This story of the ten earliest noted examples of Near Death Experiences (NDEs), comes to us from 1440 News:

It got me thinking! Apparently, NDEs have been happening for millennia, though we have only recently begun speaking openly about the phenomenon.

Shared Death Experiences (SDEs)

You may remember that I wrote about an experience I had in 2019 of what has been deemed a Shared Death Experience (SDE), within 24 hours of my dad’s passing:

An introduction: Multiverse theory

Perhaps as Religious masters and ancient sacred scriptures have revealed over millennia, a variety of planes (levels of life in different places) exist, and THAT is now what Scientists call, the Multiverse!

https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/heres-why-we-might-live-in-a-multiverse/

I have often mused that the reason some of us experience Deja Vu, see auras, hear voices, and believe we can sense the energy of plants, rocks, and crystals, is because like us, a portion of each lives HERE and a portion lives THERE (on another level of existence).

It seems that could be so!

What do you think?

Yours in expanding, revolving, doing-my-egoless-best, limitless, spiraling consciousness,

To our better health, ease, and sustaining lives of JOY! (With lots of Gratitude throughout.)

  1. Sheila – I didn’t realize you’d lost both you mother and father less than two years apart. I’m so sorry. Thank you for sharing your post about the vision after your father passed. A privilege to read and the photo of the tree stump – knowing it was his view the last time you spoke to him – gave me all the feels. Sending love! 💕

    1. Yes, they passed 22 months apart and dad’s passing was very unexpected. I had thought most people pass within a year of each other and since he had made it past the one year mark, he’d be good for another twenty years! I was sooo shocked when he passed the way he did. I believe that is why I was given the vision within 24 hours. And because of that vision, my grief was so much less (almost none), which also surprised me and my family—I was always the crier.

Thank you so much for reading and commenting, Vicki. I appreciate your words very much!

  2. I love this stuff! I’ve watched a lot of personal stories on the subject. I hope your tinnitus gets better…if that is possible.

      1. I’ve heard of musicians getting it…Pete Townshend is one…with thearpy he got better. That is the reason he went a decade without playing live.

      2. I have heard that too, but I have never been up close to amps or loud speakers, always stayed a safe distance. Nor did we play live often. For sure guys like Pete would have been over exposed to loud music. This came upon me after a change in mattresses, pillows, and BrainTap headset device. Not sure if one or all were to blame.

      3. Wow…I would have never thought that Sheila. I’m bad about turning headphones to 11…and I have to have headphones to talk on the phone or I can’t hear well…but no hurting or ringing.
