I’ve been soooo heads down in writing this 5th book that I completely forgot I was supposed to edit this video and send it to my friend and fellow blogger, Linda! See her blog at: https://creativeartworksblog.com My apologies for my lateness, but here’s the link to it on YouTube (as WordPress won’t let me upload videos here without paying more money).

Also, WordPress is not embedding my YouTube links correctly, so yes, you’ll have to simply click or copy that link to go watch the video. Sorry! I don’t know what’s happening lately on this platform. Ugh.

Thanks for bearing with me. I also owe Dave Ruch an apology (see his blog at: https://soundday.wordpress.com/2025/11/07/november-7-turntable-talk-43-walkin-on-the-streets-at-night/comment-page-1/#respond – an excellent post about a song that would totally fit the show, Only Murders in the Building. I was supposed to write a little something for Dave’s Turntable Talk blog for Halloween and I forget all about it until Michael (see his blog at: https://peacefulrampage.wordpress.com), mentioned it to me on our Zoom call, just now. Apparently, I’m not integrating all I have to do very well as of late.

I’ve got a couple other blog posts in draft to follow this one, so hopefully, I’ll get those pushed out in a couple days. Thanks everyone! This has been an exciting time around our house!

Integrating the Spirals

I’m encouraging those “over 60” to open to lifelong learning (observe and gently question their pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’), become more aware of their thoughts and emotions, consistently move their bodies (too many are stuck in their heads and physically unhealthy), become strong, and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, body. And to question EVERYTHING!

I truly appreciate the transparency and humility you share about managing multiple projects—it makes your journey relatable and encouraging.

The way you integrate mind, body, spirit, and consciousness expansion into your work is remarkable, and your encouragement for those “over 60” to remain curious, active, and resilient is both empowering and uplifting. 1. I’ve missed you too, Max. I’ve had to really narrow down the few blogs I read now, since WordPress Jetpack messed up on my phone and I had to remove it. When I pickup my laptop 90% of my energy is heads down writing this book. Ha! My 5th book is ironically titled, We Are All Connected. I’m energized now, after a year of procrastination, to get it done and OUT! Ha!
