It’s December 8th, 2024; We’ve got another traditional original country song for those who love Johnny Cash. Cash me in brings Paul Pace back into the studio to sing this tribute to Johnny Cash. Paul just simply has the voice for this marvelous song.

This is the three-hundred-fortieth new music post for 2024! This radio-ready tribute to Johnny was recorded at the exceptional Beaird Music Group of Nashville, TN. https://www.beairdmusicgroup.com

This original song sticks in my mind. So, would it be wrong for me to say it’s ‘sticky’? Ha! I love this song sooo much!

It’s time to consider new things

I did a separate post for the invite to the Theosophy book club I’m a part of, which begins again in January 2025. Here’s the link to the invitation: https://sheilamurrey.net/2024/12/08/integrating-the-spirals-book-club-invitation/

I’ve been moving stuff around in my spa room upstairs and stopped to take a couple of photos, but will offer more tomorrow. This just came to me, the blending of the old (the ‘cell’ of Tweety, I bought at a high-seas art auction after Richard and I were married), and the new lava lamp I bought to enhance my sauna experience. As well, here lies the kaleidoscope I use in the Integrating the Spirals sessions I offer on Zoom. The picture on the chair rail is one Richard and I picked out at an art festival in Florida (I’ve always loved palm trees, so I still have some connections to Florida around this New Hampshire 100+ year old apartment). The sessions I teach integrate us to the old with honor and respect, but also encourage us to slowly incorporate new things into our daily routines, self-organize (projects and such), and acquire and practice sacred wisdom practices.

Here’s one of the cube storage units behind me, along with the Palo Santo and sage I use, several books and card decks, and the lovely Rose of Jericho (Resurrection plant), I received from soulie sister, Debra, of Jaguar Spirit. I’ve yet to water this plant and resurrect it because I am painting a special plate to set it in (after watching several YouTube videos on how to care for it). Oh, and I have my new tooth now also (so I smile more now)! –Sheila Murrey

We got more snow last night

This is where we are now as a country

This is the reason I believe Abraham-Hicks has said for years they are not a fan of quantum leaps. Even if this is the right thing to allow children to do, America is not there yet. The results from a Vern Buchanan poll I received in my email and took part in:

Vern Buchanan poll results on gender-transition procedures for minors (children).

I don’t have a dog in this fight, since I only have granddaughters and I don’t see any of them wanting to be a boy. But one never knows! I would always encourage children to wait until they’ve completed the puberty process though, and even matured through their twenties before making physical bodily changes. But let me know what you think! I am curious as a minister, how I might offer solace and hope to anyone who has a child who wants to make such a bodily change.

Everything happens for a reason and myriad sides to every story

Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness. Even if we have to disconnect from some people, for a time.

Enjoy (IN Joy) everything and love! Be Everything All the Time. Let’s soar in ’24! And let’s (are you ready for this?) THRIVE in ’25! or just be… Alive in ’25.

Yours in expanding, coexisting (because there’s more than one-side to every story), spiraling consciousness,

      1. It was great to spend some time with my grandchildren when helping them to move house. Very intense getting the old house painted back to a good standard. We would lose £1,000 deposit from 10 years ago if not back to standard. So, along with the hard work comes the good times of seeing the family. I’ve been listening to Neil Young’s fireside wintery festive songs on YouTube and cleaning up and filling up the fountain pens. So pretty chilled. 😊 Cheers Sheila.

      2. Aww, that’s incredible that you had to paint after 10 YEARS! Should have been considered normal ‘wear and tear’! But I hear you. We would have done the same to save 1,000. My daughter and son-in-law are landlords (our landlords now too) and my daughter said no one has painted in this apartment for nearly the ten years they have owned this place though they always tell tenets that they can. I want to paint one large wall and stairway banister in the springtime. I told her I will live with it how it is but I suppose I have a tad bit of OCD. Ha!
Neil Young tunes sound great for this time of year. We got more snow today!

      3. Wish we had snow! But seldom visits. Walls are not child friendly. Especially four children in a two bedroom house! Blue tac, screw holes from my picture mad daughter who has nearly 100 different hanging frames in her house. And the little one who loved to scrawl little pictures on the bedroom wall. All adds up to each and every room needing a brighten up. So it was a four day stint of myself doing every room and also moving loads of boxes to the new house. Hey ho! The landlord said it was all okay. So it was worth it.
