A friend’s Facebook post got me thinking about this topic. And the answer that dropped into my mind was actually a question. That is, “Are you a Nationalist or a Globalist?

I was born and raised in The United States of America. I consider myself a nationalist who enjoys all the freedoms we have in this country.

Traveling

Yes, I enjoy traveling. And I’d like to travel more. But at my core, I remain loyal to the land of my ancestors. It is said that everyone came to America from somewhere else, and the same could probably be said of all who live anywhere, as when you trace the lineages back multiple generations, most of our families did not originate in the country we now call home. Even my Cherokee ancestors came from somewhere else initially.

I’ve been to a few other countries in my life such as, Canada (as a child when my parents took me to Niagra Falls, and we went to Canada to enjoy the view from the Canadian side). Mexico, when my husband and I took an ocean cruise. And another time, when I went with friends on a yoga cruise that ported in Cozumel. Then there was the Sacred Celtic Journey to Ireland, England, and Scotland that we took in July 2019, plus the associated “winning” trip back to Newgrange in Ireland, December 2019!

About Kings and Queens

I go back and forth with how I feel about England. But we fought a war against them, so there’s that. I’ve written before that my mom was no fan of Queen Elizabeth, but loved Princess Diana. Personally, I cannot stand King Charles (and yes, I call him King Chuck at times because it amuses me.) But I have always wanted to visit Wales, and I was closer to it than I thought as we toured Bath and Wells, England when we went to Stonehenge. We were with a group though, so even had I known, we couldn’t have accomplished a visit there at that time.

You have to know who you aren’t in order to determine who you ARE.

I simply feel at heart that I am a Nationalist. I know I adamantly disagree with global organizations such as the World Economic Forum and their mission to CONTROL the world. And I strongly dislike the World Health Organization and the massive disservice they did to the world during COVID. Ugh.

And if you’ve read https://sheilamurrey.net/2025/09/08/integrating-the-spirals-why-i-might-be-a-conspiracy-theorist-part-1/ and https://sheilamurrey.net/2025/09/24/integrating-the-spirals-why-i-might-be-a-conspiracy-theorist-part-2/ recent articles of mine, you’ll probably have a good sense that I abhor the globalists that run the banking industry (The Central Bankers). Yes, I believe we were better off when we lived in villages without credit.

People who feed on greed and then turned us against each other score no points in my book. The Rockefellers, Morgans, and Vanderbilts. Rockefeller’s ruined West Virginia (and not only for their need for control over coal) but in other ways too. John D. Rockefeller Sr. ran an oil monopoly (Standard Oil) and later, perhaps to soothe his internal guilt, decided to become a philanthropist. I always find it amusing when guilty parties opt to do a ‘little good’ for the ‘every man’ after taking advantage of them for decades. Family history

As a Daughter of the American Revolution who has Native American ancestry, too many people forget all of us have come down through lineages that have been persecuted. Thus, I have compassion and do not want to persecute ANYONE. I was raised not to see color, but in the last few years have been called names because I that was not the way they thought it best for me to think.

My puritan ancestors (see the stones engraved at Plymouth Rock, MA if you doubt this), brought Christianity to this country via the Mayflower. This is why I have had debates on the facts of our Christian nation heritage. Now, people may want to do away with that now, with all their “love and light,” but as for me and my house, we understand the foundation. And a house with a failing foundation is at risk of degradation and crumbling down.

Remember not everyone who lives in America is FOR America.

I’ll go back to spraying our Japanese Knotweed with salt and vinegar now. Many blessings!

Integrating the Spirals

I’m encouraging those “over 60” to open to lifelong learning (observe and gently question their pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’), become more aware of their thoughts and emotions, consistently move their bodies (too many are stuck in their heads and physically unhealthy), become strong, and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, body. And to question EVERYTHING!

  1. I’m a Mayflower descendent, too. My Puritan ancestors were ministers, teachers, builders, governors, etc., who built the foundations of this country. The people whose ancestors just arrived or came within the last 100 years are trying to impose their own version of America onto the country. They don’t seem to understand the most basic principles of American culture, history, and democracy. The globalists, called trans-nationalists, have tried to erase borders and countries to benefit themselves. They are utterly opposed to nationalism because it undermines their agenda. Some people unwittingly support things they don’t understand because it sounds good. The citizens of every country in the world are nationalists because they love their own countries.

    1. Great to know you’re a Mayflower descendent, Dawn! I didn’t know there was an actual “Society” we could join to learn more, until we visited Salem. I must write a blog about that at some point (and do more research). I wholly agree with you on your comment. Most people are sheep (“sheeple”) and “go along to get along.” The issue I have with that is that most of the stuff the sheeple are going along with is Programming. Programmed thought that has been devised by men (humans) who want to “Control the world.” Not that I’m saying women would run it much differently or any better (so I just added ‘humans’ in parens).

  2. Nice piece, Sheila, and I’m not a fan of the Royal Family. It annoys me when Americans go ga-ga over them. They forgot that our ancestors fought a war against what they considered oppression by a monarchy. Speaking of ancestors, apparently, I’m a descendant of William Bradford, the Plymouth colony’s first governor.
