‘Thrive in 25’ – Fasting, taking a break, and coming back to Christ
I am taking a break from posting, from social media, and from FOOD, for awhile. I need to practice what I preach and re-center myself. In case I haven’t mentioned it publicly yet, I have recommitted my life to Jesus the Christ. If you’re wondering why, continue reading. If not, it’s okay for you to stop reading now. Thank you for stopping by my blog.
My best friend asked me why–what made me come back to Jesus. Truth is I don’t feel I ever left, but I do feel I was dancing on a fine edge during my Awakening. But I feel the Holy Spirit caught me!
These wars, the BS ‘Woke’ stuff, and several excellent Shawn Ryan videos on YouTube caught my attention. And I realized Awakening wasn’t ‘Woke’! I may not have even realized I was sliding Left of center, and leaving Jesus, because it had become a gradual, subtle shift for me. Perhaps the whole debacle/debate between Wes Huff and Billy Carson was a turning point for me. I dived deep down THAT rabbit hole a couple of months ago!
Thanks to several ‘Left’ friends commenting stuff to me on several of my Facebook posts, it got me thinking. Though I never felt I left Jesus, I must not have stated so enough times there for them to know. I must have been hiding my beliefs behind all of my talk of nature, use of herbs, natural healing, alternative medicine, visiting sacred sights, crystals, talk of the afterlife, visions, dreams, and the like. So, I’m writing this to clear up any confusion.
Thanks to the Biden administration mandating the Covid vaccines and costing many people their jobs, they politicized HEALTH. That definitely got my attention. All the censorship. That’s a big reason why I even followed politics for the last several years.
Thanks to President Trump and his new administration, I feel more hope. Many people who lost their jobs under the Biden administration have been offered their jobs back, but there is still a LOT of wrongs to be made right. I feel more Freedom, but some censorship remains. Chemtrails continue. Missing children have yet to be found. Our southern border looks much more secure (as it should have always been), but there are still plenty of criminals afoot who need to be prosecuted—not all of them are illegal aliens either. Some are at the highest levels.
And I had a dream that Hollywood was simply a false god. Most of the TV shows and movies we were watching were lulling people to sleep, or into a false sense of security. What if I had been studying the Bible and other sacred texts instead of watching those things? What if I spent that time in relationship with Jesus? Hollywood is quite simply the FATHER OF LIES! All they do is lie and pretend. So, why am I giving them ANY of my precious time?
Now, I am focusing on my personal health. I am doing a 3-day fast (I will drink water but eat no food), and after that I will eat one meal about noon each day and see how my body responds to that.

Integrating the Spirals: Turning lies around and the Combs trial
I love working with a kaleidoscope, a mirror ball, and trees to help me understand various perspectives! I use these tools to benefit myself and others! Practicing my method, Integrating the Spirals helps me let go of judgment and gives me more ease in my day-to-day life when I become aggravated (triggered) by something someone says that I don’t agree/align with.
Lies are one perspective
Having been married to two former husbands who consistently lied to me for various reasons (one was an alcoholic who gaslit me and cheated, and the other was a drug-addict who also cheated by the end of our relationship), I finally sought help via 12 step-groups, group and individual counseling therapy. I read many self help and personal transformation books, and years later, began writing books myself. Let me be clear, I do not condone domestic violence or trafficking in any form or for any reason.
I find the topic of Lies fascinating though and I have worked with clients one-on-one, using such tools as mirror balls and kaleidoscopes, to find new perspectives—and always with the thought in mind to self empower clients (and mySelf) by reaching for the next better feeling thought!
Speaking of Lies and mirror ball/multiple perspectives, I will be following the multifaceted Sean “Diddy” Combs’ trial closely. Now, that the Diddy trial is over, we shall see what his sentence is. I had a feeling though, that he wasn’t going to be found guilty on the worst of the charges.

Integrating the Spirals: More about resurrecting a Resurrection (Rose of Jericho) plant
Apparently, resurrecting a Rose of Jericho plant isn’t always easy. Here I go again, after asking and receiving some advice from my soulie sister and fellow blogger, Debra.
The advice? Debra said, “rinse it with a few drops of H202 in water. The oxygen in hydrogen peroxide purifies. (It works on fruits and vegetables.)”
I think I’m getting somewhere with this plant though, because it had less mold on it after two days than it did the last time.

Here I go again… attempting to resurrect a Rose of Jericho
I thoroughly rinsed (in cold water) the Rose of Jericho and spritzed it with the aforementioned hydrogen peroxide. I also let it sit in the water that still had a bit of hydrogen peroxide in it for about 30 minutes before letting it dry and replacing it back in the deep dish pie plate.
I’ll let you know if it molds again or if it makes it.

Integrating the Spirals: Update on resurrecting a Resurrection (Rose of Jericho) plant
The work of resurrecting a Rose of Jericho plant is taking a bit more time and effort than I’d imagined. I happened to notice that it was starting to gather some white mold on it and I have no idea why. But I thought it best to rinse off the mold and clean out the pie plate and go for a redo.
My soulie sister and fellow blogger, Debra sent me this plant months ago as a dried up plant. Debra wrote that I should watch some YouTube videos to understand and learn how to resurrect it, and I have. Many videos! Continuing to resurrect a Rose of Jericho
I thoroughly rinsed (in cold water) the Rose of Jericho and cleaned the deep dish pie plate.
I removed all the former shells, rocks, and crystals I’d placed in the plate with the plant previously. My thought was that they might have contributed to the issue. I had found some river rocks out in the yard, washed and dried them to use in the plate to hold the plant suspended over the distilled water.
Here’s the photo (top and bottom) of the empty, finished deep dish pie plate that I had forgot to take and post months ago:
I’d like to say this is the end of the story and the plant is thriving, but unfortunately, I checked on it a few days after I’d taken these photos and it was covered in white mold AGAIN! Thus, I repeated the process and am giving it another chance at life. I’ll take another photo in a few days, if it makes it and post another update. Fingers-crossed. Reiki given. And all of the above!

Integrating the Spirals: Why We Pay Attention to Health News
If you never question your government, doctors (who receive kickbacks from Big Pharma), the following stories might surprise you (or even conjure the term ‘Conspiracy Theory.’ But alas, here we are, facing some hard truths.
Don’t look up
My husband and I have both been questioning what the hell has been going on in our skies for more than twenty years. My darling husband even walked away when the subject of chemtrails came up and a double-degreed flight engineer wanted to argue with us during a happy-hour discussion that veered into the subject. The engineer was adamant that the streaks above our heads were simple condensation from high-flying jets.
I reached for neutrality on the topic, trying to leave it with a “maybe/what if” statement, but the engineer wanted to battle about it. That’s when Richard admonished me to leave and walked away. I stayed for another minute or so, but feeling the strong resistance from the engineer, I gave up and walked away too.
Now, the facts seem to be supporting Richard and my views on the subject:
And a physician suing the CDC because she doesn’t want to give Covid vaccines to children

But what about polio?
Now, you can bury your head in the sand if you want to, I work with people often who are burned out from all the rhetoric and arguing over the whole COVID debacle, whether to vaccinate or mask or not, etc. and I get it. I always say it’s better for us, for our mind-body harmony (and whole body homeostasis), when we can reach for the next better feeling thought… but I think we need to continue to pay attention to what’s going on and the evidence that presents itself on the subject of HEALTH.
You may not want to advise people about what to do or not to do, and I don’t either, I educate and inform because I’m not a doctor. But I follow MANY doctors! And here’s one of the best, Dr. Suzanne Humphries:
