I observe across a wide spectrum of thoughts, words, ideas, history, and cultures. I observe therefore, I am. And in so doing, I share a lot of neurodivergent topics that may leave you wondering where I stand. But honestly, I share many things simply to teach.
I am always (in all ways) learning. And weaving a tapestry using the Integrating the Spirals. To raise and clear triggers. To heal. Sometimes pulling a scab off hurts before the wound can heal. That’s nature.
This might hurt. But we really needs to let go of using the following words:

Why do I say we need to let go of these words? Because they are divisive. I didn’t realize how divisive these words were until I read this article by John Leake:

And I also have Tom Macdonald to thank for waking me up to the weight of some of these words:

Integrating the Spirals
I’m encouraging those “over 60” to open to lifelong learning (observe and gently question their pre-conceived beliefs, aka ‘Programming’), become more aware of their thoughts and emotions, consistently move their bodies (too many are stuck in their heads and physically unhealthy), become strong, and resilient in spirit, soul, mind, body. And to question EVERYTHING!

I look at it this way, if people want to use certain made up terms, that’s down to them. Whether or not I choose to use them is totally up to me.

Perhaps I could have said, Words we could let go of as the title. Typically, I am more live and let live. And I also quit using the word “weird” after reading your book. To me it implies a negative attitude/judgment on someone, where the word “different” is neutral.

Speaking of pulling off scabs and wound healing…
Sadly, the last truly ethical American president was John F. Kennedy, whose ethical conscience led him to seek and advocate for true peace on Earth – and led to Fascist warpigs’ bullets blowing his brains out in broad daylight in a political murder arranged by then ex-CIA Director Alan Dulles.
A famous remark was made during the 1988 United States vice presidential debate by Democratic nominee Senator Lloyd Bentsen to Republican nominee Senator Dan Quayle, in response to Quayle’s comparison of his experience in Congress to that of John F. Kennedy,
Lloyd Bentsen’s response: “I served with Jack Kennedy. I knew Jack Kennedy. Jack Kennedy was a friend of mine. Senator, you’re no Jack Kennedy.” Quayle’s miffed comeback — “That was really uncalled for, Senator” — had to wait until the laughter died down.
Rhetorical question #1: What is Donald Trump’s comeback after Ms. Latypova’s public excoriation and humiliation of Trump, namely, over his administration’s failure to arrest even one single COVID mRNA injection mass murder criminal, in the seven months since Trump returned to power/took the Oath of Office on January 25, 2025?
Rhetorical question #2: Will John F. Kennedy’s nephew – United States Department of Health and Human Services/HHS Director Robert F. Kennedy Jr. – rediscover the ethical backbone he apparently possessed and displayed in his speech to over a million German COVID lockdown protesters in Berlin on August 29, 2020 – five years ago?
