Increase your grip strength
I often work with my fingers and hands while we’re watching YouTube videos, a movie, or docuseries. I also focus on my grip strength while swinging on a swing in the backyard. While sitting in my recliner though, I use the pressure of one hand against the other, holding certain fingers, as in the Jin Shin Jyutsu mudras, or use a finger grip tool that I bought when I took Reflexology course several years ago. I believe grip strength is important.

Some people don’t have enough appreciation for Elon Musk and what he has accomplished.

So true. My appreciation for him has grown. My daughter and son-in-law has Tesla solar power on the roof of the house (not on our apartment side though). And they have already had several panels replaced for free.
But we weren’t too happy with Elon when Richard and me worked at the Kennedy Space Center because at first Space X only recruited for their jobs in California NOT Florida. I had so wanted a job with them. Oh well! It wasn’t meant to be.
