September 6th – Feel the love

It’s September 6th, 2024; We have an original Christian rock song that’s all about LOVE! Bubba Hudson’s voice is so believable in this song (and that’s probably because he lives these lyrics as a Christian). Richard wrote such a touching song! Revisiting past posts and all that has informed my Spirituality

Yesterday’s blog post had a good amount of chat in the comments about the Live band performance I’d done in 2016. And now that I have the YouTube video from that 2016 Breakthrough Live stage performance, I’ve got to go back and add it to the 2018 blog post, because I see for some reason I hadn’t included it before! (Maybe I didn’t have it at that time, I’m not sure.) Note: I was moving my hands around intentionally during the performance to offer an Energy blessing to the audience (there were about 200 people there, and the video was done by someone there that a friend sent to me later, which is why there’s a guy yelling, “I know this song,” while I was singing and the camera or phone was being dangled about at one point.) The folks who put on the Breakthrough therapy program (Mick and Tess Pulver) had someone professionally record the whole concert and sent us a DVD too, but the quality on it was not as they’d hoped either, so this amateur one is actually better of my solo.

Before I fell asleep last night (and after exchanging comments on yesterday’s post with a few of you), I mused about what all informed my Spirituality.

Everything I have been through to this point in my life has informed my Spirituality. Of course, meditating, feeling and sensing Energy (as in feeling GodBumps), and all of that has really raised my vibration and frequency to enable me to thrive, and live in peace and harmony. And I continue to grow and speak about it ALL!

As I look back on those older Spiritual posts of mine, I also see all of the different programs, trips, and online conferences I’ve learned from over the years, and that always brings a smile and sense of accomplishment. Like this Sacred trip I took to Sedona, AZ in 2016 (which, was the same year I’d attended a Rev. Michael Beckwith seminar and participated in the Breakthrough Performance sessions). September 5th – Island girl

It’s September 5th, 2024; We have an original pop rock song for you today—and it will transport you to the islands! The smooth rich vocals from Bubba Hudson are magnificent! We play this often to put us in an easy going mood. A gem of a production from Steven Cooper, Nashville, TN.

Here’s the two-hundred-forty-ninth new music post for 2024, as I consistently bring you pleasing new original songs to lighten your mood. I know there’s a lot going on, especially with school getting started, and the tragedy of the school shooting near Atlanta, Georgia.

We have to be able to bring ourselves back into balance, somehow. And this is what I am here to do. Using Holism, Daoism, Buddhism, and Christian Mysticism (which simply means to Connect to the Energy of Omniscience God the way Jesus did), we can imbue ourselves with healing Love to bring our mind and body back to homeostasis. Raise our spirits and grow our souls.

Now, before I show you this spark of hope message about the school shooting, I will say, we don’t watch CBN much at all (mostly because I let go of mainstream organized Christianity many years ago–and that’s due to the pablum they spew versus truly teaching the way Jesus taught–FULL of God’s Energy and Love). But I take what I can use and leave the rest, since going through Recovery over thirty years ago with an ex-husband.

Integrating the Spirals: FREE SPEECH is KEY!

The foundation of the courses I teach and all I write is FREEDOM. And FREE SPEECH is KEY to us finding and sharing our truths. I know it’s been key for me finding my VOICE!

The culmination of all I have done in my life has led me to realize my aim has always been to help people feel better. Mentally. Spiritually. And Physically. Not like a personal trainer, but by helping release chronic stress, illnesses such as asthma and allergies, or such.

I’ve noticed something while attending Zoom calls over the last few years. I noticed that because I love connecting with people on a variety of subjects, the group chats went from zero participation to nearly full participation after I began jumping in and welcoming attendees and directing them to the owner’s online forum/portal, websites, etc. Thus, I’ve decided to offer this as a service! If you run a Zoom group call and want to amp up your attendee participation, hire me!

Speaking of angels (in the chat text)

I attend a LOT of online meetings and I participate in the chats. I drum up engagement. Typically, I am not paid to do this, but I am open to receive payment if someone is hosting Zoom calls and would love to get their attendees chatting! No more frozen shoulder

Rockin’ all the time

My stair climbing routine is going good, and Richard is lifting weights now too! He ordered a new 20 pound dumbbell to get himself started (or restarted) lifting again. I think we’ll put on some music loud while we do our workouts today. Hmmm

I’ll keep this short, as daughter is already here and we’re all chatting. Ah, the family life!

August 30th – For my sanity

It’s August 30th, 2024; We have a rockin’ original song for ALL today! This is one of my favorite songs, For my sanity. Great rock vocals from Bubba Hudson and fantastic mix from Steven Cooper, Nashville, TN. Let’s ROCK!

Here’s the two-hundred-forty-third new music post for 2024, as I consistently pump out new music for the rockers and the intellectually curious! I know a couple of rockers, 80sMetalman and Gray Summers, fellow bloggers (and Gray is an accomplished musician and songwriter), who may LOVE this tune–because both of these guys know rock when they hear/play it! Getting to know both of them have inspired us.

I’m often ‘too serious’

My husband, Richard Murrey, has had to lighten me up a LOT over the past 20+ years, because of my ‘too serious’ nature. (I guess I am an analyst at heart, though I desire to be more loving and adventurous.)

Growing all the time

I’m continuing to grow and harvest some herbs daily. I am growing peppermint (bought a few months ago as a whole plant), basil, oregano, and parsley. The basil and parsley have been growing like mad, and are quite tall, but as you can see in the photo, the oregano needs help. I’ll dig up the best of these herbs and repot them for indoors before the first frost (though my parsley usually always takes off and grows even better in the winter–though that’s based on Florida weather, not New England, so I won’t push it!

I am still reading Susan Lindauer‘s book, Extreme Prejudice but promise I’ll take a break and begin my new workout regimen: stair climbing! Ha!

I really am laying off the political memes, even though I can laugh at some. I know y’all don’t need to see those from me. And thank you for sticking with me, even when I’ve shared some of those!

Truth can be found on all sides

The reason I teach ways of expanding our consciousness during Integrating the Spirals sessions are to point out that Truth can be found on all sides. And that we can entertain another’s view (at least for a little while), since we know that they’re viewing life from a different perspective (a different location on the mirror ball). We can choose to be empowered or wounded when someone expresses an opinion diametrically opposed to our own. Yet, there is value in Everything (even if we don’t like it on any given day), using the spiral technique we can give ourself the space to find the ‘better feeling thought.’

August 29th – Helium huff 4 play and lorem ipsum

It’s August 29th, 2024; We have two original songs for you today! Well, the first one isn’t so much of a song, but a little something Richard created back when we had a music studio on our house–you could use it as a fun phone ring tone or intro to a podcast. I’ve never liked it much, but Richard still howls every time he plays it (often playing it just to make himself laugh)! LOL The second song, Lorem Ipsum, is an ode to writers who do their own content layout (you ‘get it’ if you have ever done magazine layouts, or such). Because I am usually ‘too serious’

I have to mix things up, probably where Integrating the Spirals came from, because I was raised by serious parents to ‘get shit done.’ And while I’m working, focusing on anything–even cooking or washing dishes–I don’t smile. The curse of being a serious person! UGH

I get it. I dig TOO much! I read a LOT of information every day from a variety of sources. Granted, I do tend to read more esoteric stuff than the average person. But I do take it personally when anyone says I’m not informed. I’m simply informed from others that those accusers have never heard of. UGH. I must refer back to my own words, “We all learn at differing rates of speed.” A few screen captures from recent emails that have caught my eye:

Truth can be found on all sides of the mirror ball

The Truth can be weaponized against anyone who, unfortunately, finds themselves on the wrong side of the political party that’s in charge (at the time). This is why it is important to study history and stay abreast of the current political agenda–and keep one’s mouth shut until such time as it’s appropriate to speak. Of course, I’ve never been too good at that! Ha! Though, maybe, after reading Susan’s book, I may have a lot more reason to try! Like Ron White says, I may have the right, not the ability (to remain silent). LOL (I had to find a better feeling thought–as if I don’t laugh, I’d cry).
