I think the new Secretary of Defense is going to fix that. At least that’s what he said during his confirmation hearings.

They all tend to say one thing when they’re campaigning and then DO something completely different. It’s frustrating, thus I tend to leave it alone after a while. Always seeking the next better feeling thought.
