Sound and frequency
I attended a 90-minute presentation by Michael Yannetti (who’s in the Theosophy book club I’m in). And it was EXCELLENT! I’ll be sharing some of the screen captures I took from his presentation in future Integrating the Spirals posts here, and incorporating the rest in a new session I’ll put together for the Integrating the Spirals DE-Program. The more I see regarding the Harris/Trump debate, either in memes or comments on posts, the more I see people willing to give up their FREEDOMS; they are more than willing to trade freedoms for security. What most people fail to understand is that once freedom is gone, we have a totalitarian government. And then, when their government is wrong, there’s no path back to FREEDOM.

My 9/11 story
I had flown from Florida to Los Angeles, CA (LAX) a few days prior to 9-11-2001 and had been in NYC a year-to-the-day before that (and had stayed in the Marriott hotel that was also demolished after the ‘attack’. It’s September 9th, 2024; We have an original pop song for reminiscing or to inspire you to start something new! (He’s been more apt to shed tears after the stroke in Oct. 2022, which yes, makes me love him even more, if that’s possible).
