Background – My programming, conditioning
I was trained to view life from a certain perspective, through a particular lens.
I questioned things, sure. But I was satisfied with the answers I was presented with. It took years for me to dig for deeper truths when life played out differently or didn’t quite match the expectations my programming set me up for.
I wondered where electricity came from. I traced it back from street light to power plant through the wires (after my mom explained that route to me). I was satisfied with that for many years, until I mused at lightning. Then I questioned the source of lightning. (Source-ery?)
Following that spiral thought. Why is sorcery considered evil? (You say that like it’s a bad thing.) Isn’t it merely tracing something back to its origin or source?
What causes someone’s heart to turn cold, dark, or evil?
The word evil is simply the word LIVE in reverse. So, evil is death? To “not live”? Hmmm. In the wee early hours I ponder this.
I also ponder how someone knew the easiest way for us to connect our hands to our feet, arranging our body to connect end to end, was to sit cross-legged. I play with my feet a lot since learning reflexology years ago. Putting my hands on my feet is akin to connecting heaven to earth. And I fixate on the fact that our feet contain the most bones of any body part–thus someone can inflict the most pain by beating another’s feet, and also disable them from running away. I know. It’s late and my thoughts grow dark. I must sleep.
A part of Source
If Jesus is God, are not we too? I’ve been told we are each a fractal of Omniscience. God is our source and we are each a ray of its sunshine. How do we judge one ray of light any different than another. Ah, its frequency, which we perceive as color.
Grateful
I believed what I was told and taught. Now, I question Everything. However, I am still grateful for Everything.
Everything Resolves to Gratitude. And at least I’ve shifted my thoughts from beating feet!
Humility
I walk softly yet carry a big stick–of Power. POW! Energy. Ahh!
All paths lead to God–ALLways
Most Christians teach that the Holy Spirit must lead someone to Jesus. Then why do missionary work? Why force people to convert?
Buddhism teaches me to release cherishing anything. I release needing to know.
I balance the yin and yang on my knee
I remember bouncing my babies on my knee. I cherished them. I would never hurt them. But I did try to control them. To train them up right. Hmmm
I’m thankful for all the aspects of myself I learned, I witnessed of myself while raising my two children all those years ago.
All fall short – Spirit leads
All fail. All fall short. But the Holy Ghost or Spirit leads us home. Have faith. Trust.
Is-ness – The snails path
Energy just IS. Omniscience (Omnism) and the Dao (Daoism) just IS. Source just IS.
Theosophy continues to teach us. Great philosophers offer their wisdom (wise dome?)–their collection of documented insights.
The Truth of my experiential searching and knowing keeps me walking the snails path of the spiral. I am getting somewhere. So, maybe my spirituality is not a circle–not a never-ending story. But I still think it’s a pioneer path. A long and winding road. Not a yellow brick road, but for sure, there are flying monkeys and witches. Hahahahaha!
Yin Yang – ALLways observe and change your perception
I am a fractal of Omniscience and I believe each of us are—this indeed makes one grand design. Meditate on the yin and yang ☯️ not the 2D drawing but the 3, 4, or 5D version which breathes, pulses, undilates, and emanates Light! When the shadow grows larger the lighter portion shrinks but always this symbol seeks its own balance and like water. (Hint: that’s what the wavy line in the middle represents—water, movement, action!)
Omnism
I am an ever-evolving spiritual being. I consider myself an Omnist, always open to experience life in all of its fullness and myriad offerings. I’m introspective, quiet, and a deep thinker. I’m quite vocal when I become passionate about something, so when I feel compelled to speak, give me a mic and hear me roar!
I popped open, spiritually, in 2005 when I had a transcendental experience in the middle of the night many years ago. I heard a deep male voice say, We Are All Connected. I continue to embrace the following scripture as a way to explain “We Are All One.”

And I continue to play and peer through my blue kaleidoscope and consider the oneness of the Creators Grand Design, including ALLah. Including Buddha. Including Jesus.

As you know, from reading this blog for a while, well, actually let me back up years ago.
I never published anything from anybody else. There were no shared posts on SheilaMurrey.net or https://takeituponyourself.wordpress.com. You know? How ever you found this site, there was never anyone else writing here-it was all me, right? It wasn’t an ego thing, it was just, I just started the blog. And I didn’t even understand what blogging was about. And I didn’t understand the connections with the community or sharing other people’s posts or how to go about doing it.
One day I just read something–a year or two ago, I guess it’s been a couple of years maybe that I’ve been posting shared posts here on this site. And so I recognize that would be a beautiful way for me to share what I am reading what I enjoy and what I want to then turn around and share with you. I know there are very various ways to do that though. I can share with a link and I have done that, as you saw with my little “failed experiment” now–with the succulents. On the succulent posts, I linked back to the laid-back gardener to his site (to the father’s site that the son now runs). Anyway, two of the succulents are alive. I don’t remember how many ordered but that’s a spiral thought. I won’t go there.
The point of this article is to try this little test because I have been posting several shared posts from Silver Birch.
Okay, these are profound spiritual teachings (from Silver Birch). I feel most of them I’ve read. I follow and read these posts religiously. Pun intended. I read these posts almost every night before I’m falling asleep. I typically do that for a couple of reasons. 1) raise my vibration, 2) relax me, and also, of course, 3) continue my learning.
I never feel we get the learning done, and I learn something every day. That’s my preface to what I’m about to say.
So, the other night, and I must admit here I’ve been lazy. I haven’t been doing a lot of speaking into Otter and providing you with my own posts for a while because I’ve been very busy. The busiest probably I’ve ever been working 10 and 12-hour days and several weekends in a row (for my day job). So I’ve had no time. No, I’ve absolutely had no time for my blog and for sharing things that have come up with you all. I apologize for that.
But to keep some momentum going on the blog, I have recently shared many ‘shared posts’ from others. And I humbly thank those authors for writing such profound and beautiful posts. I’ve been reading their posts at night to fall asleep too. I thought oh, I need to just quickly share this and all I have to do is add my category. Right? And add my hashtags for the SEO.
So, back to Silver Birch. And I apologize in advance if anybody takes this wrong but the thought that came to me was after posting this most recent one about the Great White Spirit, first of all, I don’t judge the colors black or white. And this is about a lot of different things when you think about black smoke, white smoke, black magic white magic, you know, there are lots of I mean, you know, we could sit here for days, weeks, probably months, and talk about the benefits or the deterrents of using the words black and white to describe anything.
So when it (this post) said Great White Spirit, I almost didn’t share the post because I had that feeling that somebody might judge it by thinking, “Oh, they’re calling God white now”, and I’m certainly not. I don’t think I ever have! I dismissed that idea when I was a chil–that God was this white man, or being, a person sitting up in the sky with the long white beard, so many years ago when I heard Oprah share on her show that she had “taken God out of the box” and (she) didn’t think of him as the old man in the clouds with the white beard and the booming voice and those kinds of things she had heard in church as a child right or from having been raised in a church. So she rejected (I don’t know if that’s still her feeling), and that aligned for me at that time and ever since. I still follow that as a mantra almost a belief in me that God isn’t this–not that God couldn’t be– but I didn’t see God as the old man or white man or any color man or a man at all–in the clouds with the white beard and a booming voice or… Why do we even have to say white beard?
Anyway, I think you get the idea. You get my drift, hopefully. If I’m expressing myself as thoroughly as I can. I see the Great White Spirit as I think they use white, I don’t know what they meant, but, it’s my interpretation of what I read from Silver Birch that they use the word, white, in this usage as to mean a white light, golden light–the highest vibration there is. And as you also all know, from if you’ve read almost any of my blog posts, I use the term Omniscience for God because I don’t want to get into this nitty-gritty, picky, bitchy, you know, minuscule in the weeds conversations about who or what God is because God is Omniscience.
Every time I sit in meditation or channel or whatever it is that I do, and however the information comes to me, it is always of this essence or this profound-ness. And this inability to put words around (ineffable) expression or idea of God that is not limited, you know? So I mean, I’ve even sometimes called God the Limitless! Friends of mine use these terms like the all that isness and all that is and you know, that that type of thing, and I’m much more aligned with that as a term for God than the three in one or the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. I don’t deny those labels, but I just see them as limiting and I see them as a means to divide us, right? It means to have people sit around and poke at you because that’s what the human mind does.
The human mind loves to organize and sort of poke around and add labels to all kinds of stuff. So because we’re in our humaneness, because we are in a human form, we are limited. I mean, I don’t like to focus on my limitations. And my dad even once told me you know that I’m not limited, which was a shock to me because I always felt like I was limited. But I do agree that as a human form we are limited. You know, even the strongest man can’t lift the heavy stones at Stonehenge. So there are human limitations, right?
One of those limitations is when we read the article I shared about the Great White Spirit. If we are in a place in and of our own self, where we are either racist or we are judging others for being racist (our mind could go there and get us stuck in judging). Whichever flip side of that coin you’re on, picture in your mind, the yin and yang symbol–the black and the white, so that I’m not judging anyone.
I want to be very clear about this.
You’re always deciding based on your filter, right? So this judging of the word, white, is you coming out of you. You the observer. You are seeing a term like that. And if you’ve had a negative experience with a Great White Spirit, or you would prefer to put the label Great Black Spirit or Great Violet Flame, or other (I invite you to) substitute the word, white, with another word and try not to get hung up on the term. That’s the essence of what I’m getting at here. Because when you do, then you’ve got to then look inward and go, Why are you upset about that? And then that requires a whole other conversation because again, it’s the yin and yang–are you the racist? Or is that person who said that term, the racist?
I, for one, feel a lot more loving and I feel like I’m freer and more at ease… see? I took a breath there. I’m much more at ease when I think about the fact that I don’t have to be judging. I don’t have to put the label on. I can go back to Omniscience I can go back to my breath, I can go back to you know, loving all mankind, that kind of thing. I can raise my vibration to that higher vibe. And I can get myself out of the ego mind and out of the judgment mind and even the discerning mind if you will. Because believe me, we are great at putting lots of labels on judgment too and I get that we don’t have to walk out in front of the speeding train. I get that there’s a purpose to discernment.
Okay, we don’t have to put ourselves in a bad place. But we do it all the time. Sometimes we do it because we’re just ignorant or I don’t want to say we’re stupid. Okay. I don’t think anybody’s stupid. I think we’re ignorant sometimes of situations and we put ourselves in a bad situation or a harmful place. I’ll use the word harmful instead of bad. Again, I’m watching my language. I do that on purpose for me–for my growth. I’m not just doing it because I’m writing or speaking this blog. But I just really wanted in love to put this thought out there for you all. Not just for those that have commented or made a comment in the future. I do hesitate to share the silver birch teachings that mentioned the Great White Spirit, but I do think there’s a time and a place that it’s appropriate and apparently, it was useful. For me and perhaps for others, for me to share that and put it out there so that it would then, in turn, be the catalyst for this teaching.
I’m using this as a teaching for myself, not just that I’m preaching or teaching to any of you. You are ALL dear teachers to me. I love this blogging community. And I learned so much from all of you. And I don’t know what else to say, except if I could hug you I would I’ve met so many wonderful people in this blogging community, I mean, and I, I do read your posts, and sometimes I read them quickly. I admit it. I’m skimming, but I look for the highlights and I look for the things that align with my soul and make me feel really good about the world because there’s a lot in the world that we could feel crappy about right? But that’s not what I don’t I don’t believe that’s why I’m here and I don’t believe that’s why we’re together, reading each other’s blog posts and sharing from our hearts.
So with love, humility, kindness, and the utmost compassion that I can muster. I thank you for your time and for listening to this and reading my posts. I’m very utterly and extremely grateful to each of you.
Now before I close, what I was going to do is I am going to share a link in this post to the spiritualtruthfoundation.org which talks about whose Silver Birch was and there’s even a drawing of the personage of Silver Birch who the voice was and was come through, and the spirit that was coming through known as Silver Birch was. And supposedly, you know, I mean everything I should caveat with “supposedly” as it is said the teachings were from a Native American man. So, there you go. (Was he racist?)
I never really dug that deep to read all of this before though about Silver Birch and as I’m sitting here working, waiting for more work as I continue to work on a Saturday, but this site talks about who Silver Birch was. A psychic artist depicts him as a serious-looking Native American Indian with a single feather and compassionate eyes and that just, you know, that I guess it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. I don’t know how else to describe it. I get the GodBumps! Yes.
To any of you wondering about that. I was raised to be a very serious person. And, I’ve discovered that I’m an empath. So I feel a lot of when you do comment and you do say things I feel it. I’ve worked my whole life to be very hard to not take things personally right? But I’ve always argued that point and said that I’m a person. And while words aren’t supposed to hurt I know they do. I know they do sometimes when people use hurtful words. And just as my darker-complected friends and family can tell you certain words still hurt them. And they hurt me because they hurt them. And certain words hurt me. Especially when someone emails them directly at me right Sheila, you did blah blah, blah. You know you’re a bit or you’re you know pick one, I don’t know. But a negative character-type assassination word, right? If someone were to call me that it would hurt me because I would take that word in and I would be questioning myself. Is that true? Is that me? Maybe it is in some aspects, right? I don’t want to even admit that most of the time. But yeah, maybe that is true in some instances. And that’s why we have situations right.
We were all different people in different situations. I mean, I’ve been the crudest of people in some situations. But I’ve been an angel in other situations. I take personal responsibility for that. I do my best to be better every day than I was before and to grow. But I am fallible, I make mistakes. And I think we all do. I fall back on the old saying of “nobody’s perfect.” And the more I meditate and as you know, as I’ve written about this, I don’t believe in Perfection. I just don’t believe in it. I don’t think anything’s perfect. I mean, you know trees get mold on them. The ocean has bad days, right? It produces tsunamis, but it’s beautiful to look at most of the time when you go to the beach.
So yeah, I mean, I think everything changes and there are situations in which we’re, we’re at our best and sometimes we’re not at our best. So that’s when we give ourselves grace. I mean, we can choose not to and be really hard on ourselves. But if we want to take it easier, and live life in peace and calm and ease and less triggered, you know, then let’s, let’s do that. If, if at all possible we can, let’s just breathe and, and give ourselves grace. We all learn at differing rates of speed. I say that a lot and I mean it. And We Are ALL Connected. This is me on this workaholic Saturday and Sunday. But this will end Monday when the proposal is submitted, so I’m excited about that. I’m seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. And there’s that word again. Right? All right. Again, thank you. Peace and blessings.

I’m taking some time out this weekend from the writing of the second edition of Take It Upon Yourself to Live a Wholly Vibrant Life, which I am renaming to Have Yourself a Wholly Vibrant Life- Reversing Asthma and Other Chronic Illness Naturally, to rewrite and post something I wrote last year on this day for Facebook. While sitting with a bowl of cooked cabbage with a bit of luscious Irish butter on it, I pondered:
Maybe it takes an analyst to question
Maybe it takes a poet to ponder
Maybe it takes a child to see
That Jesus taught the people who followed him using parables, so they would understand that spirituality, enlightenment, and faith were only useful when one applied their highest and best understandings, ideals, and yes, their very integrity, DURING any perceived wrongdoing, hurtful, or harmful situation? Maybe?

Once or twice close friends have told me they thought me to be more spiritual than they. But I don’t see it that way at all. And I have had others, even family, think that I was pushing things “too far” (like when I called out certain institutions that could do better when it comes to children).
Well, I guess I do call it like I see it. But I can admit when I need to “turn things over and over until I can gain more insight” or lastly, let the something go because I was not there to witness said perversion, mistreatment, etc. I was not a witness and therefore, it’s none of my business.
However, as a living and breathing fractal of Omniscience (the same as each of you), I do want to hold space for anyone suffering or in bondage. I want to see all the captives set FREE! I want to see the hungry fed, and the naked clothed. I want the abuse to stop. And writing seems to be the talent and skill God gave me, so I use words to bring Awareness.
I am not saying I am better than anyone. I am not saying I am blameless. And if others want to discourage me from sharing what God has put on my heart, I have to let go of their judgment of me. I cannot and do not know everything that’s happened to them, and cannot and do not know if my words cause them pain. I pray my words do not cause pain, as my only intention is to shed light on certain negative aspects involving certain institutions. I realize it’s a double-edged sword.
I focus on the light and the love, but also the balance that comes from the yin and yang of it ALL. And I have also been a mirror to some who are what I call my “love and light friends” who have called out certain things they disagree with, and I’ve found that those certain things are probably what they are here to heal first within themselves, and then shine a light on the issues in an uplifting way. I will commit to doing the same, realizing it’s probably more of a lifelong practice than something I will ever fully cultivate or actualize.
Last year, I made a commitment to daily post and share a page from the Course in Miracles calendar and once-a-week “Chaos and Kindness bracelet challenge” I did with my daughter (she had to drop out of the bracelet challenge part way through though due to her new job). I took the month of April 2022 off from adding any commentary to my FB and IG posts. (And no, it wasn’t an April Fool’s Day joke.) It was a test of will for me and I held myself accountable. I got through it and learned a lot. I let go of making a lot of commentary posts for the rest of 2022 and I broke the habit of feeling I had to share every thought and opinion.

I recorded this just after leaving a recent Tuesday night Reiki circles. I wanted to come to you with a few thoughts because I usually opened up from flowing Reiki energy and feeling the GodBumps. And singing the song at the end and holding hands. Tonight we had almost all new attendees at the circle (again). (This was recorded 17-Jan-2023). I continue to see the symbols in my mind’s eye and a word drops in, Interactions.
Interactions
Maybe integrating the spiral is simply about our interactions with things like our interactions with books, that people that we’ve received from people that people have written, that in the margins have the words like my mother’s Bible that I use to understand her mind and what she was learning and what she was pulling from and interacting with spirit during her reading of her Bible, that she would make those notes in the margins and I love that because it gives me a clue gives me insights into what she was thinking at that time at that precise moment. So we’re also interacting with symbols.
The cross
The only thing the cross is good for is crossing over. That’s the symbolism of the cross. We’re crossing over. Why else would we celebrate a torture device? Why would we wear a symbol of a torture device some the place where Jesus was crucified where he anguished languish and succumbed to death? Of course, as Christians, we believe that Jesus, you know, beat death. He went to hell. He intervened, and he did his work. He did his shadow work, maybe in hell for three days. We’re told.
So we see the cross as a symbol of the resurrection. But the cross was his means of death, his means of transformation, his torture device. So it’s like that saying about why did we fear the witches instead of those who Burn them alive? It’s the same kind of thought that applies here. So I’ve never been big on wearing a cross or using the cross in any of my messages. But I can see the importance of it. And one particular aspect is the crossing over. And that intersection between heaven and earth, and light and dark.
Yin Yang symbol
I prefer the yin and yang symbol . Yin and Yang. After learning of this symbol and after meditating on it, and seeing it breathing and pulsating and pulsing and being in a rhythm. And watching that wavy line in the middle, which to me symbolizes balancing. Be about the wave in the ocean. You know, it’s ebb and flow always signifies that you never get it done. And that’s what Abraham says–that you never get it done.
So, quit striving for perfection. Enjoy and milk the joy out of everything. Milk the joy out of your day, out of each moment, and out of each breath! We are never guaranteed another breath when you embrace that sit with that every breath is sacred.
Every breath is sacred
You are aware that every breath is sacred. Every thought is a prayer! We were taught and told in the Holy Scriptures to pray without ceasing. How else would you pray without ceasing? I mean, you’re gonna pray you’re gonna then do something you’re gonna get disrupted with the children or with your work or with your boss calling or your husband needing something you know what I mean? So the only way we can pray without ceasing, is by honoring each breath is sacred.
Just my thought for today. I do. I’ve been wanting to get this down, and now seems like a good place to do it.
Living prayer
A few days ago, my mom woke me up–and my mom is on the Other Side, in the Grand Beyond. She woke me up I think we had a few minutes together that I forgot. Completely lost most of the dream, but the takeaway was, (as I was waking) her last words to me were, “Your aura is a living prayer.” Your aura is a living prayer. And then I saw my chakras. I saw the spinning wheels of the vortex energy, the light photons spinning. I saw them opening each chakra. And then what my intention was. And finally, what my thoughts were. All of this was mind-work (in my mind). I saw my aura forming and interfacing from that spinning vortex energy going out into the aura. My aura contained all of that. And that was the living prayer. And doesn’t that lead us to discover and put more meat around a concept Gregg Braden teaches, that the Universe is a Living Organism? I will explore this in my next Reiki post (if the Universe is willing). OM

Good evening or good morning. I recorded this just after leaving one of my Tuesday night Reiki circles. I wanted to come to you with a few thoughts because I usually opened up from flowing Reiki energy and feeling the GodBumps. And singing the song at the end and holding hands. Tonight we had almost all new attendees at the circle. (This was recorded 3-Jan-2023)
One of the other participants was running a little late as he had been ill. And so he was the only other one that was there who had been in my Reiki one and two level certification classes. Everybody else was new.
It was amazing though, and I learned. Here’s what I learned.
Wow. So you know, I had practiced Reiki before just recently getting my level one and level two certifications. But that was I was certified back in 2009. So and I really hadn’t kept up with it and I hadn’t practiced it. I was feeling the energy then. But I didn’t know then what I know now. And I didn’t call the energy GodBumps. I didn’t even really say goosebumps. I just felt it and noticed it. And I really didn’t even start to delve into what it could be why was where it was coming from any of that. I just simply felt it. And I observed it and I made a mental note of what I was doing. At that moment I was feeling GodBumps. Fast forward all these years now. So I started feeling GodBumps in 2005 I actually remember feeling GodBumps while I was in a conversation with a lady at work. She was Anglican and I didn’t even know what that was. We were having a little discussion about the Anglican Church, religion, God, and my views on spirituality. And she was quite open to hearing that. And that’s when I felt the GodBumps.
I was also doing the raw vegan diet in 2008. And so at that time, I would go into bookstores and coffee shops and raw vegan cafes and things like that, and I would get into these conversations with complete strangers. But because we were talking about things that were healthful and uplifting to the body the raw food and healing disease naturally. Homeopathy and naturopath and muscle testing and we were having all these kinds of conversations. And so every time I get a conversation with someone even at the health food store, I would have feel the GodBumps. But again, the only thing I could attach or connect the feeling to was the subject of the conversations. I didn’t really know anything else about it.
Now, fast forward to now Reiki level one, Reiki level two, and doing these certifications. Maybe it’s not for the piece of paper and to be able to say that I’m certified in Reiki but it is to qualify or quantify or organize the information in a better way for me to continue to practice it and hold it and be able to learn the protection. I probably learned it in one or two of the class I took in 2009 but I didn’t practice it enough for it to stick. So I didn’t use the protection or turn the Reiki light on, as we say before each session and before doing anything actually before driving the car whatever.
To remember to do that and to be practiced so that the muscle memory takes over which is the reason we practice these things any modality or sports to improve your performance. You/we practice so it becomes muscle memory. Dancing is that way, okay? So the reason (to get certified in Reiki) is not just for the piece of paper, but the reason is to get through the experience again with all of these new people so it will stick with me.
And so you see the same people in each session. You’re building layers upon layers of the cellophane energ–I speak about the cellophane and my book, Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection–if you don’t know what I’m talking about, and most people won’t. But there are layers and layers of energy and energy fields and if you’re studying with Nassim Haramein, you hear people talking about the new quantum physics. If you’re interested in those things and you’re learning about those, you don’t know how to work the radio, you don’t know how the radio works, right sending the pieces of music and all those notes to the airwaves but you know that if you tune your radio correctly to the right station, the right frequency, the radio will play the music for you.
So it’s the same with Reiki and the more you practice and the more you are attuned when you certify and the more you practice, then upon that, it’s like getting a clearer and clearer signal. So tonight here we’ve got new people. So I say all that to tell you that what I learned now is that even people who came tonight who had only been through Reiki level one. And it had been years ago just like me when I first went a few months ago when I met Victoria and I started going. They are in the exact same spot now as I had been.
We were asking them because it was only three of us to more than six of us in the room. I think there were eight and there were three of us who were performing, if you will, Reiki or channeling or flowing Reiki energy, whatever terminology you want to use. Three of us were giving Reiki tonight. So, Victoria (our Reiki Master), told everyone that even though a couple of you have definitely done level one in the past and even though it’s been years ago. Perhaps this is your night to get gain a little bit of confidence and go ahead and give and practice on each other if you’d like.
Well, of course, we start going and in my head, my academic mind, I just sort of let go of the know-how part the organization of the information part and I just tune in with my heart and I go to the neutral place and I become the channel I become the flower of the energy I become the empty vessel of which Source, Spirit, God Omniscience. The Reiki Masters flow the energy through. I set my intention for the recipients, which is their intention. And before I knew it, I was giving Reiki to three different people before it was said and done. And actually, the third person when I went to give her Reiki, asked me if she could give it to me. And I thought, what, but she’s only level one. But then, just as soon as I had this thought, I could not. The next thought was, it doesn’t matter. What do you always talk about Sheila, what do you talk about on Clubhouse?
When I was in Clubhouse I had a room called, Spirituality without the training wheels. Because once you’re connected to spirit, and once you’re connected to Omniscience God Source Creator. You’re connected to the Energy. ALL of the organizations are wonderful. You know, the church, the church service, the training wheels, and the guides. That’s all wonderful, but you don’t need the guides really. You can freestyle it now; you’re a free wheel. You’re a free spirit. So you know what your intention is. They know what they’re asking for, and what their needs are. Now you’re just making this energetic handshake. And you’re making this connection energetically to flow the energy through one person as the performer to the receiver. And just about cost. Okay, beautiful. I got it. So I know that’s my spiral way of getting to my point. I learned that you don’t have to be certified at the different levels, you’ve already gained an attunement, you do you would have to have at least a level one Reiki and attunement in order to practice Reiki or flow Reiki energy, again, that’s a type of energy. Omniscience is all energies, right?
It’s the yin and yang symbol. It’s sacred geometry. It’s the unified field that everything hangs on. So all the Reiki symbols hang, just like if you’d look in your picture in your mind’s eye a scaffolding or a chain link fence. And now you’re taking these symbols and Reiki language. It’s the Reiki symbols, but it could be anything else and you’re hanging. Let’s say it’s a million crosses, and the cross is your symbol. Hang the cross symbol on the scaffolding. Okay, the universe Omniscience God is providing the scaffolding and you’re just hanging the symbols on it to remind you, it’s not that you’re praying to the cross or that you need the cross to save you you’re being reminded that the cross is a symbol of salvation, or it could be a symbol of rebirth in general and regeneration. It can be a symbol of rebirth. You know, it could symbolize a lot of things for you. And that’s the same thing with all the symbology with the Ganesha with the praying to the statue of Mary. All of that. It’s all the same thing.
Those symbols/statues/images or such are just reminders of those deities/divine essence or presence and in our English language you know, we write in symbols, each letter in the alphabet is a symbol. So there’s no like heaven or hell good or bad ascribed to each symbol–it just is. And it is whatever it reminds you of, you might attach to the first letter of your name, and every time you see that first letter of your name it reminds you of you know, and maybe your Thanksgiving of being here on the planet. So that’s what I learned tonight. Even level one Reiki initiated can give Reiki and I felt it. I felt the energy run through my body and be in a place of gratitude, as always Everything Resolves to Gratitude.
It’s best to be out of your head and into your heart and into the feeling place so that you can experience the love and the sheer joy of these types of energy work. And do these types of healing modalities. Every cell in your body will thank you. Yes, ALL 50 to 70 to 100 trillion cells, whatever’s in there. They’re dancing, and they’re thanking you for putting yourself with like-minded people in a situation where you can receive. Be open to receiving many blessings and always is my prayer for you this evening. Thank you.

I’m singing along with The Greens. Singing Mercy Found Room For Me. Mercy found room for me. That’s right. Mercy is how I describe, when I was so emotional, I just felt like it was my dad talking to me and mercy found room for me. Mercy found room for my dad and mercy will find room for each of you.
I had to stop and pick up my nettle tea which is fantastic for any breathing kind of issues that you have going on. Or even if you have a cold or something or allergies, and the other one I love is Pau D’Arco. This is for you, Mama. I love you so much. My mom was drinking Pau D’Arco tea years and years before she passed. She had found it so detoxifying and cleansing for the body and helpful. It wasn’t until a couple years ago, maybe even in within this last year, I found it to be so helpful though.
Oh! I’m always open to receive; I’m open to see from mom, dad, and my ancestors whose blood runs through my veins. I hug myself and I honor you. I thank you for all the gifts that you’ve given me and continue to give me and some of you I’ll see you soon. So, I love you. Love, love, love, love is what it’s all about. Let’s not spend a moment more in sadness or grief or arguing or disagreeing. Okay?
Love is everywhere. Love is where it’s at. From what I’ve seen in my experiences, when our human body dies, we meet our creator. And in that moment the only words I’ll want to say is, Thank YOU!
I’ve seen it in my visions. Those two words are ALL I say! Thank YOU! I’ve told you this before. But they mean so much. We say them so flippantly and so easily to people and we say this phrase without meaning it but when we face our Creator and when I face my Creator I know what I’m gonna say. Those two words. Hi, I would love to speak with you now about an exercise that we did today at our Reiki graduation ceremony. And I think this exercise within a group in particular, a small group would be really good to do especially to set initial intentions and to ground each participant and to help them connect with each other. You may want to do it at the end of a first session or the beginning of a second or third session especially if you have sensed there to be some disturbance in the group dynamics or the energy of the group. And essentially what it amounts to is each person arranges their body (to point their solar plexus towards the person they are speaking to), and in particular, their eyes to look at each person in the group one at a time and then simply state the other person’s name.
For example, I’ll say XYZ is the name of the other person, so you would say “XYZ, I experience you (or the universe experiences you) as ABCDEFG type of person meaning you can use a couple of words or a couple of sentences, but it shouldn’t be any more than a couple of minutes for you to describe each person. You might say things like, “Carol, I experience you (or the universe experiences you) as a loving, tender hearted, caring, nurturing person. You put yourself out there for everybody around you. You give so much from your heart, and you may even over get to the point of diminishing your own self. But you are wise enough to know you can always refill your empty cup. I love you. Thank you. And that’s that’s really it.
You know, you’re giving people the opportunity to understand you’ve heard them. You’ve seen them. You’ve experienced them. And I love this practice. I love the practice of this exercise because it helps each of us connect better with each other, heal any perceived grievances we may have had or held against each other. It really opens our hearts and lets each other appreciate and tune into each other’s energy and realize that we’re not alone. That others see us even if they’ve only known as for a short time.
Like I said, you may use this activity at the end of the session when you’ve only had a couple of hours together participating in a group. I would think that it might be fun in the beginning just to keep it very short and tell each other a perception that they have upon meeting because we all know that.
Initially, when we meet people within the first seven to 30 seconds, we form an opinion of them. And then later when we do this exercise again, after the first session or second session we’ve had a few hours together (if somebody’s taking notes of this or you’re writing these these perceptions down), you can look back and see how much your perception has changed of that person or how intune you were to pick up on who that person really is. Maybe you’re seeing that person’s heart or their higher self and you’re getting in touch and you’re getting in tune and then therefore this is validating your intuitive awareness.
So, try that exercise and let me know what you think of it and how it works for you. We just did it at our Reiki II level graduation ceremony (and I can tell you that even during the Reiki II weekend class participation, we had some energy disturbances between a couple of the participants) and I was so utterly amazed and impressed when each of those people got to express to each other in our group setting, how they experienced the other person because it was totally positive! There was no negativity. When another participant got their opportunity to share actually said, “I’m not gonna pull any punches and I’m gonna be brutally honest…” and I thought, “Oh gosh, here it comes.” And I didn’t think that particular person had an issue with anyone else. So, when that person got a chance to speak to the other, she let it all hang out and of course it was all worded quite eloquently and was very caring. However, when I heard the words ‘brutally honest’ I thought here comes the negativity. How could this be negative because I thought these two folks got along famously. Well, they did but it was just again, bringing back to my consciousness, how the words that we choose, can even kind of set us up for a different expectation. I thought the next words out of her mouth was gonna be something negative after she said, “I want to cut to the chase and be brutally honest,” right? Maybe just the use of the word brutal especially in this loving, nurturing type of environment and the circle we’ve built over several weeks together. I wasn’t expecting THAT word. I think it was kind of jolting to me. Right?
But this is why I love doing WordPlay. This is why I love facilitating especially small groups, four to eight people, because I think you can really build lasting friendships and really bond with one another. You can really find out a lot about yourself too, because I found myself when I was not forced but when I was prodded if you will (by means of this exercise), to give my opinion of my experience of another human being. I found I immediately tuned in to my pure essence my higher being, God, Omniscience, Source. You know, I immediately tuned in. I immediately got the dowsing rods kind of feedback in my body of the Yes answers every time I spoke something to someone (as I was telling the truth of course) through the whole process. Every time I spoke to the person I felt GodBumps! I felt the GodBumps sensation in my thighs, which is my Yes answer. And now after Reiki level II, I know when I feel God bumps above the waist (in my torso and arms) that is my No answer, as it’s a very strong sensation (meaning the answer No is quite firm). A No answer like this is both inside me and coming to me from The Field, with the stronger the sensation.
This is akin to one looking at the different hues and shades of a certain color. When a color is really bright, that’s the equivalent of when I get a really strong sensation. Similarly, when the color is a pastel color that’s equal to when I feel the slight subtle GodBumps sensation. So the stronger sensation is my Yes answer (or agreement from the Universe on whatever is being discussed), and the more less sensation of GodBumps above the waist is for when I get firm No answer from the Universe.
I’ve learned that through Reiki II for myself personally. I’ve also learned I’m a human dowsing rod and that was validated during the instruction of how to properly use the dowsing rods (as I’d never been instructed how to use them properly before). I’d had a cheaper pair before and I knew they worked to show me where the energy was but I never used them for any specific purpose. I didn’t know I could use them to obtain a yes or no answer nor how to hold them properly with my elbows close against my body. So now, I love the dowsing rods.
I mostly focus on tools, techniques, tips we can ALL use that will aid us in our development mentally calming the mind, growing spiritually, and healing physically. I look for things that we don’t involve external tools. If we’re laying in a hospital bed and we’re near coma we can do these things. That’s the kind of medicine I’m looking for and is what holistic health means to me–holistic medicine. Things you can do on your own, within and of yourself. And you’re a creator. You need no other external tools or external medicines, and so on and so forth. Your breath, your energy, the feeling of your own body (acupressure and reflexology for example), the sensing, the tuning in the going within the meditation, the prayer, the mental attitude, the self talk, the self awareness, the awareness of your conscious thoughts, all of that’s holistic medicine to me. And with that, I send you my love and blessings. Many blessings to you in all ways. We are in this journey together at this time. While I’m breathing and I’m this side of the dirt, I’m alive. I don’t think I’ve ever described it this way quite this way before. But after leaving on my second (of a two day) class for Level II Reiki, I feel that I’m only speaking (in all of my writings and talks) to people who ultimately feel a responsibility within themselves to grow their consciousness, to grow their being and connect with (and you can call this any name you would like but it’s a another version of you in essence). It may be your inner child, it may be your Higher Self it may be God, Creator, Divine, Source Energy, the Unified Field, The Field, fractal universe, multiverse, The Force, or The Energy. Omniscience is the word I prefer because it definitely explains how God is Everywhere. All at once. And sees ALL. Omniscience hears ALL frequencies on and in The Field. And creates all and is really the underpinning for everything that exists in the universe, and, in particular, each of us.
So, I’m very grateful for you and glad you’re getting something from this blog. I do believe that it’s for all “believers.” Because if you’re a person who only believes that you are only the body you reside in currently, that you’ve never lived before, as in your consciousness has never existed anywhere else in the universe before, and you don’t believe your consciousness is going to exist anywhere after you leave this body (in other words, you don’t believe YOU go anywhere after this body dies), you are not the person I’m writing this blog for. You’re not the person I’m speaking to right now (for those listening to the audio).
The person that I’m speaking to right now has some belief that they have a soul and a spirit and that they are not this body, this body is a temporary sheath, a meat-suit a spacesuit, a temporary asset that you own. And this is why when Jesus walked the planet 2000 years ago, he said, let thine eye be single. You’re in the world, not of the world. And you have a responsibility to take care of and guard your body Temple. I’m loosely paraphrasing to give you an example that he was teaching the temporary-ness or temporal-ness of this body, and yes, he could bring a dead body to life. Yes, he could. lay hands on someone, put mud on someone’s eye to make the blind see, the lame walk etc. We can do all these things as well. He said we would.
We have the tools available to us. We have the resources available to us. Either surgically, medically, or spiritually psychically (as in psychic surgery cases and things of that nature), as well as Reiki, as well as laying on of hands prayer work and such. Your intention, visualization, speaking words of health, light, love, growth, opportunity, and helping people to see a different version of their future so that they are healthier and living a more vibrant life. Those are all ways that we can affect one another because We Are All Connected.
I see the divine as Omniscience because God is the underlying Omniscient Force that envelops everything in the universe and is the blueprint–the structure.
When I meditate, I see the underpinning framework the Reiki symbols hang on. The world’s languages hang on this framework, the light languages and the words we think and speak. They (the words with their intended meanings) penetrate and hang on this framework. And when we die in the physical body, our consciousness goes into the Grand Beyond because the Grand Beyond is this framework. And we can go through it as well as hang on to it. Those of us who believe Jesus Christ is our personal Savior. We have a relationship with Him. We have a kinship, we have an acknowledgement from Him. We have a vow with Him. We have a promise from him, that He will be there to deliver us from any “evil,” which in my estimation is a “misstep.” We have simply missed the mark. We have made a misstep (or some say “mistake”). Jesus will be there on the Other Side to course correct for us (His believers and followers). But if we don’t believe in Jesus, and this is where I am different than 99% of the people who talk about religion and spirituality, WE are simply hanging onto other branches. In the tree, if you look at a Banyan tree (it’s a prime example of what I see as the best representation of this principle). The Yew tree as well, is a prime example. The trunk of the Yew is made up from multiple branches, limbs, vines and so forth that wrap around and create a stronger trunk. All the branches wind around to form and strengthen the tree trunk. Branches spiral, twist, and wrap around each other. And so the tree itself, the base of the Yew tree is the combination of all of its branches.

Now why is this important? Because every faith and even if you aren’t a part of an organized Faith structure, you are a branch or vine and you are enveloped in the wrapping of this spiritual tree. So, if you can picture one single tree made of hundreds of branches or even thousands of branches, limbs, and vines–they are ALL connected. This is why the various paths lead to one place. There is an Above and there is a Below. You can reach both through any Faith branch. If you will. And if you are the lone person who believes in XYZ I still believe you can be enveloped by that tree (Omniscience) and be absorbed into that tree, either through one of the main branches or through a vine, or weed! Let’s say if we’re using that tree, Yew tree or Banyan tree as the example, it’s not impossible for a branch to be cast off.
But again, that involves choice. The creators choice and your choice. If you want to be enveloped in a part of that tree, whichever path you’ve chosen will get you there. Some paths may be more, may be shorter, or may be longer. Some paths may be more crooked and have more angles and you may look at those challenges as missteps, but eventually you will be welcomed into the fullness of that tree and it will be explained (to you).
Answers may come after you’ve crossed over or transitioned into another consciousness. Again, (this is all larger) than Heaven and Hell. I see life as the growth of your consciousness and once you cross over, you’re going to continue growing! You may continue as a spark of divine consciousness. You may come back as a human. You may come back in another life form somewhere else on another realm. You may just hang on to a frequency in the Field. There’s any number of ways that you could continue to grow your consciousness and for those who are interested in reading more about that or studying more about that or hearing more about that I highly recommend the Institute of Noetic science (IONS). I also highly recommend the Monroe Institute. A vessel that longs for connection that longs for peace and unity, but I also understand that the fire can burn off chaff from the wheat. I understand the fire can purify. And I understand fire helps us destroy the things in our life that are no longer needed as we continue our track to improve and grow our consciousness. And with that said, Nothing is ever wrong. Everything Resolves to Gratitude. We grow through the dirt even when it’s unpleasant and we don’t consciously ask for it. But it’s necessary because we’re on this journey and our soul and spirit knows we need the growth. We have dirt in our lives that may be painful, messy, ugly, or horrible. But we’re on a mission.
