for a year and left, came back to me saying he’d “found Jesus” and that there was a church close to his house where we could attend and take my two children. Though I wasn’t sure I could trust him, I played along and attended that new church, as well as attend and teach some classes at some folks’ home where we had little home church meetings of my original church. My second ex-husband and I had that interdenominational preacher baptize us in the ocean together. And we married in that church. I had even enrolled my two children in that church’s private Christian school for a few months, which turned out to be a disaster. The whole marriage turned out to be a disaster too, but no need to go into that.
Perhaps needless to say, I never officially left my original church and that interdenominational church preacher ended up absconding with church monies and left the area with the church secretary. I’ve always wondered what happened to his beautiful wife and their children. Sad. Also, I hate to say it, but I’ve seen that kind of thing happen in all kinds of churches over the course of my life. That just happened to be the only one I’d ever put my personal time and money into! Let alone, my second ex-husband had never truly been “saved” either.
But daresay, I still believe “Loneliness isn’t a lack of people, but a lack of purpose.” If that was the one lesson I brought with me out of that debacle, maybe it was worth it.
Cure to loneliness
The short list to cure loneliness that dropped into my mind goes something like this:
Because even empty space is not actually empty, it is impossible for any of us to “be alone.”
We are loved by the creator of the universe more than we could possibly fathom.
While being in community feels good and each human has a drive to live and work in community, some of us can function well and enjoy a good life while living alone, as long as we have a strong sense of purpose.
When someone feels lonely, it is because they are focusing on an unmet need; humans often feel they need emotional support or physical touch from others.
Speaking of purpose, I never feel lonely not matter what is going on, because I have a laptop nearly full of writing topics that if I live another twenty years, I sincerely doubt I will get everything done I have on my list to do, much less books on the shelf to read, and an insatiable curiosity to learn more! Though yes, I know, the Bible says I don’t need to “lean on my own understanding.” But God gave me a brain too, so there’s that! Smiling.
Apologetics research
In addition, I wanted to introduce you to a term you may not have heard of before. That term is Apologetics. The definition I’ll go with comes from a teacher I have only recently begun to follow, and that is Bishop Josh Turner from The Remnant Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The word may remind you quickly of the word, Apology, and there’s some truth to where we’re going with that. But per Wes Huff, who I credit in leading me back to Christ in 2025. And to clarify, I will say that while I lean not to dogma nor my conditioning (insofar that any of us can de-program ourselves of past conditioning, which is an ongoing process), I have used further study to bolster my faith in Christ Jesus. And this is what I refer to when I say Wes, “led me back” to Christ.
I’ll say that my Interfaith, New Thought, and Unity studies led me to people like Billy Carson and Russell Brand. There were others, many others, but for purposes of this article, I’ll name them simply because I would not have found Wes Huff had it not been for Billy Carson. And when Russell converted to Catholicism, I had to take a huge pause and sit with “What the heck is going on?” And I had to realize that perhaps I had been getting led astray, though my knowing that Omniscience God covers ALL wouldn’t let me go down a path, any path, that would cost me my soul. And beyond that, I knew from the metaphysical experiences I’d had that at any point, I could be rescued if rescuing was needed.
I spent several months going back over previous Billy Carson videos I’d watched and then exploring Aaron Abke and Wes Huff videos, not just the ones where they hashed stuff out, but also, some of their individual videos. I also became a member of 4DU (the online university of Aaron Abke’s where he offers a community–and I made some friends there, as well as, I paid for a couple of his classes, one being the Ontology of Christ). When I tell you I did a deep dive on this topic, let me assure you, I did!
My religious history involves a kind of convoluted story. I’m technically still a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (now known as the Community of Christ; I was baptized into it when I was 8 years of age), and my uncle is a pastor of the Remnant Church, which carries direct lineage from the original church that was organized by Joseph Smith Jr. in 1830. And the Remnant considers itself to be the “one true church” the same as the Reorganized church had. And the whole idea of any “one true church” is what caused me to leave and continue seeking, as in my heart and mind I feel anyone who truly follows Christ Jesus is a member of His church, and no human organization has the right to claim themselves as the “one true church.”
Additionally, I take issue with the fact that the Remnant church is headquartered near the Temple Lot in Independence, Missouri, which is directly across the street from the Independence Temple (that my mother, aunt, and grandmother all contributed money to during it’s building phase), that is now home of the Community of Christ (which, for whatever reason really annoys me). I know that’s TMI and confusing, but that’s what happens when someone, or a small faction within a church disagrees with some dogma and then splits off to form their own organization.
When I read that the Remnant Church maintains a belief in a geophysical Zion, I think that follows the original teaching from the time of Joseph Smith Jr., that Zion would be raised up on the earth in Independence, Missouri. For sure that empty Temple Lot was where it was prophesied would be the place where the final temple would be built. Thus, Zion would not be raised in any other country, especially NOT Israel. The Remnant church lists their foundational beliefs, as written by Joseph Smith Jr. on the Remnant Church’s website as “Our Epitome of Faith.”
About the church names, not that it may matter, but in the Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints was, in the 1970s and 1980s was highly criticized by members within and is why the Remnant church split off from it. Some of the issues involved whether to allow women to hold priesthood status and to end the lineal succession doctrine concerning the prophet president, and when and where to build the Independence temple. My mom was okay with a few of the changes as presented, but when it came to women holding priesthood office, the lineal succession, and new name for the church–that’s where she drew the line. But we never got her church membership changed from the Community of Christ to the Remnant church, and that is something I would still like to do, especially when I get my membership changed.
A descendant of Joseph Smith, Jr. by April 2002, Frederick Niels Larsen was chosen as the President of the High Priesthood and prophet of the Remnant Church until his death on April 26, 2019. Following his death, Terry Wayne Patience became President of the High Priesthood/Prophet/President of the church on June 29, 2019 during a special conference of the church.

“How woo‑woo are you?” It’s a question that tends to make people smile, cringe, or lean in. Some wear the label proudly—crystals, moon charts, and oracle decks in hand—while others back away, insisting they stick only to “the facts.” But what if the line between science and spirituality isn’t as sharp as we think?
That’s where We Are All Connected: The How and The Why steps in. The book began with a midnight mystery—two words spoken aloud in an empty house: “We are all connected.” Those words sparked a twenty‑year quest into what that message truly means, from the cosmos to the human heart.
So, how woo‑woo are you really? Let’s find out.

Woo‑Woo Meets Physics
If you believe everything is energy, congratulations—you’re already in alignment with quantum physics. Modern research shows that we live within a vast, vibrating field of frequencies and forces that tie galaxies together and shape every cell in your body. What ancient mystics called oneness, scientists now describe as entanglement and coherence.
The “woo‑woo” mindset simply asks: If the entire universe is interconnected, what does that say about us? Every emotion, thought, and choice ripples outward through those unseen fields. In We Are All Connected, Sheila Murrey weaves together cosmology, biology, and noetic science to show that the human experience is both physical and profoundly energetic.
The Spiritual Side of Everyday Life
Murrey’s journey is not just scientific—it’s deeply personal. Healing codependency and reclaiming sovereignty became essential steps toward realizing that love and boundaries aren’t opposites. They’re two sides of the same coin. When we cultivate self‑love, we strengthen the heartspace that allows authentic connection.
This isn’t about escaping the human experience—it’s about fully inhabiting it. Meditation, hypnosis, and those uncanny synchronicities that show up when we least expect them aren’t fluff; they’re invitations to notice how life itself keeps proving that we’re part of something greater.
From Woo to Wow
Whether you’re drawn to Bruce Lipton’s biology, Nassim Haramein’s unified field theories, or Raymond Moody’s research on near‑death experiences, you’ll find that the “woo” quickly becomes “wow” once you trace it far enough. Modern technology, ancestry, sociology, and psychology all reveal invisible networks that link us to each other and to Omniscience itself.
So maybe “woo‑woo” is just shorthand for wonder. The wonder of realizing that our thoughts matter. That fear, bias, and self‑doubt can cloud our inner mirror. And that when we polish that mirror of Self—when we love ourselves enough to shine—we add clarity and brilliance to the collective diamond that is humanity.
The Invitation
If you’ve ever felt something stir inside you at the sight of a starry sky, or sensed a connection you couldn’t explain, then you’ve already touched the essence of “We are all connected.”
Ask yourself: How woo‑woo are you willing to be if it helps you remember that you’re never alone, always part of one breathing, beating universe?
Because maybe woo‑woo isn’t the fringe—it’s the bridge.

Sometimes the messages are going on all around us, but in ways most of us miss! We just do not have the ears to hear! Okay, so this time my title is a tad misleading because the metaphysical messages I’m going to be writing about aren’t from me (the analytical empath) but I didn’t want to give it away until I got into the article.
As I wrote in my book, Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection my mom was the first to introduce me to trees, by way of her love for them. And after she passed/crossed over to the Grand Beyond, while walking with my dad along a side road to a campground near the hotel we were staying at, he began pointing to various trees, Ash, Elder, Oak, Hickory, and more. I was shocked! My dad was so well versed in trees, and I’d lived all my life with him and never known how knowledgeable he was about them! I then had a moment of realization that he and mom must have had loads of discussion about trees over the years that I’d simply missed, or ignored. Wow!
During the last few years, while researching for my fifth book, We Are All Connected: The How and The Why. An analytical mind searches for answers, I found more intriguing ideas about trees: how trees show off their fractal design patterns, how they connect with one another physically through their root systems and communicate with the mycelium network, as well as self-organize for efficiency, resilience, and ready themselves for change. Just think about how trees prepare for the winter! I wrote specifically about Redwood trees, my favorite, the Yew tree, and Banyan trees. There are so many wonders to continue to explore when it comes to trees, that I’m very glad we live in New England, so I can explore even more trees than we had in Florida!
Tree Messages
I saw this post on Facebook today about tree communication and simply had to share it in its entirety. I had known of a way to place a device on a tree and be able to listen to the sounds it conveys, but I had not heard of this specific study before! I’m always astounded when I come across a message, that’s as much about communication we can’t hear (without using sensitive technology) as the metaphysical messages we receive in a dream or ethereal encounter!
“Scientists just confirmed that trees actively communicate with each other using ultrasonic sound pulses — forests are engaged in continuous acoustic conversation at frequencies completely inaudible to human ears.
Researchers at the University of Florence used ultrasonic microphones sensitive to frequencies between 20 and 200 kilohertz — far above the 20 kilohertz limit of human hearing — to record communication between European beech trees in Tuscany’s Casentino Forest. Trees under drought stress emitted distinctive ultrasonic click patterns at 40-80 kilohertz that neighboring trees responded to within 6 hours by closing their stomata — the leaf pores that control water loss — before they themselves experienced any drought stress. The responding trees showed measurable physiological changes indicating they received and acted on the acoustic drought warning from their stressed neighbors.”
Screen capture: The original post from where the text comes from. If you’re on Facebook be sure to connect with it, Like it, and Comment. —FactFusion: Space & Science
“Physical mechanism analysis confirmed the clicks originate from microscopic cavitation events — tiny bubbles forming and collapsing in water-conducting xylem tissue as drought stress builds — which propagate through both the air and the soil, traveling up to 50 meters between trees. The signal pattern carries information about stress severity — trees under severe drought produce higher frequency clicks more rapidly than mildly stressed trees — suggesting the acoustic communication carries quantitative not merely binary warning information.
Scientists now describe forests not as collections of independent competing organisms but as acoustically connected communities actively sharing survival information in real time.”

Yes, the title drew me in too. I feel we’ve been deceived many times, not only by our politicians, but by the powers that be, belief systems, books, creeds, dogmas and perhaps, gasp, even unseen forces.
From watching The Lazarus Initiative’s Symposium 55, I really dug into The Last Deception: The Collapse Of The Abrahamic Spell conversation between Sacha Stone and special guest, Dave Emery. Those of you who ordered and/or are currently reading my new book, may have already noticed I pull several quotes from guests, and Sacha as well, from my time watching/listening to the interviews and conversations within the most recent symposiums on The Lazarus Initiative. I’m a Bronze level member of the group.
This talk is billed as “a forensic examination of inherited belief structures and how they continue to shape power, geopolitics, and collective psychology.” And it turns out that is a good way to describe it.
Dave opens by presenting some astonishing and albeit, controversial information and lays out a case for why we seem to do things without thinking, or things that we later wonder “why did I do that”? And that is because we’re being vicariously lived through (by angelic or fallen ones), who created a language matrix within us so we’d live out of our heads and not our hearts. It’s deep discussion that I feel I would need to listen to many times, along with reading Dave’s book, Beyond the Biblical and Into The Universe of You, to dare understand. But if this interests you, you may want to join the Lazarus Initiative and do the same. I have several other books to read first though, so I may return to this in a year or so. I will say, it interests me though it may also be misleading me or taking me off the snail’s path to veer into further mysteries! In other words, I may simply not be up to the task!
During the talk Dave said, (and I quote but also cut some out for brevity’s sake), “Christianity was taken over effectively around 325 AD, exploding very quickly into the minds and hearts of men and women throughout the mediterranean. Once the Romans became involved (think Constantine about 313 AD), it was clear to the controllers/elites trying to control the geosocial pattern and behaviors of humanity, that if they weren’t careful, Christianity could begin to action things of Melchizedek; I Am codes, sacred codes by which we were to live. The Cathars were becoming important and were totally into the sacred codes. There was a great need not just to control the narrative through the Bible that was carefully vetted and organized through the 325 AD Council of Nicea and a great need to sideline humanity from the sacredness of the Christos. As a result, it’s curious that Abraham, the instigator of the Christian one God religion, Jehovah, should suddenly, also miraculously through a servant girl, Hagar, and her son called, Ishmael, manifest a competing religion. Originally, it didn’t compete but very quickly it did. And that became (now he quoted Sacha, an excellent mechanism for ‘divide and conquer’). That would set one group of angelic humans against another. And that would spread across the world and completely control and reinforce the matrix code to ‘do as you are told’, with rules and regulations. Very little of this has actually changed (laws and orders); but some are waking up. Most continue to follow the code religiously (pun intended).”
Dave Emery’s writing on religion appears to argue that biblical faith has profoundly shaped Western history, but that human history and identity extend far beyond a strictly biblical framework. His work presents religion as part of a larger story of hidden, ancient, and often overlooked cultural forces, rather than as the whole explanation for civilization. And yes, I found myself disagreeing with Dave on a few points within his talk with Sacha Stone. But since I agree that we should “do away with dogma” in general, I do believe the person of Christ Jesus walked the earth 2,000 years ago and performed every miracle as recorded in the New Testament. I know some of you will agree with me and some will vehemently disagree. This post is mostly for those who disagree, which is why I titled it “Exploring The Last Deception.” I attempt to keep an open mind though, as that’s what I teach/share in Integrating the Spirals.
Dave’s main ideas
Dave treats the Bible as historically influential in law, finance, morality, and cultural development, especially in Western societies.
He questions why the Bible has had such a central role and uses that question as a starting point for broader historical inquiry.
He argues that the real human story is “way more ancient” than a book about religion or God, suggesting that religion is only one layer of a much larger narrative.
His language implies skepticism toward inherited religious explanations and a desire to move “beyond the biblical” toward deeper or forgotten origins.
Comparatively speaking
Dave’s writing seems exploratory, mystical, and revisionist rather than devotional or doctrinal. It is less about defending a tradition and more about reinterpreting religious history as part of a hidden framework of human development.
While I agree that the Bible has influenced our laws, financially, morally, and culturally I’m not sure that’s a bad thing. Unless of course, we do not want to be beholden to a “rule of law” and want to be sovereign individuals. But then, as sovereign individuals, who holds us accountable? Who guides our morality? And who punishes those evil doers, such as the murderers, rapists, pedofiles, etc.?
I’ll add this for your consideration, it’s part of what I’ve learned from the little pamphlet by E. Raymond Capt, “Abrahamic Covenant” that states, “Going back to the establishment of the first colonies, we find that in 1606, King James I of England, who issued the first Charter, began with these words: “We greatly commending, and graciously accepting of, their desires for the furtherance of so noble a work, which may be the providence of Almighty God, hereafter tend to the glory of His Divine Majesty, in propagating the Christian religion to such people as yet live in darkness and miserable ignorance of the true knowledge and worship of God.” And subsequent Charters in 1609 and 1611 contain the same religious reference. Pilgrim fathers who risked their lives and limbs to cross the sea did so “for the glory of God and advancement of the Christian faith.”
Now, Dave’s points seem to say that our Christian faith, and those of these early American pilgrims had been overtaken or hijacked by ethereal parties for their own intended purposes, as so to deceive us from the true Light of Christ. And perhaps that could be true, but to what end I ask? What might their goal be?
Continuing a bit more from Capt’s pamphlet, “In 1620, the Pilgrims, in their tiny boat the Mayflower, crossed the broad Atlantic to accomplish the noble words expressed in their now famous compact: “Having undertaken for the glory of God, and the advancement of the Christian faith, and the honor of king and country, a voyage to plant the first colony in the northern parts of Virginia.”
Spiral thought: A lot seemed to be going on in the early 1600s! Consider this: The Apocrypha (14 books of the Bible) were removed from the Protestant Bible, primarily in the 19th century, though they were separated by Martin Luther in the 16th century. These books—which appeared in the 1611 King James Bible—were excluded because they were not in the Hebrew Bible and were deemed less authoritative than canonical texts. Curious, like I am, about what these 14 books were and what’s in them? Stay tuned for my next post!
The Last Deception in one sentence
Emery’s writing on religion reframes the Bible as an important historical force, but not the final explanation for human history, which he believes is much older, broader, and more mysterious.
The main thesis of The Last Deception is that the Bible predicts a final, end-times deception in which Satan counterfeits God’s work and leads people away from truth before Christ’s return. And I find that interesting since Dave told Sacha that he didn’t believe in a specific person named, Christ Jesus. Unless in his book he’s referring to the return of the Christ Consciousness (and while I allow room for that, it seems illogical to me to believe in THAT yet not believe in the son of Almighty God in the personage of a man named, Christ Jesus (remember, ‘Christ’ is a title).
The piece frames this deception as more than ordinary false teaching: it is a climactic spiritual delusion tied to the “lawless one,” the restraining of evil, and the role of Satan in the last days. It presents the coming deception as a counterfeit of divine indwelling and a warning that people can be persuaded into accepting falsehood as truth.
Dave’s central message seems to be: the end of history will feature a powerful, spiritually dangerous lie, and believers need to recognize it before it takes hold. Thus, The Lazarus Initiative’s Symposium 55, held my attention through the discussion of The Last Deception: The Collapse Of The Abrahamic Spell between Sacha Stone and special guest, Dave Emery. But I will need to sit with the information for a while, and get through some other books before I delve further.
Perhaps, I am content on this Good Friday, in my current knowledge and belief system, guided by my forefathers who crossed the vast Atlantic, and the steadfastness of our American founding fathers who framed our Constitution. If only the people who now hold the power of our government would align with that and work within its framework, not against it.
While we may have been, and may continue to be deceived by our politicians, so-called leaders within the Epstein class, the powers that be, belief systems, books, creeds, dogmas and even unseen forces, one truth remains clear (at least to me), Omniscience God always prevails. May you all be blessed this Easter by remembering that our Lord, Christ Jesus of Nazareth is an eternal living being and loves each of us more than we can currently comprehend.
I’m encouraging those “over 50” to open to lifelong learning (observe, gently question, and loosen up their pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’), become more aware of their thoughts and emotions to encourage more ease, loosen up and move their bodies (too many are stuck in their heads and physically unhealthy), become strong, and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, body. And to question EVERYTHING!
