Here’s the one-hundred-eighty-fifth new music post for 2024, as I consistently offer you new music to dance and dream to–whichever fits. Richard used to send me care packages (including music for new songs so I could go out and sing them during karaoke with friends) when we first met and lived many states apart–I lived in Florida but had been traveling to Missouri for work, so we did the long distance dating thing for the first year.
Why is ‘distance’ so hard when two people are in love, but the best to solve our differences?
Energy transfers over distance
The closer you get the more another person affects your nervous system. This is so even because ‘matter in the universe is spread out over huge distances’ particles react the same way to external stimuli:

I’ve written about how we can use music to reach our soul, stir it, energize us, balance ourselves, stimulate new neural activity, and even grow new neural pathways.
I continuously check myself to see how I’ve evolved over the years. I check myself, edit my words, and pat myself on the back (literally!) when I observe improvements. I must do this because I can certainly tear myself down. Yet I know self-acknowledgment is one of the best things I can do to give myself love.

You may preach it your way, but are you walkin’ that path? All fall short. Nobody’s perfect. So, one who walks His talk is rare. I think that’s why He garners much attention, faithfulness, and adoration–yes, even 2,000 years after He walked the earth.

I believe that when Omniscience God made ‘The Word’ flesh, it was the Intention that manifested as the flesh. This is how ‘The Word’ became flesh. Everything begins with an intention, then thought, word, and deed.

We reap what we sow
Yes, I believe it’s true that we reap what we sow. By practicing my Integrating the Spirals process, I continue to see the effects of the seasons in both increasing my awareness to see MORE, my ability to sow seeds, and the growth (or forward progress) I am making in life.
I love the Spring for the creation of something new! I love the excitement and growth of it. But I know the Spring always follows the Winter, and the death of things is typically sad. The countdown continues… we move in 7 DAYS!
