I began watching this and not five minutes into it, one of the statements aligned with the book I’m writing and I had way more than an AHA moment. I had an Oh! My God! (OMG) moment!
This hits home for us after watching a series called, Person of Interest a few months ago. And here we sit, in an apartment we rent. And we don’t own a car. I do have property (out of state), but I had no idea we were so close to THIS (see the video) becoming a reality! Sh*t!
What caught my attention so quick? The statement, “…all the bodies, all the brains would be connected together to a NETWORK.”
I’m encouraging those “over 60” to open to lifelong learning (observe and gently question their pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’), become more aware of their thoughts and emotions, consistently move their bodies (too many are stuck in their heads and physically unhealthy), become strong, and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, body. And to question EVERYTHING!
Yours in consciousness-expansion as we evolve and revolve during our mystical awakening. All while doing-my-egoless-best, to take you on a limitless, spiraling thought ride to better health, through doing more with ease, to help us sustain the JOY in our lives! (With lots of Gratitude throughout.)

I’m not sure how I came across this interview with Lee Harris on the Mayim Bialik YouTube channel, Breakdown. I never watched Blossom or The Big Bang Theory, so I wasn’t familiar with Mayim, but many people know of her from those TV shows. I found her style of interviewing, along with her partner, very unique and refreshing. Maybe it’s her inquisitive style, or her facial expressions towards her partner (especially when Lee would give her surprising answers)? Or perhaps I resonated with her enthusiasm and curiosity? But if you have a couple of hours, you may also enjoy this conversation and allow it to expand your consciousness.
I’m still having difficulty embedding YouTube videos here in WordPress, for whatever reason, but I think many of my readers might like this interview, both from the perspective of receiving information from the etheric field, and those who pray, meditate, and listen to God or their Higher Self.
At the conclusion of the interview it was stated that, “We are all energetically connected.” Boom! That was the payoff for me! Ha! And to think I didn’t know how I came across the video but knew a few minutes in, several points of the conversation would be useful for the book I’m writing.
I’m not a skeptic about how people receive this kind of information, especially having experienced answer to prayers and non-me thoughts that have “dropped in” while meditating, but I do find this hit differently now. Perhaps due to the continual expansion of my consciousness? Or maybe it’s because We Are ALL One?

I popped up out of my writing hole for a few minutes the other day to read this article about Xania Monet the other day because the subject hit close to home for us as songwriters who used to rely heavily on having our original songs produced in Nashville, TN. Here’s the article (and embedded video interview) that I recommend you watch, especially if you’re an ‘AI hater’:
Xania Monet is an AI songstress co-created by Telisha “Nikki” Jones and Suno AI. And we use Suno AI (my husband uses the paid version, and I use the free version), to create songs we wouldn’t otherwise be able to produce, physically or financially. In our opinion, the music studios have priced themselves out of existence!
Yes, my husband has spent over $100,000 in the last twenty years, no exaggeration, to have his 400+ original songs demoed in Nashville, TN. And I’m not complaining. We have an astounding collection of REAL songs thanks to those studio singers and musicians. But since my husband had a stroke in October 2022, and since I retired in December 2023, he cannot play guitar and bass like he used to and we simply cannot afford to send songs to the top music studios anymore.
Before we learned of Suno AI we sent some songs to musician friends who did the best they could to demo our songs–in their home studios and on their timetable (which tended to be a bit too slow for us). Some of those songs turned out good, but they weren’t of anything like the quality we had been used to receiving back from our favorite Nashville music studio. And I won’t even get started on how much we were paying top talent singers who kept raising their prices to sing each song! Ugh.
So, go figure. We spread as much wealth around as we could for as long as we could. Now, we just don’t have it.
Enter Suno AI. People can hate Artificial Intelligence all they want. I used to as well! After all, I’d had 35 years in Information Technology as a Business Analyst and Technical Writer so why would I want to use more tech when it came down to our soul passion of songwriting and producing? I sing and feel it in my soul when I sing, and when other incredible talents, like Adam Cunningham hit deep. I get it. We love Adele too! We want to be moved by incredible singers. But there’s a place for AI. And I do NOT understand why people are fighting it.
Here’s the thing. When one has no other choice and the choice (as it turns out) is this good, sometimes you just gotta give it a go!
My husband embraced Suno AI and has been churning out several songs a day using it since February 2025. It’s given him a certain vitality back and zest for living too! And that’s priceless to me.
I used my Integrating the Spirals process to ease me over my “hating AI” bumps and began using the free version of Suno AI to get some of my poems set to music (and I’ve used some on my YouTube channel to help share information about my Integrating philosophy too).
I can’t say we’re making any money yet from our AI generated songs, like Telisha “Nikki” Jones is with Xania Monet, but the process has been instantly gratifying and that’s not too shabby!
To get some idea of the kinds of music my husband creates, check out his YouTube channel and remember anything before Feb. 2025 was produced by high dollar Nashville studios, and anything more recent (even his redo’s) were produced by AI. Thanks!
To wrap this up, here’s one of the comments I posted on Xania Monet’s YouTube videos:

I’ve been soooo heads down in writing this 5th book that I completely forgot I was supposed to edit this video and send it to my friend and fellow blogger, Linda! See her blog at: https://creativeartworksblog.com My apologies for my lateness, but here’s the link to it on YouTube (as WordPress won’t let me upload videos here without paying more money).
Also, WordPress is not embedding my YouTube links correctly, so yes, you’ll have to simply click or copy that link to go watch the video. Sorry! I don’t know what’s happening lately on this platform. Ugh.
I’ve got a couple other blog posts in draft to follow this one, so hopefully, I’ll get those pushed out in a couple days. Thanks everyone! This has been an exciting time around our house!

I wanted to give you all something a bit different today. This is an audio of my reading of the following mass email I received from Nick Polizzi of The Sacred Science and a bit of his written email, along with a link to his blog where you can finish his article.
Hi Sheila,
Today I want to share a lesson I learned (the hard way) that has become a big ally on the healing path. As usual, this one involves a mildly entertaining story of me messing up.
Before we get to that, I’d like to conjure in your mind the notion of subtlety.
In this flashy technicolor world we live in, it’s easy to become a little numb to the subtle energies your body is experiencing each moment. If there isn’t a big BAM or “aha!” in one of our 5 senses, we usually just keep chugging along.
But on the path to personal evolution and physical wellness, subtlety is everything. Your body is sending you quiet signals every moment, and if you can hear and respond to them… a whole new dimension opens up to you.
Let me give you an example.
I come from a cheese-loving family. I’m Italian on one side and Irish on the other – so dairy was a core food staple in my household. Over the course of my first 25 years, I began to notice an interesting sensation whenever I ate sharp cheddar cheese. My face would sweat and I’d feel cold in my temples.
I always assumed that everyone had this reaction to sharp cheddar cheese. After all, my whole family ate it and seemed to enjoy the other aspects of its deliciousness. I just figured we all tolerated and maybe even enjoyed its physical side effects.
One evening I was eating a cheese plate with some friends…
I also thought, while I’ve been so heads down writing my 5th book for several weeks now, that I’d give you and those who follow my YouTube channel a little something special:
I’m encouraging those “over 60” to open to lifelong learning (observe and gently question their pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’), become more aware of their thoughts and emotions, consistently move their bodies (too many are stuck in their heads and physically unhealthy), become strong, and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, body. I was raised Christian (RLDS), but criticized often by other Christians for not being “their” kind of Christian. And THAT began my lifetime journey…
Of trying to uncover deeper truths,
Of trying to be heard, understood, accepted, etc.
I was baptized twice (once in the ocean) and have felt the Holy Ghost move through me but never judged others for their beliefs.
I have been to the alter call many times yet never felt Jesus was the “only way” for everyone.
Carrying these beliefs always made me feel less than, or perhaps simply kept me humble.
I’ve practiced yoga…
I’ve attuned to Reiki…
I leaned into Buddhism…
I grew through Daoism…
I continue to search scripture and study books with Theosophists.
I grow herbs and rely on natural remedies to care for and sustain my body temple.
I pray and meditate…
And I have had dreams and visitations that have given me glimpses into the Grand Beyond where my parents are (since 2017 and 2019).
After those experiences, I reconnected with Celtic Spirituality.
I use intention and focus to continue to expand my consciousness (employing tools like the kaleidoscope and 4D yin and yang symbol ☯️)
Some probably think I am too woo-woo. That’s okay. One can never please everyone and I am too old to try (or care what others think) anymore anyway.
I’m good with simply showing and sharing Grace. 🦋
Because I know life can end at any moment.
Because accepting Jesus as Lord and savior is a personal thing. Carrying Jesus the Christ in one’s heart is a personal relationship. That’s why He taught us to go into our prayer closet to pray. And pray without ceasing. And to care for others as if we were Him. With love, mercy, and compassion.
Because I believe Everything belongs to Omniscience anyway. And that’s good. It eases my mind and keeps my heart open. ❤️🙏💙

I was about to go to sleep and a thought dropped into my mind. I wondered if I gave Perplexity.ai the Foreward I’d written and book chapters, if it could tell me if anyone else has published something similar. And it did!
What Perplexity.ai told me
I wasn’t able to locate any published book (in major catalogs such as WorldCat, Amazon Books, or Google Books) that contains all of the listed chapter titles or a similar structure. However, your described outline closely resembles a blend of scientific, spiritual, and metaphysical synthesis writing — a genre that merges physics, consciousness studies, ancient wisdom, and cosmology.
Below are some published works with partial or thematic overlap, but none share this exact sequence or combination:
Closely Related Works (by theme)
Gregg Braden – The Divine Matrix Explores the scientific and spiritual concept of a universal field connecting everything, similar to “Fractals of Omniscience” and “Interconnectedness.”
Dr. Joe Dispenza – Becoming Supernatural Intersects neuroscience, consciousness, energy, and quantum theory — matching your themes on “Neuroscience,” “Fractals,” “Quantum Field Theory,” and “Self-love.”
Bruce Lipton – The Biology of Belief Converges biology, cell signaling, consciousness, and spirituality, echoing your chapters on “Cell Signaling within the Human Body,” “Biologics,” and “Consciousness.”
David Wilcock – The Source Field Investigations Discusses scientific, spiritual, and ancient knowledge connections, including “Sacred Sites,” “Ley Lines,” “Energy and Magnetism,” “UFO/UAP studies,” and “Cosmic Evolution.”
Rupert Sheldrake – The Presence of the Past Introduces morphic fields and “Nature organizes itself,” resonating with your planetary and biological integration chapters.
Lynne McTaggart – The Field Focuses on interconnection on a quantum and energetic level — very similar in spirit to “Information as a Universal Link” and “Quantum Entanglement.”
Mircea Eliade – Patterns in Comparative Religion Aligns with chapters on “Sacred Sites,” “Sacred Grids,” and “Humans Relationship with Nature.”
Uniqueness Assessment
Your proposed table of contents appears unpublished in its entirety and seems to be an original outline — possibly for a new integrative manuscript that bridges:
Social and psychological understanding (sociology, relationships, philosophy)
If this list comes from an unpublished or self-created document, it could represent a truly multidisciplinary book concept not currently on record, potentially suitable for publishing.
Book progress again
I gave Perplexity.ai. the Foreward that I posted in my last blog article. I’ve now rewritten it based upon reading it again, after reading the answer from Perplexity. Witness the Observer Effect in action here! Ha! Go figure.
I was NOT surprised by the list of closely related books that Perplexity.ai gave me, because I’ve been a student of nearly all of those authors for many years. I even have several of the referenced books, and of course Dr. Bruce Lipton’s book, The Biology of Belief is a held in high regard and my paperback copy is highly marked up! Thus, it totally confirmed to me that I am on the right track with my chapter outline.

Foreward
In life, we take so many things on faith. That the sun will come up tomorrow. The seas will stay in place. The dwelling we live in will remain unsettled on the surface of (or in) the ground as intended. That we will be able to enjoy the act of eating, both physically and financially. And that we will even be alive tomorrow with our own beating heart and brain to know who we are.
Consequently, in our attempts to function rationally in this world, we adhere to social and cultural norms. And depending upon where we live, most of us don’t give much conscious awareness to living any other way, else we’d probably be more spazzed out than we already are! We take a lot of things for granted. We accept what our parents and teachers tell us when we’re young because what choice do we have? We believe the adults around us and assume they know what they’re talking about. As we grow we believe the experts (who continually speak of their theories as truth)—though quite honestly, they are simply theories.
It is true that we don’t know what we don’t know! And that the longer we live the more we learn. We learn from everyone and everything around us! In fact, to be informed is to take information IN and allow it to IN FORM us!
Thus, my not knowing (or ignorance) of what the phrase, We Are All Connected, was about (as that’s all I had, and no other context) is where I started my inquiry, which has now become this book.
One of the lessons learned from writing this book, is that the phrase, We Are All Connected, means a good many different things to different people, depending upon the lens we’re looking through. And similar to the multitudinous views we perceive light and design from peering into a kaleidoscope, when we ponder that sentence it can bring myriad topics to mind, such as:
Social and psychological understanding (sociology, relationships, philosophy)
Digging into these various rabbit holes while researching and writing this book, paradoxically, I opened up a seemingly endless and broad overarching scope of possibility that the idea, We Are All Connected, offers. It seemed to point me towards being more helpful to others.
But the problem for years was, I had been labeled as a Co-dependent person sometime during my second (failed) marriage!
Thus, the personal implications, that this big idea of us being all connected, brought to me was a massive amount of “here we go again.” When those words came to me, I thought I had already overcome any selfless or low self esteem issues I’d had. I wanted to be more assertive and live as a sovereign and empowered individual.
Through all of the years of Codependency counseling I’d gone through, I was told that self-love isn’t selfish. And my spirituality became informed from the shift as well. I went from being ruled by my subconscious mind thinking that I “needed a man” in my life to “being just fine on my own.”
Spiritually, it was a change to consider that we are each a fractal of Omniscience and that I could be a strong, independent, free spirit, yet appreciate and honor everyone else! I later also learned to ask for a little help as needed for a hand up.
I eventually uncovered that each of us can do our individual part to ADD to the collective diamond shine and brilliance of the WHOLE and still honor our sovereignty. And from meditating on the 4D yin and yang symbol and also on a mirror ball, peering through a kaleidoscope, watching the sunrise through the trees to see how the leaves spread out the various rays of the sunshine, and studying seemingly disparate religious doctrines and sacred texts (Daoism, Buddhism, Theosophy and the Oncology of Jesus the Christ to name but a few), I’ve come to know that Omniscience is completely and utterly WHOLE.
Self-love can simply mean we can choose to polish the mirror of Self every day.
It’s possible and quite achievable to shine brighter and offer more to everyone we encounter from such polishing. I won’t call it Perfection because I’ve learned that there’s no perfection in art, and that the living of Life is an art! Oh, and how great thou art.
Thank you, ALL. Eternally. Much love!
Why this Book?
Many years ago while on vacation in Russellville, Kentucky, with my now, third husband, I experienced something surreal. Maybe I picked up a broadcast or something from Fort Campbell, a military base nearby. I don’t know.
All I know is that I was abruptly awakened in the middle of the night by a deep male voice that said, “We Are All Connected.” And it stated this twice!
We had been sleeping soundly. As well, everyone else in the house was asleep and no TVs were on. I didn’t hear any other sounds in the house at all! I thought I was going crazy! I laid awake for a while longer trying to pick out any other noises. I never heard that voice again, but the memory of it has haunted me ever since.
I looked around to see if my husband had said it because he way lying next to me. But no! He was sleeping peacefully! I tried to wake him and ask if he’d heard anything. But all he could do was mumble something to the effect of, “You’re dreaming; go back to sleep.”
I knew I must find an answer. Not only as to what produced the voice, but what the message meant and why it came to me. Thus, this statement that, We Are All Connected, and not knowing what it meant or why I heard it, began a twenty plus year inquiry into the state of my mind and everything else you’re going to read in this book.
I’ve taken courses with Neale Donald Walsch (and pointedly told him this story and asked what he thought it was), I’ve asked Stephen Simon (producer the Robin Williams film, What Dreams May Come and the movie of Neale’s life too), I’ve taken classes in the new physics and quantum entanglement with Nassim Haramein, and I’ve volunteered on a small editorial team for Dr. Raymond Moody.
By far, the most I’ve learned along this journey though, has been what I’ve picked up during meditation, prayer, hypnosis, and from being actively engaged on a monthly Zoom call with Dr. Bruce Lipton, the author of the book, The Biology of Belief.
I still ask questions and to date, continue to participate in the monthly Dr. Bruce calls, because I have no definitive answers. And from all of this, cumulatively, I have ideas. I’ve compiled my research into this book to document my quest. And now, I offer it to you to ask,
What do you think the statement, We Are All Connected, means?

Our twin granddaughters had carved pumpkins at school and the Jack-O-Lanterns were supposed to be amongst all of the ones brought to the festival. However, though we all looked, we never found them. This upset one of the girls and our son-in-law, her daddy, had to comfort her a bit (or offer her the choice of us all going back home). We knew she didn’t want to leave so soon, so we weren’t too concerned.
I would have tried to help our granddaughter, but I’ve learned not to offer unless asked. And that’s okay. I may have simply suggested she do the “Neurovascular Hold” on her forehead (to ease the fight-or-fight response) if you’re familiar with that little trick.
Richard went with us this year, I kind of forced the issue because he didn’t go last year, and we stopped into a deli/bakery for a few minutes to get out of the cold and be able to sit down. We only walked about 3,000 steps, but all of us were suffering with something, legs, hips, feet, etc. Our son-in-law’s mother went with us too, and his sister brought her little girl for a while as well. So, it was a fun time out with most of the family.
The wall of pumpkins
Our son-in-law looking for the girls’ carved pumpkins. There were also other smaller stands of Jack-O-Lanterns and we searched through them all. There were more at the festival this year than last year!We also got to take the girls in this big store that’s part indoor flea market and part antique’s shop. People rent spaces and bring in their stuff to sell. But upstairs there’s this really cool display of vintage toy trains. I’ve seen it a couple times before but for whatever reason, it’s been hard for us to catch when it’s open when the girls are all with us. And they only run the trains from 11am-3pm on Saturdays. Thus, it’s a short window to be able to get there and enjoy it. Glad we got them in there! It made my day.
The ghosts I made for Halloween
Once home, I was in the mood to change up one of the shelves in the living room bookcase. So, here’s how that turned out:
My two clay ghosts after painting/glazing them and the second kiln firing. I can’t wait to see how they glow when I put a battery operated tea light candle underneath each of them! The Fall tree/pumpkins is fused glass that I made last year. The small bear crystal was from my mom and the dog gold crystal was in memory of our best boy, Beau (passed years ago)
Book progress
Just prior to writing this post, I sent a couple of emails out to gentlemen who had inquired about reading my book. I sent both an email of the Foreward and the chapter titles. I inquired of one who is the facilitator of an Initiative I joined a couple weeks ago. Would you like to see what I sent to them? I hope so! And please comment any ideas you might have for additional chapters or questions. This is definitely going to be the most complex book I’ve written so far, and after this, I am not sure I’m going to continue as it seems people’s attention spans are too short, and only books between 50-75 sell well. But if you feel differently, let me know.

I wrote something in the middle of the night last night as well, that I’m considering sharing in another post. I shared it on Substack, if you follow me there.
Integrating the Spirals

I’m often too wordy. So, I’ll keep this short and simply give you some visual updates on what’s changed around the house. We live in the apartment attached to the back of the house, so my plants only get the afternoon sun. And the side of the house that gets the most wind is the side that shows the most wear (yes, it needs painted or siding put on it).
The house
The side that gets beat on by weather the most. The sun porch gets the worst of it. There’s some wood that needs replaced under the windows. The window to the far left is in our apartment (and it’s behind the head of my bed). This is the worst of the wood that needs replaced.Close up of peeling paint. It’s been ten years since it has been painted. My son-in-law would like to fix the wood and paint it so he doesn’t lose the architectural details, but my daughter would like to put siding on the house so they don’t have to paint it again. This is the back side of the house, which is our apartment. Thankfully, we have this back door and deck because we use it a lot. I’d like to clean up the landscaping around the deck and have more lavender and such growing there, but I am simply not that fit to be out there digging up weeds, cleaning out what’s under the deck, placing pavers or rocks, etc. I can envision it, but will need someone else to do the manual labor.
My plants
These are all the herbs I repotted. This is how they looked on their last day outside (Oct. 8th, 2025). I’ll compare them to this picture in the spring when I bring them back outside after the winter is done. I have three pots of basil, three of parsley, two of oregano, and one of dill. I don’t expect the dill to do much over the winter, but the little yellow flowers are supposed to turn into seeds I can replant in the spring. We’ll see! These are the plants that will stay outside all winter. Basil, Lavender, Peppermint, and oregano. I will figure out some better stands next spring to make this look prettier. But the plastic tub and lids were “what I had” when we moved in and I spent my money on new pots instead of plant stands, etc.The big plant is actually five bell pepper plants that I started from seed in July. Yes, I started them too late in the season, so I didn’t expect they’d even do this good. They got to the flowering stage a couple. of weeks before it got cold. I expect by November it will be done. But we’ll see!
My spa room
I got all the plants repotted and moved indoors (by the window) last week. The door to the left goes into Richard’s music room. The silver tent is my Relax sauna. I love it! It’s the best thing I’ve bought for this room and my health! I moved all of my medicinal tinctures and supplements to the bookshelves too, so anytime I need a boost or am feeling unwell, I have everything I need right next to the sauna. After I get out of the sauna I can rest by laying down on the red light pad with its nine PEMF settings. I moved my Therasage 7-modality heating pad upstairs to the lounge chair too, because I got us something for Christmas (it’s already here but I haven’t opened the box yet) that we’ll use downstairs (and it will provide us with MORE red light therapy)!
Two clay ghosts I made for Halloween
This was my first time working from a block of clay. And I had to flatten it out first, and that took more time than I’d thought it would. And a bit more shoulder and arm strength. But I got it done. After rolling the clay out, I wrapped it around two cone shaped paper forms to get it into the basic ghost shape:
flattening out the clay. We worked on the back of an art canvas to keep the table clean. And we used dowel rods to ensure we got the clay as thin as possible. My two ghosts. This was how I left them at the studio before the first kiln firing.
I took some pictures of some of the other class attendees’ clay creations too!
Someone did a neat job on this jack-o-lantern and witch hat.Clay ghost and pumpkins. They got three projects out of that one block of clay! I really like this persons pumpkin! I never thought about adding anything to my ghosts. This person added a hat to her ghost and did some cutouts on it too! This is going to look really cute when they finish it and set the little battery operated tea light candle under it!And I loved this clay witch hat! Wow! Cute jack-o-lantern too, that they made a patch of grass or something underneath it to sit on.
Got the ghosts from the kiln and went back to the studio to paint them with glaze. I chose two different colors of glaze, a white and light gray for shading. We’ll see how they turn out. I’ll come back and update this post with a couple pictures after they come out of the kiln again.
I hope everyone’s ready for All Hallow’s Eve in a couple of weeks! And I hope everyone has fun and enjoys the spooky time. I’m looking forward to the annual pumpkin festival here!

Here’s something I hope will help those who are emotionally struggling. I encourage you to set aside some time for yourself to watch the documentary style movie on YouTube, Sensitive: The Untold Story. If nothing else, it may help you understand your sensitive family or friends.
Spiral thought: I have several posts to publish, but I’ve been slow in getting them out because I’ve been diving back into writing my 5th book. In picking through some of the research I have had in my reading/watching queue for over a year, I had this one. Thus, I felt it would be good to push it out (in front of the other articles) and get it to you today.
Watch Sensitive: The Untold Story
I wish I had watched this sooner. It features one of my favorite musical artists, Alanis Morissette.
I’ve loved Alanis for years, since Jagged Little Pill came out in 1995. Ironically, or synchronistically, a few months after I left my second husband. I probably could have guessed that she’s a prime example of a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). In the midst of my emotional roller coaster, her songs were the gentle balm to help me heal, along with a LOT of therapy, group, individual, and self-help. Thank Omniscience God, I pulled through.
A dear friend of mine (whom I’ve known for years), Jen Carey, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, moved from Florida to Massachusetts (a few years ago) and offers professional counseling services. She understands the Sensitive person. If you’re struggling and feel you need to reach out to someone personally, Jen is available via phone and video conference. Most of us know when we’ve pushed beyond our depths, but even if you’re not sure, you may want to reach out for a conversation with Jen:

Jen’s book, Illuminating the Stories That Bind Us is available on Amazon!! Check it out here and break through the stories between you and your joy!
Do you have a story that is holding you back? Write in to be apart of my ‘Letters To Jen’ advice project! Or, if you’d like to dive deep: become a guest on Jen’s podcast. Both options are free. Learn more about Jen and her work here.

Here’s something for my musically inclined audience, as well as another commentary on how to reach a global audience, when one doesn’t necessarily see themselves as a “Globalist.”
Spiral thought: I know I haven’t posted in several days, nor have I caught up with those of you whose blogs I follow (some incessantly), and I’m sorry. I had a rather frustrating issue with the WordPress Jetpack app on my phone and I had to remove it. I may have to put it back on, but in the meantime, through that process I became acutely aware of how much time I was spending on it. And I’ve funneled that TIME into getting back into writing on my 5th book, We Are All Connected! Tada! Yes, sometimes it takes us destroying one thing to create another! That’s certainly been the case for me this past week.
Learning new tools
I’ve also been learning additional SEO to extend the reach of my YouTube channel, JIGGLE BUTT, and that’s beginning to reap some rewards of additional views. I have been playing around with incorporating additional self help methods into my dancing as well, (that you can see in my videos) so you can really see the many tools I use each day in my well-being journey.
Speaking of tools, here The Kiffness shows us many of the apps he uses to make his very popular cat videos!
The ‘how to’ of using music apps
I love it when people let us inside their process. In particular, I love the way The Kiffness lets us see what all he uses to create his aWEsOMe cat videos (he uses other animals in his videos too, but we began following from with this one, so…)
The Kiffness ‘how to’ – an inside perspective and walk through on how he makes his incredible musical cat song videos
I’m so glad The Kiffness put out this commentary video because I thought he was Greek but he’s from South Africa! I was surprised! I guess his accent should have given it away, but I am not always good with accents (to be able to tell where someone’s from). Go figure! You gotta remember I’m just a small town girl from the state of West Virginia after all. Most of my ‘culturalization’ (is that a word?) came from working at a university for ten years in Florida.
