Name calling
As kids, I recall the term “fraidy cat” (and scaredy cat”) being used on more than one occasion while playing at the playground.
I don’t thin I considered myself to be a fraidy cat, however I’m sure I was in certain situations.

Finding relief
As I teach Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to others, I realize that this aspect of being a fraidy cat lives inside most of us, in one way or another (depending upon the situation we’re facing).
Wouldn’t it be nice if you had someone by your side, to hold your hand, when you feel most scared and vulnerable?
That’s what I’m offering to you, NOW.
