Observations: Virtual versus Real Life Friends
Is it possible to have REAL friends whom you can say, NO to (as in attending various events) and not have them read sh*t into it or have suspicions about my motives? Jesus!
No wonder so many of us prefer to work from home, blog, and have virtual relationships. I’m about over this deal to have in-person friendships. Truly!
I have a LOT going on! And I don’t need this drama. The person I am writing this about is NOT on Facebook either, so I suppose this is my rant. Take it (or not) for what it’s worth.
As my sister-in-law says, “Don’t let them steal your joy” and I won’t. They have shown their true colors and I’m done. Though, I am done after they tell me they are done. Whatever. I’m not selfish. And I do care about people but for the love of God, I don’t know why.
As a reminder, I work full-time M-F from 8 am to 5 pm. I jump on here (Facebook or other social media) only moments at a time a couple of times a day because I am good at juggling my tasks. This in no way means I have time for calls or texts throughout the day, but because I value my friends I take them sometimes when I’m not busy with work.
On top of that, I am new to caregiving for my husband (after his stroke last October). I cook way more than I used to and wash the dishes, etc. I blog and am working on getting a second edition out of my book, Take It Upon Yourself to Live a Wholly Vibrant Life. I’m still marketing our original songs and my other book, Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection (and STILL people who I gave the book to – I’ve been following up with for their help sharing about it or writing reviews, etc. and I am not complaining about that). I have children and grandchildren whom I talk/video/text with whenever they have time for me as I LOVE THEM. I continue my Reiki studies as that is important to my mental well-being, self-care, soul growth, etc., and meet with our group every Tuesday evening. I offer distance Reiki as a public service when someone has a need and asks for directed healing–as of yet, I have not charged a fee for that. I have a volunteer job that I love also which takes a few hours a week (writing email correspondence for Dr. Raymond Moody). I participate in a monthly call for two hours with Dr. Bruce Lipton. I do our taxes online and have that upon me to do now. I still have another property in WV to sell that a realtor I found a year ago still has not had time to take care of so now, I have to find another one. I have plants to care for that I love as they help me ground. Somehow I still carve out time to do my Asian squats, Yoga/Qigong Integrating the Spirals F-L-O-W daily, and brush my teeth. I still don’t shower daily or comb my hair, which is why I put it up on the top of my head with a butterfly clip. Just being honest.
If all of this doesn’t give you a sense of my time commitments then I have nothing else to say except–Peace. Blessings.
Be open to receiving many blessings and always is my prayer for you every moment. Spirit sees ALL timelines, interactions, and interweaving lines. We will know too when we are on the Other Side.

Raising Consciousness: Dense not Dark
Raising consciousness – that darkness is density. While it is hard to look at the inhumanity that occurs, I know it’s important to not bury our heads in the sand and ignore. Dark and heavy subjects are so difficult to write! I choose to look on the positive things in life, but I know there is a dark side (lower dense vibrations), and because of that, I strive to help others by raising our vibrations and expanding consciousness. I do this by offering what I write, from listening to and reading what others write, and offering prayers (full of belief that ALL really is well), and by emitting unconditional love, and compassion whenever possible.
Shamanism
I have been one of those people (in an attempt to keep my vibration high), that ignores drama and tragedy—at least that’s my desire (admittedly, not always possible).
Now, as of Feb. 29th of this year, I have been drawn to the Shamanic path that includes observing the dark, as well as the light. Previous article about this here.
I don’t know, of course, where my shamanic path will lead, but as long as it enables me to expand my ability to help others and offer the most compassion I can muster, I feel that it will be a good pursuit. ❤️🦋🌀🙏
Yes, (winking)… Shamans take that “Rise” shit literally.
Observing density
I wish we could ALL drop the word “Dark” and replace it with the word, “Dense.” Density of vibration (lower vibration) is typically what is being referred to when someone is talking about a painful topic.
When one describes a color as dark, that really has to do with color saturation, or the absence of light. But too often people infer that when anything is dark, it’s wrong, bad, sinful, painful, and so on.
I observe the same color, in low light, and the color itself doesn’t change, only my perception of the color changes.
Expansive (and unifying) Reminders
“Don’t place religion above God.” (I don’t know why any of us insist on knowing what we know or being “right” about anything, when God only knows.)
Sisterly Tapestry
As a peacemaker, and a Spiral Sister,
Consciousness, as a topic and in all of its aspects, beckons me to study it further, not out of mere curiosity as much as out of this fantastical question of “where do I stop and you begin?” –and because of my mother, aunt, and grandmother all suffered with Alzheimer’s dis-ease. I am a sleuth of sorts, always and in ALL ways forward-thinking to try and solve the riddle of why we’re here.

About the word. “Love” – you may love someone, (unconditional), or “like,” lust, or infatuation, which many use the word love instead, though it really isn’t love.
Love is patient. Love is kind. All the time, not just when it’s convenient.
