  1. 💜 With all due respect to Robert Adams 👏🏾 🙏🏿 🙌 ❤️ ♥️ 💙 👏🏾 in My Opinion it is actually the opposite; things Slow Down rather than “speed” up EveryOne…it’s Our Conditioned UpBringing that Creates the Illusion of RUSHING!!! Creating STRESS!!! and Angst; whereas Mother Nature Points to Plants and Suggests Slow Down; the Soulful (“spiritual”) Journey is a marathon NOT!!! a SPRINT 🏃‍♀️ 🙄 😑 😒 😐 🤣 🏃‍♂️ EveryBody

    1. I see it both (or ALL ways), Yernasia. Some days I feel time goes by sooo quickly, and I feel quite anxious to get tasks done (thus I get up and do some Asian squats, Qigong, Yoga postures, wash the dishes, or such). Then other times, it drags on… who am I kidding, I sense time is speeding up a LOT! Haha! I’m trying to be more consciously aware of STRESS though, as I have written about it a lot over the years and know it wreaks havoc on the cells of the body. I promise I am working to be kinder to my body. Wink! I agree we’re on a spirit/soul journey here. AND I’m sooo glad I just got my little succulent plants beside me while I work! Thanks to Laidback Gardener’s post!
