Each of us is worthy. Each of us matters (we’re here in a matter-full, physical body). Many deny the Power thereof. Many of all different faiths, but I was raised Christian in a Latter Day Saint faith (yes, there’s more than one) and THAT’S triggering enough for many! So, TRIGGER ALERT! You may NOT want to read this, as I’m on FIRE today!!! Here’s what happened:

Here I sit in full moon Energy. Apparently, because as I ATTEMPT to hold my focus on the formatting task of getting the paperback version of my holistic health book done, so I can upload the manuscript for it to Amazon (the ebook is already there), I CONTINUE to get triggered by Facebook comments to a post I put out there for FUN! Ha! I guess it has been fun, and the formatting task is taxing, tedious, and not something I enjoy else I would have it done already! Ha! LOL

The health book is the story (all documented history) of how I reversed lifelong (from age 6 to my early 40s) chronic asthma and how I’ve been living a vibrant life asthma-free since 2005! I was able to quit 5 asthma and allergy medications, saving me thousands of dollars in co-pays (and full costs for meds when I didn’t have health insurance for many years). But dental issues, well THAT’S another story!

To our better health, living in ease (no more anxious feelings or tension), letting go of ANYTHING we don’t need, and sustainment in JOY! Stomping my feet, and hearing the Universe say, “Hahahaha Sheila, you can stomp your feet all you want to but EVERYONE comes home someday–even the best of them! You can only do so much. Yes, Jesus the Christ started a revolution, but He came HOME too!
