I am sooo thankful for artists friends (and blogger pals), like Linda from Creative Artworks Blog and Handmade Haven by Linda on Etsy!
I’d been reading (I forget from which blogger) that if you put a frog outside your door it will bring good luck in the new year. So, I’d mentioned to Linda of Handmade Haven by Linda on Etsy, that she might consider making a frog when she started a new wood burning project. And she did! She’s so great, she totally went for it! Linda sent me a picture of ‘Froggy’ (because we haven’t named him/her yet) and I loved it! I knew I was going to buy Froggy pronto! Linda sent me an email as soon as she posted her delightful wood burning piece on Etsy so I could order it. Of course, all along the process, Linda assured me I was under no obligation to buy it–but pretty much, I’d requested it and definitely wanted it. I knew her work and that it would be first-rate! And Froggy is aWEsOMe!

Here’s another new music video
Here’s another new music video from my darling husband, Richard Murrey:
And here’s a new healing video from me!
Above ALL else, be well dear friends! Richard took the audio I had shared a few days with you, and made a little AI music video of it so I could share it properly. What do you think of it?
We’re down to earth (even if we are conspiracy theorists) not in the ground yet! Just dancing around in the mystifying Multiverse… all humble like. But we’re always thinking, onward and upwards!
I’m still gathering your interests…
Since I was about five years of age, I’ve considered myself ‘strange and unusual’ – how about you? What lights you up? What interests you?
From the list, which topic would you like me to take a deep dive on?
- Balancing Perspectives
- Expanding Consciousness
- Self Reflection
- Kaleidoscope Method
- Mirrorball Perspectives
- Moral Ambiguities
- Multifaceted
- Multiverse
Save the date: January 13th

Everything happens for a reason in the multiverse and there are myriad sides to every story
Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason in the multiverse and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness. Even if we have to disconnect from some people, for a time.
Enjoy (IN Joy) everything and love! Be Everything All the Time. Let’s agree to THRIVE in ’25!
Yours in expanding, coexisting (because there’s more than one-side to every story), spiraling consciousness,
Sheila “Spiral Sister” Murrey

My brother Kev collected frogs. I have a few around and about the house. So they always remind me of him. Your new door side addition is very welcoming for visitors.
Very nice story, lyrically, to the song. Like the unusual chord progression too. And your yoga chant reminds me of the Buddhist healing chants I used to listen to. Softly spoken, not sung tough, repetitive mantras for different needs regarding ailments and symptoms. It was more used for Mindfulness sessions on my part. Great collaboration from you two. All the best Sheila.

Aww, this is heartwarming to read, Gray! Both about how this frog reminds you of Kev and that this one, Froggy, is welcoming to guests.
I am glad to hear you checked out both music videos too. Did you get to hear the longer version of the mantra several days ago when I shared it as just the audio clip? Richard said he couldn’t get it to work right in his movie program, which is why he cut it down. Technology. Always fun! Ha!
Perhaps this chant dropped in for me while meditating in the sauna because I had listened to some Buddhist chants years ago, like you mentioned. Our subconscious does hold much more than we realize. Thank you!

We gave Kev’s frog collection out to various family members. And yes, I did hear the longer spoken to singing version. Richard is far more skilled than I am, but I also find (in iMovie) that the song’s music file is too large when accompanying imagery. I have to put it in the lowest quality sound wise category before I load it up. Something that will have to be sorted down the line for video intentions.
The Mindfulness class myself and two other nurses ran had myself speaking in rhythmic fashion to help the class focus. You are spot on concerning subconscious triggers and the benefits. Words have to be chosen, as yours are, to promote simple guided positive vibes too. Cheers Sheila.

Hoping Froggy brings good luck to your home. The AI video was amazing, and the pictures of the girl fit perfectly with the wonderful song. 😊

Oh, thank you, Willie! I will tell Richard what you said about the girl AI pictures. Yes, I love it too, more for the Mayan temple ruins. I think Froggy is bringing good luck though I have never really been superstitious. 😉
