The Christmas Spirit
This is the new song I shared ten days ago and now, we’ve got the studio production back from Nashville.
Take a listen and see what you think. The chorus all the sound the same to me. Here’s the post from ten days ago with my rough demo (me singing): https://sheilamurrey.net/2023/12/14/the-new-song/
This is the version of A man we received back from Nashville (professional singer):
Let us know who you think I should reach out to on Twitter/X about putting this song on their next album, TV series, or film production.
Yours in expanding, musical, revolving, spiraling consciousness,
To our better health, ease, and sustaining lives of JOY!

Integrating the Spirals can do more for you than ease suffering. (It helps in many ways–when you use it; find it at Integrating the Spirals course.)
As an empath I offer this course to ease suffering and raise the vibration to extend hope and expand our collective consciousness. Using breath work and meditation, we appreciate the value of Detachment. We till our inner soil to calm the amygdala and institute peace. Meditation is an easy way to Connect us with spirit, higher selves, Omniscience God, and receive new personal guidance we may not have otherwise received–since we’ve all been programmed.
