Our body is supposedly 70% or more water or fluids, right? And we know the Energy of the moon pulls and pushes the oceans of the world into waves. Thus, is it any wonder how Energy ebbs and flows within us?
As a highly sensitive person (HSP) and empath, I know that , “Energy in motion = Emotions” and that my “work” (if there is any), is to simply Allow the Energy to flow through, so it doesn’t get “stuck.”
Seemingly, Energetic experiences can cause a sort of stickiness (that energy healers can feel when they move their hands near a body).
❤️🦋🌀
If I desire to be well and live in peace, and I do, then I must master the Art of Allowing.
To heal wounds, past traumas, and triggers, I must observe when they occur (or when past ones rise up for clearing and healing), acknowledge them. Share or journal. Or do whatever I can to make peace with the emotion and let it go.
Why does anyone or our illusory Egos, hold on to hurt, anger, sadness, jealousy, or bitterness?
We can choose to, “Be Here Now.”
We can choose to feel the pain of an experience, pull out whatever we can learn from it, seek the silver lining, forgive ourselves or others, and let it go. Yes, we can.
“Disturbances cause imbalance.”
Humans tend to fight (from their state of struggle) because each wants to live an independent life and another seeks to Control them. Thus, like a butterfly in a cocoon, we fight to free ourselves.
When we choose to be consciously aware, we can ride the waves into the shore.
Energy moves. Let it flow. And like a surfer, enjoy (IN Joy) the ride. Feel. Cry. Release. Smile.
We Are All Connected. OM
Many blessings to you in ALL ways.

My biggest takeaway from 2021, was to give myself a physical pat on the back for accomplishing sooo much—though I had multiple obstacles and challenges.
Think patting yourself on the back for your accomplishments is bad? That could be a limiting belief.
If you don’t pat yourself on the back, it’s doubtful that anyone else will.
Patting yourself on the back is NOT arrogant or egotistical! You work hard. You are studious. Resilient. And you’re flexible. Adaptable. Look yourself in the eyes (in a mirror) and SMILE!
My husband has this saying, “He who tooteth not his own horn, the same shall not be tooted”! Haha! What do you think of that?
I keep a variety of notes around me, from little sticky notes, to journals, to poster drawings of my spiral method, to notes and research on my laptop and in my iPhone.
When inspiration comes, I jot it down and sometimes I post these on Facebook or Instagram. The ones that really resonate with me, I put on a shirt, mug, or such:
To create my success, I set my sights on accomplishing the my top 5 goals by believing in myself, my brain and body, and in my voice. My daily practices include:
Dancing adds JOY into each day and helps me burn calories.
My Integrated Spiral™ Gratitude F-L-O-W keeps me grounded and in touch with my ancestors and relations in the Grand Beyond. Yes, We Are All Connected. 💙🦋🌀〰️
Meeting with Clubhouse groups (keeps my mindset UP).
Staying in touch with family and friends keeps me accountable (and strengthens my integrity.
Tracking my steps, weighing in, and measuring my body weekly, helps me stay focused on my health.
Posting something everyday on social media builds my following. I love sharing my perspective on reality in hopes that it uplifts others (and their businesses), though I acknowledge “shadow” too, because I believe in yin and yang, and balance. ☯️
I’ve been thrilled to sit in circle with Patti Stevens. And be a part of her Women’s Soul Journey group on Facebook. I met Patti on a yoga cruise in January of 2020, and had an instant soul Connection with her.
Shout out to Robin Quinn Keehn!
Robin runs her own business called, Quitting Culture and has been one of my cheerleaders throughout 2020 and 2021. She’s super confident and full of integrity! I highly recommend her if you’re just starting out in business.
As well, Marilen Crump runs the Phenomenal Female Business Network and has been running business masterminds groups for women for many years. I’m in a couple of her groups and I have actually partnered with fantastic entrepreneurs via these groups! My tip: When networking online (especially in Facebook groups), simply be your helpful self and you’ll attract your authentic tribe who wants to work with you. ❤️😉
Queen Kimmie Tyson is another one of my cheerleaders who runs a thriving business and podcast with her musical husband, Shawn7. Queen Kimmie got me into Clubhouse and I have made incredible friends with several through sharing unscripted there from the depths of my soul. Connect with me there by searching my name or “Spiral Sister” to join our calls.
I’m telling you, it’s so encouraging and motivating to have a group of fantastic business mentors on your side.

The house that Sheila built is not a house in the physical sense, but a house of Connected Persons. Persons who are Connected to me spiritually and soulfully. These are people who are of the utmost importance to me. The VIPs of my life!
Perhaps this is a sort of moral inventory I am making here, but as a store has inventory, my “house” is made up of all the dear people I have had the immense pleasure to know.
As an only child, I am humbled and surprised at the number of incredible people who have and continue to walk the road of life with me. Hmm, what a thought!
I’ve heard it said that as we age, friendship with our spouse, or significant other, is more important than physical attraction (or sex). I agree.
If you are lucky enough to meet and marry your soulmate, then there’s that. And it’s really beautiful if you can bring as much happiness to this person as you do for yourself.
My husband, Richard, is truly my soulmate and “love of my life.” ❤️🙏😘
My first two marriages ended badly, and while I learned life lessons from both relationships, I regret the hurt and pain. I can’t turn back time. And for my part, and yes, each person owns some of the responsibility of failing in those situations (no one is really better than another when it comes right down to it), but for some, that takes years to see. Thus, I am sorry. I thought I did my best, but we can’t see what we can’t SEE.
It takes children to make grandchildren. Thus, it seems I should speak of my own children next, but no. Reason being, I wasn’t as mindful or “aware” of the profound soul Connection I had to my children when they were young.
So, let me tell you about the deep soul Connection I have with my eldest granddaughter, Jennifer Ann. My relationship with her best represents how nuanced and intricately interlaced ALL of our Connections are (though for the most part, unacknowledged).
My story with Jennifer goes back 10 years…
I was working in Boca Raton, Florida. I still remember taking my cell phone outside and walking up and down the hall while breathing with my daughter while she was in labor with Jennifer. I missed Jennifer’s actual birth, but treasure my memories of helping my daughter with her childbirth breathwork (eventually, Jennifer had to be born via C-section).
Anyway, as soon as I could, I took a few days off and flew to Connecticut, so I could comfort my daughter and meet my new granddaughter. Oh, she was an indescribable JOY to hold!
Throughout my visit, I observed (and felt) the spiritual Connection between Jennifer and myself. I explained the experience in my book as follows:
When I held Jennifer, I felt an immense resonance – truly representative of “Unconditional Love and LIMITLESS Source Energy.”
I spoke these words to Jennifer, “I know who you are. You are pure positive Source Energy.” At the precise moment the word “energy” left my lips, Jennifer whipped her head around – so much so that it surprised me – and looked me straight in the eye! The look she gave me as our eyes met seemed to ask, “How did you know”?

Years later, when my twin granddaughters were born, I flew to New Hampshire, but this trip north challenged me to drive in the snow and ice over an hour from the airport to the hospital. I’d do it all over again though, as to stay in the hospital with my daughter and her girls the first 3 days of their lives was a priceless experience!
While holding my twin granddaughters those first days, I felt the nearly indescribable love and soul Connection with each of them that I’d felt (and continue to feel), with Jennifer.
At the end of one of my visits, I had instinctively swirled my fingers towards both girls in an energetic spiral manner, and both Jaclyn and Jewel had loved it. (Later I realized my dad had done this, so my spinning my index finger in circles wasn’t “instinct,” it was learned and fixed in my subconscious!)
On a subsequent visit, one of the twins, Jewel, had began twisting and twirling a lock of her hair. At that moment, however subconsciously, I believe Integrated Spiral was birthed.
I didn’t acknowledge or realize my previous spiral energy actions had made any influence on the girls until Jewel began twirling her hair.
I thought about the times when my two children were babies and my dad had swirled his finger towards their bellies and said, “bory bory” (we still don’t know why or what it means), and they would gleefully coo! Children are sooo easily mesmerized!
Coming back around full circle to my children, I love my daughter and son dearly. I cannot imagine who I’d be, or even if I would still be alive at this point, had they not come into my life when they did. I grew up in multitudinous ways with them. ❤️
We don’t pick these folks, but love them or not, they can teach you invaluable life lessons if you are open to receive. So, judge not.
We all seem to switch places as the years go on, and you really don’t know who will come through for you when you least expect it and need them most.
I’ve written a previous blog (here), some years ago about the exquisite mentors I have had the privilege to know, work for, and befriend. I do not believe I could have progressed in my life and career without their brilliant advice, support, and friendship.
Everyone should have a mentor and in turn, mentor someone. It is a rich relationship, that reaps lifelong benefits, well beyond money. A mentor can bring balance and stability, by bringing new awareness and offering you different perspectives.
Often the old saying is true, it’s not what you know, it’s who you know.
When I was young, I always befriended those who were not immediately or easily acknowledged, accepted or liked by others.
I have always stood up for the underdog. And I have been bullied for it.
When the first black family moved to our town, I befriended the children. They were sooo friendly and we got along famously! I didn’t see color or ever think to treat anyone any differently because of their skin tone, or any different feature, but other kids did and I was curious as to why that was the case.
I went home and mentioned to my folks how much I enjoyed my new friends company (and how not many others seemed to) and my mom was fine with me inviting them over. But my dad cautioned me saying, “you can be friends, but nothing more.” Later, my mom clarified that dad would never want me to date anyone of a different race or nationality.
It was the first I knew of racism, and it really perplexed and bewildered me! I felt the emotional pain of conflicting thoughts.
Thankfully, dad changed (or softened) many of his views before he left this earth, but the memory of that emotional hurt still lingers. My mom was much more open to discussing race with me because of our Cherokee Native American ancestry. (I am of mixed ethnicity.)
Though my complexion is light, I consider ALL my brothers and sisters. It is also why I wrote this:
“Dancing with the Energy,
In the pinpoint center of the spiral,
She came alone with no siblings.
But as she unwound herself, the spiral emerged.
Then, she harmonized with many, and THEY became her siblings.” ❤️🦋🌀
To this day, I hold my true friends near and dear to my heart. I love that my circle of friends include beautiful hearts and souls of every race, creed, religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation, etc.
I choose friends based on their heart, and the soul Connection I feel when I am with them (even if only by voice).
Yes, interestingly, some of my dearest friends I haven’t even met in person. We’ve only met by phone on Clubhouse or on Zoom. Soul Connections do not rely on the physical. Isn’t that intriguing?
After having spent 30 plus years in Information Technology, I have gotten to know and spent many days, weeks, months, and years working with many excellent colleagues. And I do mean, incredible people. I am thrilled to have formed lasting friendships with many.
Several former colleagues continue to Connect with me (even if initiated for a reference—but always to chat about a bit more than superficial things). I am always happy to hear from them. Giving out professional references is one way I can “give back” in honor of the help and advice my mentors always graciously gave me.
In particular, I want to thank the many “scary smart” folks I had the pleasure of getting to know, and working with at:
Smile. Be nice or at least kind to everyone you meet. You really never know when or where people will pop back into your life.
I have had some people show back up in my life (from seemingly unimportant encounters), that have utterly astonished me.
Some individuals have shown up again in my life “out of the blue” providing me evidence that metaphysical or supernatural powers are indeed at work—often. There’s simply been too many bizarre and uncanny encounters occur (incredibly timed) for me to simply chalk these kinds of experiences up as “coincidences.”
I believe (because I’ve witnessed it), that everyone moves along at differing rates of speed. And thinking that thought helps me when I don’t understand another’s perspective. As well, my mantra of Everything Resolves to Gratitude helps me a lot too!
I choose to hang with uplifting souls to help mySelf! It simply FEELS great! ❤️🦋🌀〰️
The more things change, the more they seem to circle back (and stay the same).
So, I would like to offer the main intention I bring into each relationship, and yes, at the start of each day and in any difficult moment:
To offer a way to open your mind to receive the Connected nature of it ALL.

These are the kind of things many of us experience. I just happen to keep a diary of notes.
In my pages regarding, TIME I found these:
I said goodbye to my granddaughter, Jennie.
It was in this moment that I uncovered one of my first limiting beliefs.
I’d said, “grandma has to work” as I kissed Jennie’s face, arm and leg and said I will see you in two months when mommy brings you to WV.
But Jennie looked me in the eyes with such intent and said, “Come with us grand-ma” (yes, grand ma in two words). And it broke my heart because I also wanted to go with them. And as I said “Grandma has to work” it resonated deep within my body. Ugh!I I don’t want to have to work AND I never again want to shut the car door for her and let her leave like that.
I told her, “Jennie, you have more places to go and other people to see on your adventure.” But, I wanted to really mean it, without feeling so much energetic pull to “not let her go”!
That was six years ago (as of this writing), and Jennie has called herself by her full first name, Jennifer, for several years. They grow up so fast!
I’ve only seen Jennifer a few times since then (annually on average, except 2020-2021 when we chose not to travel due to COVID and never knowing when interstate travel could be shutdown).
I also have twin granddaughters I’d love to hug and hold before they start preschool in a couple months. Not seeing them two years in a row makes me feel awful! I have missed sooo much!!
May 26th is also my son’s birthday, so I bet that had me feeling a bit more emotion (simply from the standpoint of always celebrating it with him).
I recognize my children and granddaughters have their own lives, and tell myself this often to tamp down my negative emotions and contain the sadness I feel (for not living near them or seeing them as often as I would love).
“And birth is only the beginning. It is overwhelming sometimes to ponder how courageous and brave it is of each soul to agree to this carnal ride.
Oh, how bumpy and bizarre this ride! How curious this journey of becoming human. How mysterious and magical to be in a living, changing, growing, wonderful body!
As an adult, we think we’re big enough, strong, and tough enough to survive, but we know the body and mind are fragile too.
Imagine when we are in the womb, how fragile, delicate, and vulnerable we are. Oh, how indescribable it must be!
So, let us all pray and meditate daily about how grateful we are to have been born–to be here!
We are able to live, move, and have our being, while not every soul who desires and strives to be here, makes it.
And lets be kind to our bodies, our children, and each other. For we are all blessed to be here, and IN Joy relish the time we have on this magnificent planet.
Amen. Namaste. OM – Sheila Murrey
5 years later, on March 18th, 2021 I had an Aha moment about the preceding paragraph when I was going through about 500 writing “Notes” that I had on my iPhone (because yes, I write a LOT, I just don’t publish often due to my job and other commitments).
The Aha was realizing (seeing with REAL EYES), that I’d written that paragraph 3 years BEFORE my dad passed/crossed over, transitioned, or had his “Celebration Day” to the Grand Beyond, and on the DATE that he and I had planned to meet each other, which is another story in and of itself.
Oh! One of the things I hate, is wasting TIME… and I feel like a lot of time has been wasted since Feb. 2020. But, here’s a list of things I was working on to find balance / forgiveness about in 2017:
I began to daily recognize that shit is a necessary fertilizer by which we grow, though it smells and I don’t always like it.
When any of these people, places, or circumstances come my way, I let it go as best I can to Limitless Omniscience God, and forgive them, as they know not what they do.
I hold compassion for my imperfect self, because my reactive mind, sometimes, feels PTSD type sensations.
So, I must feel and own my feelings. And respond somewhat harshly in the moment to be heard, based on the environment I’m in. I don’t always quickly access my intellect, and I understand why (amygdala response).
There are only 3 ways to resolve any problem:
Accept it, Change it, or Avoid it.
I’ll show my granddaughters Qigong forms.
I’ll kiss their Third Eye.
I’ll teach them EFT – Tapping. And some spiral energy medicine.
And I’ll teach them how to appreciate our time together vs. feeling sad or upset that our time together feels so short.
We’ll play in the clothes I took to them from my mom (that my mom had saved in my grandmother’s cedar closet), and explain how they can wear them when they are teenagers.
And we’ll go to the Chaos and Kindness store and to Art Escape.
We will paint together and make things.
We’ll bounce on their trampoline together too! And we’ll camp, snuggle, color, and make jewelry together. 😉
We will cherish each moment of Presence.
We will figure out a way to bottle the smell of their hair. Because that’s one of the things I miss the most about not being with them. ❤️🦋🌀〰️
For anyone wondering why they are living during this time,
“Did you think the Creator would create unnecessary people in a time of such terrible danger?”
Know that you yourself are essential to this world. Understand both the blessing and the burden of that. You yourself are desperately needed to save the soul of this world.
Did you think you were put here for something less?
In a Sacred Hoop of Life, there is no beginning and no ending.
Each of us is important and have a mission. Much love! ❤️
Many blessings to you in ALL ways. ❤️🦋🌀〰️

Continuing dialing in on the Integration Diet: Fats
There are more monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats that exist than what I have listed, but I exclude anything that is known to be heavily genetically modified—GMOs), like Canola oil.
Monounsaturated fatty acids or MUFAs are nutrients a body needs to maintain healthy cells. MUFAs are high in vitamin E, which we are often lacking.
MUFA foods I eat include:
While following a Low Mold Diet, which I have recently learned can reduce symptoms of Chronic Inflammatory Response System (CIRS), I don’t include peanuts or cashews in my diet. It isn’t easy because my favorite protein bar contains cashews. 😞
Polyunsaturated fatty acids or PUFAs include omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, that are considered “essential” nutrients. Our bodies need them (for brain function and cell growth) but can’t produce them. These healthy fats must come from the foods we eat.
Research suggests that consuming PUFAs may reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
Foods rich in PUFAs include:
FYI for those curious about the Low Mold Diet, refer to Wholistic Matters.
You may have noticed that I left out one of my favorite brain health oils, coconut oil. That’s because my focus is on my omega 6 to omega 3 ratio balance. I still love coconut oil, but it is a saturated fat, so I eat less of it, and use more of it on my head and skin (to nourish my body through my skin)!

We all know 2020 has been a year like no other in our lives. If we thought 2001, 2004 (we had 3 hurricanes back to back in Florida that year), and 2008 (banking and job crisis), were challenging, we hadn’t seen anything until 2020. Am I right?
So, I thought now it might feel good to take stock and honor where I’ve been, in hopes to launch my 2021 off on a high note! How about you?
Yes, I honor my past and all I’ve survived.
Some of the things I have gone through were of my own making and some things happened by default. (And a few people turned a fork in my back, but they are long in my rear view mirror now—thankfully!)
A business coach challenged me to list my top 25 accomplishments, so whenever I felt down, I could point to each one and say, “I did that”!
Well, I had a hard time listing 20 at first and before I knew it, instead of 20 or 25, I found I had written 32! LOL
Here they are in chronological order:
What are your biggest accomplishments?
I’m using all I’ve learned to craft a self-coaching program where a small group of 4 dig deep and integrate what we know to achieve emotional balance. Would you like to join an upcoming 4 week program? (Let me know in the comments.)
And Happy New Year, everyone! ❤️🦋🌀🎆🎉

Right from the start, let me tell you that I’ve been gently releasing the excess weight I’d gained during the COVID lockdown, by eating all different kinds of foods and challenging my former thoughts about what foods I should eat. It has really surprised me! And those “surprises” challenged me to analyze what was going on and how I could sustain ongoing weight loss (as I’d been overweight, technically obese), BEFORE the lockdowns.
I’d lost 20 pounds during 2019 with the help of a modified Keto diet as suggested by my chiropractor, restricting certain foods, and dining out less, (and scrutinizing food ingredients when we did go out). Mostly, I went out to socialize with my husband and not even eat a meal. I had taken a lot of supplements too, to help balance my hormones. But during the summer of 2020, I regained those 20 pounds (mostly due to COVID lockdown depression).
When I say I am not unfamiliar with diets, it’s true. I’ve done so many different diets over the course of twenty years, it’s not funny. It’s actually kinda sad. I didn’t even learn (throughout all of the time I spent on various diets), how to tell when I was hungry—until I was ravenous (belly gurgling with hunger pangs)! I learned the particular diet, but I didn’t align my MIND-BODY, and integrate these aspects and LISTEN to my body and analyze what changes I needed to make in order to experience RESULTS. (I am in alignment, Now.)
So, what I’m about to share may shock you. It has, and continues to shock me!
Here’s a list of some of the foods I’ve eaten and seen the number on the scale DROP the next morning, foods I wouldn’t have eaten a year ago:
UPDATE: About fats
UPDATE: Integration Diet: The Sacred Science 7 week Herbal Detox
UPDATE: Integration Diet: 4 weeks into the 7 week Herbal Detox
What started it all? I credit a pillar of my weight loss success to the Omada program (that was offered to me by my health insurance program: Florida Blue), because they sent me a free scale that communicates back to their app and diet coach, via blue tooth technology (so, I am held accountable). Accountability is KEY!
I weigh in every morning, nude, and before drinking any water and after going to the restroom. I’ve also integrated this into my morning meditation ritual which includes a brief gratitude ritual (along with some Yoga postures and Energy building Qigong activity) to release any gas in my body, strengthen my immune system, and release stress. And this was the impetus for developing Integrated Spiral!
Tying these activities together has been a huge advance in my ability to stick with the weigh ins and track my journey. In the first three months, I released 15 pounds, but UPDATE: By March 24, 2021 I lost a total of 32 pounds (which included another 17 pounds lost during my time of participating in a 7 week Herbal Detox with KP Khalsa and The Sacred Science)!
I’ve communicated with my coach on the days I gained a pound or so, and worked through the mental hoops and associated feelings. I’ve also incorporated small celebratory actions that do not involve food, as a new way to thank my body for following through on my desire to lose weight.
The Omada program also came with an app, which has helped me focus on the size and health of my meals, rather than the calories of the food (as I’d tracked before in the LoseIt! app). Now, I watch for the trends of how many veggies I’m eating in a week, and what I’ve eaten the day before I see the number go up or down on the scale. It’s a pretty cool bio feedback loop and is definitely working for me.
NOTE: If you’re not in the Omada program, you can still do the weight loss portion of my Integrated Spiral program, because I have found even better blue tooth scales that measure 17 health markers! I’m gonna get one if and when my Omada scale fails. 😉
Aside from the liquid supplement that both my husband and I consume daily, when we moved off grid, I pretty much quit taking any other supplements, except Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, and Magnesium. But when I first stepped on the Omada scale and saw how much I had gained from February to September, I started looking into anything and everything I could take to support my weight loss journey. For the first time in a long time, I felt desperate.
I tried a few supplements and I could tell what didn’t work by how I felt and that I’d gain ounces the day or so after taking them. I think my body is so sensitive, that I gain a bit of weight anytime I introduce something new to it. That’s a theory I am tracking via my food and weight log (which, circles back to why tracking is sooo important)!
There are few supplements (weight loss aids) that have helped me, and I’ll be writing reviews on those products on Being Wholly Vibrant.
I’m not including any supplements in my Integration Diet per se, because I don’t want you to feel that you have to take certain supplements in order to participate in this program. Take It Upon Yourself, as I always say, to do what works best for you. Plus, I’m attempting to keep all product reviews on my other blog. 🧐
I’ve found that my 1/2 C measuring cup has become my best friend in the kitchen. I scoop out chili and soup with it, and measure rice and pasta with it too. If I am in doubt, I measure. And I don’t just “trust” my eyes and brain with that “eyeball” method of measuring food, because that has been known to fail me.
The limit I set for myself on these kinds of foods is 1 C at a time. If for some reason I absolutely find that I need or want more, I go back for 1/2 C more. But, in three months, that’s only happened twice.
One trend I’ve noticed is that when I stop eating anything by 6pm, the number on the scale goes down the next morning.
I’m a big fan of intermittent fasting, but for it to work for me, I’ve observed that I need to go to bed on an empty stomach. I’ve tried all the other ways to do intermittent fasting, and no other combination works for me except going to be feeling hunger pangs. (This became less and less the longer I stayed committed to this program.) For me to practice intermittent fasting long term, well, it takes a real commitment and mindset. I’ve haven’t always been successful, but somehow, I feel this time, I will reach my ultimate goal weight.
Another trend I’ve noticed is that if I abstain from night time snacking, I can eat the same snack midday the next day (after lunch), and it doesn’t make the numbers on the scale go up, like it would have done, had I consumed it at 9pm. Weird, but that’s what I’ve observed as true for my body.
All of this has been about helping me establish good habits that I can maintain for life. I know walking daily, or not, is a choice.
And honestly, the number on the scale has gone down on the morning after I didn’t walk and I’m not sure why. Maybe it’s because I need to rest and allow my body time to repair and reduce the inflammation that came from my walking the day before. I don’t know. I’m continuing to monitor that.
Clearing the static from our Energy Body.
So far, I’ve had the best outcome from tying two or more tasks or practices together. This is why I formed my Integrated Spiral transformational, small group, self-coaching program.
I know in order for me to make the commitment to a healthy, whole, and vibrant body means I must be held accountable. By serving others, I will serve myself. And in Bob Dylan’s famous words, “You gotta serve somebody.”
I know spiritual types that aren’t in touch with their bodies. And I know body conscious types who want to learn more about Spirituality. I think (and feel), I can serve both.

I am sooo glad I attended this aWEsOMe class four years ago:
Chakra Balancing:
Yoga to Balance the Mind, Body, & Spirit offered by Dr. Ronald Porter in St. Petersburg, Florida
In the yogic tradition, the chakras are known as wheels of spinning energy found throughout the body.
Usually, energy has the ability to flow though us with ease. However, the situations we encounter in life can often leave our energy blocked and unable to flow freely.
Working with the chakras through yoga is a means of restoring a healthy flow of energy throughout the subtle energetic body, therefore bringing balance to the physical body.
Dr. Ronald K. Porter proved to me (during the workshop) that through movement and breath, I could partner with the Energies in my body to heal it!
In the class, we explored both the meaning of the chakras and subtle energetic body, and engaged in a yoga practice specifically focused on balancing the chakras.
Practicing yoga in this way, and incorporating it into my soul helped me realize I was also doing some very deep soul work too. Thus, why I added Soul to the title of this post. ❤️🦋🌀☯️
I found relief in my body, as I did the breathwork to move Energy into spaces and places I had not focused on in years, if ever.
Specifically guiding my breath, brought immediate healing to one of my knees, and kept the energy medicine working on it for several days later! I knew I had found a healing method I was going to continue to use for the rest of my life.
I now incorporate basic elements of this in my transformational self-coaching program, Integrated Spiral. Won’t you join me?

I’d been hearing for awhile about how we can experience energy drain, procrastination, and such by allowing our energies to be split. Or said another way, we can feel drained by focusing our energy in different directions.
Yet, innovators like Anousheh Ansari (first female private astronaut), Elon Musk, and Naveen Jain (who is mining the moon) don’t seem to have any issues with “split energies.”
They are brilliant, forward thinkers, who have a focus on space, with still a foot grounded in reality.
These modern masters (I won’t go as far as to call them spiritual masters) speak about the future as if it is present our day reality! Have they mastered the split energies of yin and yang within themselves? And is that our only work, to keep our yin and yang energies in BALANCE?
If we “buy in” to the spiritual concept that our soul’s purpose here is to learn from and understand our human experience and then gain clarity on its vision, we might consider the visionaries I named, modern day mystics.
As Abraham-Hicks teaches, when our soul gets clear (even for as little as 17 seconds), it shoots out ‘Rockets of Desire’ which manifests tangible results (whether we see or act upon these is a whole other story).
The modern day spiritual or mystic pioneer is manifesting at a level beyond what most of us do, and they seem not to have any split energy issues.
In the final analysis (from what I’ve learned thus far), everyone has an opinion about everything. And most love to express it. Some want to force others to change and believe as they do. That’s called, Control.
Most of us allow our Ego (a part of our mind), to hold tight to our beliefs (to the extent that we cut ties with relatives who think differently!) Ugh. Gasp! I know. 😢
But we can’t know ALL the answers. And we can’t change anyone except ourself (and that’s hard enough). We can come into Balance though. It is possible. Love and Life can find a way.
After ALL (in the end), Everything Resolves to Gratitude. ❤️🦋🌀🙏☮️☯️🎼
If you’d like to continue this discussion, and focus on bettering your relationships by bringing the many aspects of yourself back into Balance, I am launching a new coaching program. See if it resonates with you: https://sheilamurrey.net/integrated-spiral/
