I don’t know if we need a savior or if Omniscience God created us with a brain to save ourselves. But either way, I still believe in taking it upon oneself to do our best while we’re alive. Perhaps that means doing our best to quit overthinking and get down into our body–I find blues music helps me with that (to feel my soul). Perhaps you have other views on this.

  2. That is some good relaxing blues. I do have something to help me sleep but it’s illegal in many states and most countries. However, if I’m awake at two or three in the morning, a couple of puffs on the magic dragon and I’m well away.
