Someone shared something in the Dr. Bruce Lipton WhatsApp chat tonight that took me inward. I’ll share that in a minute. Here’s what came up for me:

What was the initial impetus?
Someone had shared this meme about “One who vibrates to the energy of pure love will counterbalance the negativity of 750,000 who do not.” Another individual (in the group) asked how this researcher came up with such a number? And thought that those of us who buy into this supposed research are buying into yet another illusory paradigm that’s not real (continuing to perpetuate the problem that doing our inner work is supposed to solve)!

What do you think?

Hi Sheila. Some people prefer biopsychosocial inertia. Not going out to experience either alternative/new positive or negative entities or energies because the place they want to be, in that time, is actually okay. ‘That time?’ Well…the Time Frame in inertia can be days, weeks, months to years. Actually to ongoing life preference for keeps. Status Quo living can be truly comforting and not boring. Happy in your own skin. Outside influences are obviously going to ‘Come at ya’. Especially if you go out looking for them to see what ‘ticks out there in the World’.
Takes a strong mind to avoid influences. ‘Where’s the fun in that?’ it asks. Maybe ‘Finding Fun’ means ‘Finding intrusive chaos’ to some people. Good or bad chaos can overwhelm introverts for example. I know that feeling very well. Contentment in known familiarity is a valuable entity to possess and actually comforting to live life within its values.
Thoughtful post Sheila. Cheers.

Ah, I love this, Gray! “Contentment in known familiarity is a valuable entity to possess and actually comforting to live life within its values.”
I should probably say, we’re dealing with people (in the group) who think/want/believe they are world-changers, peace keepers. I totally understand about going out and mixing things up energy-wise and how the chaos can work for or against us. Perhaps Calm or Growth ensues from that. I don’t know, but glad to sit with this and choose not to get involved either, as I feel appropriate. Thank you so much for checking this out and offering your input and wisdom.

Cheers Sheila. Activity is a fine positive, be it passive or dynamic. But there comes a time when chilling and accepting the daily familiars within your life’s continuation needs to simply possess a very gentle nature that is self served. Also, it is so cool to feel none of the stresses that can hamper emotions. All the best.

I think you’re right, Gray. Chillax is a great word that comes to mind. I will be doing that today as I sit with our 8 year old twin granddaughters! Ha!
