Off Grid wet fun
While connecting with a fellow blogger, I accepted the challenge at http://travelwithintent.com/2020/09/06/wet/ of offering a themed post* about something “wet.”
At first, the only thing I could think of was to show you how we cool off while living “off grid.”
This is our little 3 feet deep off grid pool:

And then, as I was preparing this to be a very short post, I remembered our pond! ❤️😉
Here’s our tilapia fish stocked pond:

Far cry from these cool waterfalls in Scotland we saw last summer, but on a blazing Florida day, we’ll take it!

Happy Labor Day weekend everyone!
*Debbie‘s blog. “Travel with intent” inspired this post. This Sunday’s one-word, “Wet” was the theme.
ABOUT ME
I have a passion for WORDS and Connecting people. In particular, I love speaking and writing about spiritual and consciousness raising topics, holistic wellness and simple healthy living. I am empathic, intuitive, compassionate, and kind, with a keen and unified wisdom about life.

OBSERVATIONS ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Conversations surrounding emotional balance, moral ambiguities, and deep spiritual truths (such as We Are All Connected, and Put Your Hands Together When You Pray), are what Sheila is most passionate about. She feels a profound empathic Connection with people and what they’re going through by merely sharing her own truth, by speaking freely about her personal struggles and the challenges she continues to overcome. Sheila strives to ease lonelines, help those exiting toxic relationships, and to remind us all that we are stronger than we think we are, and that Everything Resolves to Gratitude in the end.

Not as much as I’d like, but yes, I’ll be in it soon. And then tomorrow too! LOL
You have a fantastic set up with all the comforts … enjoy it !!
Well, after about 6 months here, it is getting fun. LOL
Thank you sooo much, Joan! Maybe you all can come up and visit sometime. ❤️😉
Lovely shots for the challenge, Sheila. Your little pool must be very well used here in Florida. Your pond is absolutely wonderful. Do you have any alligators in there? 🙂
No alligators at all. In fact, I haven’t seen any around here at all, nor did I see any in the two years we lived next to the intracoastal waterway in Merritt Island, FL. ❤️😉
I’ll swim in the first while enjoying that Corona!!
These photos look beautiful💙
Thank you! ❤️🦋🌀🙏
That’s a lot of lovely services going on down there ☺️🙌👍🏾⛄
