Integrating the Spirals: COVID update, fact checking with prior CDC Director, Redfield
I’ve been following Del Bigtree and Dr. Sheri Tenpenny years before the COVID fiasco. As you know, I spent 13 years writing a holistic health book, Have Yourself a Wholly Vibrant Life: Reversing Asthma and Other Chronic Illness Naturally – available on –>> Amazon.
And THAT’S why we didn’t take the mRNA COVID gene therapy jabs. I haven’t had a flu shot since the early days of it. My dad had one and was sicker than he’d been in his life back then, and he strongly suggested I not have one. But I didn’t listen, and I had a flu shot (sometime in the late 1980s or early 1990s, I don’t remember), but then I heard on the mainstream news, that the formulations pushed out each flu season were based on the prior year’s strains and were only a ‘shot in the dark’ as to how effective they’d be for that year. At that point, it was my ‘common sense’ that they probably wouldn’t do any good anyway, so I just stopped getting them. I wrote about all that in my book. Ironically, I didn’t even write about COVID in my health book because I finished the arduous 2nd edition in 2018! Thus, COVID wasn’t even a thing, yet.
After going to Ireland, England, and Scotland in 2019, and getting COVID in December of 2019 after returning from the second trip to Ireland (for the Winter Solstice at Newgrange), I began digging into that subject because the doctor I’d seen didn’t know what I had (as it hadn’t made the news yet in the USA), but she did ask me if I felt I had to ‘gasp for breath.’ And I bought a digital pulse oximeter (hand-held oxygen meter) because she’d used one on me and explained that my oxygen level needed to stay in the 80s/90s level or I’d have to go to the hospital. The look on her face and the whole conversation haunted me. It would only be a few weeks later that the news of COVID would break nationally, and that my family and I would discuss my symptoms and likely, what I had. It’s all supposition because I wouldn’t do the PCR test either. After one of my longtime childhood friends, Joe, passed away after taking the jabs (both a flu shot followed a few weeks later from one of the first COVID jabs, I doubled-down in my belief of NO JABS. Joe was a nursing supervisor who was back in school continuing his education at the time and I know his heart. He wholly believed he was doing the right thing getting immunized. I will never know if he fully understood the risks he was taking though. We wrote the song, First Friends about him and to honor him. People forget about honor.
And if that wasn’t enough, I got COVID again, after we’d moved to Bradenton, FL and had been going out in public a bit more than we had (remember we’d been living in the woods of Hollister, FL for the first 17 months of COVID). In Bradenton, I’d been walking outside every morning at 7am for half an hour. Now, I’m not saying I picked it up from the AIR… but who knows! All I know is after going through that kind of ‘flu’ TWICE, I am even more adamant I need no shots. You may feel very differently and that’s your choice. I fully support body autonomy. Always have. My body, my choice has never been political for me, and certainly not only about a woman’s right to choose.

So, my daughter and I painted these big ceramic mugs (pint size) with glaze (all over), and then with paint. After the paint was partially dry, we etched/dug through the color layer just to the glaze layer (not all the way through). The etching/carving/digging is what I enjoyed most! And here are the finished mugs! Yes, she surprised me by making one for my husband, Richard, with musical note and symbols. I didn’t tell him either. I waited for the days for these to come back from the kiln, so she could surprise him. He was surprised! And of course, I did spirals on mine (for the most part, plus ONE snail… because as I’ve told you before, I follow a kind of snail’s spiral path when it comes to spirituality. Ta-da!
We go to a fused glass class tomorrow night.

I continue learning more about Canva to create new music videos. And I’ve been watching YouTube videos on how to release these to the public and garner more views. However, the latest tip did NOTHING to help this video get views, so… I don’t know. Ha! I think YouTube changes their algorithm often, and one can truly never know how to get more views. Unless you have ideas? Let me know!
I am working on four new songs, that all came from drop-in thoughts, recorded while in the sauna. I posted several of the lines in Suno AI (not all) because you are limited to the number of characters to begin with. So, I split these lines into two songs and from there, I got four different song lyrics to ‘play’ with.
Moonlit Odyssey is ready for me to create a music video. Update: Moonlit Odyssey is now on my YouTube channel as of, March 20th, 2025.
I have other music videos in progress. Sometimes I love the output, but Suno screws up and cuts the song off somewhere in the middle or 2/3 way through and I delete it.
The rewritten lyrics for Moonlit Odyssey are included in the description on YouTube.

Richard and I enjoyed our 20th anniversary the other day, especially because dear daughter bought and brought a wonderful dinner over to us, vegetarian pizza from a local pub! Woo-hoo! It was yummy. And we had a cold piece for each of us leftover for the next day’s lunch too! Ha!
We sure won’t be going out on our back deck and down those stairs anytime soon… Hehe! I say this because just as the ice and snow began melting from lots of sunshine the last few days (and 40-45 degree high temps), we began getting snow again today (about 3 inches so far) and are supposed to get between 4 and 5 inches on Saturday!

Let’s ensure we’re getting our information from people who are the ‘boots-on-the-ground.’ I often say, the least we can do is entertain another’s view, and I am in 100% authenticity and integrity when I state that.
I jumped right back into video creation today after sitting in on a two-hour Zoom this morning with Gregg Braden. It was excellent. As well, I had a great synchronicity occur. Just after that where my friend and blogger pal, Debra M over at https://jaguarspirit.com published a blog article that ‘hit the nail on the head’ to answer a question I’d had for Gregg, but he didn’t get to all of us who had questions for him today. I’m getting closer to meeting him though! I’ll write another article in a few days after I digest everything I learned from Gregg today. He did speak about AI quite a bit, including a fascinating bit about AI music generation from he and his wife attending the Grammy Awards!
As you might remember, I was supposed to meet him in June 2022 when I’d attended a TCCHE conference in West Palm Beach, Florida (but he was ill and couldn’t attend):

My new music video
I’ve got more in the pipeline. I reworked my background a bit in Canva (to better fit YouTube), so you might catch my ‘mistake’ in this music video (that actually occurs several times–it’s the difference between the older slides and new ones), but it’s okay. I’m good with it since, #1 there’s no Perfection in Art, and #2 the ‘mistake’ actually fits the song because the spiral (of the treble clef) is in motion! Ha! I’ve also decided to make new thumbnails for each music video, so this is the first that features a thumbnail that is a slide, which isn’t in the video. I’m still playing around with these videos and probably will be for a long time. Go figure.
