I could write a whole book on how I discovered I’m an empath interested in the metaphysical connectedness of ALL to ease sadness and loneliness, but would anyone want to know? Because who am I? If I were famous some might be interested in that but mostly no one cares. And I’ve already explained a bit of how I discovered I am an empath in both my books, Take It Upon Yourself to Live a Wholly Vibrant Life (still in process of getting the second edition out to Amazon), and in Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection. In short, I can tell you I’ve always known there was something riding on the airwaves that got me from quiet, insecure, and overly sensitive only child to where I am today–a woman ready to grab the mic and talk unashamedly about my life and the hell I’ve gone through to get to this awakened (not woke) state I Am currently living. I’ll talk on any stage without jitters. I’ll talk without a script. I don’t know how to get speaking engagements though–that seems to be a full-time job in and of itself (booking those events).
Here’s a short list of events that I feel opened me to the metaphysical:
I have been working on getting the revamp of Integrated Spiral done– and rebranding it as, Integrating the Spirals because it’s more important than ever for such a time as this. And because I know more sad and lonely people than ever before. (Let me know if you’re interested in taking my Integrating the Spirals course.)
As an empath I simply want to help ease suffering. I help some by showing them how to meditate so they can understand the value of Detachment. And so they can learn the value of tilling their inner soil with their breath. And to provide peace and calm. And to Connect them with their spirit, higher selves, Omniscience God, and receive personal guidance.
Meditation provides those things and so much more. And many great and wise people meditate. I did a study many years ago on how many celebrities and authors meditate on a daily basis and it was astounding how many do practice meditation and claim not to go a day without it!

And it seems to fit (me anyway) because I am always repeating cycles, learning lessons, and breaking patterns–or attempting to break the patterns/cycles. And the bad guy did win every once in a while as Billy Preston sang in the song.
We often repeat patterns in our life several times before we learn the hidden meaning–the lesson. I use the term, Parts Integration because we’re always bringing information IN, integrating some, balancing, and releasing what we can’t use at the time. We’re doing the best we can with the information we understand at the time. We’re dancing either IN or OUT of rhythm with nature and the universe. I am letting the music move me around. Perhaps that’s Destiny.
I think we must let go of some of the stuff we take in on a day-to-day basis, as we receive so much! We receive multitudes of disparate information, sh*t from all sides, on any given day. There’s no way we can consciously process it ALL. Right? So, we dump quite a bit but does some of it get stuck in our subconscious?
Now, that I’ve been volunteering as an email correspondent for Dr. Raymond Moody (of Life After Life) and reading the multiple stories of Near Death Experiences (NDEs) and Shared Death Experiences (SDEs) that people from every walk of life and culture have written in about what they’ve experienced, I cannot believe we’re alone in the universe.
Those stories alongside my own experiences and encounters have grown my faith in the subject of “aloneness” to a great extent. While I don’t consider myself a medium or psychic, I am clairsentient and FEEL a clear Yes and No in my body when I ask specific questions, when having a conversation with someone, watching an intense movie, or listening to songs. It’s a sensation I’ve talked about many times before in this blog so I won’t belabor it here. Having gone through the stuff I’ve lived through and having sat through many therapy sessions and times of self-reflection and meditation has given me a certain set of skills that allow me to offer others assistance.
Some of the best things I learned was to write down my experience and then write it again, removing all emotion. To talk stuff out, even with only me (my Self), and use Tapping to release the emotions from my body. And finally to release what doesn’t serve you; let it go and be the “I Am” at this moment–utterly grateful, happily and blissfully–incomplete. Namaste.

We must! We pay good money to go to the movies or watch TV (via cable, streaming, or such) and all actors lie. They memorize the words writers wrote for them!
In this comprehensive article, we will delve into the world of Acting and Entertainment Writing.
Supposedly, actors are sooo good at what they do, lying and pretending, for a short time—they embody the character they are playing.
Effectively, actors trick themselves into believing they are the character while crafting a performance. They immerse themselves into their character as to believe they are the character. They believe the lie and sell it to us.
Yet, without any expressive words of a script, without a fully rendered explanation of the story, could they bodily craft such a scene?
Spiral thoughts: My dad, way before he met my mom, went to Hollywood because a teacher he had in school said he had the looks and abilities to be a good actor. But when dad got there he said all they did was teach him to lie. He wanted no part of it and came back home.
Interestingly, dad met mom not long after and when he brought her home to meet his family they all thought she was a movie star! She was beautiful but never saw herself that way.
Ah, those words alone bring the famous song to my mind! Who can forget? Haha! There are a great many now too young to even know what I’m referring to! So, here ya go:
I used to watch a lot of old movies with my mom while I was growing up. We both loved the musicals. I loved the dancing. Mom loved the romance.
I do think movies and TV shows set us up to fail in a way. To be in love with love. And almost nobody has those movie-like fairytale love affairs. If they do they don’t last.
Jerry Seinfeld, still one of the funniest comedians alive, does this routine about giving a guy an award because he stood on the right spot and spoke a rehearsed line with some sort of feined emotion or feeling.
Real people, us living actual lives (like teachers, firefighters, and police) do this too, nearly everyday but no one gives them an award.
Why the need for all these awards anyway?
When I use my mirrorball and play with my thoughts I can see a lot of things more clearly. And I love teaching that process. There really are multiple sides to every story, not simply two.

I just happened to read two very different articles about Fauci and his potential prosecution. And I am taking my emotions out of this issue to be able to meditate on the 3D yin and yang symbol and find a better way to feel about it when I see various headlines about him.
I’m sharing a portion of each below with enough context to make sense. If you want to read the whole of both articles you have to subscribe to the Epoch Times and Substack.
This first quote is from the Epoch Times article, COVID-19 Could Stem From Risky Experiments at Chinese Lab: Fauci
On CNN, Fauci also reacted to calls to prosecute him over false statements he’s made.
“There’s no response to that craziness,” Fauci said.
“I mean, prosecute me for what? What are they talking about? I mean, I wish I could figure out what the heck they were talking about. I think they’re just going off the deep end,” he added.
Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) has referred Fauci for prosecution for telling members of Congress that the United States did not fund gain-of-function research in China despite documents being made public that experts say show that U.S.-funded experiments led to a gain of function in a bat coronavirus.
The U.S. Department of Justice has not charged Fauci, who left office around the New Year.
Twitter CEO Elon Musk is among others who have called for the prosecution of Fauci, while Republican lawmakers, now in control of the U.S. House of Representatives, have vowed to investigate him.
Such statements have “a difficult effect and a deleterious effect on my family,” Fauci said. “I mean, they don’t like to have me getting death threats all the time. Every time somebody gets up and spouts some nonsense, that’s misinformation, disinformation, and outright lies, somebody somewhere decides they want to do harm to me and/or my family. So that’s the part about it that is really unfortunate.”

Now, while my heart doesn’t bleed for Fauci because he seems way more concerned for the safety of himself and his family than for the millions who died or those whose lives were devastated by this ‘demic, I put this together so you could take an objective view of how he feels as well as many have accused him of doing.
Spiral thought: What is an outright lie?
It is important to note that as we meditate on the 3D yin and yang symbol throughout this process, the larger light side embraces, not simply tolerates a small dot or percentage of dark, and the larger dark side, embraces a small dot of the light. Just because it’s hard to find doesn’t mean it isn’t there. And the wavy line separating the two large bodies is always in motion, balancing the the two.
Spiral thoughts: As a reader of this blog you undoubtedly know my focus is on nature, natural holistic health, wellness, prevention, and doing whole good things for the body so we don’t have to rely on pharma, though admittedly they can be useful for some issues.
So, I follow a lot of naturopathic, homeopathic, osteopathic, alternative medicine, herbalist health leaders and scientists and tend to align myself with Hippocrates “first, do no harm” much more than Pharma does. I have brought my thoughts around to accept the benefits of some pharmaceutical products after my husband’s recent stroke only because time was of the essence to normalize his blood pressure. He was in an acute situation. And as I have said before pharma works best to diagnose and treat acute issues. Leave the chronic issues to the holistic health teams.
Here’s what my friend and someone I have followed for nearly 20 years, Robyn Openshaw had to say (on Substack) on this same subject:
Now he says that for people under 70, the death toll of COVID19 was 0.1%.
But there’s something everybody is forgetting.
And that is, TONY FAUCI himself said in New England Journal of Medicine, on Mar. 26, 2020, that the death toll of COVID19 would be about 0.1%, like a severe seasonal flu.
Of course, that day, and every day, he was taking the mic at the White House, and running all over corporate media:
1. Catastrophizing about mass death
2. Ordering all the small businesses shut down (just the small ones!)
3. Demanding everyone wear a mask—two masks, even better
4. Canceling air travel
5. Demanding lockdowns
6. Punishing our children, demanding schools be closed
7. Imposing the 6-foot “social distancing” unscientific nonsense
8. Lying about “asymptomatic spread”
9. Dictating the only appropriate hospital protocol was Remdesivir, a vent, and 30+ drugs (including paralytics and sedatives) — all leading up to the big agenda:
10. The most coercive mass-vaccination campaign in historyFor which millions of people are now suffering and paying the price. Every one of us have been affected. Our jobs, our businesses, the adverse events and deaths in our social networks. The economies of the world devastated.
The true death toll of the vaccine, which seems now to prevent nothing but a healthy life, won’t be known for years, if ever.

Again, picture the ☯️ yin and yang here. And how life is always balancing. A day of reckoning will come for all parties involved. If not on earth certainly in the hereafter. No need to ruin more lives by taking someone out, or wishing harm. Enough harm has been done. What is bound on earth is bound in heaven and what is loosed on earth is loosed in heaven. Does that not explain the balancing that goes on? Notice the word, NONSENSE in both articles. Dr. Raymond Moody whom I have been assisting recently with email correspondence says in his book, God is Bigger than the Bible,
God doesn’t always make perfect sense. God speaks to us in all sorts of imaginative language that defies literal meaning – including nonsense. Nonsense is meaningless, unintelligible language that occurs mostly in literature -especially children’s literature – but which also often has spiritual significance. And cultivating a lively sense of nonsense is a proven way of getting closer to God.

I’ll refrain from telling you my conclusion at this time and see what you have to say in the comments.
Update: since no one has taken a guess or offered any comment, I will say I don’t trust Fauci and while I won’t accuse him of lying, I think his arguments are weak. I see this as a problem of perceptions. Motivations and greed could certainly motivate one to lie, and certainly that could be the case on his part because he has enriched himself through the last three years. But I was attempting to keep the focus narrow and see if I could view the situation from his side. When I do, I keep coming back to the concept of belief. When all one does is accuse the other side as not knowing what they are talking about or lying those aren’t logical. They show me he hasn’t a clue what he’s done wrong. He is programmed in scientific dogma, now known as Scientism. I’m glad he’s gone from his powerful position.

That’s usually the song we sing at the end of every Reiki circle. So that’s why (I said what I said before) about last week when Victoria played the song “You are so beautiful” (it really struck a different chord with me). Tonight, I asked her who sang that. Whose version of that song was that? And she said, Jordan–a man. It’s a gentleman singing it but she said you wouldn’t know, would you? And I said no, I was thinking it was Christina Aguilera. Or, Adele singing that song. I just knew it was a person I hadn’t heard before. I could not place the voice. And no, I have not heard of the gentleman named Jordan Smith.

I tell you every Tuesday night Reiki is just a new experience. It feels like I know part of that’s because we have new folks that come sometimes the same people don’t come every week or every circle. And we won’t be back now for two more weeks. We’re now moving to a new schedule of every week. We’ll meet on the first Tuesday of every month and the third Tuesday of every month. So all right, well, and again, I’ll post the link to meet up so that you have that if you’re anywhere in the St Pete Bradenton Sarasota area of Florida, or within a reasonable drive. I know sometimes five miles through Bradenton, Sarasota, and Palmetto can take a lot of time. It just depends on traffic. (Not that I am complaining as we love to see new people moving to Florida.) We are grateful.
I am so grateful for more people moving to Florida because that’s just more people to connect with, exchange and share ideas with, and learn from. Victoria gave me a beautiful blessing tonight and implanted a thought in my head about starting a new business and having clients so and while most of you know that I did run a program a couple of years ago during the ‘demic times I had put together something called, Integrated Spiral but now I’m renaming and rebranding it, Integrating the Spirals because it’s more than one spiral.
We often go round and round the circle until we learn our lessons and break patterns. We have to repeat certain things in our life It seems like several times before we get them. So that’s part of where this comes from, as well as integrating because we’re always balancing. We’re dancing with nature and the universe and you know, the religious upbringing that we don’t always agree with 100% of the time, I don’t think I’ve talked with anyone who subscribes to us a particular religion or a specific church or faith that agrees with 100% It’s just like politics. You pick the people that you like, based on usually at least some of the topics of the issues of the day, right that you’re on their side. But you may not agree with 100% of who that person is and how they behaved things. They say stuff they tweet, you know.
So we all have our issues and we have our issues with different people, different religions, different issues. Yeah, I mean, it could be anything right? It could be the country you live in the state you live in the city you live in. I mean, it seems like there’s no perfect fit. It’s not like we’re Goldilocks, or we might be Goldilocks, and we run around trying on different things. But that’s why I tend not to use the word perfect or perfection because I really don’t believe in it. I don’t think that would be a utopia and this world. This earth is not meant to be a utopia. This is a school where we all have an opportunity to learn. Unless we’re a captive, you know, we have an opportunity to learn, and even a captive.
I’ve often thought what’s the worst thing that could ever happen to me in my life? And people have asked that question, you know, icebreakers and stuff like that and I always go to being held captive or in bondage or tortured that kind of thing. Because, obviously, a person in that situation and I pray for those every single day you know, that’s, that’s always like a mission like a bottom line prayer. I’m gonna say every single day that I’m alive and I’m free because I value freedom so much. I’m always praying for the releasing of the hostages releasing of those in bondage releasing of those that have been kidnapped and you know, that kind of thing. I just have a heart for anybody that’s trapped and I know exactly where that comes from because my mother for many years felt trapped. So that was something that she worked on in her life, you know, was released that and for her, the end anyway, of her life was Alzheimer’s. So she just let go of her mind. And she wasn’t trapped anymore, right? Because she didn’t have the mindset around being trapped. Um, but anyway, I know that was a spiral thought.
I value freedom (and choice) above every other value I have. Every other virtue I can think of, because I’ve already come to terms with the truth and lies, and I see those as the yin and yang, the black and the white, the right side of the coin, the left side of the coin, you know, everything is truth, if you turn it round enough times and you change your perspective on it, and that’s why in Integrating the Spirals I have classes where I teach little tips, tricks, tactics if you will, strategies for doing that and it can really help you, at least mentally and logically, think through some issues and be able to release a lot of tension,release a lot of aggravation, and release a lot of judgment. And in fact, you won’t even judge it anymore once you work these processes and especially if you practice them. Releases come as we with the mirror ball.
As we work with the mirror ball there’s a specific process I take folks through on how to work with it to look at a situation from many different perspectives. And in the end, it’s really cool, but I won’t give it away here. And then one of the other tools we work with is a kaleidoscope and I’ve been starting to hear some people mention kaleidoscopes in their work and in their programs just in the last couple of years.
So I definitely think it’s in the zeitgeist. I think a tool we played with as a child, we put it down. Most never picked it up again. I never did until my eldest granddaughter asked me when she was very young for a kaleidoscope. I had forgotten all about it too. But now I’m using it in the sessions that I have with Integrating the Spirals. And I’ve got to tell you that it’s so profound and powerful this work because we all have some sort of like at the bottom of all of our fears and phobias and anxieties and distrust and doubts and negative self-talk and all of that is always like this feeling of unworthiness or being broken.
When you work with the kaleidoscope, you realize that all of these broken pieces, and I’m giving you a nugget here from the sessions, that’s one of the realizations that you have all those broken pieces are what you’re able to use and different ways to look through that kaleidoscope and see different patterns and some of the neat things that you may perceive and take away from that work is that we’re play if you will, is the fact that there’s always a different pattern. And none of those patterns are wrong because art is always imperfect. There’s no perfection in art. Another thing that my eldest granddaughter taught me when she was about five I think. Yeah. And again, it just confirmed and validated for me why I didn’t use the word perfection.
I’ve never used that and have never been hung up on it. But I know a lot of people who have and so working with the Kaleidoscope and the mirror ball and some of the other tools that I have one of which is communing with trees as well. Getting getting you back to nature even if you’re divorced from nature, and you hate nature. You know there’s still a way to work with nature and commune with the trees. Of course, I developed this after we got back from Ireland in 2019. So I have a lot of tools at my disposal and now with Reiki and completing my master’s and Reiki this April. I do feel that I have a lot to offer. And I don’t know if it will replace my current daily income. But I know that it’s something that my heart it’s my heart’s desires to really help people. If possible, we can at least release some of the items and issues that we keep repeating in our lives and you know, hopefully, these tools, tips, tricks, techniques, and strategies. These classes will help you release and let go of some of those. I don’t think we ever get out. You know, having accomplished it all. Abraham Hicks says, you know, we’re always happily incomplete. We’ll never get it done. And that is supposed to help us release some of this efforting and some of this feeling as well, we have to get everything done on our task list before we leave the earth. Abraham just says that’s not going to happen–getting it all done. So if you can just work on one today–great! Just release that, let it go and be the “I am” in this moment, utterly grateful, happily and blissfully–incomplete. Namaste.
