I’m sooo excited today, regarding several different wins for the #healthfreedom movement! Why is this important? Because at my core FREEDOM and PEACE are foundational tenants, and without such, I feel we’re doomed to fall for tyrants. Between my Native American and American Revolution patriot ancestors, suffering and slavery are felt deep in my bones. I pray daily for “all captives to be set free”! And because I am so aware and biologically Connected to my ancestral line, I feel the conviction in my bones to preach and teach about FREEDOM, and this definitely includes HEALTH FREEDOM (and Freedom of Speech).

Health Freedom

I’m incredibly thrilled that there are many ways for us to keep up on these topics, from Substack, Twitter/X, Rumble, Locals, and more! I support and follow many of these influencers, like Russell Brand, Roseanne, Dr. Tenpenny, Dr. McCullough, Dr. Malone, Dr. Zach Bush, Dr. Mercola, Robyn Openshaw, Rand Paul, and of course, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.! Whether RFK Jr. wins as the next president of the United States or not, I certainly feel he has served us well by bringing more of the fight for Health Freedom front and center (though trolls will still try to tear him down by saying he’s anti-vax, which is not what I get from him at all).

While we discuss #healthfreedom we need to include food and soil into the conversation.

I don’t often post on #healthfreedom because of the tyranny and censorship that’s been occurring, so I may pull this at any time. Be sure to watch the following video from Dr. Zach Bush and Dr. Lee (I just watched it last night, yes, it’s 2 HOURS, and I am watching it two more times today in case it gets pulled). I want to take solid notes because I learned a LOT from it, plus Dr. Zach is so eloquent. I could listen to him talk all day! I’d rate this a MUST-SEE! Don’t multitask while you’re listening either, it’s THAT good! Note: It covers more than Diabetes, and includes pre-diabetes and gut health. Remember about 80% of Americans are obese, have Diabetes or pre-diabetes, or have some form of gut Dysbiosis–generally defined as an “imbalance” in the gut microbial community that can cause disease.

Florida

Since COVID began, my husband and I have followed The Highwire and the Florida governor’s website for news and advice, but in particular when Gov. DeSantis named Dr. Joe Ladapo our Florida Surgeon General. It was at that moment I thought, “Our state is on the right track”!

I’ve been reading Dr. Ladapo’s book, Transcend Fear: A Blueprint for Mindful Leadership in Public Health for some time (along with RFK Jr.’s book, The Real Anthony Fauci) and I have to take both books slow so I can study and deeply digest each. I get so mad while reading The Real Anthony Fauci book that I have to take long breaks from it. Admittedly, I recall Mengele (the Nazi war criminal doctor man) while reading that. And as you know, I’m always reaching for the next better feeling thought! Ha! So, that’s why I put it down after every chapter.

I know some of this information isn’t the most pleasant or uplifting to present, and I don’t go out of my way to publish a lot of this, preferring Substack and Twitter/X to read and discern how much of it I want to digest (research further, much less believe). But I am one of those who, when I can’t sleep at night, will dive down the rabbit hole and not only read the articles or watch/listen to the videos, but I READ the COMMENTS! Yes, I sure do. And of course, I sift through the vulgar and obnoxious comments, to glean what I believe are the true stories of those suffering harm from the medical interventions. Why?

First and foremost, I believe in treating health issues nominally, at home, early, with the least invasive therapies possible (acupressure, massage, heat/ice, homeopathic remedies, foods, herbs, ointments, balms, tinctures, etc.), and if symptoms do not go away in a few days or worsen, THEN I seek medical advice (and from more than one professional). But I’ve written about all of that in my holistic health book, so none of this should come as a surprise to my readers. Take It Upon Yourself to Live a Wholly Vibrant Life has been my mantra (and was the first name of my book) for years. The 2nd edition was renamed to draw a more focused audience as Have Yourself a Wholly Vibrant Life: Reversing Asthma and Other Chronic Illness Naturally. I just wish more people cared for themselves. It doesn’t hurt my feelings if no one buys my book, but I think it would certainly benefit them. Ironically, one of the first authors I read was also named, Trudeau. He sold a 101 type of home remedies book on late-night infomercials and I bought it. That and Louise Hay’s timeless book, You Can Heal Your Life, and Dr. Maureen Salamon’s Foods that Heal also were inspirations to me and prompted me to write about my healing journey back from asthma, ovarian cysts, and more.

In regard to the CDC and COVID, let us not forget or ignore the 17,000+ medical doctors who signed The Great Barrington Declaration:
