Using highly resonating words to empower ourselves and others

Launching the beginning of 2020, WORDPLAY to Empowerment is a new method and play-shop (a fun workshop class) developed by Sheila Murrey, self-help author of Transform Your Life! Inspirational Stories and Expert Advice (2014. Transformation Publishing); The Energy of Receiving (2015. Happiness Publishing); and Take It Upon Yourself to Live a Wholly Vibrant Life! (2018. Self.)

The WORDPLAY to Empowerment play-shop class shares a writer’s method specifically designed to ease one into feeling: better, balanced, supported, and stronger—one thought and word at a time. Plus, it can’t hurt!

Impetus for creation

In working alongside entrepreneurs and small business owners on copy and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for their websites, I discovered that a real need exists for wellness providers to become aware and more conscious of the words they speak, and put into their copy, websites, blogs, etc.

I’ve also been doing a lot (for years), to sort of play with words on a vibrational level, as demonstrated in Facebook comments, Tweets, T-shirt designs, blog articles, and more. You may have noticed how I used the word “Wholly” in the title of my recent book, instead of the more straightforward words of “Holy” or “Whole” to play off those words and create more curiosity.

Birthing the creation

Thus, I developed the first workshop to test out my intuitive leaning into all of this. A writer speaks: Words Workshop has been rebranded.

I am thrilled to release this now as, WORDPLAY to Empowerment.

The goals of this engaging play-shop are to help us:

• Release WORDS that no longer serve us (or our business)
• Add uplifting, inspiring. and empowering WORDS to our daily vocabulary (and marketing copy)
• Those looking for new and innovative ways to treat health conditions
• Raise our consciousness
• Raise and Connect the consciousness of ALL

Audience:

Wellness practitioners and business owners, nurses, teachers, and parents. Anyone interested in Energy, Frequency, Vibration, Consciousness, Alternative health, Holism, or natural ways to improve one’s health and mindset.

The workshop that became a Method

The focus of the method is to:

Release the WORDS that no longer serve us, such as, low frequency cuss words, (notice when we use these words – typically when we’re angry, upset, or in pain; we often overuse, unnecessary words, or those said because we think we need to fill empty space.

Playfully identify the words we consistently USE and what our intention is when we speak them. We’ll specifically listen for the tone we use because that carries the frequency (Love = Creation, or Fear = “to destroy” / curse).

Engagement

Participants are inspired and encouraged to PLAY in this interactive class (where the facilitator will be using a whiteboard and 3×5 index cards).

This will be an empowering exercise in Awareness, by a writer with over 33 years of career experience and two degrees, both in science (aviation business) and art (visual communications).

Uniquely connect

Together, we’ll use unique ways to explore how we can replace the lower vibration words we often use, with higher vibrating and more purposeful words, (which hold our deeper truths), to uplift and empower ourselves and others to raise our consciousness. This work benefits ALL.

Word mining

We’ll mine for energetic words that resonate higher (and actively reach into the ether) to become aware of the empowering CHOICES we have when it comes to improving our lives using authentically powerful words.

Improves speaking

Yes, voice matters in multitudinous ways.

We’ll spend some time playing and feeling the way in which our newly found, high frequency words FEEL when we speak them. This will allow us to fine tune the way in which we will deliver these words and the best feeling tone we will use (both to ourself and others) going forward.

Finding and using the best tone, when speaking these new words, will amplify the effects. You’ll be amazed!
