This song is particularly relevant to me because past experiences has left me dealing with problems arising from intrusive thoughts. I’ll try to remember this song whenever those thoughts pop up.

Ah, I hear you, Michael. I think the mind chatter over the “woulda, coulda, shoulda” can happen to everyone. Human nature to ruminate or over think. But yes, I think we can let go if we try.
