I’ve already started my baking yesterday and have the carrot dump cake and two pumpkin pies done–yes, one has bourbon in it. Ha! Speaking of blogger pals

My soulie sister, Debra, offers so much truth on her blog Jaguar Spirit. One of her recent blog posts felt so warm and comforting to me… everything resonated! A few days ago I had an experience of healing via meditating on (breathing in) Omniscience, and then (breathing out) Doom, Gloom, Fear/Pain. It worked. It works. We Are All Connected. Air and breath proves it. We rise (like bread) through heat and air. Blessings in ALL ways. Here’s the audio. Breathe in breath from the Holy Spirit, omniscience, God.

Exhale, fear, doom, gloom, doubt, illness in the body.

Oh, the multiple and myriad ideas (that’s the fractal nature of things), that can come from one idea.

Now, I know why I didn’t share Debra’s post and my meditation until today. Very early this morning I awoke with a feeling that one of my aunts (on the Other Side) was near. I fell back asleep. And I dreamt I was with her, having a little chatty chat. She was so happy and lovely. I don’t remember what she told me, unfortunately, but I was able to tell her a couple of things that were very important to me! The last thing I told her that while we’re never in the same place/state of knowledge at the same time, we all learn at differing rates of speed. And she gave me a nod and one of her biggest smiles! It made me feel so warm and comforted! I just had to write her eldest son, John, and share that with him too! He has two sisters and I’m hoping he’ll share this with them over Thanksgiving. If not, I will. HUGS!

I am grateful to still have my best friend in this world, who helped me survive in the adult world after my first husband left me (many years ago). She’s with the love-of-her-life, celebrating their anniversary at an undisclosed location. They’ve already been to Bali, so I have no idea where they are, but I always think of her when I listen to ‘A bar with no mirrors’ because the first time she took me out to a bar to try and have some fun, I just sat there and cried! Aww! And then some greasy jerk told me to “dry up those tears, you’re depressing everyone!” I’ll never forget it as I could have punched him!

And I must say THIS is why we follow Dan Bongino and watch his show on Rumble. He knows when to listen and when to speak! He’s not some 20-second news clip of a soundbite either that the mainstream media are blaming for how people get their information and why their ratings are dying. No one TRUSTS the mainstream media anymore! Duh!

As I wrote yesterday, I let go of my Ego decades ago. I don’t understand the doctors, nurses, and other health professionals that don’t see Fauci’s lies! But of course, right? Because I am not looking at him through their eyes or their side of the mirrorball. This is why I continually work through my Integrating the Spirals DE-Program, so I don’t upset myself when I see liars try to pull the wool over people’s eyes. I know the Truth is multifaceted. I know that lies are a subversion (reversed mirror image) of the Truth.

I let go of my Ego decades ago. I just don’t understand doctors, nurses, and other health professionals who continue to stick up for Dr. Fauci and all the lies that were told to us all through COVID. I don’t stick up for Bill Gates, though I had a 35+ IT career in large part due to him and his good salesmanship (he didn’t invent/code DOS which became MS-DOS- the operating system/backbone of Microsoft).

It’s November 1st, 2024; We’ve got a new original song appropriate for All Saints Day, and also, a bonus song (because it was next on my list). I Return will probably resonate more with Christians (but let us know what you think). I Return is sung by Pro Nashville singer, Troy Johnson (who’s also written songs for independent and major artists) sings this infinitely important song–and does an amazing job! Then, on our bonus song, Angel’s Breath, Adam Cunningham is back with his beautifully soulful voice. I feel both songs are incredibly holy. Since it’s All Saints Day, I thought I’d share the next song in line–though Richard didn’t want me to promote it, since Angel’s Breath was written as a personal love song and song of faith for my best friend and her husband. It’s a true story! So, I also skipped ahead a few songs to offer a more commercial song, which my bestie (Doris Lee) also loves called, I Return. Happy All Saints Day everyone!

Thank you to Gray Summers and 80smetalman for their comments on yesterday’s post regarding the taxes people pay in the UK, in particular to those who are carer’s of loved ones and/or retired. It’s incredible how much most of us pay in taxes, especially those of us over some arbitrary ‘financial threshold’ our government sets, while our governments throw money hand over fist away. I so appreciate knowing us ‘ordinary people’ are in the same boat, though I must say, it isn’t a good feeling. And my main point of this blog is to help us all ‘reach for a better feeling thought’ on subject after subject. I just can’t do it alone. And as you know, We Are All Connected.

I don’t understand how all my ‘love and light’ friends can vote for a Democrat. With the Cheney’s and Bush’s supporting the Democrat candidate, doesn’t that illuminate the war mongers? We weren’t in a war during the 4 years President Trump was in office. Do you know how much money the Military Industrial Complex makes when we’re at war? Follow the money. President Trump is the only plausible choice at this point, whether you like him or not.

Of course, I’d rather have preferred Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. or Jill Stein, but. the Democratic Party screwed the moderate Democrats. Whether you like President Trump or not, women can go to another state for an abortion (I’ve always believed in state’s rights anyway, that’s constitutional), but we can’t be at peace if we’re at war (with other countries, whether directly or indirectly via proxy wars). We’ve got to get back to the garden (of peace).

I don’t know. I don’t have all the answers of course, nor would I expect anyone to change who they’re voting for from reading this, but a vote for President Trump, Elon Musk, and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. just makes sense to me. Call me crazy. I am your spiral sister, after ALL.

The biggest reason I enjoy coaching people, or counseling, offering advice, even simply writing this blog, is to encourage you to grow. Never stop growing. The more you grow, the more you’ll marry your spirit to your soul. The more in alignment with your soul you’ll be.

October 20th – Crush them with rock

It’s October 20th, 2024; We have an original metal song today! Bubba Hudson did his best to growl out this hard rock song about Tesla (power from the tower). Richard loves Judas Priest, so you may pick up some of their vibe. He is often inspired by them when he pens rock songs. Steven Cooper crafted an amazing radio-ready production mix on this from his Nashville, TN music studio.

An update! I improved my book promo video

I found out that I can’t use Wondershare Filmora while Richard is logged into it. I’d taken the pieces from my book promo and was going to import them into the new software and see how it would work. But alas, when I couldn’t log into it (without logging Richard out, which I knew would irk him when he went back to use it), I just started making changes in the Mac movie maker software. Weird how YouTube picked a thumbnail that was mid-transition between slides! Ha! I tried to pick my own thumbnail but YouTube wasn’t cooperating with me (or I wasn’t reading the destructions properly), so here it is, just the way they wanted it. Speaking of rocks, I bought a new crystal!

Screen capture from Facebook Life video: I spent way too much on this AMETHYST AGATE TEAR DROP DRUZY from one of my favorite online crystal shops. The owners were in Massachusetts (a couple hours from where we live) and I thought, at least we didn’t have to drive there! And also, truth be told, if I go to one of these gem and mineral shows, I will spend even more! Haha! Shiny object syndrome for sure! So, I bought this one as my Christmas present. Of course I bought a few other things for our granddaughters and a lovely piece of Ocean Jasper slab to place on my bedside table and reconnect me with the ocean.

When I speak spirit-filled words, I feel GodBumps

I love speaking with people about all things, God, spirit, and the metaphysical. I love it when spirit blends with the body. And I feel that’s what causes this inner sensation I have called, GodBumps. I have written about GodBumps many times and include some of that in my book, Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection. Here’s a snip:

Our personal lived experience is vastly superior (to us) than ANY rhetoric or propaganda that others tout! That’s my story and I’m sticking with it. And so it is. We Are All Connected whether we choose to acknowledge or ignore. We can choose to detach and free ourselves from suffering. We can choose Holism. What comes around goes around. It is what it is. And so it is.

One reason I signed up for the Super Patch business

My friend, Kary Kruger has shared many memes with me over the years on holistic health. She lives on a horse ranch in Colorado (or has horses, maybe she doesn’t actually live on a ranch, though I get that impression). She’s been into many different multi-level, networking marketing companies in the past, and I’ve considered joining her before, but not until she brought Super Patch to me did I finally decide to take the leap! I love being in commUnity with those who share my love for holistic health. I would love to work at a health food store one day. Time will tell! At least for now, I can sell Super Patches from home and be at home to care for Richard–though now, he doesn’t need as much help from me, and that’s GOOD!

It’s October 19th, 2024; We have an original hard rock song for you–some may even call this METAL. Bubba Hudson put his mad face on to sing this Judas Priest inspired song! He had to, I would guess. And then Steven Cooper did an excellent job crafting this pro demo, radio-ready production mix in his Nashville, TN music studio.

Here’s the two-hundred-ninety-first new music post for 2024, as I consistently open your eyes and ears to ALL that is possible. The human being is strong yet frail. As we watch the Autumn leaves fall, we see some float like a feather, and squirrels stomp on others to cause their fall. But either way they fall. And there’s an elegant simplicity to that. Life’s a dance. We may as well enjoy (IN Joy) it.

I am going to do more promo videos

Hubby bought us Wondershare Filmora this morning, so I can continue making promo videos, like the one I shared with you yesterday for my book, Blue Eyes: Ethereal Messages of Connection. (You can buy the book here: https://amzn.to/4eV2ieg )

I spoke spirit-filled words to my Theosophy book club yesterday

I felt the GodBumps again as I spoke healing words to my Theosophy book club yesterday. It was thrilling! As with all things like this, I wish I had recorded it, but we don’t record in those Zoom meetings. From what I remember of it, our leader had asked me what I focus on when I meditate. She specifically called on me. I had no time to think about it. I opened my mouth and words dropped in, out, or whatever. To the extent that I said something about not focusing but simply detach from ALL things external. I said, this was something I had learned in one of my meditation classes that I’d taken at a park in St. Petersburg, FL several years ago. (I have taken many meditation classes, from different master teachers.) But in this one particular class, we had bicyclists riding by, birds singing, boat motors running, airplanes flying above, and so on. We were instructed to hear these things, acknowledging their presence in our experience, but to simply notice and detach. Being unattached to these external sounds, even if pleasing, such as the birds song, allowed us to free ourselves from anything we might perceive as a nuisance noise.

Later, that night, my husband was snoring before I fell asleep. I listened and then detached. I drifted off to sleep being thankful for his snoring. I knew he was still breathing. Still alive. My mind wrapped in Gratitude, I slept well. I told our book club leader, I think that is the whole key, to live in that state of Gratitude. And she loved it and said, “Well done.”
