With the girls back in school, the temps dropping down to the 40’s at night now, and the trees in our back yard changing their leaves to red and orange hues, summer is over I guess. The ground is getting cooler too, so no more bare feet on the grass. I’ve been doing a few Moves Method videos on the back deck, and thinking about what winter will be like when it comes time to start getting in my sauna tent again. Happy the arm nerve pain is GONE (for a week now), I’ve been putting more emphasis on doing my body movements, than drawing, but here’s what I’ve done the last few days.

Moves Method
My new venture, mobility training with Moves Method is going well. I’ve had over a thousand views on some of the shorts for it via my YouTube channel and the TikTok shorts are gaining a lot of attention too –here’s one of the recent shorts: https://youtube.com/shorts/vtTQnmG6ptk?si=7yEnouTEOu3XRJcS I’ve figured out a pretty good way to create a short ONCE on TikTok (even using “creator” type templates, then simply forward that video to Instagram (and Facebook). Sort of a cascading method of sharing, which saves me time and makes me feel techie all over again! Ha! More of a plan coming together, I guess you could say.

Prayers for Nepal
My friend, Maria, who often travels to Nepal has reached out to me and sent me a photo she found of myself and some of our friends (that she took back at one of her festivals in Florida). It was great to see this photo, though sadly, I’ve lost touch with all but one of the friends pictured. I will work my Integrating the Spiral process soon to release any negativity I continue to feel as I look at them. We did share some great days. And they meant a lot to me. I cropped them out (because I don’t have permission to share), but think I may use this pic of me in some upcoming stuff–though it’s several years old as of now. She really captured my heart though.
