Here’s the two-hundred-fifty-fifth new music post for 2024, as I consistently give you new original songs to inspire and motivate. This one should definitely go viral during this hot political climate. And I continue reading Extreme Prejudice by Susan Lindauer regarding the terrorist attacks on 9/11/01 on NY City, Washington D. C. and Shanksville, PA.

My 9/11 story

I had flown from Florida to Los Angeles, CA (LAX) a few days prior to 9-11-2001 and had been in NYC a year-to-the-day before that (and had stayed in the Marriott hotel that was also demolished after the ‘attack’. Yes, I still remember 9/11 well. Here’s my former post (written two years ago) regarding the events on September 11th, 2001. And here’s the audio of my reading that post:

Do you understand now, why I say all of the Truth on 9/11 has not come out yet? You have to dig for it. You have to read books like Susan’s (who was an ‘Asset’ and she explains in great detail what that is and how she came to work as one–she felt she was one of the unlikeliest of people to become an Asset too, because she was an anti-war activist)!

It never fails to amaze me how many people will give away their FREEDOMS in hopes that their government will PROTECT them and keep them safe. What they fail to understand is that once they give their freedoms away, they become totally dependent upon their government. And if their government is wrong, then they have no path back to FREEDOM.

I’m wearing either three or four patches a day for 90 days to do this challenge. I’m wearing Liberty, Ignite, Peace, and Defend. My friend, Kary Kruger, who introduced me to these patches, she and her adult daughter have both lost/released 40 pounds in the last year (yes, they move more than I do, and probably eat better/cleaner than me, but if I can drop even half that, I’ll be on track to release more next year). I am doing my stair-climbing daily, the patches have eased all the joint stiffness and crap I’d had for a bit more than a year, so I am very thankful for that! And I am back to my daily yoga and qigong, along with some Energy Medicine (I do Jin Shin Jyutsu, a type of body holding if you’re not aware of it).

As far as costs go, the patches are much less expensive than any other diet/exercise program I’ve bought before, so we’ll see. I’ll report my progress or frustration, either way.

Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness. Even if we have to disconnect from some people, for a time.

  3. I had just finished a day of teaching when I heard the news of 9/11. My first thought was ‘I had lunch on the top floor six weeks ago.’ Then on the way home my ex wife phoned me worried that our two sons, who were aged 12 and 10 at the time, would be drafted by the US government for military service.

    Governments lie to the people all the time.

    1. WOW, Michael! That was a brush near fate, huh? 6 weeks! I had friends texting me going, “you were here a year ago to the day, and the hotel where you stayed isn’t there anymore.” It certainly brought a sense of mortality to me.

      Did your boys go into the military after all? (By the way, I can sympathize with her feelings in that moment). My son was definitely draft age at that moment. We talked about me taking him to Canada.

      1. No, neither of my sons went into the military. While they have joint US-British citizenship, they have no desire to go to the US, except for a visit. I know about the sense of mortality, I went to Ground Zero 11 months after and the reality really sunk in.
