It’s March 21st, 2024; Here’s an original blues song with catchy guitar riffs and a sizzling keyboard bridge. We love the fantastic vocals from Bubba Hudson on this tune. Plus, we greatly appreciate the extra attention to detail on the production mix by Steven Cooper, Nashville, TN.
My parents and grandparents taught me a valuable life lesson. Buy quality. Simply spending a few more dollars for things reduces how much ends up in the landfill. And we get to use our stuff for a lot longer–I still wear some of the clothing my mom bought. Plus, I have a coat from my grandmother! On a metaphysical level, I can feel the love through the clothes I inherited. I’ve handed several pieces of clothing down to my granddaughters as well!
Fun fact: When Richard had the stroke Oct. 2022, his rehab nurse loved this lava surfin’ t-shirt he was wearing so much, that Richard took it off and gave her the shirt off his back!
Reuse or recycle before throwing stuff out
I don’t have to tell you that landfills the world over are filled to the brim and overflowing. We’ve all seen pictures of the junk pile in the ocean too. So, please reuse and recycle before throwing junk out. You may have known a hoarder in your life (I have), or watched the TV show about hoarders–it’s not pretty. And hoarding is a mental illness.
Speaking of junk, please honor your body and eat real food not processed junk food.
Meme: “We’ve consumed meat, eggs & dairy for thousands of years. Processed foods have only been around for about 100 years. But for some reason animal foods get blamed for all our health woes, & processed junk food gets a pass. Weird. –Dr. James DiNicolantonio
This song may also apply to those of us who have been in unhealthy relationships. Sit with it for a while and consider this ‘going inward’ advice by Shirley MacLaine:

Improve the soil
I was so excited to see Dr. Zach Bush last night when his replay became available on Gaia! He did not disappoint. I felt his whole speech was genius! I probably held my breath through the first few minutes when he explained how a baby develops!
I sat mesmerized and will watch it again today and take notes. His profound way of holding my attention, even when presenting science-type information, is incredible. Not to mention Dr. Zach’s compassion, and immense love for humans–from babies to the dying. Ahh!

It’s March 20th, 2024; Here’s an original pop song with a unique melody. Richard says the feels the guitar is a bit frenetic in this song. It is a song Richard wrote and produced many years ago. I think this original song is meant to be helpful to people going through this particular situation–the situation the song lyrics speak to. I feel the song intends to be of help when it comes to working out challenging issues within a relationship.
Relaying intention
Here’s the seventy-ninth new music post for 2024, as I intend to consistently share my husband’s original songs in a format that helps one hear each and appreciate his clever and well-intentioned songwriting and storytelling abilities. Often to my amazement, I find a lot of synchronicities in the various scenarios within the lyrics of Richard’s songs (such as is related in this song especially) that match up with events that happened in my own life (pre-Richard).
Working it out
I often say, “I love it when a plan comes together.” And while I mean it, I still get caught up in the feelings of irritation, annoyance, or frustration. I’m working on feeling those feelings less and less. So, I can listen to this song and believe the couple works out their challenges and stays together “for her”–for their child. And that very much aligns with how my parents worked things out and stayed together for me. Aww! I know.
But it could also be taken a bit lighter. How do you hear this song?
In looking for an image to add to this post, I found this cartoon meme from a sweet soulie sister. We don’t have a cat, but Richard used to have a cat named Cassie, (during his first marriage). So, if your cat makes a mess, it may have been time to clean out from under the couch anyway. Ha!
Cartoon by Mark Parisi of the mess cats can make, especially under a couch. Shared on Facebook from my friend and soulie sister, Terraell Hazlett.
This song may also be applicable when someone is facing a health diagnosis that seems insurmountable. They may ask why something like this is happening TO them. When I searched my hard drive for ‘work it out’ I found this screen capture:
Screen capture: My comments (on Facebook) about ‘working it out’ when faced with a challenging situation (health, relationship, or other). Life is happening FOR us. Go inward. It’s ALL an inside job. –Sheila Murrey
Try again
I learned the difference between the free will choices that my soul made (soul contracts) and the free will of my Sheila personality in this lifetime, from Regina Meredith this morning. Synchronistically, my daughter called me when I was about halfway through. I took the opportunity (after she called to relay good news about our upcoming move), to tell her that about 15-20 minutes into Regina’s talk, she offered some information that I felt applied to my daughter. And that Regina helped me notice the word, Relay, within the words, Relate and Relationship. I also told my daughter several other things I was learning from Regina as I listened. I’ll finish watching Regina’s presentation after I get this blog post out. Wink!
I know I’ve told you for the last couple of days about this conference, but if you still haven’t checked it out yet, there’s still time for you to sign up and watch the replays during this Emersion Conference on Gaia:

It’s March 19th, 2024; Here’s an original country song with some light touches on the piano for emphasis to spark up the smooth melody. This song is another of Richard’s cheatin’ songs, where the protagonist expresses his deep love for the one who has cheated on him and continues to lie. Maybe they break up, maybe not.
Once a cheater
Here’s the seventy-eighth new music post for 2024, as I lay out all my husband’s original songs in a format that helps one hear each and appreciate his songwriting and storytelling abilities within his high IQ lyrics. Richard has been an observer of people and human nature for all of his 73 years on this planet. He has a keen sense of discernment about people.
If you’ve ever been cheated on and continued to live (and sleep with) the liar, then this song is for you.
Original country song, Lyin’ next to me by Richard Murrey
Lyin’ is cheating
I’ve actually met people throughout my life who do not feel lying is cheating. They don’t think fantasizing about someone else is cheating. It never fails to amaze me how people think they can disconnect their thoughts (and words) from their actions. In the world of the quantum (which is the framework of the universes), thoughts come before actions and actions bring consequences.
Meme: So you’re not mad at those who lied to you for years. But you’re mad at me for proving they lied to you? Elon Musk quoteMeme: Kash Patel on listing out how the USA judicial system will allow attorneys (like the Georgia District Attorney referred to in this piece) to lie and continue working.
It never fails to amaze me, and is another reason I stick with Dr. Bruce Lipton and his online worldwide community, how people can be so programmed as to not hear it (not be able to discern it) when someone is lying to them. And this is why governments (not just the government of the USA) can run roughshod over people.
Many people have lost their ability to discern the truth when faced with the unfathomable–that became apparent to me over the year-long Casey Anthony trial in Orlando, FL in 2011. Casey was found innocent in her daughter’s murder but convicted of four counts of lying to law enforcement. That case still confounds me, but apparently, there’s a big difference between being a compulsory or pathological liar and being a murderer. Murder (especially of one’s own child) was just too much of a leap for the 12-person jury to take, based on the evidence allowed at the trial. For me, as usual, it was a question of perceptions and how far we can expand our consciousness to grasp the depravity of some outliers within the human scope. And when I speak of outliers, I think of the people who push the bounds of madness and mayhem (like what’s happening in the wars). The madmen. The warmongers. And so on. Remember the word, at least in English, ‘Evil’ is simply the opposite of ‘Live.’ Some hate life so much, they’ll kill to end it, and sometimes in horrendous ways.
Screen capture: ‘Perception Management for Very Advanced Souls’ –TUT quote
Making sense of nonsense
I take in a lot of differing information as a means to expand my consciousness. Here are a few examples:
Candice Owens debates a Rabbi.
And old black and white movies, like this one:
Double Indemnity movie clip. I do encourage you to watch the entire film because the twist at the end is gripping! It’s still considered one of the best stories of its time.
And if you’ve made it this far, here’s a video that will really stretch your mind!
I enjoyed an older presentation and talk by Gregg Braden last night, as I perused the lineup of speakers from the Gaia Emersion Conference. I am particularly interested in pulling out the information that discusses the quantum and how all the pieces fit.
Meme: Sheila teaches: Breathwork, Meditation, Alternative Health practical at-home methods, Energy Medicine, Minimalism, Qigong, and how to appreciate being an empath and rediscovering ancient ways and the purpose for visiting sacred sites.
No one can change anyone. We can simply offer gentle guidance, inspiration, and hope! If someone is tired of being lied to and now realizes it’s because they’ve been programmed, I’m ready to help them de-program. By request.

It’s March 18th, 2024; Here’s an original funky pop song with a hook about loving ourselves–in that way. This is one of Richard’s favorite songs and the more we listen to it the more we smile! Haha! Are you curious? Buckle up, Buttercup! This is going to get loosey-goosey and a bit woo-woo!
Celebrating the story
Here’s the seventy-seventh new music post for 2024, as I consistently place an original song from Richard’s 400+ song catalog in front of your eyes and ears each day. This funky pop song takes me right back to Ireland and the tour bus ride out to Newgrange for the Winter Solstice event of 2019 (the last public event too, until last year–due to COVID).
I remember exactly how I felt when Edel (of Eriu tours) told me the captivating Sheela Na Gig story after asking if I knew the Celtic history surrounding my name. And no, I had never heard of the Sheela Na Gig before. Here’s a link to a previous post where I discuss it.
You can check my Pinterest page: https://www.pinterest.com/spiralsister1/sheela-na-gig/ if you have no idea what I’m talking about. I have even had a couple of the images shared on that page removed by Pinterest because they said they were explicit! Ha! So, there’s your warning. LOL
Lovin’ self and our connections
There’s a lot of talk out there in the coaching, self-help, and personal transformation world about self-love. And of course, we’re poking fun at that (a little bit), by putting Lust for Myself (the song) out into the world. But we love to laugh and have fun, so there’s that. Take it as you will.
The day following St. Patrick’s Day will be special to me because it’s Sheela Na Gig Day but also because it was the day my dad and I were to meet up (he’d asked me to put him on my schedule–a word he never used, but because I was always ‘busy, busy, busy’ (his words), we’d set a day aside for a visit. Unfortunately, Dad passed on March 8th, 2019. UGH
Meme: The only questions you need to ask yourself when you are feeling defeated or lost is, “Where am I not loving myself” How can I value myself more?” — Anita Moorjani (shared as a Facebook story from James Young)
I continue learning about my Irish heritage, Celtic Spirituality, and meditation. As an empath, spiritual teacher, advisor, minister, and confidante I love connecting with Omniscience God, Source, daily. It’s the highest and best use of my time and must always precede my writing.
I do take time every few days, to check in with enlightened others, and I switch them up as new ones cross my path. About a week ago, I was attracted to listen to Bashar. I knew I was being spiritually led to him because he also showed up on a Gaia event I’d registered to watch (for free). You can register and watch for free too, until March 26th, 2024 if you feel so inclined:
I listened to Darryl Anka who channels Bashar, last night. And then this morning, I watched Anita Moorjani’s presentation. I love her! I’ve followed Anita’s work since 2020 when we lived off-grid in the woods. I came to know of her as I was finishing up. Blue Eyes. I was stunned and thrilled at how much our stories aligned, though I’d simply had hypnosis and past life regressions–I didn’t have to die and have a Near Death Experience (NDE) to learn what she learned. I do teach different practices than she does, but our messages dovetail beautifully.
As for my take on Bashar, his style is a bit abrupt, but I learned some things from him last night. I connected with him immediately when he said, “If you feel alone, add an L. All one.” Aha!
I’ve said and written many times here in this blog and my books that loneliness is a lack of purpose. He seems to agree with that as he presents his guiding principles for living. The more I listened to Bashar, the more I felt the energetic rise in my vibration. I told you this was going to get loosey-goosey and woo-woo! Ha! I felt my consciousness expanding. I can’t judge you to say whether you’re ready to hear from him yet, but as Abraham always says, “For me right now, this is of value.”
Why I teach Integration
Meme: Sheila teaches: Breathwork, Meditation, Alternative Health practical at-home methods, Energy Medicine, Minimalism, Qigong, and how to appreciate being an empath and rediscovering ancient ways and the purpose for visiting sacred sites.
No one can change anyone. But we can offer guidance, inspiration, and hope! If someone is tired of being ‘sick and tired,’ they may be ready and open to change. I teach Integration because it offers ways to change while living our daily lives. It requires awareness and willingness. I began teaching Integration even before developing and codifying the practices into what is now, Integrating the Spirals.
I had to begin this work on and for myself–and you see? Now, we’ve come full circle to the song! Ha! I love it when a plan comes together.
My Stairwell story
One of the first things I integrated for myself was learning and using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). A few years after teaching that at a wellness center on the weekends, I learned Qigong. I was in a group class taught by a master lama. It was wild! It was a lot of work, but he taught our group in a bit easier way than how he’d learned it from the monks (whom he said could be brutal)!
And I learned why I needed both EFT and Qigong (and Pilates too, but I’m trying to keep this story short). I was working for a corporate company at the time and my work could be challenging and stressful. I used to go to the restroom to do EFT (where I had privacy in a stall). But one day, one of my coworkers mentioned that he would take breaks and climb the stairs. That gave me the idea to also go into the stairwell (not at the same time as he was climbing), and integrate my Qigong into my day–at the times when I was feeling the most stress. I now call this my ‘Stairwell story‘ and I don’t think I’ve ever written it up before, so thank you, Vicki (of Victoria Ponders) for reminding me to write it.
My soulie sisters
I’d love to send Happy Birthday wishes out to one of my first best friends, Susie. We don’t talk often, but when we do, it’s like no time has passed. We live many states apart, but I always feel connected to her. Our dads were friends, and we used to spend the night with each other when we were young. Oh, the memories. The favorite bands, songs, jeans, dolls, running from the bull (really!), and Susie teaching me stuff by writing on her chalkboard (I was always surprised she didn’t become a school teacher). I didn’t realize today was her birthday until I noticed her on the Facebook birthday list, and now I am sitting with this incredible synchronicity! This is a ‘full circle’ moment for me.
Another synchronicity today with Victoria Ponders. Screen capture of a Facebook post I wrote on this day, 8 years ago about birth being only the beginning!
I’d also like to take a moment to wish a dear ‘soul sister’ friend a very Happy Birthday. To Jacqueline: I’ll always remember our drive to Gainesville, FL when you told me that March 18th was your birthday, as I told you the Sheela Na Gig story and why it meant so much to me (since it was the date my dad and I had planned to visit, but he passed before we could). I remember feeling like I needed to stop the car! I felt the GodBumps! It was such a profound moment that it forever cemented our soulie sister Connection. Happy Birthday, Jacqueline. Discover Jacqueline and her ministry on Facebook with C.O.R. Center 4 Divinity.

It’s March 17th, 2024; Here’s an original smooth country song with a lovely melody about loving ourselves, and I’m using it to love the Irish in me (and connecting with my Irish heritage). Do you have any Irish ancestry? Or might you have a friend who lives in Ireland? Perhaps you know of the wee faerie folks and are into Irish lore? Well, if not, I’d then beg the question, isn’t everyone a bit Irish on St. Patrick’s Day?
Recalling that taste
Here’s the seventy-sixth new music post for 2024, as I consistently brew up an original song from Richard’s 400+ song catalog to recall some sweet memories each day. This country song takes me right back to Ireland.
Oh, I can recall the taste of that fresh Guinness beer Richard and I had when we were in Ireland in 2019 like it was yesterday!
When we were in Ireland (twice!) in 2019, we very much enjoyed hearing how some of the Irish traditions carried over to America, and how some changed. I find it intriguing to hear the myths, faerie stories, legends, and folklore. This time of the year calls out to me in this regard and I dream a lot too.
The image has nothing to do with my sweet memories of Ireland though, as the color of Ireland is blue, not green per this article from Food and Wine on the myths regarding St. Patrick’s Day: https://www.foodandwine.com/st-patricks-day-myths-8609708
Lovin’ ourselves and from whence we came
What other ancestral connections come to your mind as you listen to this smooth country song?
I love to reconnect with all of my ancestors on special days like this. It helps me love myself a bit more. And yes, I do think most of us spend a lot more time seeking love outside of ourselves than just sitting in solitude to appreciate ourselves, who we are, and how we live this big adventure called, Life!
St. Patrick’s Day is not just about drinking whiskey or green beer either, though we did go to the Guinness brewery and museum when we went to Ireland in December of 2019.
Screen capture: One of our Facebook memories of our time at the Guinness Storehouse (brewery in Dublin, Ireland).
I have learned a great deal about my Irish heritage over the years and continue to learn via meditation. It’s still the highest and best way of connecting with Omniscience God, Source, that I know of (versus listening to others).
I felt a deep connection with the lands of Ireland, England, and Scotland when we visited and had several profound experiences that continue to inform and shape who I am today. I had so much to share from our July 2019 journey that it took me 3 blog articles to cover it and those barely scratched the surface.
Meditating with a tree in Glendalough, Ireland

Changing the way we meditate and pray is something I share in Integrating the Spirals sessions–individual sessions available by request. See my YouTube channel for the first four free sessions. I could teach and share for the rest of my life from the metaphysical insights given to me from our time in Ireland, England, and Scotland. I hope I continue to have the opportunities to do so.

It’s March 16th, 2024; Here’s an original country song with swingin’ guitar licks and piano all about cookin’ up the road kill. Get your fill with this kickin’ country tune (thanks to Steven Cooper of Nashville, TN). Road kill’s not so bad on a hot dog bun. LOL
Taste lingers
Here’s the seventy-fifth new music post for 2024, as I consistently serve up an original song from Richard’s 400+ song catalog to enjoy (or learn from) every day. This country song gives a nod to Vonns, Subaru, and State Road 395 (that runs through Bishop, CA).
The taste for places in our past lingers. Isn’t that amazing? Roadkill may not tempt you, but depending upon where you live, a lot of different foods are served up, which may surprise you. And palates do change over time.
Food songs
What other food songs come to your mind as you listen to this country tune?
Are you a foodie?
What strange foods have you eaten?
Have you ever eaten roadkill?
Pretty soon, if not already, you can eat some wild food like the bugs mentioned in this infographic:
Bugs in food meme: Crickets, mealworms, and grasshoppers. Make sure you check ingredients before you buy – look at the small print!!
I have learned a great deal about food over the years (plus had 4 years of Home Economics classes in high school), and I’ve done a lot of testing of different diets and ways of eating over the years. From this full list of the people (teachers and mentors) on my blog: https://sheilamurrey.net/2022/07/15/my-holistic-health-recommendations/ I’ve broken it down to a shorter reference for you, specific to the folks who offer food information and/or recipes:
Screen capture: I love reviewing restaurant food (and other things) and this is an example of how many times my photos have been viewed on Google. I was kind of shocked when I got the email recently about this. 10,000 views!
Changing the way we eat is also a psychological process and can be hard to do, especially if one is addicted to food.

It’s March 15th, 2024; Here’s an original country song with piano for you today about crying for someone that left. This country tune has some pleasing piano runs (thanks to Steven Cooper) and country guitar licks. He’d do anything for his love to return. He fell for the lies. And still cries ’cause he believes the person would stay. Ray Barnett on the vocals.
Sadness is an indicator
Here’s the seventy-fourth new music post for 2024, as I consistently offer an original song from Richard’s music catalog to enjoy (or learn from) every day. This country song is a sad but too familiar story about someone who still loves the one who lied and left.
Heartache songs
If you feel sad while listening to a heartache song, you might have some healing or clearing to do on and for yourself.
As discussed in yesterday’s article, the desires of the flesh cause pain. Most of this is attached to our lust, rather than love. Our human Material Self gets attached to someone’s presence in our life, their behavior, antics, actions, and ways. As well, our biology gets attached to their scent (think pheromones). Yes, people share a chemistry between them.
Epigenetics: What you are thinking is translated into chemistry that will determine what you become –Bruce Lipton father of Epigenetics
I’m starting my third year, participating in Dr. Bruce Lipton’s online group forum and monthly Live Zoom calls. I’ve learned and integrated a lot of knowledge about Epigenetics and now realize just how addicted to certain people we become.
Yes, when you grow attached to someone’s wicked ways (evil or very different ways, hurtful, vengeful, irrational, criminal, etc.), it impacts your chemistry, mood, thoughts, actions, habits, and more. Someone’s dark or dense energies can and very often do, lead softer hearts (and empaths) on a downward spiral that feels impossible to break away from. But hark! Freedom from these energy suckers is possible!
Breaking attachments is hard to do
Meme: “A circle of women may just be the most powerful force known to humanity. If you have one, embrace it. if you need one, seek it. If you find one, for the love of all that is good and holy, dive in. Hold on. Love it up. Let them see you. Let them hold you. Let your reluctant tears fall. Let yourself rise fierce and love gentle. You will be changed. The very fabric of your being will be altered by this, if you allow it. Please, please allow it.” –Leanette Leblanc
Breaking attachments that have deep bonds is hard to do. Most of us can get through it a bit easier if we have some emotional support.
If you’re a woman, find a soulful women’s circle you can share with to find some support. You may always want to attend some 12-step program of your choice. For men, I know you want to hang with your buddies, but you might also want to find a men’s spiritual circle or 12-step program to help you as you break the love (or lust) addiction.
Allow yourself the time to be vulnerable and heal your emotions while taking part in these groups, or seek counseling. If you’d like to learn more about Epigenetics, join us in the Bruce Lipton online community at: BruceLipton.com

It’s March 14th, 2024; Here’s an original rock song for you today about getting your mojo back! This rock tune has some decent guitar runs and riffs. And Bubba Hudson’s vocals add depth. Another sweet professional mix from Steven’s Nashville, TN music studio.
Mojo is so hot
Here’s the seventy-third new music post for 2024, as I consistently blast a new song from Richard’s music catalog for your listening pleasure every day. This original rock song is all about getting your mojo going. What’s mojo? If you don’t know, perhaps recall the Austin Powers movie? Haha!
Desires of the flesh
As discussed in yesterday’s article, love is a phenomenon that science has yet to figure out. But the desires of the flesh are easy. It’s easy to fall in lust, which is a very different thing than falling in love. Lust is just the physical desire and attraction, like getting your mojo going, which definitely falls into the category of the Material Self, as presented in the pyramid diagram by William James:
“Hierarchy of self: Material, Social, Pure Ego, and Spiritual (from bottom to top of the pyramid)” –William James
I’ve been studying The Seven Principles and found this slide very interesting. The way the Material Self category is placed at the bottom and widest part of the pyramid is probably due to the fact that most humans think we are only material bodies, and rarely even think about how social we are (stemming from our Social Self), that we have a Soul (that shows up as our Ego), or that we have a SpiritualSelf (Higher self).
Meme: “I only fall in love with souls. I never fall in love with people. People change. They come and go. But a soul remains forever. I suppose that is why when I love, it is a deep love. An unconditional love. A forever love.” –Spiritual League
This is why breaking up is hard to do
This explains why love hurts when we focus on the material level of existance. When we love deeply, we are attached to another’s soul. We never feel they can do anything wrong, or if they do, we forgive easily and try again, knowing nobody’s perfect. But when those we love continue taking advantage of us or hurting us, we realize they don’t love us as deeply (or on the soul or spiritual levels) as we love them. That’s when we may choose to walk away. And that’s why it’s difficult. Breaking deep bonds is hard to do.

It’s March 13th, 2024; Here’s an original piano lullaby song for your quiet times. Mommy, Why Can’t You Hold Me? is a lullaby that encourages us to connect with our parents and the life they lived even if they’ve crossed over. This original song asks if we can see our life through our parents’ eyes. I feel Mom’s heartbeat touching my soul and the strength of Dad’s love. My prayer is that God keeps them strong. Someday I’ll feel all their love and they’ll understand all about me.
Loving our parents here or there
Here’s the seventy-second new music post for 2024, as I consistently share a new song from Richard’s music catalog each day. This song gives us space and time to see our life through our parents’ eyes. And to love them with all our hearts, here or in the Grand Beyond. Even, and perhaps especially, if we feel our parents hurt us, didn’t understand us, or we didn’t understand them–this song offers us a healing balm.
Love is eternal
I believe love is eternal. It’s also a phenomenon that science has yet to figure out. No one knows how or why we feel it, or how the power of love can bond people together. Yet, love binds and frees at the same time. It can make us feel so high, and it may also make us feel low when we’re missing the closeness of our loved ones.
“We never know the love of the parent until we become parents ourselves.” –Henry Ward Beecher
And in my experience, when we become grandparents, the love for our grandchildren proves without a doubt that our parents loved us, even if they didn’t know how to show it. Let’s find it in our hearts to always show ourselves, our parents, and others Grace.
My comment on Facebook 11 years ago: “We are instructed to ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ -Rom 13:9-10 The problem is – most people do not love themselves.” –Sheila Murrey

It’s March 12th, 2024; Here’s an original song with snappy piano playing in a traditional country genre for you. It’s about someone who’s over wasting time on things that can’t be. He used to do his best to keep his others happy, and lovin’ them right. But they left anyway, in the middle of the night.
Living in the past
Here’s the seventy-first new music post for 2024, as I consistently share a new song from Richard’s music catalog each day. This song sings about not wasting time trying to change what isn’t to be. He doesn’t give a damn. He is on to happier times.
Don’t waste time
Richard taught me a valuable lesson many years ago. “Don’t cry for things that can’t cry for you.” It’s helped me pull out of an overly emotional stint many times.
We’re taught not to worry (as Christians), yet so many of us do. And we waste time trying to change people and circumstances. This song encourages us to let all that go. Don’t waste time. Find other things to focus on. Of course, the more spiritually discerning you are on the front end of a relationship, the less potential exists for you to waste time with someone who doesn’t align with you.
“Why Spiritual Discernment and Sincerity Are So Damn Important.” –M. Caplan

These vloggers have entertained us and added new variables to our consciousness. We update our list often too. We tend to watch vloggers who post new videos consistently. I added one to the list today in fact and put the list in order of who we are watching more of presently:

It’s March 11th, 2024; Here’s an original song in a traditional country genre for you. It’s about someone staying a prisoner of their past. Have you loved and then lost because someone can’t get the memory of their former love out of their mind?
Living in the past
Here’s the seventieth new music post for 2024, as I consistently pull a new song out of Richard’s music catalog closet every day. This song tells the tale of a woman who lives in the past (her past is all she can see), and a man who loves her but senses that there’s nothing left between them but the former guy.
It happens
It’s a common theme. People who live so much in their past, in their memories, that they totally miss what’s happening, Now. These types of people prefer the comfort of past memories, even if not all of those were pleasant than the perceived risk of living life in the present moment.
Is it courageous to live in the Now? I see each new day as an exciting adventure! But I don’t think many do.
Wouldn’t it be a wonderful world (as Louis Armstrong sang), if everyone could do as Dr. Joe Dispenza suggests and “Think greater than your environment… to truly change.” This means each of us must constantly and consistently challenge our internal thought processes (our thinking) and change our habits and behaviors.
“As long as you are thinking equal to your environment, you keep creating the same life. To truly change is to think greater than your environment. To think greater than the circumstances in your life. To think greater than the conditions in the world.” –Joe Dispenza
Vloggers we consistently learn from
We accept (into our consciousness) a lot of new and varied information from different angles. These vloggers pull us out of our environment. And we try new vloggers all the time, so our favorites lineup changes every so often. Vloggers who post new videos often (daily or weekly) offer us new perspectives, help us build new neural pathways, and make us laugh (so we don’t take ourselves so seriously). This list of vloggers are the ones we tend to watch on a consistent basis, such as:
Enjoy (IN Joy) and have fun! Be Everything All the Time.
May we all feel freer and soar in ’24! Cheers to thinking greater than our environment and building new neural pathways!

It’s March 10th, 2024; Here’s an original piano song for you. It’s all about seeing the love of God through your child’s eyes. The protagonist’s story of seeing the world through the eyes of his baby girl. She’s rolled away the stone from his heart and he’ll never be alone while viewing the world through her eyes. It’s a familiar story for many who served their country.
I can relate (a tiny bit)
Here’s the sixty-ninth new music post for 2024, as I consistently shine a light on my loving Richard’s original songs each day this year. I can relate a bit from having my esoteric (otherworldly) experiences with my less-than-a-day-old sister, Christina, whom I wrote about in Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection –available on Kindle Unlimited, Kindle, and paperback.
Richard captured a loving story within the lyrics of My Baby’s Eyes, though. A true-to-life story. And one that I believe is playing out now for many people as they leave their children to fight in seemingly endless wars.
My baby’s eyes by Richard Murrey
A new world through the eyes of children
The innocence and grand love can show each of us a new world if we’re willing to see the world through the eyes of a child. No color. No race. No creeds or ideologies. No competition. No judging. No war. That is until a child reaches a certain age and begins to display what they’ve been taught.
Speaking of seeing the world through another’s eyes, we love watching the Rambalac walking tour videos. He’s typically walking through the streets of Japan, strolling through parks, and by Shinto shrines. We love the cleanliness of the cities he visits, and how respectful the people are, to each other and to their environment. I’ve included a link to his YouTube channel in my updated vlogger list in the next section of this post.
Wouldn’t it be marvelous and truly a wonderful world (as Louis Armstrong sang about), if each person could fall awake in a Spiritual Awakening to the innocence we had when we were young (before we were programmed/conditioned)?
