It’s November 4th, 2024; We’ve got a new original rock song for those of us who feel manipulated, controlled, or such–how appropriate for this election season! Bubba Hudson nails the vocals in this original song! Produced by the exceptional Steven Cooper of Nashville, TN.

This is the three-hundred-seventh new music post for 2024! Richard wrote this song after the hurricane Katrina that hit New Orleans in 2005. At that point, we’d had three hurricanes in a row in 2004 and we were seeing how gaslit we all were–way before that word became common! Take a listen and see if y’all agree:

Y’all swallow this. Music and lyrics by Richard Murrey.

We can get through this, if we all stick together. That’s the problem, politics wants to divide us.

For our better health, we’ve got to wake up

I’m all for natural and holistic health. Something the current regime has PROVEN they DO NOT support! The Left is the party of Big Pharma. Hands down. So, yeah, I’ve got to get out and have fun. Spend time with family, And NOT talk politics or I’d lose my mind! And of course, I’ve got to blog. It’s cathartic for me. So, here’s more pictures from the fun my daughter and I had on Saturday afternoon, and then a sobering point at the end of the blog. Hang on! Tuesday’s coming! Haha!

Ryan had thrown this cookie during the show. I caught it but it bounced off my hand, so I wouldn’t eat it. But after the show, when they were doing the meet-and-greet and signing cards, shirts, and things, I asked Ryan if he’d play along for a photo with me. Ha! He’s such a great sport! When I walked away he said, “Well, that was no spaghetti!” Hahahaha! (A reference to the spaghetti sharing scene in Lady and the Tramp movie.) –Photo by my daughter, Marie.
I’m talking with Justin and Quinn and was about to share the Super Patches with Justin (I had a pack of REM and Peace patches in my hoodie pocket.). –Photo by my daughter, Marie.

I have fun too! Funny health meme

Due to the rising costs of medical tests, all you can do is pee under a tree and wait for a bit: If ants gather, you’ve got diabetes. If the grass dries up, it’s high salts. If it smells like BBQ, you’ve got high cholesterol. And if you forget to pull up your pants, you’ve got Alzheimer’s. Lauging emojis. –Kathy Spaulding Hatfield and Marie Lawrence shared it but who knows who came up with it. I thought it was a hoot!
I was raised by serious parents, and I do take our health very seriously. This is the main reason I am really hoping President Trump, RFK Jr. and Elon Musk get IN the White House so we can help turn the health of America around. This is an excellent meme from RFK Jr. Read it. Think about it. We’re not voting for a person in President Trump. We’re voting for a team. We’re voting for Health Freedom. We’re voting for regime change.

Super Patches for sleep

As for me and my house, we’ll listen to our inner Truth. I practice what I preach.

Everything happens for a reason

Yes, Everything Happens for a Reason and Everything Resolves to Gratitude. Knowing that each of us (as fractals) uplifts my mind and allows me to view life as a lively kaleidoscope grand design that moves about in an ever-expanding, revolving, melodious, consciousness. Even if we have to disconnect from some people, for a time.

Enjoy (IN Joy) everything and love! Be Everything All the Time. Let’s soar in ’24! And let’s (are you ready for this?) THRIVE in ’25!

Yours in expanding, sharing, spiraling consciousness,

Sheila “Spiral Sister” Murrey

    1. I hear ya, about politics. It doesn’t make me happy. So I always have to balance myself (Richard watches way more of it than me. But he’s 74, and from an era that was devastating for our troops)… one of my uncles fought in Korea, and that was the closest anyone in my family got to active service/theater of war. Damn, now I am spiraling on why it was ever called THAT?!? Theater of war. Ugh

Anyway, thank you very much about the pictures. Yes, I was sooo thrilled, happy, on cloud 9! It was our second time, seeing Recycled Percussion but we had my 13 yo granddaughter with us and were about halfway back in the audience. So, this time we really cut loose! Ha!
