Integrating the Spirals: Healing Tinnitus (Part 2)

Sadly, I am still experiencing tinnitus. But…

I have had two more healing zoom calls (over 2 hours—each!) with Maureen Edwardson. She is the founder of Inner Resonance Technologies (her website is: https://maureenedwardson.com/) and author of the book, Your Magical Evolutionary Code Unleashed: The Science of Inner Resonance. Maureen helped me uncover some new ways of dealing with the tinnitus, and it has been helping to turn down the volume, but I think there’s more going on in my head than what we have uncovered so far.

Maureen suggested I go for a massage, and agreed that seeing a chiropractor could help. I had wanted to see a chiropractor for some time, but hadn’t found one yet. And we have a massage therapist within walking distance, but have I made an appointment yet? Nooo… I don’t know why, other than just not wanting to go out anywhere during the winter (other than once a week with my daughter to pick up groceries).

Though, as it turned out, I did need a massage, but not the kind I would have received from a massage therapist.

I finally found a local chiropractor! And he’s brilliant! He did trigger point therapy on a muscle inside my mouth/jaw area that gave me temporary relief from the tinnitus. And people who experience tinnitus will agree that even a few minutes of relief is worth anything! The chiropractor also reset my neck, which I am sure was a contributing factor.

I still feel like my C1 needs attention, but we’ll see. Dr. B. gave me enough insight into this masseter muscle that I watched some YouTube videos and learned how to do self massage on it and have been massaging it twice a day in between my first and second visit with Dr. B. during this past week.

It may take more sessions to clear this tinnitus thing up. Bonus: Dr. B. resolved the sciatica issue in the first session!

Talking with Maureen and Dr. B. definitely helped me restart some things I had dropped, such as practicing my yoga and mat Pilates. And I decided not to take the 18-week course I had been accepted too (which is why I removed the paragraph about it from an earlier blog post).

Dr. B. gave me some homework too. A way to test myself for yeast overgrowth, which I have done before but not in years.

Spiritually speaking

I have been continuing some one-on-one calls (both on zoom, phone, and individual/group conversations with the 4DU Fellowship group, as well as with my Theosophy book club, so I am pleased with the spiritual progress I’m making, as well as how I can offer support to others. Being of service in this way is very fulfilling. And I believe that’s why I’m here.

I’m considering opening up one or two afternoons a week for consulting calls if anyone is interested. Let me know. I’ll accept donations. No fees. Ever.

Integrating the Spirals: COVID update, fact checking with prior CDC Director, Redfield

I’ve been following Del Bigtree and Dr. Sheri Tenpenny years before the COVID fiasco. As you know, I spent 13 years writing a holistic health book, Have Yourself a Wholly Vibrant Life: Reversing Asthma and Other Chronic Illness Naturally – available on –>> Amazon.

And THAT’S why we didn’t take the mRNA COVID gene therapy jabs. I haven’t had a flu shot since the early days of it. My dad had one and was sicker than he’d been in his life back then, and he strongly suggested I not have one. But I didn’t listen, and I had a flu shot (sometime in the late 1980s or early 1990s, I don’t remember), but then I heard on the mainstream news, that the formulations pushed out each flu season were based on the prior year’s strains and were only a ‘shot in the dark’ as to how effective they’d be for that year. At that point, it was my ‘common sense’ that they probably wouldn’t do any good anyway, so I just stopped getting them. I wrote about all that in my book. Ironically, I didn’t even write about COVID in my health book because I finished the arduous 2nd edition in 2018! Thus, COVID wasn’t even a thing, yet.

After going to Ireland, England, and Scotland in 2019, and getting COVID in December of 2019 after returning from the second trip to Ireland (for the Winter Solstice at Newgrange), I began digging into that subject because the doctor I’d seen didn’t know what I had (as it hadn’t made the news yet in the USA), but she did ask me if I felt I had to ‘gasp for breath.’ And I bought a digital pulse oximeter (hand-held oxygen meter) because she’d used one on me and explained that my oxygen level needed to stay in the 80s/90s level or I’d have to go to the hospital. The look on her face and the whole conversation haunted me. It would only be a few weeks later that the news of COVID would break nationally, and that my family and I would discuss my symptoms and likely, what I had. It’s all supposition because I wouldn’t do the PCR test either. But I had no sense of smell or taste, and other things that aligned with COVID. –FYI: I wrote about this back in 2021 (Due to the censorship back then, I spelled it as, C*VID): https://sheilamurrey.net/2021/10/20/cvid/

After one of my longtime childhood friends, Joe, passed away after taking the jabs (both a flu shot followed a few weeks later from one of the first COVID jabs, I doubled-down in my belief of NO JABS. Joe was a nursing supervisor who was back in school continuing his education at the time and I know his heart. He wholly believed he was doing the right thing getting immunized. I will never know if he fully understood the risks he was taking though. We wrote the song, First Friends about him and to honor him. People forget about honor.

And if that wasn’t enough, I got COVID again, after we’d moved to Bradenton, FL and had been going out in public a bit more than we had (remember we’d been living in the woods of Hollister, FL for the first 17 months of COVID). In Bradenton, I’d been walking outside every morning at 7am for half an hour. Now, I’m not saying I picked it up from the AIR… but who knows! All I know is after going through that kind of ‘flu’ TWICE, I am even more adamant I need no shots. You may feel very differently and that’s your choice. I fully support body autonomy. Always have. My body, my choice has never been political for me, and certainly not only about a woman’s right to choose.

Integrating the Spirals: Healing Tinnitus (Part 1)

My Zoom calendar is getting full.

I am having client calls as well as healing calls for my Self.

Yesterday, I had a beautiful healing zoom (over 2 hours!) with Maureen Edwardson. She is the founder of Inner Resonance Technologies (her website is: https://maureenedwardson.com/) and author of the book, Your Magical Evolutionary Code Unleashed: The Science of Inner Resonance.

While my chief reason for working with Maureen was to heal the tinnitus I have been experiencing for about two years, we did dive deep into other areas. Spiritual, personal, family relationships, and our mutual love and respect for Dr. Bruce Lipton (who brought us together), Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Gregg Braden. I spoke of a few of the still living spiritual and energy healers I have worked with, and how much I adore Energy Medicine. As well, how I had to expand my view of Omniscience God in 2004 while healing (this body I live in) of asthma.

Since most of my experience was intangible, I do have a fascinating piece of physical evidence that I observed after our session. It’s this never before seen shape within my lava lamp, (that sits on a bookshelf right beside the chair in which I sat) which to me, looks like the entire inside of an EAR! Wow!

What caught my attention. Like looking at an ear opening.

Maureen and I have another session next Saturday, so I will write another blog article after that.

We did energetically move the level of the tinnitus sound that I experience in my left ear—from a level 6 to level 4 during the call (self described numbers – using 1 as barely noticeable to 10 unbearable). I experienced some feeling of pressure in it that only lasted a minute or so. Oddly, my right ear had a little twinge and sound then subsided during our call. Something is changing for sure!

Maureen and I had a good time. Laughs and big smiles! And that’s what it’s about: Uplifting each other in JOY!

The Bullies an anti-bullying song, was inspired from my reading of Michael LeFevre’s book, He Was Weird. I’ve been meeting Michael, the man behind the blogs: 80smetalman and Peaceful Rampage on Zoom. We’ve been discussing his books, He Was Weird and his in progress sequel, He Was Weird 2 (working title).

While talking about these books, I couldn’t help relive my experiences on the subject of bullying, I knew I had to get this video done so it could go far and wide. ‘Thrive in 25’ – Thankful for artist friends like Linda

I am sooo thankful for artists friends (and blogger pals), like Linda from Creative Artworks Blog and Handmade Haven by Linda on Etsy!

I’d been reading (I forget from which blogger) that if you put a frog outside your door it will bring good luck in the new year. So, I’d mentioned to Linda of Handmade Haven by Linda on Etsy, that she might consider making a frog when she started a new wood burning project. And she did! She’s so great, she totally went for it! Linda sent me a picture of ‘Froggy’ (because we haven’t named him/her yet) and I loved it! I knew I was going to buy Froggy pronto! Linda sent me an email as soon as she posted her delightful wood burning piece on Etsy so I could order it. Of course, all along the process, Linda assured me I was under no obligation to buy it–but pretty much, I’d requested it and definitely wanted it. I knew her work and that it would be first-rate! And Froggy is aWEsOMe!

December 25th – Presley the elf

It’s December 25th, 2024; Merry Christmas! We’re bringing you a fun original song to go hand in hand with your merriment! Presley the elf frolics and rocks into your living space to add joy, while paying tribute to the one and only, Elvis Presley. We hope everyone’s had a jolly morning, full of love and surprises.

This is the three-hundred-sixtieth new music post for 2024! The music for this original was recorded several years ago at Steven Cooper’s studio in Nashville, TN. But when Richard wrote new lyrics, he wanted a realistic voice (like Elvis) on the vocals. Matt Dame does a great rendition, even mimicking Elvis at the end. Great job! I woke up too early and then fell back asleep and missed the girls’ opening of their ‘Santa gifts’ and emptying of their stockings. But our son-in-law, Mike, recorded it, so I got to see that. Unfortunately, both of the twins have had a stomach bug, so one went to bed early last night and missed the family Christmas movie, Home Alone. The rest of us enjoyed that together. And I had forgotten how touching that movie was (at the end). Yes, I cried a bit too! I was glad that while we had not put our nativity up, there was a nativity scene (twice) in the movie and I didn’t miss my opportunity to comment on it! Ha! We also agreed that ‘everything happens for a reason’ was loudly proclaimed in the story line. Had the 8 year old not been left home alone, the elderly neighbor wouldn’t have been reunited with his family! Aww!

My gift to you

I hope you got to hear my gift to you in yesterday’s daily music blog post. But if you missed it, here it is again. As it came back to me this morning as I came back home to lay in bed, both because I was tired, and because I felt a twinge in my stomach too! (I hope I’m not picking anything up from the girls, as both my daughter and Mike are sick too.)

Here’s my gift to you: a ‘healing audio‘ / spoken words turn to singing (no music). I would like to put it on a video at some point. Suffice to say, my prayer is that it helps you heal.

Always integrating

I also hope you enjoyed the Jordan Peterson and Dallas Jenkins interview within the previous Integrating the Spirals post I presented for Christmas. They speak about several things near and dear to my heart. I’ll highlight a few: 1) Storytelling without propagandizing, 2) the FREEDOM we can feel and success that can find us when we surrender our Ego, 3) the synchronicity of the miraculous when we’re humble or feel we’ve failed (even while doing big things), and 4) the humanity and divinity within Jesus and perhaps ultimately within each of us.

On being authentic

Yesterday, I wrote about how I wanted journalists to be investigative, speak truthfully, and be authentic. Well, I had this video to share also, but I felt the Shawn Ryan video trumped this one. Now, I think this video trumps the Shawn Ryan video. Sometimes, I share so much in my daily music blog posts because there’s just so many great things to share! So, here’s my favorite YouTube video about being authentic. As it turns out, according to what this man saw, being authentic is the #1 we are to be and do!

Dancing and meditating in the sauna

Believe me, last night after I finished reading The Pfizers Papers article I’m about to share, I had to dance to this song and meditate in the sauna. Anything to bring balance back to my mind, body, spirit, and soul. My mind just cannot wrap around how evil (which, I consider to be the opposite of ‘live’), the people are who caused or perpetuated (knowingly or unknowingly) the COVID debacle. At this point, I can only be happy to still be alive. And happy you are too!

The Pfizer Papers

I wanted to get this out as quickly as possible to everyone, but I had to finish reading it through first. I’m diligent like that. This is EXCELLENT! And I highly recommend reading through this excerpt of the Pfizer Papers so you’ll understand the importance of why we need Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. as Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary. And following the next several screen captures, stay tuned for my comments (that I shared on the Courageous Discourse Substack site).

What an astonishingly important (and sad) report! I am sharing this on my blog, SheilaMurrey.net with a few screen captures to entice readers to click and read this in its entirety. We didn’t take the shots because we follow Dr. Sheri Tenpenny, Judy Mikovitz, watched The HighWire with Del Bigtree and saw The Frontline Doctors on live TV talking about the early treatments they were doing that worked! I could NOT believe Washington D.C. didn’t organize a brain trust or Think Tank on this issue immediately when it began! It almost seemed like it blindsided everyone, including President Trump–though thankfully, he spoke up about early treatments like hydroxychloroquine!

I think I had COVID in December 2019 after a trip to Ireland. I knew something wasn’t right when I went to a walk-in clinic and the doctor asked if I had any shortness of breath. I’d never been asked that before, nor had my blood oxygen level checked when I’d had the flu in the past. (And I had a terrible flu in 2005 that I thought would kill me.) I had healed asthma from my body using natural and alternative health means in 2004–asthma I’d had from age 6 to my mid-forties and had taken up to 5 pharmaceutical medications to ease for decades. Detoxing from those meds, I think, was what had made me susceptible to the flu in 2005, but no one really knows. I wrote a book about my entire experience. Amazon has pushed it to the bottom of its category I guess, because I have not sold one copy.
