A wonderful job by this female pro singer from Nashville, TN sang this for Richard many years ago. Another gal wanted to put it on her album but her label didn’t agree, so it never happened. Revisiting past posts and all that has informed my Spirituality
Yesterday’s blog post had a good amount of chat in the comments about the Live band performance I’d done in 2016. And now that I have the YouTube video from that 2016 Breakthrough Live stage performance, I’ve got to go back and add it to the 2018 blog post, because I see for some reason I hadn’t included it before! (Maybe I didn’t have it at that time, I’m not sure.) Note: I was moving my hands around intentionally during the performance to offer an Energy blessing to the audience (there were about 200 people there, and the video was done by someone there that a friend sent to me later, which is why there’s a guy yelling, “I know this song,” while I was singing and the camera or phone was being dangled about at one point.) The folks who put on the Breakthrough therapy program (Mick and Tess Pulver) had someone professionally record the whole concert and sent us a DVD too, but the quality on it was not as they’d hoped either, so this amateur one is actually better of my solo.
Before I fell asleep last night (and after exchanging comments on yesterday’s post with a few of you), I mused about what all informed my Spirituality.

Everything I have been through to this point in my life has informed my Spirituality. Of course, meditating, feeling and sensing Energy (as in feeling GodBumps), and all of that has really raised my vibration and frequency to enable me to thrive, and live in peace and harmony. And I continue to grow and speak about it ALL!
As I look back on those older Spiritual posts of mine, I also see all of the different programs, trips, and online conferences I’ve learned from over the years, and that always brings a smile and sense of accomplishment. Heath Freedom and FREEDOM in general will forever be my mainstay mission. Helping those who don’t know, learn why it’s so important to thriving in today’s world. There’s so much “out to get us” in the world that without our basic freedoms, I feel we’d be doomed to live in misery and torment. Of course, in the end Omniscience God wins, so there’s that.

Here’s the two-hundred-forty-ninth new music post for 2024, as I consistently bring you pleasing new original songs to lighten your mood. I know there’s a lot going on, especially with school getting started, and the tragedy of the school shooting near Atlanta, Georgia.
We have to be able to bring ourselves back into balance, somehow. And this is what I am here to do. Using Holism, Daoism, Buddhism, and Christian Mysticism (which simply means to Connect to the Energy of Omniscience God the way Jesus did), we can imbue ourselves with healing Love to bring our mind and body back to homeostasis. Raise our spirits and grow our souls.
Now, before I show you this spark of hope message about the school shooting, I will say, we don’t watch CBN much at all (mostly because I let go of mainstream organized Christianity many years ago–and that’s due to the pablum they spew versus truly teaching the way Jesus taught–FULL of God’s Energy and Love). But I take what I can use and leave the rest, since going through Recovery over thirty years ago with an ex-husband.

Speaking of angels (in the chat text)
I attend a LOT of online meetings and I participate in the chats. I drum up engagement. Typically, I am not paid to do this, but I am open to receive payment if someone is hosting Zoom calls and would love to get their attendees chatting! As you’ll see from one of the exemplary chat posts next, during the calls, people begin trusting the Universe and offer loads of advice to one or all of the attendees. No more frozen shoulder

High vibes and thankfulness
We so love the high vibes of our original song productions from Nashville, TN. Richard has tried a few other music studios but it’s hard to beat the two we’ve used most, Steven Cooper (who is now retired from music production), and Beaird Studios. We’re thankful everyday for them.
Yesterday, our 12 year old granddaughter, Jenn, and I took a 2.5 mile walk–the longest walk I’ve taken here yet, and longest I’ve walked in a few years (and yes, I felt it in my lower back after we got home, but even that didn’t hamper my feelings of thankfulness for getting to spend that time with her)! We had the best time! Sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most. We didn’t spend any money, but walked and talked and checked out a variety of plants, trees, flowers, architecture, etc.
We walked over a foot bridge I was interested in and checked out a new playground at a park we used to go to when Jennifer was little. We searched for crystals in the dirt that the city had hauled in to remake the playground. Jenn found one that looked like a mix of agate, jasper, or possibly topaz. They had a couple of DIY games at the playground and we tried our hands at all of those. A couple were really engaging and fun!
We saw a really old colonial type house. We saw mushrooms near the trees at the park and a house for sale that had tall sunflowers growing! Oh, and I saw a picture of a Dr. that I have to check out and see what she’s a doctor of (I don’t know why she didn’t at least put a label somewhere on the sign like, DOM, Chiropractor, or such). Ha!
I love spending time (like this) with my eldest granddaughter. A few of the pictures I took during our walk together:
