It’s April 8th, 2024; Here’s an original country rock song with a story about time that seems to be right on time today, with the solar eclipse! Ha! I love it when things like this happen; when the synchronicities align.
Brand new start
Here’s the ninety-ninth new music post for 2024, as I consistently offer up one of our original songs, and this time it’s a country fusion sound. After Jan 17th Tuesday night Reiki circle
I recorded this just after leaving a recent Tuesday night Reiki circles. I wanted to come to you with a few thoughts because I usually opened up from flowing Reiki energy and feeling the GodBumps. And singing the song at the end and holding hands. Tonight we had almost all new attendees at the circle (again). (This was recorded 17-Jan-2023). I continue to see the symbols in my mind’s eye and a word drops in, Interactions.
Interactions
Maybe integrating the spiral is simply about our interactions with things like our interactions with books, that people that we’ve received from people that people have written, that in the margins have the words like my mother’s Bible that I use to understand her mind and what she was learning and what she was pulling from and interacting with spirit during her reading of her Bible, that she would make those notes in the margins and I love that because it gives me a clue gives me insights into what she was thinking at that time at that precise moment. So we’re also interacting with symbols.
The cross
The only thing the cross is good for is crossing over. That’s the symbolism of the cross. We’re crossing over. Why else would we celebrate a torture device? Why would we wear a symbol of a torture device some the place where Jesus was crucified where he anguished languish and succumbed to death? Of course, as Christians, we believe that Jesus, you know, beat death. He went to hell. He intervened, and he did his work. He did his shadow work, maybe in hell for three days. We’re told.
So we see the cross as a symbol of the resurrection. But the cross was his means of death, his means of transformation, his torture device. So it’s like that saying about why did we fear the witches instead of those who Burn them alive? It’s the same kind of thought that applies here. So I’ve never been big on wearing a cross or using the cross in any of my messages. But I can see the importance of it. And one particular aspect is the crossing over. And that intersection between heaven and earth, and light and dark.
Yin Yang symbol
I prefer the yin and yang symbol . Yin and Yang. After learning of this symbol and after meditating on it, and seeing it breathing and pulsating and pulsing and being in a rhythm. And watching that wavy line in the middle, which to me symbolizes balancing. Be about the wave in the ocean. You know, it’s ebb and flow always signifies that you never get it done. And that’s what Abraham says–that you never get it done.
Quit striving for perfection
So, quit striving for perfection. Enjoy and milk the joy out of everything. Milk the joy out of your day, out of each moment, and out of each breath! We are never guaranteed another breath when you embrace that sit with that every breath is sacred.
Every breath is sacred
You are aware that every breath is sacred. Every thought is a prayer! We were taught and told in the Holy Scriptures to pray without ceasing. How else would you pray without ceasing? I mean, you’re gonna pray you’re gonna then do something you’re gonna get disrupted with the children or with your work or with your boss calling or your husband needing something you know what I mean? So the only way we can pray without ceasing, is by honoring each breath is sacred.
Just my thought for today. I do. I’ve been wanting to get this down, and now seems like a good place to do it.
Living prayer
A few days ago, my mom woke me up–and my mom is on the Other Side, in the Grand Beyond. She woke me up I think we had a few minutes together that I forgot. Completely lost most of the dream, but the takeaway was, (as I was waking) her last words to me were, “Your aura is a living prayer.” Your aura is a living prayer. And then I saw my chakras. I saw the spinning wheels of the vortex energy, the light photons spinning. I saw them opening each chakra. And then what my intention was. And finally, what my thoughts were. All of this was mind-work (in my mind). I saw my aura forming and interfacing from that spinning vortex energy going out into the aura. My aura contained all of that. And that was the living prayer. And doesn’t that lead us to discover and put more meat around a concept Gregg Braden teaches, that the Universe is a Living Organism? I will explore this in my next Reiki post (if the Universe is willing). OM

Moving into 5th density experience
5th density experience
I truly see where I’ve been moving into the 5th density of experience since 2005.
In the beginning
I became aware something profound was happening to me when I started getting GodBumps while talking about Conscious Living, expanding awareness, Christ Consciousness, raw vegan foods, Spirituality, etc. with coworkers. And I have been on a quest to discover “WHY” ever since.
Getting it
When you really GET Jesus (or the Christ, or Buddha, etc.) you no longer need the church, temple, etc. Going can be invigorating or fun, but you don’t need it.
You’ll find church to be wherever you hang out with others of like-mind and they will uplift you.
You don’t have to be brainwashed or programmed into a certain rigidity. Too narrow of a focus can lead to separation.
Virtuous Integration
If you want to experience the love of unity, apply and integrate what you’ve learned into your day to day. Practices do not need to become rituals, but deeper awareness while performing daily tasks. Pray without ceasing. Seek the meaning and lesson from every interaction.
Continue to become aware of your own virtues; the highest ideals and values of your life.
When you really GET why you came to live in a body, you’ll no longer need teachers or coaches. You can have fun with them and continue layering knowledge and wisdom gained into your system, but mostly everything you need to know can flow into you, if you are open to receive. Be an open vessel.
Layer upon layer new techniques or such, but understand why you are taking care of your body. You’ll live a wholly vibrant life!
Reasons people leave Church
- Outgrow it – see through the programming
- Have been offended
- Not being told the Truth
- Been traumatized or abused
- Victimhood
- Intolerance
- Bashing other churches or faiths
- Questioned too much
- Gossip / slander
- Infidelity
- Sanctimonious attitudes
- Hypocrisy
Now, don’t kill the thought messenger for pointing these things out. You are more than sheeple!
Our bodies are our temple
Having cleaned a branch church building for months and then being told to leave during a storm when shelter was needed, showed my mom which side those “good church members” were on—and it was not God’s. I could see right through them, though it took mom a bit longer to come around to that knowing. Those hypocrites were living in fear of the insurance company!
Ah, split energies! Know this: Jesus didn’t preach in churches!
Choose you this day how you will feel, and whom you will serve. Find your inner tranquility in each moment.
My being-ness resonated with this video.
I appreciated Neale’s transparency and Eckhart’s powerful stillness (even while he was speaking), as contradictory as that seems.
Bliss. Yes, the more we integrate and allow our Spirit to lead (instead of our Ego), in our daily activities, the more we feel it and know the truth of us.
No graven images
Why no graven images?
Primarily because graven images remind us of the past. And we are to live in the present moment. The dead do not need shrines. And everything man-made will be destroyed in the end. Everything is temporary.
God is ever-living Omniscience
Are you smarter than God? You think you are if you presume to know how God wants you to worship a particular religion. The knowing or “path” to LIMITLESS Source Energy Creator is a narrow one because most find it too difficult to let go of earthly material possessions and simply be present in every situation.

The Grand Beyond
Ah! The bliss and joy I feel when I imagine what the heavenly realm of the Grand Beyond is!
I imagine all the beautiful sunrises and sunsets one sees from the expansive view from the Grand Beyond.
What might it be like to reconnect with my loved ones in the Grand Beyond…
Even if I am not with my loved ones in the Grand Beyond after my Continuation Day, perhaps I will go on to create a new galaxy where many can enjoy the earthly fruits of their labor. And my loved ones can gaze upon that galaxy with awe. They may choose to join also!Oh, what a heavenly and splendid galaxy it will be!
I am writing a metaphysical novel that will explore the nature of these things, but for now, I will leave you with this:
When we wake from sleeping with a song in our head, sometimes even seeing famous people singing a song we’ve never heard before (and for some, they jump up and write the song), where does that come from?

Easing and releasing emotions while playing a game!
Easily release emotions with game play
I had a huge clearing (emotional release) take place yesterday while playing“Fast Track Technique for Kidz” game with my friend and skilled certified practitioner, Dr. Susan Spilman.
I felt amazing then and still do now!
What an energizing and high vibe (vibration raising) experience! Susan told me that children and adults, (no matter the language they speak), can release emotions (even stored emotions they may not consciously be aware they’re holding), by playing this easy and FUN “game.”
The game worked on my Central meridian and I felt the GodBumps ripple down my spine, out my shoulders and arms, and a few moments later, down and out my legs and feet! My vibration was sooo high from playing this game and using the clearing method that my face became rosy! After leaving, I was able to meet up with additional friends (that my previous mind chatter might have talked me out of), visit with them for a couple of hours, drive over 100 miles home, talk with my husband, and stay up hours longer than usual with lasting vibrant energy! ❤️
As you know, I have been practicing and teaching Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) for years, but what I experienced yesterday was incredibly FAST and extremely easy! No tapping required! This “game” does everything I have been seeking, as far as showing us how we all have choices! (Go back to my home page to understand: https://SheilaMurrey.net)
Though I am a highly sensitive person (HSP) and empath, and didn’t feel I was carrying around any emotional baggage, I played the game just to see what I might uncover. And wow!
This game can help calm a child whose been bullied, comfort a sad one, ease one into playing on a team with others, or help inspire a lonely child or adult to engage and connect with others!
As an only child who was often picked last during team sports when I was a child, I revisited that old feeling of loneliness (for a couple minutes during this game play) and felt those old feelings lighten and disintegrate! No wonder I love inclusivity and Connection as an adult! Wow! Shocker! Hahahaha ❤️🤣
I want to be certified in this technique! That’s how much of an impact it made on and IN me. And it’s such an easy and FUN “game.”

I just taught one of my 2.5 year old granddaughters the motion we used yesterday (instead of the tapping points) when on video chat I saw her sucking her thumb and twirling her hair. She copied me (and removed her thumb out of her mouth)! I already see how exciting this technique will be to teach! ❤️😉

Oneness
We are ALL One
Each of us are fractals of Limitless Omniscience.
We are not separate, but deeply connected emanations of the One Presence.

Soul-aligned dream jobs
Soul-alignment work = DREAM JOB
How would YOU love to work at a job that your soul was in alignment with? You’d be passionate about such work, wouldn’t you? Working at a place where you really felt excited and part of the mission? I bet you’d be ready to get up before the alarm rang. I bet you’d wake up and feel like you were playing all day while performing each task.
Now, if that were the scenario, wouldn’t that be your DREAM JOB?
What my dream job looks like
My dream job is to provide social media outreach, SEO, writing, editing, graphics, emcee events, or ANYTHING that helps to EXPAND ALL of the following: holistic health and wellness, acupuncture, chiropractic, expanding consciousness, healing our bodies naturally, hope, faith, nutrition, living foods, meditation & mindfulness, spirituality, daily connection with Omniscience, loving kindness, hypnosis, metaphysics, physics (think Nassim Haramein), and the nature of reality.
So, for starters I am launching my brand on Oct. 7, 2019 at the Women, Wine, and Wellness – Brevard Chapter event at 6:30pm!

Why?
Because my dream is to fully embody and teach personal responsibility in a holistic way for consistently improving the health, vibrancy, and longevity of ALL, as We Are All Connected. This is the legacy I want to live and leave to my children and granddaughters. ❤️🦋🌀
I see everyone with the ability to possess a real passion for life, via integrating holistic health & wellness techniques into each day (in one way or another); I believe everyone can truly LIVE a wholly vibrant life!
I desire to live and work IN joy each day, using my empathic, intuitive, compassionate, positive, loving, caring, genius abilities and REALLY make a difference in people’s lives!
What’s stopping me?
I don’t think any one thing stops me, per se. I think splitting my energy to work a “day job” slows me down, but also, helping my husband market his original music, and playing “that game”, distracts me from my true calling–though my feeling has been that by helping him, building relationships, and being around lots of music (because sound is healing), also helps me to “not take myself sooo seriously” and allows me time to PLAY!
I do my own integral spiritual and physical practices daily by blending qigong, yoga, meditation, push-ups, squats, etc. into a morning routine that supports me mind-body-spirit, and then gives me the juice to align with my soul and Connect with others, on and off my “day job.” (Plus, I finally have a day job that directly supports our U.S. Veterans and when I focus on helping them, and saving the VA money, that brightens and uplifts me too!)
I could improve my sales skills (but only in a heart-based, compassionate way), and perhaps gain some insight into how to stay focused. Yes, I have taken an in-depth Stephen Covey course. So, I know how to fill in the slow time of my day with small actions, the “little rocks” approach to time management–and that’s helped me accomplish all I have thus far!
What I bring to the table:
I use Microsoft Office (which includes, Word, Excel, Visio, and more), various webinar and video conferencing tools like Skype, Zoom, and Google Hangout, and development tools of WordPress, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML, SQL.
Yes, I am a techie. But, as an empath, I am a caring techie! ❤️🦋🌀☯️🙏😉
I also bring 33 years of research and analytical skills to the table, and when I daydream, I end up making little notes like these:

For example, Wayne Dyer has passed on, and so has Louise Hay, but there are so many other people like Gregg Braden (Hay House manages Gregg’s customer service), Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Wim Hof, Nassim Haramein, Neale Donald Walsch (I know he has his son helping him with the tech stuff), Markus Rothkranz (does all his own stuff–I think), Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith, Chris Cade, Nathan Crane (does all his own stuff), Hippocrates Health Institute, Patagonia, Whole Foods (and other organic grocers), Gerson Institute, Gaia, Spiritual Cinema Circle, Ecoland organic clothing, Dr. Gabriel Cousens, Tree of Life Center, Barbara Brennan, Donna Eden, Dan McDonald, Byron Katie, Oprah (though she probably uses executive search firms–???), Tim Ferris, East West College of Natural Medicine (and other colleges), Integrative care institutes and practitioners, The Shift Network, Natural Awakenings (and other similar magazines), and much more!
All of these bright shining ones HIRE people and I don’t know what job boards or recruiters they rely upon to find honest and reliable help who actually ALIGN with them and their offerings!
I’ve also reached out to life coaches that coach clients on how to find their dream job. But where do they point them?
