We’ve had to balance and center ourselves the last couple of days
We’ve had some unsettling news the last few days. Whenever free speech is challenged, and certain shocking things happen to people we follow, it unnerves us. Two things happened. The first, about the raid on Scott Ritter’s home, felt very discouraging (and an abrupt attack on free speech); conversely, we got an email from Stand for Health Freedom that lifted our spirits about Health Freedom wins that have occurred so far this year! I had a most delightful Zoom call with a new holistic practitioner today! Yes, I felt the GodBumps! I felt the GodBumps several times as we talked about kinesiology and how our human body acts as a tuning fork.

Balancing our chakras

I’ve been working with balancing my chakras since 2012 when I worked with Dr. Alison J. Kay. It’s become so second nature to me that I don’t think of it in discrete ways anymore. It’s one of the reasons I began putting together Integrating the Spirals, because everything is a blend for me. I see an active torus above my head while meditating, and a fully alive and vibrant 5D kaleidoscope around me as I go about my day. It’s ALL connected and continually vibrating at higher levels. This is why fractals and the multiverse intrigue me so!

It was suggested that I place the Super Patches above Richard’s ankles since his skin is so thin on his forearms. That helped!
