It’s November 26th, 2024; We’ve got an original country song for you to get crackin’ on the cooking for the upcoming holiday. This song was inspired by a bartender friend of ours, Chris Criner, Merritt Island, FL. Adam Cunningham and Angela Hurt make us take a double-take on this rockin’ country duet! Thanks go out to the Beaird Music Group of Nashville, TN for producing such a fun radio-ready hit! https://www.beairdmusicgroup.com

This is the three-hundred-twenty-ninth new music post for 2024! Let’s cook up some relationship success this week while we’re basting that turkey, y’all. Sprinkle JOY everywhere and leave the grumpiness behind because… I like you better when you’re gone!

I wonder if blogger pals, Debra, Dawn, and Cindy will like this song?

Photo: I received a beautiful gift from soulie sister and blogger pal, Debra of Jaguar Spirit yesterday (a few moments after sharing one of her aWEsOMe blog articles within my daily music blog post yesterday). I love it when these synchronicities occur. I didn’t know anything about the Rose of Jericho (Resurrection plant), and when I watched a few YouTube videos, I was REALLY honored and impressed! I can’t wait to create a lovely little tray for this plant to sit in. I’m thrilled! What a Thanksgiving week surprise! Thank you, Debra!

Friends are the spice of life!

Meme: Meeting you later in life was how it was supposed to happen. Both of us healing, working on ourselves, not sure what was in our futures. Then it was like the universe said, here you go. Heal together. love each other, and grow together. Later in life love hit different. –Unknown but shared by a friend on Facebook
Richard in his music room upstairs. Whenever he needs his alone time, this is his ‘man cave.’ Haha!
The rest of Richard’s guitar family.
Richard’s Mac setup; he’s creating new binders full of lyric sheets. We’re getting the last 7 pages from my daughter today. (She’s our printer too! Along with mom to our three wonderful granddaughters, being our driver–driving us around, etc., etc. Haha! We’ve got so much to be thankful for.)

New lesson: See it. Feel it. Heal it. COEXIST

A new lesson within the Integrating the Spirals DE-Program is in the works. ‘See it, Feel it, Heal it. COEXIST.

Everything happens for a reason

Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness. Even if we have to disconnect from some people, for a time.

Enjoy (IN Joy) everything and love! Be Everything All the Time. Let’s soar in ’24! And let’s (are you ready for this?) THRIVE in ’25! or just be… Alive in ’25.

Yours in expanding, coexisting, spiraling consciousness,

Sheila “Spiral Sister” Murrey

  1. The music room is a great set up. And the Mac is a nice touch too. I know you were thinking about the recording situation a short while back, so it’s good that it is being used for music in another way.

    1. Yes, and then Richard uses his new MacBook pro in the living and dining rooms (downstairs). It’s always a work in progress. He brings one guitar downstairs when it gets too cold upstairs, though he bought a small room size heater for up there too. Of course the furnace would heat the whole apartment, but I think it saves us a few bucks to keep the upstairs door shut and focus the heat downstairs where the thermostat is.
All that said, I just bought an electric fireplace for us for the living room and my daughter is putting it together as I write this. Ha!

      1. Heat is important for comfort this time of year. I used to use a convector heater years ago, in the pottery, which was effective and cheap. Of course, when the kiln fired up, it was like toast. Electricity prices nowadays though are crazy. As long as you both keep warm is the essential thing.

      2. Comfort is always hands receiving the warm source of heat. First thing we do, if cold, is put our hands towards an open flame. I would, when a nurse, research why. But nowadays I just think ‘It works’. 😊

      3. I do believe in holistic well being. From the biological, psychological, social and environmental perspectives. If a gentle walk every morning sets the day up to one of perceived successes……..’it works’.
