SPACEWEATHER: Comet 12P/Pons-Brooks and Active Sunspot on the Far Side
It’s March 12th, 2024; Here’s an original song with snappy piano playing in a traditional country genre for you. It’s about someone who’s over wasting time on things that can’t be. He used to do his best to keep his others happy, and lovin’ them right. But they left anyway, in the middle of the night.
Here’s the seventy-first new music post for 2024, as I consistently share a new song from Richard’s music catalog each day. This song sings about not wasting time trying to change what isn’t to be. He doesn’t give a damn. He is on to happier times.
Richard taught me a valuable lesson many years ago. “Don’t cry for things that can’t cry for you.” It’s helped me pull out of an overly emotional stint many times.
We’re taught not to worry (as Christians), yet so many of us do. And we waste time trying to change people and circumstances. This song encourages us to let all that go. Don’t waste time. Find other things to focus on. Of course, the more spiritually discerning you are on the front end of a relationship, the less potential exists for you to waste time with someone who doesn’t align with you.
We expand our consciousness by watching and listening to new and varied information that offer different perspectives.

This morning on the Dr. Tenpenny show, I asked her: How can people (like me) who have documented and turned their healing experience into a book (entice people to buy it)? I’m not a doctor or other qualified health pro so people tend not to listen to me and I have yet to sell one copy of my 200+ page health book (on Amazon: Have Yourself a Wholly Vibrant Life: Reversing Asthma and Other Chronic Illness Naturally). Total transparency here! Ha! I thought people weren’t buying because I’m not a health pro.
Dr. T referred me to a book called, The Holy Grail of Book Publishing with checklists and info on book launches–(turns out that it’s a 3 book set). She said, “You can’t just put a book up on Amazon and expect it to sell.” Tony Lyons from Skyhorse Publishing has told Dr. T: “A million books per year are published through Publishing houses.” So, know that competition is fierce. The best book Dr. T read was written by a mom regarding her Hepatitis B vaccine-injured baby. Dr. T advised me that a catchy book title (one that people can relate to and catches their attention) is needed. Along with a good book cover design, and a launch plan. She bought both, the Kindle and paper versions of The Holy Grail of Book Publishing–that’s how strongly useful she feels it is.
Plus, Dr. Tenpenny answered a question I had about underarm and groin rashes. Seems that’s an end to the path of lymph, so we’ll get rashes there when we are detoxing. I was thinking that’s where we sweat so it’s an EXIT point, but I hadn’t connected all the dots as of yet, so I asked. And she confirmed it for me. Tada!

It’s March 11th, 2024; Here’s an original song in a traditional country genre for you. It’s about someone staying a prisoner of their past. Have you loved and then lost because someone can’t get the memory of their former love out of their mind?
Here’s the seventieth new music post for 2024, as I consistently pull a new song out of Richard’s music catalog closet every day. This song tells the tale of a woman who lives in the past (her past is all she can see), and a man who loves her but senses that there’s nothing left between them but the former guy.
It’s a common theme. People who live so much in their past, in their memories, that they totally miss what’s happening, Now. These types of people prefer the comfort of past memories, even if not all of those were pleasant than the perceived risk of living life in the present moment.
Is it courageous to live in the Now? I see each new day as an exciting adventure! But I don’t think many do.
Wouldn’t it be a wonderful world (as Louis Armstrong sang), if everyone could do as Dr. Joe Dispenza suggests and “Think greater than your environment… to truly change.” This means each of us must constantly and consistently challenge our internal thought processes (our thinking) and change our habits and behaviors.
We accept (into our consciousness) a lot of new and varied information from different angles. These vloggers pull us out of our environment. And we try new vloggers all the time, so our favorites lineup changes every so often. Vloggers who post new videos often (daily or weekly) offer us new perspectives, help us build new neural pathways, and make us laugh (so we don’t take ourselves so seriously). My first cousin, Greg Wilson (here’s my tribute to Greg), loved John Prine. And Richard has weaved mentions of John before in songs, but this original song is pure. Richard uses several song titles from John Prine’s songs to create a stunning tribute like no other.
When I do my soul work, sharing Integrating the Spirals, I find that most people do not honor their ancestors, family, or mentors. Most cannot even remember the name of the person who taught them this or that–even if that thing caused them to go down a particular career track, or practice a specific ritual, or religious path.
I love to honor my roots. I love to think about ALL who’ve walked the earth before I was born. But I am always looking for the ways in which, We Are All Connected. And because We Are All Connected, everything matters.

It’s March 5th, 2024; Here’s another “new-to-you” original song (we know ALL of our originals are new-to-you), which is why I’m sharing one (or sometimes two) each day this year in this blog post way. And I’m integrating my take on the song (within each post) with the YouTube link to each. Like Prince Rogers Nelson, my husband is a genius songwriter; I wonder what would have happened to Prince (especially mentally) had he not met and connected with manager and music promoter, Owen Husney–because one cannot even begin to visualize Prince working at a retail store, or other mundane job. And way more than that, ALL of us would have missed out on the varied array of fantastic music from Prince. UGH! It’s hard to even begin to imagine what would have happened to Prince had he not been able to live his music and have it heard.

Last night I watched this video about Prince and felt into the story of Prince’s musical journey and subsequent rise to fame. While we hold no illusions of grandeur in becoming famous or making millions, I did notice a similar musical genius between my husband and Prince. Melodies and words flow. Songs are well-crafted. Both are prolific songwriters whose songs span genres and fuse various elements. Both willing to experiment. If Richard had someone like Husney on his side, the sky might be limitless!
I was once accused of overselling my career achievements (during the first ten years working for a private university). So, I very much relate to a 17-year-old Prince Rogers Nelson being doubted by the music industry. I note the correlating threads. Prince dreamed big because only he knew his talent and abilities.
Prince played with the stops and starts in some of his songs, like the beautifully done song, Kiss. But music people thought it was a demo when they first heard it because it was so stripped down. But Prince looked up to Joni Mitchell often (which, I never knew before).
So, where do we fit into space and time? How best to use empty space? Ah, speaking of geniuses, here’s what the smartest physicists had to say on the matter:

It’s March 3rd, 2024; We’ve got a “new-to-you” original song for you today. It’s a love song that tells the story of a rekindled romantic relationship. It comes as a bit of a surprise to the story’s protagonist too, like lightning from a clear sky. It’s got some different kinds of guitar riffs you may find evocative. Here’s the sixty-third new music post for 2024, as I consistently press an original song via my blog every day this year. Everything is everywhere even if it seems to come out of nowhere. Ha! Getting all sublime (and expanding consciousness) on ya, huh?
I almost feel everyone who has had a relationship end, has thoughts or dreams of rekindling it. Note how many people you know that have broken up and then gotten back together again. I bet it’s more than you can count on one hand. But of those, how many of the rekindled relationships last? (The one I had didn’t.)
As my daughter and I say to each other often, “If that other relationship had worked out, I wouldn’t be in the wonderful one I’m in today”! And that’s so true. Thus, we can always be thankful. We are the strong and loving person we are today thanks to the stuff we’ve been through in the past.

It’s March 2nd, 2024; Here’s an original blues song for you today. It’s a story that may be true, or miss-information (my spelling of THAT!), dissing-info, tongue-in-cheek, or truth–you decide! Ha! Apparently, a lot of what we were told that wasn’t true is coming to light now, as Truth. But again, the world’s still here. And in one way or another, we’ve all been fooled. I just want to get back to “Normal”–whatever the hell that was. We’re still eating our ‘prepper’ food for F’s sake.

Speaking of truth, now “here’s the fuckin’ news” (to quote Russell):
The more I read about the “Canadian Truckers Protest” and the potential impending “US Truckers Protest” in New York, (and the farmers protesting in France), the more I thank my dad, grandfather, uncle, and several cousins for driving a big rig. They were all truckers and damn good at their jobs! I’m proud to be the daughter of a trucker, so there’s that.
Yes, I’m enjoying learning Rumble. I only follow a few people on that platform though, because Russell Brand is my favorite. Am I drawn to bad boys? Hahaha! Maybe. But I’m older and wise enough to know a snake sheds skin but is still a snake (so I keep my eyes open while walking in tall grass).
I wouldn’t be in a relationship with Donald Trump, Russell Brand, Roseanne, or Bill Maher, but they amuse me and I find the humor in them (and yes, I even admire each a bit)! Why? For starters, I look up to them as teachers of stick-to-it-ness, resilience, and use of their “brass balls,” along with their keen ability to keep on truckin’ no matter what the MSM throws at them.

It’s March 1st, 2024; Here’s an original traditional country song for you today. It’s a story about young ones playing games and then later, adults playing games again. Great times!
Here’s the sixty-first new music post for 2024, as I consistently share an original song each day this year. Have you ever played this game with anyone, Rock, Paper, Scissors? I’m so looking forward to playing games like this, board games, and such with our three young granddaughters when we move to New Hampshire by the end of June this year! Yes, it’s now official! That’s our big announcement! We’re leaving Florida and moving to New England (over a thousand miles away)! Woo-hoo! We’re excited about it!
A fellow Facebook friend posted the following one day in his Facebook Stories and I grabbed it (I save a LOT of these as screen captures). It spoke volumes to me at a time when I felt low (“down”) about friends who never visited, never invited us anywhere, and so on. I felt like we always had to drive TO see everyone and then NO ONE was there for us after Richard had a stroke (Oct. 2022). I thought once we moved to Ocala and left Bradenton, I could get over it and get on with life, but unfortunately, the friends we moved here to see have not visited either. So, I give up.
We are thankful that Richard’s sister and her husband have visited us, and two of our friends we’d not seen in decades. So, there’s that. We sincerely appreciate that they chose to take the time to visit us here in Ocala, FL!
After Richard had the stroke, my daughter had mentioned several times that perhaps it was time for us to leave Florida. She genuinely wanted to come and help us, but she has three young daughters, a job, and a husband who works too. They are also landlords. To say they have a LOT going on would be an understatement. My daughter has a LOT to juggle. Thus, I know we were on her mind, especially when her brother, my son, left Florida and moved to North Carolina.
When my son left Florida, I felt so alone here. I mean, we used to have friends we thought cared for us–we certainly cared for them. And I don’t want to be bitter. Some of our friends have passed away in the last few years too. So, I just don’t feel there’s anyone left here to help us as we get older. And my daughter wants to help us.
The more I walk my talk and work on my Integrating the Spirals processes, tips, and tricks, the more I understand why people have shied away from us. They are busy in their own lives and we just don’t rate high enough on their list of priorities to try and come and see us. One has tried, but I was sick the day she was going to drive two hours to visit with us–I am hopeful we’ll see her again before we move.
Though I do look back, I’m always reaching for the better feeling thought, as Abraham-Hicks says. I am always working on myself, and am currently taking a class with a Theosophy group of about twelve people. I am grateful for them, otherwise, I’d feel quite left out. As an only child, feeling “left out” was always the worst feeling I had. I would even force myself to sit at the dinner table with my parents and watch them eat whenever I was too sick to eat (as a child). That’s how much “joining in” meant to me as a child. And the community has meant just as much to me as an adult. It must be because my soul has always recognized that, We Are All Connected.
I will sit with my feelings and meditate on the external sounds that I am unattached to. This always helps me heal and balance my mind because it’s all frequencies), and God only knows what others’ motivations are. All I know is, I’ve tried. And as Richard often says, “The road runs both ways.” If we mean that much to our friends and family, they will make the effort to come and see us.
All I can ever do is, mind my own Energy. Just as my t-shirt/mug/sticker design says, Minding My Energy. If I didn’t get down once in a while, I wouldn’t appreciate ALL the times I’m UP! And I’d rather laugh than cry. Wink!
Years ago I had rented a condo on the lake in New Hampshire and invited friends and family to visit. Dad didn’t think he could even make the trip, though he said he would have liked to, and I understood because of all he had to do with caregiving for Mom. But it was the first time in my life that he didn’t visit me in a new place. And cousins who didn’t live that far couldn’t find the time to visit. But one of my coworkers from a few years prior found the time and inclination to visit me there, and she got to meet my granddaughters. I was thrilled! I will never forget her choosing to visit me–it meant the world.
Of course, I was primarily there (for a month in New Hampshire) for my daughter and granddaughters, and I got to see them after work, and on weekends. We had a blast! I also began developing my Integrating the Spirals back then (while staying at the lakeside condo). I couldn’t fully realize that then though. I’d begun bowing to the four directions each day because of a wood plaque that was hung on the living room wall of the condo. The words on that wooden sign fed my soul daily. Later, when we went to Ireland, England, and Scotland on our Sacred Celtic Journey, the seed those words had planted within my psyche and soul resonated with the uplifting and empowering vibrations I experienced at Newgrange, Stonehenge, and with the Yew tree at Rosslyn castle. Aha! Time spent with friends, family, and sacred places matters.
May we all feel freer and soar in ’24! Always planting new seeds and integrating the processes that help me and ALL of us balance and find ease, and JOY!
