It’s August 29th, 2024; We have two original songs for you today! Well, the first one isn’t so much of a song, but a little something Richard created back when we had a music studio on our house–you could use it as a fun phone ring tone or intro to a podcast. I’ve never liked it much, but Richard still howls every time he plays it (often playing it just to make himself laugh)! LOL The second song, Lorem Ipsum, is an ode to writers who do their own content layout (you ‘get it’ if you have ever done magazine layouts, or such). Smooth vocals from Bubba Hudson (who I imagine could barely keep a straight face while singing it). That pro demo was produced by Steven Cooper, Nashville, TN. Enjoy (IN Joy)!
Here’s the two-hundred-forty-second new music post for 2024, as I consistently give everyone reading my blog new music for the intellectually curious or those who just want to have more FUN! (And believe me, before we dive deep into the rest of today’s post, you’ll need a laugh!)
Because I am usually ‘too serious’
I have to mix things up, probably where Integrating the Spirals came from, because I was raised by serious parents to ‘get shit done.’ And while I’m working, focusing on anything–even cooking or washing dishes–I don’t smile. The curse of being a serious person! UGH
I get it. I dig TOO much! I read a LOT of information every day from a variety of sources. Granted, I do tend to read more esoteric stuff than the average person. But I do take it personally when anyone says I’m not informed. I’m simply informed from others that those accusers have never heard of. UGH. I must refer back to my own words, “We all learn at differing rates of speed.” A few screen captures from recent emails that have caught my eye:
I still prefer to know the Truth
I was reading Susan Lindauer‘s book, Extreme Prejudice into the wee hours of the night (which is why I’m posting today’s blog article a bit later in the day). I found the Truth Abides video on X that I’d been looking for yesterday too, if you want to see it:

Truth can be found on all sides of the mirror ball
The Truth can be weaponized against anyone who, unfortunately, finds themselves on the wrong side of the political party that’s in charge (at the time). This is why it is important to study history and stay abreast of the current political agenda–and keep one’s mouth shut until such time as it’s appropriate to speak. Of course, I’ve never been too good at that! Ha! Though, maybe, after reading Susan’s book, I may have a lot more reason to try! Like Ron White says, I may have the right, not the ability (to remain silent). LOL (I had to find a better feeling thought–as if I don’t laugh, I’d cry).

Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness. Even if we have to disconnect from some people, for a time.

Seriousness, in many aspects of life, was a three years ago model and had a 30 year historical run. Since three years ago? Thankfully it has now left the building far, far more often than not. Richard is a wise man. Cheers Sheila.

It is really important ‘balance’ to life. Too much negativity and stress, due to circumstances that you have committed to and need to continue, can have a poor effect on your health. To escape that treadmill takes a certain courage to leave it behind and leap into the unknown. I could have continued my nurse role at retirement age and still be amongst the chaos. So glad I left.
