‘Thrive in 25’ – Have you seen THIS? Las Vegas Sphere
I just showed our 8-year old twin granddaughters THIS! They were nearly as mesmerized by these videos as I was when I watched these videos last night! The immensity and scale of the video (especially the robot), blew our minds!

I think these concerts are the wave of the future! I literally sat here watching them on our big wall-mounted TV last night with my mouth hanging open! LOL
I was spell bound!
Spiral thoughts: To help our girls understand what they were watching, I explained it wasn’t real, but was created like the images in their video games. They play a game called, Palworld. I hope we get to visit the Sphere in person one day for a concert! Heck, I hope Richard and I can create a show like this using all our our original music! Woo-hoo! Now, that’s thinking BIG!

‘Thrive in 25’ – Current stuff (Goings and Doings)
I know I haven’t written much lately. I’ve been reblogging more than writing personal thoughts. We’ve had a lot going on here and anticipate a busy summer. Thus, forgive me, but I imagine most of you are busy too!
We had an excellent time with our three granddaughters; our 13 year old was lead in the school play (Matilda Jr. if you know it), and graduated (called a promotion ceremony here). We attended both at her middle school. She finished 8th grade with academic honors. And we were thrilled for her!
Spiral thought: As the children walked to receive their certificates of accomplishment, I noticed that many of the girls looked older than 13 years of age. I don’t know if it’s from the additives in our foods or what, but I had a moment when I thought, “Guys should ‘card’ every girl before asking them out.” Yes, apparently I have been watching too many YouTube true stories of young people falling into bad situations. Ugh!
At any rate, from simply having one errant thought or observation like this, I then proceeded to work my spiral process (silently to myself in that moment), as to why such a thought occurred to me! I quickly shifted back to Presence to truly enjoy the whole event—including family photos at its conclusion. No tears. No worries!
I say this to show you that I am continually clearing thoughts for myself that crop up, that are either from some negative past experience, or from something negative I’ve watched. I sure don’t want to allow negative thoughts to grow or bring about any further negative experience in my life or anyone in our circle! And yes, Expanding Consciousness does allow for ALL manifestations. Think weeds in the garden! We must have an awareness our thoughts so we CAN prune the unwanted ones! That’s the whole purpose of mindfulness and meditation!
Now, my Theosophy book club continues, as well as personal book zooms with authors (let me know if you’re interested in booking those with me). I also continue to attend the lovely and lively monthly Dr. Bruce Lipton zoom calls—I went Live with Bruce on the most recent call, and I will post a snip of that on my YouTube channel soon. I also have a new song to drop on YouTube tomorrow or Wednesday.
I’m preparing for vacation (to attend my 45th high school reunion a few states away mid July). And I have been and will continue spending time with our 8 year old twin granddaughters (as their out of school for the summer). Our eldest is visiting Florida right now for a couple of weeks, otherwise she’d be watching the twins and I would just pop in whenever.

Integrating the Spirals: Applying the process to heal Tinnitus
I put a little video together the other day, to learn something new with my camera, continue writing with a fountain pen, and apply my Integrating the Spirals process to healing the tinnitus I have been experiencing for two years now, 24X7.
I was so blessed when soulie sister and fellow blogger, Debra Malmos (see her blog: https://jaguarspirit.com/), emailed me some additional information on tinnitus.
I found some research on tinnitus. I just found the resource, so I’m just scratching the surface.
Can you identify the NOTE your tinnitus is playing? The idea may be that if we find our note, and listen to the “pure frequency” – maybe the tinnitus could be cured by “harmonic resonance” and get rid of the wah wah – and MAYBE TUNE our ears to hear the pure sounds of creation.
(My note: I removed some of the more personal details.)
The tone generator on this website helps to find it. (For some reason WordPress wouldn’t let me share the tone generator here—maybe because I am in a quote block?)
CAUTION – Playing some high frequencies too loud can blow the speakers on your computer, and damage your eardrums. I’m going to listen at the lowest volume I can hear – low enough that it doesn’t drown out the note ringing in my ears.
It also ties back to spirals that emit terahz frequencies. You probably know about that. (My note: I didn’t.)

‘Thrive in 25’ – Crossbody bag from Thailand
I am so thrilled with my new crossbody bag from Thailand! Wow! I love all the stitching and how well this crossbody bag is built and put together! It’s so well made. It’s made from a reasonably thick leather. It smells like leather and I can see the backside of the leather too, under that little flap where the snaps are located. I think it’s incredibly well crafted. The strap is adjustable too! Woo-hoo! Score!
Cross and spirals
Yes, I bought this bag because of the size and price, but even more because it has a beautiful design to include a cross and several spirals! I love the colors too, though there’s no blue on it (unusual for me since about 2016). I typically always look for the blue. Anyway, the cross and spirals caught my attention so I jumped on it. I didn’t even know it was going to be made and shipped from Thailand when I decided to order it. Then I realized, my blogger pal and soulie sister, Linda, lives in Chiang Mai, Thailand now–so there’s another touchstone between us. I wonder if she’ll ever happen to meet the ladies who worked on this bag? Haha!

I really needed a new bag and had been looking for more than a year for one. I wanted to buy a bag from a small business or craft fair, but not going out all winter hindered my chances of finding one. I had even been looking before moving from Florida to New Hampshire.
You can see all the wear on my old one, and one the snaps wouldn’t work anymore either. It was faux leather and that stuff flakes off over time and use.

VEIL OF SILENCE – PART II: THE CHAINS OF DECEPTION
Integrating the Spirals: Consciousness. Where God meets us; the intersection of science and spirituality. The mystical union.
I wrote a while back on here, that I wanted to dive into and write about the topics of Metaphysics, things that are multifaceted, and the multiverse, but so far, I haven’t done much of that. However, I have been watching a good many shows, documentaries, and YouTube channels having to do with those things, I just haven’t been taking the time to share them.
And I want my blog to flow in the direction of “Consciousness. Where God meets us; the intersection of science and spirituality. The mystical union.” There’s just sooo very much to talk about when it comes to having a mystical awakening!
I have started YouTube playlists (see all of my playlists: https://youtube.com/@spiralsister?si=QTi6VUe3P2C-PnLH ) to try and capture all of the YouTube videos (at least) that I watch on these subjects (and more, plus all of the music!), but I also watch a lot of documentaries on Amazon Prime and Paramount Plus, which I then forget to document in my blog. I save a screen capture many times and have a folder on my laptop of them, but honestly, I just take in so much that it then becomes overwhelming for me to share it. Plus, many of these are going into my fifth book, and I’ve just been stuffing that book folder instead of immediately turning these things into blog articles. Ugh!
I tend to watch the documentaries, lectures, and shows that are true (non-fiction) instead of the Sci-Fi stuff. Though on occasion, we do watch the Sci-Fi moves as well, and enjoy the consciousness expansion of those.
I know I haven’t posted many articles yet in the categories of Metaphysics, the multifaceted aspects of life, and the multiverse, but we’re not yet to the middle of the year, yet. I sure hope to get more posts out here like this because I do feel these are important topics, especially since who knows how much longer any of us have on this earth (if you’ve read the last couple of shared posts I’ve presented on the blog today)!
Sacred Sites
Though we’ve been on a Sacred Celtic Journey (in 2019) and I’ve had the immense JOY of standing inside the mysterious Newgrange (see my former posts: https://sheilamurrey.net/2019/08/03/a-sacred-celtic-journey-part-1-ireland/ and https://sheilamurrey.net/2020/04/11/newgrange-inside-the-chamber-during-the-winter-solstice/) and meditating inside the stone circle of Stonehenge (see my former post: https://sheilamurrey.net/2019/10/20/a-sacred-celtic-journey-part-2-england/), I still am mesmerized by shows such as Sacred Sites: Ireland, and Mystic Britain. Though I will say, Mystic Britain is more like MythBusters show.
Out of Body Experiences
My imagination has been captured recently by reading and watching movies like, The Invisibles (link to follow), and a YouTube movie called, Avatars of The Astral Worlds (see embedded link).

Integrating the Spirals: Update on resurrecting a Resurrection (Rose of Jericho) plant
The work of resurrecting a Rose of Jericho plant is taking a bit more time and effort than I’d imagined. I happened to notice that it was starting to gather some white mold on it and I have no idea why. But I thought it best to rinse off the mold and clean out the pie plate and go for a redo.
My soulie sister and fellow blogger, Debra sent me this plant months ago as a dried up plant. Debra wrote that I should watch some YouTube videos to understand and learn how to resurrect it, and I have. Many videos! Continuing to resurrect a Rose of Jericho
I thoroughly rinsed (in cold water) the Rose of Jericho and cleaned the deep dish pie plate.
I removed all the former shells, rocks, and crystals I’d placed in the plate with the plant previously. My thought was that they might have contributed to the issue. I had found some river rocks out in the yard, washed and dried them to use in the plate to hold the plant suspended over the distilled water.
Here’s the photo (top and bottom) of the empty, finished deep dish pie plate that I had forgot to take and post months ago:
I’d like to say this is the end of the story and the plant is thriving, but unfortunately, I checked on it a few days after I’d taken these photos and it was covered in white mold AGAIN! Thus, I repeated the process and am giving it another chance at life. I’ll take another photo in a few days, if it makes it and post another update. Fingers-crossed. Reiki given. And all of the above!
