Integrating the Spirals: Preparing for Winter

Here’s my herb garden. Outside. In pots on our deck. I’ll be bringing most of them in for the winter in a few weeks.

Peppers and Lavender
Parsley, Peppermint, Basil, and Oregano
Oregano that came back after last winter

I didn’t take a picture of the Dill. It was too mangled and forlorn.

A couple of nights ago, I saw a huge orange tabby cat up on the banister getting at my dill herbs. I was in the middle of making a Jiggle Butt video, so I couldn’t stop and run it off. Oh, I was fuming!

I am now researching something a blogger pal suggested. Battery powered cat bug off kind of thing.

I spent the last two days putting together a lightweight wooden plant stand for my spa room (for all the outdoor plants to come in and be able to get more light this winter). I just finished it. And finished moving it into place and moving the bookcase (which meant clearing it all off, moving, repositioning it after Richard weighed in on placement), and refilling with books, etc.

Close up of the plant stand and all the empty pots that will have the herbs in them within a month or so. I had thought the plant stand would be taller. Oh, well!

Review: Kefir and Koso: healthy fermented beverages

I haven’t written about my diet in quite a while, so I thought I’d post something to denote when I began drinking Koso and kefir.

I began having some digestive issues, and quickly discovered the heartburn I had been experiencing was linked to the red wine I’d been drinking (even a small glass) every night.

Thus, in an effort to drink something unusual, non-alcoholic, and healthy for my gut, I found an organic, full fat kefir drink made by a family run business. I love this stuff! I started drinking it a few months ago and no more heartburn! Mind you, I had never experienced heartburn (or acid reflux) my whole life! My guess is because I am AB blood type and produce a very low amount of stomach acid. At any rate, cutting out the wine definitely resolved the issue. The kefir just helps rebuild healthy gut flora.

Then came, Koso.

Richard and I just happened upon some Japanese foodie type videos and one introduced us to Koso. Wow! We both love it! This stuff, mixed with sparkling mineral water is such a great substitute for wine and other alcoholic drinks for me! We’re now on the subscription plan for two bottles a month, but I may up it to three or four if I can stay off the alcohol. It’s THAT good! Yum!

Integrating the Spirals: Call from my dad

I don’t know if she will let me reblog this (because she copyrighted it, and she’s closed comments on it too (ugh!), but as soon as I saw this post from Michele Lee, I felt it was a call from MY dad!! There are simply TOO MANY synchronicities here for me to ignore!

My dad’s birthday was also July 10th. He passed away March of 2019 (Michele’s dad passed a few weeks earlier, Feb. 2019). They both rode motorcycles and had several different corvette’s over the years. We always had a boat too, and dad loved water skiing.

And the horse photo Michele’s dad took, reminded me of a horse we used to have and the times dad and I would go riding together. Tears!

Lastly, I didn’t get to see the buck moon last night because it was cloudy here, but I was thinking of all the buck deer 🦌 my dad used to kill and bring home to mom and I (and how in his later years, dad didn’t want to kill any more). Dad said he realized they were beautiful. And then, I was also reminded of the deer family I was blessed to see in Ireland on a cool early morning walk on the Wicklow Way in 2019. Integrating the Spirals: Applying the process to heal Tinnitus

I put a little video together the other day, to learn something new with my camera, continue writing with a fountain pen, and apply my Integrating the Spirals process to healing the tinnitus I have been experiencing for two years now, 24X7.

I was so blessed when soulie sister and fellow blogger, Debra Malmos (see her blog: https://jaguarspirit.com/), emailed me some additional information on tinnitus.

I found some research on tinnitus. I just found the resource, so I’m just scratching the surface. 

Can you identify the NOTE your tinnitus is playing? The idea may be that if we find our note, and listen to the “pure frequency” – maybe the tinnitus could be cured by “harmonic resonance” and get rid of the wah wah – and MAYBE TUNE our ears to hear the pure sounds of creation.

(My note: I removed some of the more personal details.)

The tone generator on this website helps to find it. (For some reason WordPress wouldn’t let me share the tone generator here—maybe because I am in a quote block?)

CAUTION – Playing some high frequencies too loud can blow the speakers on your computer, and damage your eardrums. I’m going to listen at the lowest volume I can hear – low enough that it doesn’t drown out the note ringing in my ears. 

It also ties back to spirals that emit terahz frequencies. You probably know about that. (My note: I didn’t.)
