Take It Upon Yourself is a personal blog of facts and opinions, and is in no way intended to diagnose, treat, heal, or cure any dis-ease. Only your own body, connected and receiving from Omniscience, can do that.
Sheila Murrey, the author, is an avid student, researcher, and lay practitioner of non-toxic, natural, and holistic health and healing methods (following the Hippocratic rule: Let Food Be Thy Medicine, and Medicine Be Thy Food), and applies her critical thinking skills to health.
Sheila is a software analyst and writer by trade – NOT a doctor or health care professional.
Sheila encourages you to seek MULTIPLE opinions for any health dis-eases you’re experiencing from licensed, professional health and wellness providers.
Sheila fulfills her mission of Connecting Heaven and Earth when sharing that we’re never alone. She speaks on the topics of: Omniscience, Oneness, Wholeness, and how “We Are All Connected.”
Sheila naturally released asthma 13 years ago and wrote a health book about it. She’s on fire to light up and empower us in fun and practical ways that integrate mind, body, spirit, and soul-aligned practices and raise our consciousness to support our individual and collective health.
How it all works
When you believe in a limited God, you see yourself as limited. It’s important to expand in your understanding of God your Creator, because knowing your Source as omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscience ENERGY will free you to Be, Do, and Have everything.
When you see the Universe as friendly, and that you are a part of Everything, you will free yourself from doubt and fear.
When you know the Universe as expanding, you will FEEL the abundance of it all, and will release your lack mindset.
When you view everything as God’s expression and creation, you will have gratitude for all.
When you understand that everything vibrates, yes even rocks, you will realize (see with real eyes) that the Bible and other wisdom books have been gently guiding you to know that EVERYTHING matters. Your thoughts matter. The unseen matters!
Subtle feelings affect the cells of your body. Your attitude MATTERS. This is why removing any limitations you’ve placed on God, and on yourself, matter. When you see yourself as limited, flawed, aging, or less than what you were when you came into this world, you will accept dis-ease as a natural deterioration process. But, you can remove the blinders from your eyes and come to know that you are worthy of beautiful health and vitality–and everything in the garden! We live, move, and have our “be”-ing, in God (Source Energy) and the world is ours.
- Gather as much knowledge and advice as possible. Study to show yourself approved. Do your due diligence.
- Follow your instincts. Take it upon yourself to find your own individual path to wellness–mind, body, and soul.
- Meditate and pray and feel AS-IF your prayers have already been answered. That IS the meaning of Faith. Remember that faith IS the substance of things not yet seen. This is what it means to “be spiritual.”
- Be open to receive – meditation is one way to open. Think of it this way: Prayer is the asking; Meditation is “being still” and opening / tuning to the proper frequency to receive.
Many blessings to you in ALL ways. Be the expression of Omniscient God.
Amen. Namaste. OM
